Thai street food to full service fine dining restaurant.
I was pleasantly surprised when I found this place. The atmosphere is amazing, and it feels like I am in Bellevue every time I go there. This time I tried their expresso martini which couldn’t be more traditional (with the 3 beans: wealth, health and happiness!)…. And of course, their amazing green beans.
The ambience and service is great! Sometimes they are busy and there might be some wait time but it surely is worth it. We ordered the buffalo chicken wings, which felt like frozen wings deep fried and served, could taste corn starch coating layer more than the chicken. However the pad Thai and pad Kee mao with vegan steak was very flavourful and we enjoyed over every trip here.
The service is quick and they constantly check on you.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, which leaves me questioning their attitude toward both food safety and customer respect.
My wife and I ordered a Tom Yum soup, and as we were nearly finished, we found a shrimp with visible burnt black marks on it (see photo). When we raised this with the waitress, she took the bowl back to the kitchen. We were expecting a proper resolution, either by remaking the dish or offering to take it off the bill.
Instead, the waitress returned and insisted the burnt shrimp was “normal” and “perfectly edible.” This was shocking. Burnt food is not acceptable, and trying to convince your customers otherwise is insulting. The manager did apologize, but still claimed it was “normal” and told us, “if you don’t LIKE it, we can take it off the bill.” This made me extremely angry because it was never about “liking” the food. Burnt food shouldn’t be served in the first place, period.
What bothered me even more was how the waitress seemed to be taking advantage of my wife’s kind and forgiving nature. My wife is always friendly and patient, but their dismissive attitude made me feel like they were exploiting her niceness or possibly even discriminating against us as Asian customers. It’s deeply upsetting to feel like you’re being treated unfairly because of who you are.
This restaurant clearly does not value their customers or take responsibility for the quality of their food. Their refusal to acknowledge a clear mistake and their attempt to push burnt food onto us is unacceptable. I did choose to pay for the entire meal, but I cannot recommend this place to anyone and strongly urge others to think twice before dining here.
The food is delicious, and the service is friendly. The atmosphere has a great vibe. The restaurant is quite small, and because it's so good, it fills up quickly. We started with the fresh roles. They were indeed, fresh and the peanut sauce is so yummy!
I ordered the Hot Basil with minced chicken and jasmine rice. The spice level was intense. I chose a 2-star and it was really hot. If you enjoy spicy food, go for it. I should have opted for a 1-star. It has a fried egg on top and I love me some eggs, haha.
This place is a must-try!
Hidden gem tucked away in the Thrasher’s Corner neighborhood. Exemplary authentic Thai dishes, service and ambience. Nicely done! We were pleasantly surprised to find that they serve $picky dishes and offer duck in various forms. Although we didn’t try the duck this visit, we definitely will next time. Thai street food offerings l👀ked legit, too. Their spice levels are denoted on the menu and spice level four (4) hit the mark for sure. Nice and spicy! The wings were super, as was the phad Thai and soup. Can’t wait to go back and have some duck. Thai iced tea to keep cool is the move. The bar seemed like it had potential but it was too early to explore. Big cocktail menu. Highly recommend! Yum!
I’ve been eating at Kin Dee for over a year now and it’s my family’s favorite Thai place. Kin Dee has it all; great food, great atmosphere, great service and for us, great location. Thai food is our favorite and we’ve tried all of the decently rated places in Bothell, Mill Creek and Lynnwood. While there are other places we like, Kin Dee beats them all. One thing that sets this place apart is consistency. Kin Dee has it and it’s not an easy thing to find. It’s the one place I go to frequently where I’ve never walked away disappointed because a dish just wasn’t the same as when I had it there before. They also do both stir fries AND curries extremely well which is another hard thing to find. Add to that the personable staff the great seating offerings and atmosphere AND craft cocktails? You’re not going to get better anywhere close to Bothell
We will definitely be back! This was our first time dining at Kin Dee, and we were thoroughly impressed. Don’t let the business park exterior fool you—the interior is beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The customer service was warm and attentive, and our food and drinks arrived quickly. Everything was high quality, from the beautifully presented dishes to the unique and delicious cocktails. The menu offered a great mix of familiar Thai favorites and exciting new dishes to explore.
Kin Dee is truly a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to return!
