Easily 5/5
Amazing food. Fresh, flavorful ingredients individually, made into delicious dishes. Generous portions (utensils in photo are ~33% larger than typical home silverware). The noodles of the drunken noodles have great texture and taste; chewy and tender, and not soggy.
Service was wonderful. Great attention to detail without being overbearing or obvious.
Atmosphere is lively. Pop music at a volume low enough to have conversations. Dining area is clean.
Convenient location if you're visiting the area,
The menu was thoughtful but the dishes were more 4/5. The green curry had too few vegetables, and the same frozen pre-cut chicken most Thai restaurants use.
Sticky rice with mango, lychee soda, and curry puffs were delicious
Service was attentive and polite
Restaurant was clean and relaxing
I had an exceptional dining experience at this Thai restaurant. The portions were generous, and every dish was delicious and full of unique flavors. The service was also top-notch, with the staff being friendly and attentive. Highly recommend if you're looking for authentic Thai food with great service!
One of my favorite Thai restaurants in the area. Visited a few times with my wife and have always had a great experience. Service is nice and food comes out fast. Presentation is good and food always tastes fresh and flavorful. Had the healthy rolls and fried calamari as appetizers. The rolls were light, perfect for a hot summer day and the fried calamari was breaded well, not too heavy or greasy and the calamari tasted super fresh. For entrees we had the drunken noodles and 911 fried rice with seafood on both. Again various seafood tasted super fresh and both dishes were spiced well and flavorful. Also get the Thai tea, that really pulled the meal together! Portion sizes are good and filling, on the next visit I'm going to try and leave space for desert because I'm dieing to try the deserts they have on the menu! Will definitely be back!
What a delicious meal! Excellent service and really fun atmosphere! Our family loves Thai food and we have been to many of the other spots in the area and this one IS THE BEST! Can’t wait to go back!
Nice neighborhood Thai place. Good food and wonderful service!
this restaurant was very delicious and served authentic thai food. Even tho i usually don’t like thai, this restaurant made me change my opinion. The second u enter ur bombarded with a beautiful ambiance and the service is top notch!! Would definitely come here again!! (10/10 def recommend)
Yummy Tummy
Food is just decent but nothing special. High priced for what you get and service is spotty. Even called for a pick up order and no one picked up the phone several times before lunch ended. Made it there before closing and everyone just sitting at the counter. No real apology but simply stated we’re closed despite it not being 3. Poor service
We ordered the My Home's Som Tum salad but it was very disappointing due to the misleading description. Green papaya was listed but it wasn't included in the salad, there were only two pieces of shrimp, and the 'catfish' was fried batter. To top it off, the whole salad was drenched in fish sauce to the extent that it was inedible. When we tried to speak to the restaurant about the meal, they told us that they wouldn't refund it or provide store credit for a different meal because 'they didn't do anything wrong'. Would not reccomend!
Excellent food and service. Odd location but worth the hunt.
Moved out of the area less than a year ago, I still think about this place a lot. Highly recommend the massaman curry and crispy duck.
Great food! Never disappoints!
Excellent Thai restaurant. Food was delicious and priced very reasonably.
'Ok' way overpriced food. Absolutely rude, sarcastic service that often gets order wrong whether in house or takeout. Much better, kinder options in the area.

This is only for burritos since I have not tried other items. Also take out so not for service. Should be called Rice and chicken/steak burrito since all other ingredients were non existing. Fries were a ok. Didn't try Yuka.
wonderful service and even better food. we are here for my mom’s birthday for the second year in a row. definitely recommend!
Cozy spot and very friendly kind service from employees here. The food was decent, got the yellow curry. I think the atmosphere is what is unique for me, it’s very cozy and not overwhelming which is good.
The noodles and espresso maritini were very delicious! Great service as well and everyone was very friendly

All around 10/10.
I've ordered delivery and take out many times, but the Dine-in experience is also top tier - cozy atmosphere with super nice staff! (The seasonal decorations are a cute touch too!)
Every single dish I've tried has been amazing - good portion size with generous protein/veg. The spice levels are just right, enough to give you that kick without overpowering the taste of the dish.
Food is always nice and hot and take-out is bagged in both a sturdy paper bag and a plastic bag with handles incase that sauce gets out.
The dine-in menu also has nice pictures of the dishes if you're not familiar with them.
All in all I'd highly recommend! I know I'll be making my way through the whole menu myself.
