We've ordered Thai dishes from this restaurant several times, and we really love it. The flavors are perfectly balanced and remind us of the dishes we had while traveling in Thailand. Unlike other Thai restaurants, where the food tends to taste sweet due to the heavy use of sugar, this restaurant's food is just right. Just thinking about its dishes makes my mouth water, and I can't wait to order from this restaurant again soon.

I always get takeout from here, but yesterday I took my mom to dine in. The tom yum noodles were excellent—the soup was flavorful with a perfect balance of spice and lime. My mom had pad thai woonsen wrapped in eggs. The taste was so nostalgic since I’m Thai myself. Oh, I almost forgot about the pork satay—it was tender and juicy, and I loved it. Plus, our server was really nice. ♥️

I ordered take out from this place on 27 SEP 2024. In getting ready to eat the last of the leftovers. I found a screw in the pad see ew!!!

We liked this place so much that we didn't mind that we had extra wait times with every take out order. We go out of our way to support local businesses, but no longer this one.

A nice, quiet, local Thai restaurant that serves very tasty food. Family operated. My favorite dishes are the ones that include basil and noodles. For dessert, please try the sticky rice with mango and the ice cream, what a fabulous way to finish a well crafted meal.

The husband and wife team work hard to manage the front of the restaurant and the kitchen and the takeout orders. We always leave having a great experience. Love this local gem!

20240921 Got the Duck Noodle Soup, it was ok. The lady working there was nice, but they are understaffed. It was just her and the cook. We got our appetizer and thought she forgotten us because she never came back to take our order. I went to look for her in the kitchen. The, after our meal, long time later, I went to the kitchen to order dessert. Then I went to the kitchen again to request our check. Although she was very nice, I have inly been here twice, and both times, we had to look for her before she was busy taking care of the carry out orders. There were very few people dining in.
20240516 I haven't been here in a long time. Nothing fancy about the restaurant decor, but the food was excellent, and the service was great, too! There was only 1 person working, and there were several carryout orders while we were the only ones dining in. My friend needed more rice and hot pepper, and I saw an Asian lady standing near the kitchen. It turned out that she's a friend of the lady working by herself. This lady came walking over to our table asking if we needed anything after she saw me waving. She explained that she's a friend and insisted getting our requests. She brought us the items we asked for, and she was sooo nice. The lady working here was friendly, nice and very polite. We ordered Apetitzer #1, and Entrees #5 and #12. All the food was good. I got the #12 in medium hot and it was hot. I forgot to take pics of the food, but got them empty plates. Lol oh, I also love the picture menu!!

Food is delicious. I’ve gotten the basil fried rice vegetarian and the one with chicken, spring rolls and Tom Yum soup…all delicious. The most flavorful basil fried rice I’ve ever had. Clean place. Staff is very friendly. I will continue to be a customer!

The best Pad Thai I’ve ever eaten. This place had the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Everything was well balanced, flavorful, perfectly cooked, light and delicious.
I will absolutely be going back to try more things on the menu.

Greatly improved food over the previously owned restaurant that was here. The current owners changed some of the restaurant design, making it feel more lively while also cleaner. The food is what really changed, having gone from mediocre at best to becoming absolutely delightful to eat. My wife and I come here at least three times a month, and I can't get enough of their 9PadThai meal (I often choose pork in mine).

If you're looking for a quiet and delicious lunch or dinner, I highly recommend this place.

Stumbled upon this place on our drive through and are extremely glad we did. This family owned and operated Thai restaurant is thee best thai we have ever had. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and are cooked with care. Service was superb, going above and beyond. Highly recommend you come eat here for authentic experience. Also, super clean and great atmosphere.

Had khao soi gai here for the first time in years - I fell in love with it when I lived in Chiang Mai, but don't often see it in the DC area. So delicious! The green curry was also stellar. We are bringing sticky rice with mango and Thai custard home for dessert, of course.
The only down side? We always want to order everything on the menu.

