Sisters Thai in Tysons
My recent visit to Sisters Thai Club in Tysons was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance is truly out of this world, with every detail tastefully placed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the elegant decor to the cozy lighting, it’s clear that a lot of thought went into designing this space.
As expected, the food was absolutely delicious, maintaining the high quality and taste that Sisters Thai is known for. Each dish was a delightful blend of flavors, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The consistency in quality across their locations is impressive and definitely worth noting.
The service was good, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Although we didn’t have a reservation, they were able to accommodate us at the high tables, which was a pleasant surprise given the otherwise one-hour wait time.
However, we were quite shocked by the prices. The food at this location is significantly more expensive compared to their other branches, with a minimum price difference of about $5 per dish. While I understand that this location is higher-end, the price hike was still unexpected.
Despite the higher prices, I still highly recommend visiting Sisters Thai Club in Tysons at least once. The exceptional ambiance, delicious food, and good service make it a worthwhile experience.
The new Sisters Thai location at Tysons is a stunning addition to the area. The space is approximately 8,500 square feet, including a beautifully designed bar, a second level, and a spacious kitchen. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and unique, with attention to detail that makes the ambiance truly stand out. The bar manager and staff were very friendly, and the selection of spirits is impressive.
While the service was attentive, especially for a large group like ours, having the second floor as a dining space presented some challenges. The server and bus staff had to navigate the long staircase frequently, even for small requests like additional plates or bowls, which affected the overall flow of service. The waitress did her best, but it’s clear the layout could be better optimized for large groups.
The food, unfortunately, didn’t quite meet my expectations, especially compared to other Sisters Thai locations I’ve visited. I understand they’re still new, and I hope they can improve in this area with time, as the potential is definitely there.
I’ll give them another visit soon to see how things evolve, but for now, it’s a mixed experience—amazing atmosphere and service, but room for improvement in food quality and service logistics.
We made a reservation to enjoy lunch at this recently opened Thai restaurant on Capital One Tower Road in Tysons. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the restaurant's expansive layout, high ceilings, holiday decorations, hanging flowers, beautiful chandeliers, and a vast bar. There is also an additional seating area behind the bar for restaurant patrons.
The food served was delicious, and we appreciated that it wasn't overly seasoned, which suited our tastes. We did notice that the service took a bit longer than expected due to the high volume of customers, but this was understandable given the restaurant's popularity. Each dish was generously portioned and visually appealing, and even the drinks were presented beautifully. The Penang Salmon was particularly enjoyable, featuring authentic Thai curry with coconut that was perfectly portioned. The Crab Meat Fried Rice was also quite tasty and well-balanced in flavor.
After indulging in our meal, we found ourselves quite satisfied, and we look forward to returning to sample their desserts next time.
Can never go wrong going to Sisters. decided to go for an early dinner before a concert. Got drunken noodles and duck, the steak salad as an appetizer, which was amazing in my opinion it was probably the best dish we had that night, but the drunken noodles weren’t far behind they were cooked perfectly, and taste amazing. The duck there is always on point. Whoever the bartender is knows how to make a French 75 and that old fashion that they have is amazing as well. The servers really know how to read the table. Thank you for that.
Oh, and that croissant strawberry is very underrated !
Sisters Thai in Tyson is a wonderful place! The restaurant is known for its warm and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful decor that combines traditional and modern Thai elements. The dishes are incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. Their cakes are especially noteworthy, made from fresh, high-quality ingredients and often artistically decorated. Dining there is an unforgettable experience!
Congrats to Sisters Thai for their soft opening! Ambiance was beautiful and staff did well for their first day. Excited to see the operations and service get more efficient as the restaurant runs for longer.
Space is beautiful. Food is decent, but don’t expect the insane portions you typically get for Thai. Portions are closer to appropriate, erring on the heavy side. Mocktails were really good. Seems like there’s a bakery as well.
My wife came across a post about this place on Instagram, so we decided to give it a try.
The food was fantastic, spot on in terms of flavor, and even exceeded expectations. The drinks were great too, though they could cost as much as a dish. The menu felt like a mix of Sister Thai, Magnolia (for dessert), and a fancy drink bar.
The decorations were absolutely stunning and Instagram-worthy. It felt like dining in a flower garden, which made the experience even better.
We’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu.
So loud! I had a headache here (and I usually don’t have such a problem). So many tables staying very close to each other. Didn’t expect this from restaurant.