It’s a real bang for your buck. I got the drunken noodles - which were some of the best I’ve had in the area. My friend got the pad Thai - which I didn’t like as much (too sweet and the noodles almost seemed undercooked?). All in all really good though and would return. $38 exactly for both dishes with tip.
This Thai spot has become my favorite in Northern VA area and has become the place I compare other Thai places to. I've mostly ordered for delivery from here, but if I lived closer, I'd dine-in and have no reason to try anywhere else! The food always comes FRESH, is well packaged, in good portions, and delicious!
My go-to dishes at the moment... Angry (Drunken) Noodles. My favorite! Enough sauce throughout the dish so the rice noodles are easy (glide) to pickup and it tastes great EVERY TIME. I've had this dish at many other Thai restaurants in the area, but from here is hands down #1 for me right now. Not too dry, not too saucy. The flavor, the good spice, the fresh noodles and veggies...cannot go wrong with this dish!
Papaya Salad (Som Tum). Again, one of the best I've had in this area. The ingredients, especially the papaya is always fresh, vibrant, and tasty. And nowhere else adds that unique, tasty, crispy catfish topping. Yum!
Goong Prik Gleur (spicy battered shrimp) is also fantastic. Good portion, good spice, and tasty!
We've also tried their Spring Rolls (good, fresh, and not too oily) and Street Fried Rice (good portion, tasty, and fresh).
Looking forward to trying some of their other dishes! But it might be a while, because those go-to dishes are too good to pass up!
Update as of 9/6/2024:
Finally made my way to their Belmont Ridge (Ashburn) location. Took some family there as well. The décor of this location is floral, spacious, and lovely. The food quality remains the same...outstanding! Even my family was impressed. Each dish we got was delicious. Gotta get their papaya salad, it never disappoints. The crab fried rice was good, but one family member felt that it could've used more seasoning. The drunken noodles was delicious, as usual. The spring rolls and shrimp cakes were great. And the surprise for me was the coconut cream cake, as I'm not a big dessert person. It was delicious as well. Not too sweet and very easy to eat.
Whether you're in Reston or Ashburn areas, MyHome Thai Bistro is worth it. Consistently fresh and great tasting Thai food!
I had an exceptional dining experience at this Thai restaurant. The portions were generous, and every dish was delicious and full of unique flavors. The service was also top-notch, with the staff being friendly and attentive. Highly recommend if you're looking for authentic Thai food with great service!
Excellent curry and speedy service!
Great menu
I can highly recommend the smoothies. Their Pad See Ew and Quack Quack Duck Soup are also quite good.
Good food for reasonable price, service is quick and friendly
Everything here is delicious! I recommend the spring rolls and chicken with Green Curry 🍛
We love My Home Thai bistro, however in the last few months - the portions have gotten much smaller. The prices went up and they now use the smaller containers for take away containers for all their food. The amount of rice I received was minuscule. I loved my dinner, but was really disappointed that for $70 for three meals for three people we were all still hungry. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be returning.
Update A YEAR LATER! I'm so very DISAPPOINTED, what happened, my food was an inbalance with untastyiness to what happened! Was it because it was delivered or because it's Sunday. If I felt like driving there, I would take it back and say thanks you must don't want me as a customer. SO DISAPPOINTED.
I'm so glad I decided to try another Thai spot in this area. This one has become one of my new favorites go to for bangkok street food. I had the Duck Fried Rice and it was Deliciousoooogoood! Nice ambiance I hope the workers are as friendly and nice as their restaurant. Give them a try!
The service was amazing, portions are amazing, prices are great!
Excellent experience here all the way around, from food to service to atmosphere. Prices also reasonable.
The night we came here, they said that they had a computer problem and all of their orders were backlogged. This was frustrating, but understandable until we noticed many tables who came after us get their food before us. I know this sounds like a negative review, but the staff did a number of things to make up for this experience. Our food ended up being good and despite the long wait, because of the staff, we would give this place another try!
Fast and friendly service! Lunch specials are excellent; the staff deliveries quickly and clearly cares about providing you quality food. Delicious!

Like an instagram model started a restaurant.
The noodles had a unpleasant odor, the odor appeared to be the combination of unhygienic practices and overcooking. We couldn't swallow the dish due to the odor. When I informed the staff, they still charged for the full meal despite returning. 😟
Called at 9:55 to add thai salad dressing to my meal and I was told the kitchen is closed. Really!
