Incredible service!! They met all our needs. We got the calamari appetizer basil chicken and yellow curry with chicken and the flavors were incredible. Well balanced spice and delicate flavors that were intricate to each dish. Going back and forth from the dishes there is nothing overpowering and you experience it all over again like it's the first bite
To top it off the mango sticky rice was an incredible flavor combination that is just the right amount of sweet with the coconut sweetness.

You will be in heaven here!

Unassuming resto for Thai and Pho. Probably best Thai in Ana. Get the Tom Kha soup with your choice of protein, and a side of steamed noodles and then dump the noodles in the soup. Thank me by giving a thumbs up on this review.

Place, pretty neat and well maintained

I would specially like to thank both the ladies here, who were extremely warm and welcomed us with amazing smile. They were full house when we arrived here as a party of 7 at 830pm. Even though they close at 9pm.. they asked if we could wait and they could give us food as Take out. But soon realized we were traveling and just allowed us to sit and served us the best best best food with biggest smiles!!!

One should totally visit this place for amazing hospitality these ladies showed us. Big kudos to the folks here who stayed late for us and served the BEST and AUTHENTIC THAI FOOD!!

We have ordered take out 3 times from Bamboo Bistro and it has always been great. The orders have been accurately filled and on time. The food is delicious and the service great. We especially like the garlic green beans and the shumai. My husband likes the fried shumai and I like steamed. We get both and the beans and an entree to share. We have plenty left for lunch the next day. Love the crisp vegetables and the sauces.

This place has by far the best Thai in town. We have 4 Thai restaurants in town and this one is the most underrated. The inside is very simple compared to the other 3 but the food is so much better. Their crispy garlic chicken is amazing and their Phai Thai is by far the best. Great place to place to go orders.

We ordered Pho with steak and beef Pho with meatballs. Super delish. The broth is super tasty and very traditional in taste. As for appetizers, we ordered the sampler. It came with fried spring rolls, chicken satay, and dumplings. Very tasty.

Update: We ordered the same dishes the very next day, Thai Basil chicken and PhadThai chicken, and they did not look the same and were not as good. It was a different cook, and it was as if they each have their own recipe. We also based the spice level on the day before, bad idea because it was way different. They really need to work on consistency between chefs. They should be the same meals and quality every time! We were a little disappointed! Changing my rating from 5 to 4. I would change to 3 if it were entirely based on the 2nd experience, but because the first was outstanding I will leave it at 4. I think this place has tons of potential, I will come again, I just hope they can improve the consistency.

Cannot compute common core addition, let alone make a split transaction without over charging and charging someones card 3-4 times or make a simple card refund. I called my order in an hr and a half early and it was the most difficult thing make a 34$ transaction. i could give this place 0 stars i would. Absolute trash service.

The person taking the orders and making food took my request for spice seriously 💗 usually when I ask for 5 spice and stress that I want it to be actually spicy, it's still about a 2 or 3 which is always a disappointment.

So I lived in Seattle most of my life and always went to the same place for Pho . I have been super hesitant to try it anywhere else but we just moved to Oak harbor and I work in Anacortes. So after almost 2 years I said well I need to try ! I was not disappointed ! Nice and hot had all the fixins too ! My only minor complaint would be the portion needed a bit nore meat and noodles. The place i used to go to had a large tub of soup that you could bath a small animal in lol ! But no worries i left full and happy. The lady that served me was very kind and concerned I was enjoying my lunch . That goes a long way too! I'll definitely be back and I will bring the Family next time ! Thank you !

Nice homey setting with affordable tasty food. This is definitely comfort food after a long day exploring the San Juan islands. The pad kra pow and spare ribs were flavorful. There were also some Vietnamese options but we didn’t try them. Staff were friendly and inviting. Definitely check this place out for Thai food in Anacortes!

We have gotten take out many times. The food is excellent. I highly recommend their 3 flavor's salmon and the fried rice. We have also enjoyed the pho and the Tom Kha. My only complaint is that the container sometimes leaks.

Giving it 3 stars. Reasons are, 1. Place is poorly ventilation , 2. Hot and humid even with one house fan blowing, 3. Food taking really long to get, and 4. Pad Thai was really sweet even with a whole lime was added to it. But I think the food is ok just not a good spot in my opinion..

We decided to drive out to Anacortes for date night. We are pretty obsessed with Thai food so when I we drive by this place it was a no brainer. Its attached to The Islamds Inn hotel.
I think that entire set up is great. An quaint little hotel with a restaurant right downstairs.
The food was phenomenal. First we started with edamame & Chickem Satay. They were perfect
Then I had the Chicken pho, which was everything you want in a hot bowl of soup. The chicken was boiled, i think, which gave it a juicy texture. Mixing in the basil is my favorite part of Pho, its so aromatic and truly brings out the rest of the flavors My husband had the Supreme Cashew Nut. His had beautiful carrots, red and green bell peppers, zucchini and lots or Cashews. Oh he loved it!

Both of our meals had fresh veggies & yummy spices. It was an all around deliciously fantastic meal.

With a menu full of lovingly prepared dishes ranging from Vietnamese Pho, Spicy Curries, endless varieties of Noodle dishes, heaping helping of rice dishes, and a local fan favorite: The Chicken Phad Thai (I -HIGHLY- recommend you order this dish with a side of their Mind-blowing Peanut Sauce, it’s a match made in Heaven!!!) and not to mention the great Customer Service provided by their staff, there is no way you cannot win by dining like a local at the wonderful Bamboo Bistro!!!

Ordered Pho (soup) through DoorDash. I guess the restaurant expect people to eat their soup with your hands - no utensils included. The food was not that great will not get food from here again

If you didn't know it, bamboo bistro has combination dinners in the back of their menu. Number for is absolutely delicious. Plenty of food nice service nice people great way to spend a quiet evening with your honey.

Huge selection of Thai, Viatemese and Chinese dishes. I had amazing Mango Thai Basil with what seemed like a whole Mango on it! My husband had Pho loaded with seafood. They were attentive, filled my glass of water constantly, and friendly. We both thought the food was excellent. Lots of locals were coming in to pick up food and acted as if they knew the owners by name. Don't the shabby location fool you. Low prices, great food!

Tastey food! I look forward to the leftovers. Service was a bit slow but this was possibly due to the emptiness of the restaurant on the Saturday evening before Easter. Family had pho, angelhair phad thai and red curry with just vegetables, beer, and Thai iced tea.

Tried Bamboo Bistro’s food for the first time yesterday. The customer service was great! And the food tasted amazing! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Thia food.

We just had a wonderful lunch at the Bamboo Bistro. We are BIG Thai food fans, and the food was excellent! Our waitress was superb, and the bill was surprisingly low. 4.5 stars, And only because of the Styrofoam takeout containers.

We will be back again and again.