Great place overall. Nice selection to choose from, love the coconut milk based soup the best! Everyone is nice and efficient.
One of the worst vegan pad kee mao no taste only chilli flavor 😔

Everything we ordered was delicious and very spicy which we loved!
Delicious Thai food. Excellent, friendly service. Warm, almost dreamy ambience so great for date night. We went for our anniversary. Had the phad thai, phad see ew, chicken satay, calamari and panang curry- we loved them all.
No complaints, only praises for Kin Dee and would recommend to anyone who wants delicious Thai food in an inviting place.
Great service.
Hidden gem
This place is excellent. We specially love Kat, she is so helpful and amazing helping you.
I will not come back again, I am a vegetarian and orders fried rice with vegan sauce. It was so sour. I mean I never tasted a fried rice that is sour.
I had Thai basil. Small helping and tasteless. The waitress had an obvious attitude from the moment I walked in. Maybe she thought I should have dressed differently. Maybe she thought I should be younger. She gave me water and I never saw or heard from her again. I didn’t tip. She followed me outside and asked if I had forgotten to tip. I explained that I chose not to tip cause the only thing worse than the food was the service. She huffed and waddled back in. By the way, it was the most expensive Thai food I’ve encountered and I’ve been searching out Thai food for decades. This is the only negative review I’ve ever written.
Delicious Thai food, best in Bothell
One of our favorite Thai food restaurants in the area. The food is exceptional, the restaurant ambiance pleasant and inviting, and the staff are amazing! We visit almost weekly. Thank you, Kin Dee, for your commitment to excellence!
Love this place. Good food and excellent service!
The ambience and service is great! Sometimes they are busy and there might be some wait time but it surely is worth it. Super friendly service, great food, our go-to thai place.
Our new favorite! Excellent service. Amazing food!
The food was tasteless, We ordered 5 different types of dishes,
over all it was not good . will not coming back anymore.
Great food, slightly more spicy but good.
The pumpkin curry was delicious.
Great Thai food in the Bothell area. Customer service was amazing as staff regularly checked on us. We had a reservation so we were seated in a booth with great privacy.
I have eaten here before and I love the food! But, yesterday there was a piece of metal in our Tom Yum Soup… an absolute safety hazard. We could have ended up in the hospital if it was swallowed, do better.
This is an amazing Thai restaurant in such an unassuming strip mall.
The food is amazing. No pad thai or swimming rama or fried rice or the basic dishes every Thai restuarant serves. The fried noodles with curry, the Tom Yum soup, the pork belly with rice, all fantastic.
The waiters are always pleasant and kind. I'm not a big service guy, but I do appreciate when the people that work at a restaurant don't seem to hate their lives.
The atmosphere is cool too. The decor, the size of the tables, the lighting, the bar, all very well put together.
5 stars. Amazing food. Amazing everything else too.
Cute decor, great ambiance, good selection of food. Pad Thai was delicious. Calamari starter was not so good, over cooked. The pad kra goob sauce was a bit off, though the pork belly and broccoli was cooked well. I think it’s a place where you have to order the right thing. Servers were friendly but it was busy and they didn’t stop by to check in us very often.
Second visit and the food was amazing. Pad Thai was great again. Carb fried rice is amazing. Garlic with chicken was flavorful but didn’t like how they filled half the plate with rice. It’s an entree, the rice should be on the side and the portion was small. Yellow curry was amazing!
I did however lower the rating from 4 to 3 stars because of what happened at the end of our visit. The server brought the receipt and the check out device. Then he literally stood over my wife’s shoulder staring at what she was doing. She felt pressured about how much tip to leave and I was upset at him standing so close. Very rude.
This is expensive. I have had in other Thai restaurants around the area and I can get 3 dishes in the same price that I paid to them for 2 dishes.
This won't be my go to place for thai.
Food is okay, but I can get better portion size and more dishes in same price.
Great concept.
This place was away over priced. 4 wings for $15. They were good, but not $15 good. I ordered the garlic chicken, I got more rice than garlic chicken, at $17. The pad see ew was a good portion size was had good flavor. The service was more like here's your food and pay. Overall, I'm not coming back. I'm more than willing to pay for good food and service, but didn't get either.