Amazing food and service. The restaurant was spotless and the food was so freash
5/13/2024 - Took my family for dinner with my mother who is particular. She loved the food especially the crying tiger. She also found the calamari delicious. You can never go wrong with this place. Menu was recently updated and it looks great. Enjoy!
10/26/2023 - Adding an update. My daughter and I stopped by to eat dinner. I ordered pineapple fried rice, grilled squid, healthy rolls, and a chocolate shake for my daughter to enjoy. My daughter enjoyed all the food tremendously. She especially liked the healthy rolls. I love them too, but I crave the grilled squid and the pineapple fried rice. I like the juxtaposition of the various flavors. My daughter said the chocolate shake was the best. Not too sweet. Check out the photo of it. Beautiful presentation. I also like the atmosphere. Quiet, relaxing, and friendly. Service is prompt, food is hot and tasty, the quantity is perfect, and the prices are good. You can't go wrong. My favorite Thai restaurant hands down.
The Tom kha is perfect. I love their healthy rolls and calamari. The secret is their sauce. This is the best Thai food in the area. My wife is Malay and her native food is very similar. I have eaten Thai food while living in areas with a high southeast Asian population. My palette knows good Thai and this is it. The dine in experience is wonderful. Great decor and homely plantings make the entire experience very appealing.
Tasty, fresh, and filling. Servings are huge. Very unique dining options. Excellent food experience. Need to come back again to try other items.
Good taste and fresh quality.
My family enjoys this restaurant.
Only con was;
They don't give utensils or napkins for to go orders (don't understand why)
Excellent
Ordered for delivery… two puffs, Thai coconut curry, and two small containers of jasmine rice. $40+ dollars. Food was “okay” but doesn’t match the dollar spended. Two meals at best from a size portion perspective. Not worth the dollars. Will not go back and I love Thai food.
MyHome Thai Bistro is a super cute location with great vibes. The service was wonderful and the food was very tasty! I am excited to go back! I got the Thai Coffee Granita (which is Thai Iced Coffee and the ice cubes are made of coffee), Tofu Pad Thai, and we got the Mango Sticky Rice for dessert.
Overcharged me for an item and then refused to refund me the difference. We have been coming here ever since they opened, and were okay with the price hikes but this was really the last straw. They told me that the item price went up $3, however it was (and still is) the same price on their online ordering portal. Severely disappointed, and they have lost a long time customer.
We have returned here on every occasions when we crave for Thai food. Not only is it authentic, it is also well appointed and deliver great service
We really enjoy coming to this restaurant. The service and decor are amazing. The Pad Thai was a little too sweet, even for my kids.
Best Thai restaurant in America.
Especially, fried rice was no difference that i tried in Thailand. One of the best thai restaurant i’ve visited.
First Time Impression: Please learn to take the time to listen to what someone is saying before you run off to the back with an attitude speaking in your language. We ordered takeout. The order (although requested separate) was combined. We asked the older lady to separate (2) for payment. She grabbed our bag and ran to the back to separate items. Another younger much nicer (reason for stars) lady understood and informed her of what we meant. She did manage to conger up a half sincere apology before we left but the tone had already been set.
Outside of that I did enjoy the green curry shrimp and chicken fried rice (plentiful) along with the curry puff as well.
Won't return. Don't like being treated ugly when there are plenty other places that will enjoy my business.
Nestled amidst a bustling enclave of office buildings and residential apartments lies an unassuming culinary treasure that is an absolute must-visit for any food aficionado. This hidden gem, though discreet in its location, is bursting at the seams with an explosion of flavors and the kind of freshness that turns first-time visitors into regulars.
One of the standout dishes that immediately captures the palate is their calamari. Unlike many other establishments where the calamari is often overwhelmed by breading, here it is a revelation. Each bite offers a symphony of textures, from the super crispy exterior to the tender, perfectly cooked squid within, making it a dish that sets a high bar for appetizers.
However, the culinary journey doesn't stop there. The menu is a vibrant tapestry of flavors, each dish telling its own unique story. The Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles stand out for their authenticity and depth of flavor. The noodles in each dish are a testament to the chef's skill, cooked to that elusive perfect point between firm and tender, acting as the ideal canvas for the rich and distinct sauces that coat them.