Still it’s really nice decorated ⭐️
Sisters Restaurant in Mosaic has been our go to Thai restaurant and the standard by which we measure all other Thai restaurants in DC or even overseas, for many years. The space can be a bit cramped but was always worth the wait – we were never disappointed. But it is a bit far, so we eagerly awaited the new Sister's in the more convenient Tyson’s Corner location.
The ambiance and decor even exceeded expectations and get top marks, though limited parking could be an issue when busy. However the main drawback is the quality of the food in Tysons - which does not come near the Mosaic branch. Thai food has been one of our mainstays since 1981 and Sisters’ food was always able to rival Thai restaurants even in Asia itself. But these Sisters’ dishes were simply very disappointing.
The chili sauce served with our spring roll and crab Rangoon appetizers was rather insipid. My husband's Pad Thai tasted like a badly reheated frozen dish from a grocery chain. Even my Drunken Noodles seemed to rely more on excessive spiciness than true Thai flavor.
I really hope this was a “teething problem” by new staff/chefs as it fully lacked authenticity. It also did not justify the higher prices in Tysons over Mosaic. We will try it again but if no improvement then I would keep our rating at maximum 2 stars - and that's mainly for the ambiance that is so uniquely attractive.
First time today: excellent papaya salad, served by smiley friendly faces in a rather unique setting and atmosphere. Sticky rice & mango - it is made with a suspicious food coloring infused rice, so would not recommend it - nor would I recommend indulging on their triple scoop gelato. It was food coloring galore and an outrageous insulting micro servings in 3 separate tiny paper cups with plastic spoons. Clearly, my mistake it was to order anything other than the Thai papaya salad. That’s exactly and only this restaurant is good for.
The food was excellent and our server wonderful.
However the two hosts need basic customer service training starting with hello - absolutely want properly greeted nor felt welcomed back.
As we were leaving, one of the servers yelled out thank you for coming - would have expected the two hosts on the phone to say something. They said nothing.....phone took priority - and it wasn't a work related call. Sharing a mobile phone and looking at the screen.
Also, watched a bartender come in and fix his hair for what seemed like 15 minutes behind the bar - absolutely wasn't hygienic - quite nasty for me with the food and drink coming thru the area. And wait for our food while we watched employees congregate and eat or drink at the bar - while customers were in the bar area / not good.
It's not a beach bar.
Staff in cafe need customer service training - staring is one thing but not saying hello, may I help you is another.
Just for the food - I'd go back but changes to the service drastically needed.
Nice decor serving authentic Thai dishes at a high level. We went during brunch hours and ordered from the regular menu as well. We had the duck yellow curry, crispy pork belly with morning glory (Chinese broccoli), fish and chips, nam tok (beef salad), crab fried rice, and mango sticky rice. All tasted great, but was surprised with the crispy pork belly being served cold. In any case, we had an enjoyable lunch/brunch.

Matt K (our server) is the reason for a 5 star review. He showed an extremely respectful amount of honesty, transparency and service. He deserves a promotion or at least a raise. He will be the reason we return. The desserts and drinks (mango dragonfruit recommended by Matt) were excellent, we unfortunately didn’t get to get entrees because they didn’t have halal meat available yet but the manager, Art, said they will be bringing halal meat options soon and we will definitely be back when they have that! Otherwise, very clean, upbeat ambiance and hostesses were prompt as well. Keep up the great work.
Beautiful and elegant details including the tableware.
very good customer service
food amazing
The price is a bit high but I still recommend it.
Best Thai restaurant in the DMV! My waitress Neung is the sweetest- very attentive and kind. Had a wonderful experience here and will definitely be coming back
Amazing food and dining experience, our server Nuent took great care of us and was attentive and friendly. Always a pleasure dining at Sisters
Not cheap yet high quality cocktails and food.
Exquisite Thai cuisine
The food is average, the service was really bad.We waited for our food for one hour.It was very load too inside.
We made a reservation ahead of time and upon arrival were seated in a coffee shop area, which has its own entrance in addition to another one connecting it to the restaurant. It felt a bit odd as people were coming in and out from the coffee shop entrance, it smelled heavily like coffee, and it was very noisy with dishes clanking non-stop. It certainly took away from the atmosphere.
The service was okay. While the servers were nice, they made a mistake two times with our order. Upon cleaning up, they did not clean away the food spill that was obviously in front of them. I had to clean it myself with a cloth napkin. We wanted to order dessert, but decided against it because of this.