This establishment makes me want to move to Thrashers Corner. Friendly staff, clean and fun atmosphere, an awesome bar.... And the food! The food!
I have nothing negative to say at all
I ordered fried chicken wing, Pad Kee Mao and Pineapple Fried Rice. For fried chicken wing, it’s too ‘wet’, the crispy skin should be dry and crispy. I like the flavor of the Pad Kee Mao, but I think it can be stir-fry over high heat so it wouldn’t be that ‘juicy’. I will give a 4.5 star for Pineapple Fired Rice, highly recommend.
Update: Went back expecting amazing food and was very disappointed. Gummy, greasy noodles. No one in the group was pleased. Service still good.
The best Thai food in the area! We loved everything - the food and the service.
Kin Dee Thai Bothell offers a delightful dining experience with delicious Thai cuisine in a comfortable setting. The menu features a variety of options, including familiar favorites and more adventurous street food selections. I highly recommend the vegetarian dishes, which are bursting with flavor. The service is friendly and attentive, making Kin Dee Thai Bothell a great choice for a casual lunch or dinner.
This
The food was great! picky 13 yrs old eater was full. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals.
Located in the back side of BECU Credit Union on Bothell Everett Hwy in the Safeway Shopping Mall.
This small Thai restaurant highlights the ever changing landscape of diverse cuisine in the Pacific Northwest.
In addition to the traditonal Thai curries and rice dishes, Kin Dee offers its version of "Street Food" specialties.
Slow simmered 5 spice pork shank, steamed chicken thigh with ginger and onion, deep fried Cornish game hen served with sweet rice.
The duck curry with fresh cut pineapple is served in a pineapple shell to elevate a diners' visual appetite. Order above 2 stars if you dare.
First went to Kin Dee on a food recommendation. Best decisions we ever made. We leave 30 minutes away and Kim Dee became our regular Thai restaurant. The atmosphere is warm. The entire staff is helpful and friendly and pleasant. And did I mention the smokey old fashion?? Must try :) thank you Kin Dee staff for making us feel at home!

Generous portion and outstanding experience. We got several traditional Thai dishes like duck noodle soup, pad Thai, kao soi gai, pad kee mao, Tom yum along with drinks and wings, everything was presented nicely and flavorful. Service was fast and friendly, definitely one of my top 5 Thai restaurants in the Greater Seattle.
The food is delicious, and the service is friendly. The atmosphere has a great vibe. The restaurant is quite small, and because it's so good, it fills up quickly. We started with the fresh roles. They were indeed, fresh and the peanut sauce is so yummy!

This place is a must-try!
We had a fantastic experience at this Thai restaurant. The food was excellent, and the ambiance was delightful. We ordered the Pad Thai, soup, and satay, and everything was amazing. The portion sizes were generous too. The waitress was very helpful and understood our needs perfectly. Highly recommend!
First time to Kin Dee and great tasting authentic Thai food with large portions. Have eaten at other Thai restaurants in the Mill Creek area, but this is now my favorite!
Food is quite delicious. They offer halal chicken breast and vegetarian options and even have a guide on their website on what to order to avoid cross contamination. I ordered the ginger chicken entree and pad see ew. The ginger chicken had a spicy warm flavour that was extremely comforting and pad see ew had a dark soy sauce glaze.
Definitely recommend.
Great place to eat!
Pad Pak with chicken (extra hot)
Server: April
Food
Atmosphere
All 5 Stars!
Avoid this place, go to BMG Thai instead. Worst service and very greedy restaurant. Food taste was horrible, too much oil , even 3/5 was extremely spicy and they added cheap filler vegetables like onion in high quantity than actual protein and expensive veggies.
炒面没有味道,红咖喱吃了想吐,不是形容难吃想吐,是真的想吐,门口的热带鱼挺好看的。
I used to love food from here . I ordered 3 star spicy but it was so spicy we couldn’t eat our dinner. I don’t know what happened but seems service is not like before .
Kin Dee Thai definitely have really good Thai food, although I was definitely disappointed about how the tables are small for 3 people to sit. But otherwise, the food was great!
You must order Pad Kee Mao and Thai iced tea, please!! Best Thai food in Seattle area!
The Kao Mun Gai has absolutely PERFECT chicken rice and chicken with ginger sauce, and the Kao Ka Moo was similarly fantastic.