But it is the duck dish that truly steals the show. Prepared with a finesse that borders on artistry, the duck is an epitome of crispiness and flavor. It's when this dish is paired with the ka pow sauce that the experience elevates to something celestial. The sauce, with its complex layers of flavors, could easily be enjoyed with nothing more than a simple bowl of rice, such is its allure.
Already, the anticipation builds for a return visit, with the fried rice and curry calling out to be explored. With each dish not just satisfying hunger but creating an experience, this hidden gem is a place where every visit promises not just a meal, but a journey through an exquisite landscape of flavors.
Overall, very tasty. I was hoping it would be more spicy based off the reviews, but it's still better than most places.
Abysmal service!! The first time my wife and I went in, we were not greeted nor were we acknowledged and I had to go up to one of the employees and asked for a table. Our waitress provided one of the worst service we have ever had in a restaurant. She never came to check on us and did not want to provide any extra napkins or silverware. It looks like they are extremely careful to the point of exaggeration with their stuff. We asked for napkins, and the waitress looked at our table and then looked back to us and kind of gesturing that we each already had "one" so we don't need another! She never gave them to us! We asked another employee who was walking by our table and he went to the bar and got one and I do mean "one" single small square bar napkin and gave it to us! We waited several minutes at the end because no one would even give us the bill and I had to get up and find someone to ask for it. The food was not so good. We had the traditional papaya salad, but it was filled with a very strange brown shredded textured item that crumbled into the dish if you even try to take it out, it was disgusting. The main entries were about a 6 out of 10. We decided to give it another try on a different day. When we walked in, they would not allow us to sit at one of their booths and told us that we had to sit at one of those small tables in the middle of the aisle where everyone was waiting to get their Uber eats pickups. The waitress said that they had reservations for the remaining few booths. So my wife and I decided to order takeout. However, while waiting for the food we saw a family coming that did not have a reservation and they were allowed to sit at one of the booths! Anyway, we took our food and left. The third time we went in, we were not greeted at all and we were just sitting next to the door waiting for someone. So I finally got up and walked up to a waitress and asked her if we can sit at one of the booths. She said that was fine and my wife and I proceeded to sit. Then, another employee came out and yelled at the first one that I spoke with about the booth. Then they both came to us and said that we can't sit at the booth and we have to sit at one of the little tables again next to the aisle, because they had a bunch of reservations!! This was a complete lie because the restaurant was going to close in 45 minutes and something that doesn't make sense is not true. Three booths open and all were reserved 45 minutes before closing??!! The reason why they don't want to give booths is because they're so worried about maximizing their profits and they will not allow two people to sit in a booth! They're just waiting for a bigger group to serve!! We did not eat that night and we told them how bad their service were before leaving. The only reason why we even went back a couple times despite the extremely poor service was because it is within walking distance. Otherwise the food is mediocre but the service from the team members are extremely bad. No greeting, no acknowledging, no checking in to see how your food is, will not even give you napkins! Then when it's all over, hunt the person down for your bill!! If the owner really cares, they provide basic training or fire most of the team members and start over, because this kind of sloppy service is going to affect their bottom line! One waitress, her hygiene was so bad that I'm glad that we did not have to encounter her through our meal. The good news is, we found a couple more Thai restaurants in Reston that were actually a lot better and friendlier!! We will never be back here again!!
UPDATE 3/10/24 Got carry out last night as it was EXCELLENT once again. The team there are super nice and thankful for your business too.
Best Thai food in the whole DMV. It’s a nicely decorated place run by happy and very appreciative folks too. The food is excellent. I highly recommend dining here or doing take out. You’ll see why they have excellent ratings.
Don't order food from here. Just wasted 2 hours waiting for food that was never able to be picked up. They closed before the driver could pick up my order.... why would you confirm an order knowing you're going to be closed. All people see in the app is what time we have left to place an order. Why would you allow it so close to closing?
I always eat here when I am in the Reston area... the food, staff, and service are awesome. -Try the curry puffs ;)-
A wide array of delicious Thai dishes including tons of vegetarian options. Lots of delicious dessert options too including tasty fresh made cakes and mango sticky rice. The cozy atmosphere and helpful staff make this a really relaxing place to grab a bite.
Today was my first time eating from here. The green curry with vegetables and tofu and healthy rolls were incredibly delicious! It was so much food, I have dinner for tomorrow too.