The food was good but not better compared to other cheaper Thai restaurants in the area.
It’s a good option if you are going for a show in Capital One Hall but I personally would not make a trip for the restaurant itself if I have a choice.
Food was ok but apps and entrees all arrived at once. drinks did not arrive until we were done with dinner (my wife had ordered a hot drink which was cold by the time it arrived). Dessert was dry and stale. Wait staff were generally inattentive.
Great food and ambience. Terrific service seated in the bar area. Fay was attentive and gracious.
My family had the pleasure of dining at Sisters Thai in Tysons for the first time yesterday, and we were thoroughly impressed. The restaurant is beautiful and incredibly inviting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our server, UJ, was exceptional—kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. He truly made our dining experience memorable.
The food was absolutely amazing—authentic, flavorful, and incredibly delicious. As a Thai native myself, I can confidently say that Sisters Thai offers a genuine taste of Thailand. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners who welcomed us with genuine Thai hospitality.
Thank you, Sisters Thai, for a fantastic dining experience. We will definitely be back soon!
Food and service were amazing! Fay the bartender recommended me an amazing drink to go with my meal, defiantly coming back!
Fay was amazing. Absolutely delightful and attentive to my party and help us pick out wonderful items off the menu I wouldn't have tried otherwise. Sisters Thai is always a nice time but had to right a review recommending Fay!
Food was amazing our bartender Fay did a great job.
Amazing interior with phenomenal food as always. Our server Fay made the experience a amazing one!
Fay was an excellent server; he was attentive and quick with our orders. Sisters Fried rice was excellent and came in a giant pineapple.
The atmosphere is beautiful!
Friendly service. I ordered an iced Matcha which was one of the best matcha's I have had, along with there pistachio croissant. Both were delicious!
We recently gave Sisters Thai in Tysons Corner a second chance, hoping for a better experience after a disappointing first visit, but unfortunately, it didn’t improve.
On our second visit, we arrived early on a Saturday morning as one of the first guests, expecting prompt service. While we were greeted politely at the door, the experience quickly went downhill. Our waiter seemed unfamiliar with the menu, and once we placed our order, the wait for food was unreasonably long. To apologize, the restaurant offered two complimentary appetizers, but this didn’t make up for the delays, especially since the kitchen wasn’t busy at that time.
The food delivery was extremely disorganized. Instead of bringing out all four meals together, the first dish came out cold, followed by two more plates 20 minutes later. One of those two orders was incorrect, and we had to ask the waiter to fix it. Meanwhile, the fourth order for our group was nowhere to be seen. When we asked about it, the waiter assured us it was coming, but 15 minutes later, he returned with a menu and admitted he had forgotten to place the order entirely. Our friend, understandably, declined to reorder at that point. We then asked for a side of Nutella for the dish they had messed up, but even that took another 20 minutes to arrive.
On our first visit, the experience was equally disappointing. We ordered food and coffee at the bar, and while the food arrived promptly, the coffee did not. We waited over an hour for two cups of coffee, which didn’t arrive until 30 minutes after we had already finished our meal.
Sisters Thai has repeatedly failed to deliver a cohesive dining experience. Meals should be served at the same time, not in a staggered and chaotic manner, especially when all four guests ordered together. The consistently poor service, long waits, forgotten orders, and lack of organization make it clear that this restaurant struggles to meet even basic expectations. To make matters worse, Sisters Thai has very high prices for the experience they offer, which only adds to the disappointment. After two unsatisfactory visits, we won’t be returning.
This place has to change everything/everyone except interior!
ZERO STARS FOR SERVICE!!!
Charges are like in Michelin star restaurant.
Service doesn’t exist!
Finger pointing into the menu to order because the waiter doesn’t know the menu…
Food came cold before the drinks and the appetizers which were cold as well.
Four of us at the table - we all got food and drinks in different times (5-10 min apart)!
Manager stepped in to help - and of course forgot why she even cane…
If this place wants to stay in business they will have to change entire staff - starting with the GM!
It is a shame to have such a nice place with terrible food, which is served cold, and unprofessional staff/management!
This is one of the most beautiful restaurants in the Tysons area, but don’t let the aesthetics fool you. If you have the patience to wait 30 minutes or more for your food, only to find out they forgot your order, go for it! If you don’t mind your food arriving cold, go for it! If you’d like to start with a coffee but only receive it at the end of your meal, this is the place for you!
Our experience today was so frustrating that we will never return. This was our second visit, and it was even worse than the first.