Some of the best, most authentic Thai cuisine in greater Seattle!
Wouldnt order their chicken satays or the peanut sauce again. Pad see ew was okay and fried spring rolls were just okay.
Nice place with excellent food and service. We keep eating there regularly and they never fail to deliver
Mango sticky rice is my favorite here!
Hidden gem tucked away in the Thrasher’s Corner neighborhood. Exemplary authentic Thai dishes, service and ambience. Nicely done! Thank you for the delicious food, exceptional drinks, and impressive service.
Ate here on a whim when our initial restaurant choice was closed. The food here is fantastic. The four of us had 3 different entrees. Each was well presented and delicious with plenty leftover to take home. Will definitely be back.
We took To-go of Pineapple fried rice vegetarian, they gave in pineapple itself. The taste was horrible, there was no salt, no sweetness, no flavour was there. I couldn’t eat and thrown away. Total waste of money and time.
Amazing Thai food with some halal options.
Honestly, it's the best Thai food in the area. Nothing wrong with the others around Bothell, but this one sets the high bar. All their appetizers are great, though I'm a big fan of the Kinder Wings. The pineapple rice is another great treat.
Ordered food for takeout and my husband enjoyed his pad see ew, while I ordered the yellow curry with tofu. He enjoyed his dish while mine was a little to spicy for me (I am not used to spice). We also got two appetizers and both were okay nothing remarkable. I wanted to note that for vegetarians this restaurant is NOT vegetarian all the curries have fish sauce in them and the entrees have oyster sauce. I didn't really mind when I got food but I probably wouldn't order from them again. Other than that give this place a try it isn't bad
I came by to pick up some pad thai and while the restaurant is nice, they asked me if I wanted to tip on a take-out order, which comes across as pretty greedy. I'm already paying 40 dollars for some noodles and overcooked chicken, why are you asking me to pay again on top of that? Traditionally, tipping is reserved for a waiter who serves you the food, it's not an excuse to ask a handout.
Really enjoy Kim Dee Thai. We probably go here for dinner more than any other place.
Wonderful atmosphere, attentive staff with top notch service, and delicious food. Not only was the pad Thai presentation beautiful, but it was also very tasty. The hot basil pork had authentic flavor in it. I can’t wait to go back and try their other menu items!
The Curry salmon is amazing, with steamed vegetables and rice is top notch!
Amazing Thai food I’ve eaten in a long time, very flavourful! They even have a special halal menu
Always love the food here. Really delicious with tons of flavour! Made with love. And the drinks are good too.
Tasty food and amazing service. Always happy to dine in or take out!
Great food and excellent service. Note that star rating on spiciness is pretty aggressive. In other words, I would recommend you order one star less than you usually do until you are familiar with the restaurant.
We love Kin Dee because it has a fantastic atmosphere and a fresh, lively vibe that never gets old. On weekends, they always offer games on the big TVs in their large open bar. In addition to their excellent food, the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere invite us to return.

Food and Ambience was good. We ordered spring rolls, black cod dumplings, chicken pad thai, chicken pad see ew, chicken kao soi gai, chicken guay tiew hang. They messed up our order. We didn’t realize till we came home and saw the picture. They gave us guay tiew tom yum. We ordered 2 soft drinks and when we decided to get 2 extra straws, we were told that they can’t refill it if we use 2 straw in a same drink. I just thought this was strange as most restaurants don’t care.
The restaurant had great ambience and the service was pretty good. We ordered the Kapow Kao Kruk fried rice, fried spring rolls and the pumpkin curry. The food was decent but we felt that it was too salty. The fried rice especially was extremely salty and we struggled to complete it as a result.
They serve the water bottle but they won’t give you the cups until you order the food. This is ridiculous, they even charge 20% for 5 people group with ‘water experience’ above. I’ve been to this restaurant about 10 times, got the worst service today.
We ate here four times. The first time was wonderful (we had fried rice, tom yang gung soup, pad thai and curry). Today, the food wasn't good. The fried rice was soggy and salty. The pad thai was salty as well. It feels like the cook changed from last week.
We ate again a few weeks later. The food is still okay but we seem to keep coming back because it's clean and we seem to get used to the food. We tried the tom yang gung soup and it was pretty good and authentic (tasted similar to the one we had in Thailand).