Great som tum gai yang which is thai street chicken and sticky rice with spicy Papaya salad. A dish you won't see In most thai restaurants . Take from a thai person, if you see street food on the menu, it's a legit thai person in the back cooking it.

new thai restaurant, came by for lunch (service and food was quick) to try to pad Thai since they are called 29 pad Thai. The chicken and shrimp Pad Thai were both a bit on the sweeter side for me . will try again as they just opened.

I just at here again after being away from home for a month and was treated like a king. Excellent food and service. I'm happy that they're slowly getting back from COVID. This family run business is a must-go to place and is way underrated. They not only serve cleanly prepared food, ingredients are fresh. Until they secure their liquor license, check to see if you can BYOB. I'd recommend a nicely chilled bottle of any good dry white such as a Pinot Grigio or Trebbiano D'Abruzzo but if you prefer, a good German Reisling will also pair well with most dishes.

Such friendly staff and the food was so flavorful. We ordered the beef ka pow, tum yum pad thai soup and calamari. We will definitely return! Very homely atmosphere. Loved it!

The food and service were amazing. But the decor was underwhelming, Barry Manilow's greatest hits seemed out of place. There are no alcoholic beverages. But the food was good enough that I really didn't care! Still I think I will just get take out next time

This was worst pad thai I have even eaten. Super wet for some reason, mushy noodles, and I bit on something crunchy like an egg shell. I'm not saying it was an egg shell but it crunched like it. I couldn't get through the meal. My stomach started hurting an hour or so later.

The food here is amazing! Best pad Thai I ever had and the drunken noodles are to die for. They need to cook the potatoes more in the massaman curry however.

Some of the best pad thai in the area and arguably some of the best I have ever had. They really do find that balance perfect balance when making something spicy. We have only ever gotten to go orders, but every time myself and my husband have gotten our order, we've been impressed. Can't wait to try everything else! 😌

Great addition to the Saratoga shopping center. The thai fried rice was superb. Wife and I are vegetarian, they accommodated a non-egg version of the pineapple fried rice with the veggies and tofu and it was really really great! One of the best Thai fried rice I’ve had.

We also got the spring rolls and fried tofu for appetizer, both were pretty standard fare, but on the good end. Tofu and bean sprouts were really great, super fresh taste with the sprouts and the sauce had a nice kick. Will be back next time we’re in town.

The staff and food was very good! The waiter forgot to bring one of my drinks but other than that minor issue, everything was great. I would recommend adding fresh rolls to the menu and perhaps having the flexibility to make dishes without fish sauce.

Love love love it! The owner is so friendly, the food is incredible, and the presentation is outstanding. You won’t regret ordering the steamed mussels, also love the Tom yum soup with your choice of meat. I prefer shrimp. Mango sticky rice is soo good too. I could go on and on..

Found an m&m in my fried rice. Tasted it and it was chocolate. Ordered Crab fried rice and they gave me no crab. Called them to ask why there was an m&m and they said we don’t have chocolate here and that they would call me back and never did.

This restaurant keeps changing its name but that doesn't mean the food has changed.

Excellent fried rice, blew my mind. I will say that the beef portion for the kapow was very very small, but incredibly tasty. Beyond that, you cant go wrong with this place!

Ordered take out Yellow Curry and was pretty disappointed. I selected spicy and there was no spice at all. I also expected potatoes, but I only had carrots and tomatoes. Lastly, the rice portion is a scoop, not even a full small container. I think if you’re paying $13 for something, at least get plenty of rice…

Best Thai food in the area. Good sized portions, fair prices, and a great menu selection with a lot of items you can't typically find. I've already tried 6-7 of their dishes and every one of them were delicious. I cant recommend this place enough. Order literally anything and you'll be more than satisfied.

I'm a picky eater tired this place based on the yelp reviews. The customer service was great I orderd take out. The hostess was very pleasant and even asked if I wanted water while I wait. I had the Basil Thai fried rice with shrimp. It's spicy and I'm not big on spicy so next time I'll ask for a little spice. The spring roll was nice, fresh, and crispy. Definitely will visit again.