42 percent gratuity. Might as well close your business now
Fay did fantastic job
Charges automatic 20% service fee as well as an additional gratuity on top.
20% gratuity on top of 20% service charge is crazy
Had such high expectations for this restaurant but it was such a let down. It looks great from the outside and when you first walk in but all it’s only a standard run of the mill Thai restaurant just like the thousands of others across the country except here the food is way too spicy. There isn’t anything on the menu to make this place unique or to differentiate it from other Thai restaurants except the higher costs.
The ambience looks great but the chairs were very uncomfortable and all scratched up and falling apart despite being open less than a month.
Really cannot understand the hype nor would I recommend it.
We came here for the first time today and will definitely be back! Polly was our server and she was fantastic! Incredibly attentive and friendly, always checking in to ensure we were well taken care of. We were there for lunch and had the pad thai, duck ka prow and lemongrass soup with shrimp, plus a cocktail. Everything was delicious, especially the duck. No long wait times as long as you make a reservation, incredibly friendly staff - 5/5 would recommend!
Forced 20% service fee on top of fixed 20% gratuity. It’s a very beautiful restaurant but be careful!
Charming destination offering a delightful selection of drinks and desserts, ranging from perfectly teas and coffees to an array of freshly baked pastries. Every item is thoughtfully crafted and served in a beautiful venue with a warm and inviting atmosphere. With its reasonably priced treats, it’s an ideal spot for relaxing or hosting a celebration. This cafe is truly a wonderful and picturesque place not to be missed.
Be careful of them double charging you for "service fees."
This is 42% in tip charge!
Mandatory 20% "service fee" and 20% gratuity. 40% markup from menu prices.
Boat did an amazing job !
This place looks awesome. Perfect for a date night. It is overpriced a bit. However, this place looks great and food taste phenomenal. This is probably the best Thai place I have been for food and also for ambience. My gf and I had drunken noodle and panang curry (both with chicken) and they were both very very good. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Service was ok but dont have any complaints :).
Attentive staff, great suggestions, plentiful portions
Everything was great food and drinks were good especially our server saisumphan
We stopped by for lunch and were blown away by the beautiful decor, esp the cosy inside space that’s more formal. Everything is done in such a charming way. Our waiter Eugene was such a delight, and the food — coconut soup and pottery shrimp and crab were delicious. It’s a little more pricey than the one in Mosaic, but we will definitely be back soon! I’m also likely going to recommend it for group events. Finally, Tammy (owner) coming by to say hi and chat a bit about the restaurant made it really fun.
Been there a couple of times already, lunch and dinner.
The good is fine, the drinks are fine.
The place is designed in a stunning way, and the dishes and silverware are a joy to the eye and to use.
Service was amazing on our first visit, and ok at best on our second.
I guess it really depends on where you seat and who's attending you.
Two things I'd suggest to improve - that sax player on Thursdays eve, I've can't have a conversation in such a loud environment, let alone enjoy the food. Entertainment is great, but that's a restaurant.
Second would be parking, or the lack of it.
Love their decorations. The restaurant is clean. The seafood dish is good. The price at this location is a bit high but you have a nice dine in experience. The staff is friendly.

Despite the higher prices, I still highly recommend visiting Sisters Thai Club in Tysons at least once. The exceptional ambiance, delicious food, and good service make it a worthwhile experience.
Super cute place, and the food is amazing, but I can’t get past the prices. I was shocked when I saw them—super expensive compared to other locations, with a $5-$10 difference per dish. I will never come back here
I had a meal at Sister Tysons, and after paying the bill, I went to the cafe.
I ordered drinks and cakes, but the drinks didn't come out even after waiting for a long time.
We kept looking at the employee, but the employee was busy laughing and chatting with the other employees in front of the counter.
We kept waiting for the staff to come, but she kept laughing and talking, and in the end we called her.
"When will our drinks be served? I've been waiting for too long.
She confirm then and said, "I didn't order a drink." And she started talking for a long time.
A very long excuse
She doesn't check the table with the guests, she just laughs and chats with the staff.
I guess he came to play without working.
The restaurant was fine, but I won't go back because of her at Flora Cafe.
Never been to a Sisters before and was excited to try the new one in Tysons. Made a reservation on Open Table. First disappointment was they sat us upstairs which is away from everything and not as nice. The waiter was not very attentive, and it took a long time to get our food. I would say the food was good not great. I thought the bar on the main level looked very nice.