Love the food 😍 love the cocktail 🥰 love the friggin fish tank. Would do again.
Food is ok but too sweet. The service is really bad, we were asked to leave because someone else was waiting...
This place is such a gem! We have 3 small children so we generally order our food to go and it’s consistently delicious! We felt brave one week night and decided to dine in. What a special experience! The staff was so kind and accommodating to our children. There was one man in particular named Moo ( sp?) who made it such a special experience for us! Highly recommend.
would come again for the noodles and rice dishes
After many take out nights, and a dine in all we can say is, what an amazing spot! They brought the magic from the street vendors of Thailand to the Eastside.
The menu has many of the Thai staples but then a great selection of street food choices. The flavors and the execution are extraordinary. It's a new level of Thai food.
Definitely recommend this place.
Was very surprised to find an authentic Thai restaurant in a strip mall, but the food is absolutely delicious. It's the real deal, well-known traditional dishes along with "street style" Thai food that is not commonly found here in Bothell. It's now one of our favorites!
Crave-able, delicious food and drinks, beautiful atmosphere and friendly service!
Yellow curry with chicken breast was so good at spice level 2. The phad kee mao was also good. Service is super fast, the staff is kind and attentive. Would love to come back. So happy they have a halal chicken breast option.
Stumbled on this place and don't regret it!! Been at least 4 times and each time, amazing service (which is very important for me).
The food is always so good and you get A LOT!
We had brought out friend from Thailand and she said this place is so amazing and legit, she wished she had it in Vancouver.
Highly recommend going here, it's definitely a hidden gem. Atmosphere is impressive as well with what space they have. Felt like I teleported somewhere else haha!
Thank you, Kin Dee Thai Bothell..
Aladdin was a nice place to experience good
I have had nothing but great experiences at Kindee. I am only giving a 2 star for food because of the papaya (som tam) salad I ordered tonight. First of all for the price, there was barely any green papaya, it looks like I got someone's left over, I don't know. There was only literally two bites spread around. And, it did not taste good at all.
That said, I have had a lot of dishes at Kindee and they been wonderful.
Incredible - I love the Kao Soi Gai and the coconut ice cream!
Thai Bistro is a great restaurant. I’ve driven past there for months with plans of stopping in and I’m so glad that I finally did. The service was a 10/10. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered the space and was well attended to throughout my time there. My children were accommodated for their request (sauce on the side, extra plates to share meals, etc.). The food was great as well! I ordered the crab fried rice which was delicious with a huge potion! I also had cod dumplings as an appetizer and they’ve been on my mind ever since! I’d go back for the dumplings alone. My son ordered the duck, which also came in a large portion and could have been shared but he’s a growing teenager and finished his plate alone :) My nephew ordered chicken wings which were okay. Granted the sauce was in the side and when added, moved my rating from okay to great! Overall, I’d definitely go back!
Great food! Love it!
I had a dining experience at this restaurant at 4:00 PM, and when I arrived, there were only two tables occupied inside. I noticed that one couple was seated at a large table even though they were just two people, while the server asked my party of two to sit at a very small table. I inquired if we could switch to the bigger table, and the server replied that it’s reserved for four people. However, I couldn’t help but wonder why the other two-person party was allowed to sit there. Moreover, the restaurant was not busy at that time, so it felt unfair to be treated differently.
On a positive note, the food tasted decent, but the overall experience left me feeling like I was treated unfairly. Despite this, I still left an 18% tip.
Had lunch at the restaurant. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. The waiters were friendly.
Food is very good and I like the atmosphere
The owner seems much rude. We ordered pineapple fried rice which was good. They have halal options as well.
We ordered spring rolls, panang curry, and fried rice.
Spring rolls and fried rice tasted good.
Panang curry came with veggies. Liked the veggies.
Panang curry was extremely oily. I first thought that compared to other Thai places portion size was less but we could hardly eat the curry.
Top quality Thai food ! The drinks are surprisingly good here as well.
The food is delicious, and the chicken and meat are halal.
Love their mango sticky rice dessert, the best I've tasted so far! The service is great. I am a regular customer.
Great place with delicious food
High recommend!So delicious!