I have been to this place couple of times and I used to like it. I visit today on my birthday and one of the servers made it one of the worst day. I couldn’t even enjoy my lunch. I ordered Basil fried rice and couple of other things. First of all, she was not even taking note of our orders and didn’t confirm one more time what we ordered. At the end she made a mistake and showed me an attitude saying I ordered stir fried rice. I know how basil fried rice looks like and I asked them to confirm if that was basil fried rice and she said that is not, but that is what I ordered with full attitude. I would have just eat that stir fried rice but she took it always and came with basil rice and again with the same attitude she said if that was the same thing I ordered last time as if it was if fault. If you don’t like your job, please find one that you enjoy doing. I would have understood if it was busy time but there was hardly 3 tables.
worst service experience ever… would have given zero if I could. This lady server was very rude and had wrong attitude when it was her mistake bringing us wrong food. Very unwelcoming service.
Very bad experience
Let me start by saying the food was pretty good… not the best Thai I’ve had but pretty solid. The service leaves a lot to be desired… our waitress was not friendly nor did she give any recommendations. The servings scream Family Style but we had no idea until all of our food came out… which was weird that they sent out each persons dinner one at a time leaving some dishes to get cold until we all wanted to eat together. The bar service was also extremely slow for it to be so dead and their red wine tasted old. Me and a few girlfriends met here for dinner after seeing some videos online that looked really amazing… idk what these “influencers” are making but the video couldn’t have been further from the truth. The aesthetic was not it, they didn’t make any cocktail into a mocktail as stated and it was almost not even the same restaurant… but wait, I saved the best part for last! Around 9:40 they turned the lights bright and turned off the music which I figured was our “que” to wrap it up because they close at 10. Never have I ever been at a restaurant and have this happen before where we felt like we were being kicked out. It was so awkward and dead silent you could hear all of the kitchen conversation and even our own. I just thought that was so rude and really put a sour end to the evening there. Needless to say none of us would ever return here… in fact, if you’re ever in Reston and craving Thai you should drive about 5 minutes from here and go to Tiki Thai instead! Thats what we did after leaving here and wish we would have just went there instead. Customer service was top notch and their drinks and desserts are amazing! To have another Thai restaurant so close MyHome Thai Bistro really needs to step it up! 0/10 would recommend!
Geat!!!!
I'm a customer who visited my home thai multiple times. We had my friend's birthday dinner at this place. We were almost 10 member's spend our time's by some talks and jokes in our language. The Employee of this store made a comments saying we were laughing at her and she went and complained to other customer and the customer is very disrespectful with us. She don't know our language and how can she complain on us. We are a past customer of that store, what's the need for us to laugh at them. This is very very bad. At the moment we had discussion with the customer bought by this store employee, We were dissapointed and immediately paid the bill and left the store. They literally made my friends birthday bad and dissapointed us. This is our last visit to that store. Never come back to this again. The employees at this this store are very rude. They don't even know how to treat the customers.
Favorite place to eat in Reston. They do everything so well and have great service. Everything is always ready very quickly so go there earlier than they say. Panang curry, pad Thai, chicken Street noodles, and gyoza are my go tos. Duck dishes are generous and delicious though can be greasier than dishes with leaner meat. Go try it!! Thank you for making such amazing food!
I was staying at the nearby Sheraton Reston hotel and this restaurant was recommended to me and I am very happy with the service and tastiness of the meal. I had the spicy basil with beef and it had really great heat and the portion was solid too. The duck roti was also very delicious. The prices are very fair and I would eat here again.
I ordered green tea ice cream to go, at the end of my meal, and took it next door to my hotel to eat. Had to throw it away when I opened it because they drizzled chocolate syrup all over it. I am severely allergic to chocolate and couldn’t even touch it. Please ask before adding an ingredient not on the menu, and which wouldn’t be expected to go with green tea flavor. Otherwise good and service were very good.
Very small serving sizes. I ordered Bangkok shrimp and though it was pricier than the chicken / beef items the serving size was small. If restaurants are expecting patrons to pay for higher prices and 20% minimum tips then the serving sizes should be decent at the least
I got the Angry Noodles (Drunken Noodles/Pad Kee Mao) with shrimp and my GF got the Street Fried rice with chicken…
Drunken Noodles: the Drunken Noodles were made with Jalepenos instead of the traditional Birds Eye chili peppers so the flavor was off to me. Additionally, it had a decent amount of spice but not the same level of flavor I’m used to with drunken noodles…
Chicken Fried Rice: quote from my girlfriend “It was the equivalent of eating white bread.”