Great new place in Tysons/McLean! It’s beautiful decorated with great Thai fusion dishes. We had the Crispy Duck Ka Prow and Crab Meat Fried Rice. The crispy duck was prepared in the Ka Pow sauces with delightful fresh vegetables added a new flavor to a traditional dish. The crabmeat was jumbo lump fresh and delicious. We also had the papaya salad and lemongrass soup for appetizers that were wonderful. For desert we had the Waffle with mango and Coconut Milk, and it came with sweet rices and vanilla ice cream. We had the mango on the side since my wife doesn’t like ripen mango.
There are plenty of garage free public parking around the corner of the restaurant, turn right at the light in the building to the left. Outdoor 2hrs free public parking are at the other corner after turn right at the light.
Ask for Paii, our server was great and helpful in explaining all the dishes very well! They have a great bar and a cafe (Flore Cafe) as well.
Beautiful place and the food was excellent! The service was a bit slow but hoping that’s because they are still getting into their groove.
Great restaurant
food and atmosphere was great. we ordered the massaman curry, tom yum chicken, thai tea, crispy pork belly, and the num tok beef. our server nueng was very kind and hospitable :)
I had the Thai iced tea and it was great! Chad was an excellent server and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. 10/10 experience
The food and drinks were delicious! The crab fried rice was the best! My waiter Chad was attentive and very pleasurable to deal with. I recommend everyone give this restaurant a try!
Spectacular venue with great ambiance. Service was solid. However, the food itself, while acceptable, was not as good as the other Sisters Thai restaurants or as good as some of the better (and less expensive) Thai restaurants in the area. Hopefully, before long, Sisters Thai in Tysons will put as much effort into the quality of their cooking as they do everything else at this location.
I dined at the café today. We received the wrong order and everything was extremely sweet. Even the savory crepe with salmon, and the chicken basil crepe were sweet!!! When we asked if they could adjust any of the drinks’ sweetness, coffee or their iced refreshments like thai iced tea, they said they were not able to which means that everything is a premixed syrup or a premixed batch. Thai iced tea is mixed fresh on the spot at even the most basic locations.
I hope they take feedback and improve the quality of the food and service to match the beautiful ambiance and reputation of their other locations…
We were so excited to have this restaurant come to the neighborhood. It is so beautiful! The food we had was disappointing. My chicken and lomein had few ingredients and lacked any fresh herbs. The pad Thai was nothing special. Fried rice in the pineapple was very good, as was the duck special. Expected menu to be similar to Mosaic. Service was uncaring. Prices for noodles and rice were higher than warranted. Even though we live across the street from Tyson's location.... would more likely eat at Mosaic location or Elephant Jumps. Tyson's is more appropriate for cocktails and appetizers. Note: when you pay with credit card they give you the option of 20, 25 or 30 percent gratuity.

You cannot go wrong with Sisters Thai and Sisters Tysons might be the most elegant of them all! We had a beautiful dining experience -- thoroughly enjoyed their signature Thai dishes - like red and green curry, their crab fried rice and seafood glass noodles -- paired with unique, Thai-inspired craft cocktails. The decor inside is beautiful and really adds to the elevated ambiance. (We ordered Thai takeout at other places after our visit and none of them compared to Sister's authentic taste).
Special shoutout to Will, the GM, who took great care of us! He's a great dood (pun intended) and we can't wait to see him around!

Fantastic Thai food! Great service!
Today, my friend and I had a meal here around 4 PM. There were two female servers, and one of them was assigned to our table. The food was excellent, but the server’s attitude left us feeling uncomfortable. She didn’t respond to us, and when we asked for a lemon, she neither answered nor showed a pleasant expression. Most importantly, she cleared our table without asking, even though we hadn’t finished our meal. Because of this, I had no choice but to leave her the lowest possible tip. In my opinion, she doesn’t seem suited for a server position and should consider exploring other job opportunities.
We had a great time at this location. The restaurant is beautiful, food was delicious and the service was great. Dish sizes are generous, I had half of my Panang Curry and there was enough for my husband to have the rest for lunch the next day. Everything we ordered was really good. There is 2-hour free parking at the lot under Wegman's.
Pictures of: Panang Curry, Sister's fried rice, Mango Sticky rice, Pad See Ew, Calamari, Curry puffs, Dumplings, and Pottery Shrimp.