Fantastic food. We and friends frequently dine at Kin Dee. The "street food" menu is delicious. I especially like, Kao Soi Gai.
We enjoy all their food and Thai teas.
One of the best Thai restaurants in Bothell and Millcreek.
Panang curry tasted like a salty soup. Thai tea was also too sweet. Avoid. The only positive was the variety of veggies they added.
I ordered a vegan-ized Pad Kee Mao by phone and picked it up 15 minutes later (pick up was in 10 minutes). The food was delicious, but the portion size was not great, especially for an item that was $16.95 before tax. During having my meal, I found something that seemed to be meat by appearance and texture (I found it while chewing).
Of all the Thai restaurants I've ever been to, they have the freshest and tastiest food. That said over the past year I have noticed that, that has changed. The staff has not been at all understanding or even seem to care when I have ordered a certain level of spiciness and it has come out hotter and unedible on more than one ocassion. In addition, one time I ordered using the app online and paid online. When I showed up they tried to charge me again. I had to wait around for almost a half hour as my food got cold, until they believed me.
Terrific find. Best spring rolls
Nice environment and food
Takeout was ready on time, but the food was subpar. Really lacking in flavor.
For a Euro who loves Thai food this is the best. We go here for most special occasions and have never had anything bad. Also, the bar and special cocktails are on point.
Authentic Thai food just like in Bangkok.
Loved the duck soup.
Yummy
Consistently one of the best dinners in Bothell. That Kao ka Moo has INSANE flavor. The servers were very kind and helpful
First and last time I eat there.
Rude staff. Ordered non spicy and was given 2 stars. I was unable to eat it and they charged me anyway even after I explained to them it was tok spicy.
Do not recomend and will never eat there again.
They need to learn customer service
I’ve never had bad Thai food before I went here. Went with a friend: all of our food was bland at best, and nothing was above room temp. Tried everything I got, but didn’t want a second bite of any of it.
Tried out Kin Dee on a whim after running some errands last night and MAN we're glad we did. We're vegans and they had great options for us, which is always a big plus! Service was super quick (which was surprising because they were busy), and both of the staff that helped us were friendly and took time to talk to us! We ordered the pad see ew, eggplant, fresh rolls, and thai iced tea/thai coffee (they made ours with coconut milk instead of dairy) -- All of it was delicious and we will definitely be back!
This restaurant has such a modern fun vibe to it. Absolutely love the food here, it is so delicious. They have really control spice levels very well. We had dishes from level 5 to level 1 and all of them were perfectly balanced.
The staff is very friendly. Ambience is chic.
I have visited them multiple times and will go again as my family loves eating here.
Great beverages.
Only one negative is that I wish they could do some of my favorites such as Tom Yum soup, papaya salad etc. with no fish sauce, no beef/chicken broth etc for people that follow strictly vegetarian diet. (Note they have many other options that are already or can be made strictly vegetarian)
I definitely recommend. It’s a must visit restaurant!
Delicious. We enjoyed everything we ordered.
This place serves absolutely amazing Thai food. We ate in and used them for takeout and all the dishes were amazing. The pineapple fried rice is a must to try. This is definitely our go to place for Thai food in the Bothell and surrounding area.
A little spendy for a meal after work, but AMAZINGLY affordable for a classy date night!
Delicious food! Great service!
My SIL introduced me to this restaurant. I didn’t expect this kind of restaurant in the strip mall. Very chic and clean interior. You can tell they put a lot if work and thought into it (those ugly ceilings in those places are a pain to deal with and they did it!). I loved the plexiglass between the booths for added privacy (volume vice). Food was delicious. Service was very attentive. I’d love to bring my family there.
Greatly enjoyed the black cod dumplings and duck noodle soup! Great environment and service!
Very flavorful and quality food with friendly service and chic interior.
My new go-to place for Thai food! Fantastic service and atmosphere. Love the crispy pork belly dish as well as the butterfly lemonade. My daughter always devours her meal here.
Ordered kee mao beef, Kai mun gai, duck noodle soup, and Kai moo grob jasmine rice. Spectacularly cooked. Not the best I've had, this is a 4.5 star restaurant but it's certainly good enough to come back and try other things on the menu. Highly recommend the jasmine rice as part of the kao moo grob.