Great price and portion. Very tasty too!!
Food is delicious. Staff is friendly. It does take slightly longer to get your food during dinner. They were very busy with to go orders
TL;DR: Great choice for a Thai restaurant in terms of food and design of restaurant. Service was prompt and the food came out quickly. Lunch portion was well-sized.
Specific Foods:
Thai Red Curry: 9/10
Drunken Noodle: 7.6/10
Spring Roll: 7/10
General Wait Time for 1/2 dishes: 20-30 min
Room For Improvement:
1. It took a bit of effort to get the waiter back to our table (since I needed to order more food) after food was served
Great place for lunch
Gotten food poisoning after eating their chicken pad Thai dish. Back in late November. This use to be my favorite restruant to go to but now I'm scared to order from here now.
Excellent Thai food at a great cost. The portions are a great size
I've gotten a lot of takeout here (currys, entrees, curry puffs) and it's always very good. Today, I dined in (for the first time) and it was a real treat. The food was excellent as usual and the wait staff were helpful, cheery, and provided great service all around. I would also suggest trying some of there drinks. I've had both the Lychee and Green Tea smoothies both are good. I like the Lychee smoothie a lot. I also like their (authentic) Thai tea and I've come here just for that before. I've included pictures of the large menu as I've only seen the two page menu before today and I think the pictures are helpful.
I wait 20 minutes for 1 order
They have amazing red curry / red thai curry 🍛 I’ve tried their green curry and panang curry as well and those were also delicious, though I would have liked them a tad bit less sweet. My husband always gets their drunken noodles and absolutely loves them. Their fried tofu + veggie spring rolls from the appetizer menu are delicious too.
Hi everybody who sees this. I never ate here befor. But this Thanksgiving was my first time eating here the food was fantastic service was great. It's a small place I would like to see them move to a bigger place cuz they get a lot of business and a lot of To go orders.i Recmond this restaurant to everybody like is said everything was good it's my new fav place to eat at in reston.
Absolutely my Thai spot going forward. Great spot! Be sure to make a reservation. Dumplings, curry, Thai iced tea & coffee all fantastic. And be sure to get their green tea ice cream. Great team there.
I love eating at this place. The service is really great and the food is top notch
The food was good, but the service was bad, and not at all worth the 25% service fee that they automatically charge. Our server routinely ignored our table and took an eternity to finally get our checks. For a 25% service fee, I expect exceptional service, not someone who would look at us and turn away. We literally would wave at the server head-on, and she would pretend not to see us.
Very disappointed and will not be returning.
Great food and great presentation!
Best angry noodles ever!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. THEY ARE INCREDIBLY RUDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE. They have given my order to the wrong food delivery driver on MULTIPLE occasions - and when contacted, they tell you it’s your fault. They are disorganized and incredibly rude.
Another delicious meal! Great food and service! Ming was very pleasant and funny. I had the Happy Noodle (Ming was able to have my meal made without the heat thus changing the Angry Noodle to a Happy Noodle). The healthy spring roll was a delicious pleasant surprise. Love this restaurant. A very filling meal at a very reasonable price.
Place is amazing and is worth a trip. Not saying it’s huge but the experience is incredible.
Best Thai food Ive ever eaten in VA. Clean, friendly restaurant with attentive staff. Loved the way they serve tea in beautiful china cups.
The best ever
Loved this place! The service was great welcoming and delightful.. food, drinks just perfect.. we’ll visit again
Love the Chicken Pad Thai! Dropped in for some quick take out.
The interior decorator did a great job. Quiet and cozy. I highly recommend.
Decent food, Good service but not great atmosphere
Love the food and I look forward to eating there
AMAZING restaurant. The food was SO good. 100% recommend a few things on the menu such as the panang curry with chicken, pad see ew (sorry if misspelled)with beef, and the sweet rice with mango! Everything comes out looking great and very fast. So delicious and beautiful decor all over the restaurant. The service was very good too, quick and concise. 🥰Everything was a 10/10. Comes out hot and fresh and good drink options too. Will come back. 🌸🥘🍛Nice outdoor seating too!
Yellow Curry was good. Pad Thai, however was really bad- could barely swallow the noodles as they tasted like wet dog and the chicken with it tasted old. The plates they give you to eat off of were very small like the size of a tea plate.
Can't wait to come back...