Restaurant was very crowded for lunch on Tuesday, yet the service & food was still outstanding! Beautifully designed space, super elegant and food is delicious
I visited on a Monday evening, Dec 2nd, and they are very clearly still in soft launch mode. The main door was blocked with a moving cart so I entered through the takeout door and asked if they were open. They were, and I grabbed a seat at the colorfully lit bar. The staff is efficient, if a bit distracted with opening activities in addition to serving, but my food came out quickly. I got the creamy coconut soup with chicken. This had a LOT of chicken and the broth was rich, fragrant, slightly sweet and very satisfying. Next I had the crispy duck ka prow. This was without question the most artistically plated food I've ever had at a Thai restaurant. The duck was indeed crispy, and the dish featured a surprising amount of vegetables in addition to the duck. Tasty and filling. Despite the rough edges around the launch activities, I think this place is showing great promise and I'm looking forward to their official opening.
We ordered Lemongrass Soup with Shrimp, Veggie Delight, and Vegetable Green Curry to go last night during Sisters grand opening at the Capital One Tysons location!
When I arrived to pick up the order, I was informed that Veggie Delight is not offered at the Tysons Sisters, therefore, I took home the Lemongrass soup and green curry without my Veggie Delight.
The prices at the Tysons Sisters Thai location are significantly higher then the Merrifield and Potomac locations. I paid $37.10 for the soup ($12) and curry ($22) plus tax, which were smaller quantities then other locations. For example, the shrimp were smaller and there was only two shrimp v. three and much less vegetables in the curry than Merrifield and Potomac.
The restaurant is beautiful and I recommend it if you are attending a show at the Capital One campus, but just be prepared to pay the higher prices for less food. I will stick with the Potomac or Merrifield locations for my Veggie Delight fix!
We were excited to finally check out this place. The aesthetics were nice, but the food left a lot to be desired. We went for dinner, and each of us got the pre-fixe meal which comes with an appetizer, entree, and dessert. The food did not taste fresh, and some of the food was a bit cold. The desserts were ok, but also not to the standard we were used to from other Sisters establishments. Unfortunately, I do not think we will be coming back.
Attended a Friendsgiving here, aesthetically pleasing restaurant, lots of places to take pictures, and kind, accommodating staff :)
Food and atmosphere were amazing! Host was really accommodating and kind!
Dined here tonight with friends and the food was delicious. It was proper spicy and fantastic. Would highly recommend dining here!
I recently visited Sister Thai, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with a modern yet authentic vibe that immediately sets the tone for a great meal.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. They were also helpful in recommending dishes based on our preferences, which made the experience even better.
Had a wonderful time and great drinks with awesome company. Beautiful decor!
Good, drinks, service, experience, honestly all of the above AND MORE. Fantastic. Will recommend!
The Food here is amazing! The Crispy Duck will melt your pallet with its immense flavors!
Wonderful atmosphere, interiors, and food!
Love the food and drinks
Awesome, great foods ad good beer on taps!
Gorgeous restaurant, delicious food and drinks and amazing environment across the street from Capital One Hall!
Beautiful restaurant with excellent food - highly recommend!
Very beautiful place, and the food was good. My main dish was soft tofu and vegetables and that was superb. Since this was a soft opening I also had to get a dessert and an appetizer because of the way the menu was set up. I would probably skip these if I came again, but the main dishes are worth trying out. Again, very very beautiful on the inside.
Came in for their soft opening this week. They have a limited menu for their dinner portion with a flat $37/pp for an appetizer, main, and dessert. Our party of 4 ordered a variety of things. As a whole, our table enjoyed our mains a lot more than our appetizers and desserts. I personally really enjoyed the green curry chicken plate, as it was refreshing to have thin slices of crispy chicken paired with the green curry. I'd definitely recommend that plate for anyone who is fine with spice.
Appetizer: Garden Roll
Main: Green Curry Chicken
Dessert: Chocolate Mousse
Other things to note: mocktail drink that has no carbonation (slushie) is very syrupy sweet and not as tangy as I would've preferred. Lamb(?) minced meat for one of our table's appetizer smelled a bit off and wasn't helping their appetite. Desserts weren't overly sweet nor too rich. I really enjoyed the coffee taste of my friend's brownie. Looks like it's a flavor that's laid within the middle of the brownie. Both people who ordered that on our table would've liked more nuts on the plate.
Overall, I would come here again but I'd come for their mains. It's a beautiful new restaurant and I can't wait to try their extended menu and Thai teas. When I come back, I'll update this review and try their green curry again with my friends!