Well, I have visited this location many times. I have enjoyed dining in here before as well. However, today as I am picking up my online order I was asked to show my ID. Now, I have never had to do this in the past. As a matter of fact, I normally just walk in and grab my food or they ask me my name and hand me my food. They have NEVER before asked for an ID. Now, the lady who asked today, stated it was because people were not picking up their order. Do they NOT know their name? Or did I just experience something else??
Ate here for a week with covid, stuck in Sheraton. Healthy rolls are excellent
Beautiful atmosphere! Mona is superb! Thank you! -Brock
I usually love Myhome but this time felt different than usual. Just so so.
One of our go to Thai places around. They have some exquisite drinks available and the food is excellent.
Good
Authentic street Thai food very reasonably priced convenient location
This is a beautiful clean restaurant. The service was very on point. The food had some really good options and a couple that I could do without. The scallion pancakes where a really good app and sizzling roti dessert was fabulous. I did not like jalapeno in my food it seemed very out of place. The jalapeno was sliced very large. I would much rather traditional Thai chili's and some more veggies with the meal. But all and all it was a good experience.
Went there for friends birthday! They even played happy birthday song so many times.
Tasty food for vegetarians! Fried tofu is fabulous! Sauces are excellent.
From the stellar reviews, we were excited to select this restaurant for an event. Unfortunately, these reviews were all very deceiving.
When we arrived to the restaurant, we were greeted by a rude hostess who did not seem like she was excited to have customers dining in her workplace. We informed her we had made reservation, and she acted like she had not idea what we were talking about. She even asked us twice if we had made the reservation for the Reston location and not the Ashburn location. We were confused that even after calling in advance multiple times prior to the time, she still acted aloof.
After sitting at the table, it took an excessive amount of time for the hostess to come around to ask us our drink orders. A while after the drinks had been ordered and came, she finally came to ask us for our dinner orders.
We even ordered appetizers before (again, starving at this point!) which did not come until after the meal was served.
The food itself was not bad.
When it came time to pay (we had to request the checks, because service here is nonexistent) we found a generous 18% gratuity had already been applied to each item. It didn't really seem right to automatically tip for such subpar service. Additionally, the sever left off the drinks we had ordered in the original bill, and scrambled to find checks to add them to after already giving the final check.
I WOULD LIKE TO NOTE THAT THE RECIEPT I SAW WHEN I PRESENTED THE WOMAN WITH MY CARD !!DID NOT!! REFLECT THE SAME PRICE SHE CHARGED MY CARD!
Please look elsewhere, unless you have an appetite for mediocre service.
Everything is great here, from the Currys to the pad Thai to the duck soup. Highly recommend to all!
Fried rice tasted very doughy and not tasty. Drunken noodles tasted really bad as well.
Really unfortunate experience with rude staff and manager. Food doesn’t matter when customer service is poor.
AMAZING restaurant! So stunning inside. They really did such an amazing job with the decorations.
Came here for lunch and got the spring rolls appetizer and the Panang curry and loved it!!! Perfect level of spice while still being able to enjoy the tastes.
We had excellent and attentive service the whole time!:) all the employees were very kind
I got their spring rolls and Chicken Pad Thai.
I can honestly say that I loved the Pad Thai, they had “chips(?)” on top which I was first hesitant on trying but it goes well with the noodles! Spice level i got was the lowest - which was perfect for me.
I don’t really recommend the Spring Rolls although the presentation was there and taste was ok, i don’t think i will be ordering that again. But overall 5 star review!
Delicious, cute decor and friendly staff
My all time favorite Thai restaurant. They seriously never miss. Portions are HUGE! One plate of pad Thai is almost 3 portions for someone like me. Their 911 fried rice hits the spot! They never cheap out on their proteins!! Friendly staff, quick service, delicious food! I drive all the way from falls church to here!!
Their waitstaff was unattentive. After one order was prepared wrong, they took the entrée back to make what was ordered. I then had a problem with my menu item served. I clearly moved the plate to the left of me and waited. The waitrstaff approached after 15 minutes or so, I was asked, and shared that my noodles were overcooked and the texture was off. She then took the plate and said nothing. They never asked if I wanted anything else to eat. Just voided my order and I watched everyone else eat.
Good food good service
Absolutely love this place. This is our go-to place on Ubereats for Thai food!
I am a regular customer in this restaurant but just found this restaurant will “revise” your tip. Disputed with credit card company and will never go back.
