Modern cafe doing curries, noodles & other traditional Thai fare in relaxed digs with light effects.
Ordered Pad See Ew with Chicken and another with Tofu/Veg, Diner Thai Fried Rice with chicken, and Dinner Pad Woon Sen Noodle with chicken and they were all terrible. The noodles were overcooked and chewy, the flavor was bland and too sweet, and the tofu looked old. We also ordered Spring Rolls (Deep Fried) and they were small and undercooked making the inside doughy. I will be avoiding this place and not reordering again.
I accidentally stopped in to this lovely restaurant. I was to go next door, but could not turn around once I entered. The tables are glittery but not distractingly so. I had the summer rolls as an appetizer and they were yummy; Simple and delicious. For an entrée I had the Ginger Perfect Dinner with shrimp. The sauce could have been thicker, shrimp were a good portion and cooked well. Overall the flavor was good. I suggest you have the Thai iced tea with dinner.
My waitress was pleasant and took the time to ensure I was doing well. Service was prompt. I wish I got her name, but if she reads this, thank you for a great experience.
I will definitely make a stop her again to try their other dishes.
Amazing, cant tell you what I got other than the Sea War salad, Crispy Banana A La Mode, and the Drunken Noodles as I can't pronounce the appetizer & soup but it was delicious regardless.
I had a Thai Tea for a drink, and the heat on the dishes is quite a lot, this would be a phenomenal place on a winters day. The thai Tea really helped offset the spice. The first three dishes I had increased in spiciness gradually until the Drunken Noodles arrived whereupon you could SMELL the spice coming off it I called it & ordered desert after running out of iced tea.
The desert was delicious, and a nice pallete cleanser after the raw heat put out by the dinner, first time trying Thai food, and definitely won't be the last.
A nice, cosy restaurant with a somewhat plain decor. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes. I was in a party of 10 and the service was excellent. The servings were substantial and everyone enjoyed their meal. Ample parking.
I wish I had a better experience. My spring roll was fine, but kind of ordinary tasting. My veggie lunch was awful. The tofu was so rubbery, I couldn't even cut them in half. I couldn't eat any of the tofu. The veggies were over cooked, and sauce was not very good. The sauce left a terrible aftertaste in my mouth. An hour later I could still taste something unpleasant in my mouth. I don't think I can try this place again.
Every time I order takeout from here it’s absolutely delicious! Panang Curry is the most flavorful I’ve had and I’ve tried a few places in Richmond.
Food is always excellent. We went closer to the switch between lunch and dinner. Hostess was friendly there drunken noodle is the best.
Good Thai food, on Midlothian. Nice spice, and lots of veggies, which is what i crave when eating spicy, chewy thai noodles. Good customer service, i wore a mask to pick up food in their lobby. Pretty interior. I have only been here twice and that has been a couple years apart from each other. I am always looking for good thai food in Chesterfield abd there are very few options. This place, from what i know, is a success, simply for making it as a business, during Covid. The food is yummy, but the exact flavor i was looking for. I usually go to the one thai restaurant on hull street and that is my favorite. This one is definitely closer. This meal was good enoigh for me to go back and see how consistent they are from one order to another.💖 all in all its a 👍 from me, this round.

The food is average for what we find in the area. In-person, it took almost an hour to get food. For take out, they will tell you 15-20, but get ready to wait an hour. Scratching this business off my list.
The food here is PHENOMENAL. I love their drunken noodles.
Best green curry ever!
Awesome under the radar thai restaurant please give it a try.
Quick, polite, and extremely tasty!
Food is always excellent. We went closer to the switch between lunch and dinner. Hostess was friendly there drunken noodle is the best.

Good vegetarian food
Some vegetarian dishes have oysters sauce....
Had another amazing experience here today, and I realized I have never left a review. Siam could quite possibly be the best Thai food in Richmond and surrounding areas. Always stellar, authentic food, and Jasmine is an A+ server. Will continue to make this my regular spot for Thai.
Love the food.
Great chicken pad Thai, and yummy spring rolls. People are nice as well. Good value for money.
I enjoyed my meal at Siam Paragon. We got the Golden Triangles and Chicken Satay appetizers which were both good. The Satay sauce was great- tasty and peanutty! Yum! I got the Pad Prik Pow it had the perfect amount of spice for my taste. The atmosphere was pleasant too. It was fairly quiet - we were there at kind of an off time. The service was excellent. Will be returning
Good food (Wonton soup especially tasty, along with the crispy chili duck), good service, fair pricing. The space is basically an open room maximized with tables and chairs in it, not a lot of feng shui going on. Could use some barriers or plants or whatever.
Siam Paragon used to be a go-to spot for us, a reliable source of delicious Thai food for years. We consistently ordered the Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles, both of which were consistently flavorful and satisfying. Unfortunately, our recent visits over the past six weeks have left us with a sense of disappointment.
It seems something has shifted, perhaps a change in management or ownership. Here's what's concerning:
Shrinking Portions: The portion sizes of our beloved dishes have noticeably decreased.
Missing Protein: Previously, the Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles included protein. Now, there's an additional $1.00 charge for chicken. However, the "chicken" upgrade amounted to a meager amount - barely 4 thin pieces per dish.
Ignored Instructions: We specifically requested no lettuce or tomatoes in the Drunken Noodles, but our request was disregarded.
Overall, the quality and taste of the food have suffered significantly, while the portion sizes have shrunk and the price has gone up. This combination makes Siam Paragon no longer a good value for money. Sadly, based on these recent experiences, we won't be returning and can't recommend Siam Paragon in its current state.
Fried rice was bland and soggy! Pad woon sen was way too salty.
The young lady serving was excellent, attentive and friendly.
Love it! Our fave pick up destination. I’m from DC and he is from CA and we are picky/know good Thai food. This is the best!
Everything we had was tasty. Surprised to see a few Indian and Chinese items on the menu. They were out of samosas so we got crab rangoon.
This place is a ghost kitchen for Thai Peanut Vegan on Uber Eats and unfortunately, they don't know what vegan means as they chose to put eggs in what were supposed to be vegan entrees.
The interior isn't posh, by any means, but the food is great!! Drunken Noodles all the way, and Crispy spring rolls are a great way to kick off the meal. I am sure the rest is good too if my meal was any indication!!
Despite only having two other tables occupied in the whole restaurant the only two interactions I had with our server was when she took our order and brought our food out. Ordered the Tom Yum soup with shrimp and the shrimp tasted rotten. I asked to take that off the bill. They did , no questions asked. The host was most accommodating, one star for him and another star for taking an item off the bill. Hire a new waiter that takes their job seriously and maybe check the date on your shrimp
Waited an hour in the restaurant after driving 40 minutes for a call-in order. Kept being told that it would be ready in 5 minutes. Do not WASTE your time or money here.
Atmosphere was not great, but the service was wonderful. Food was average, I got the paid Thai and the spice level was just perfect but overall flavor was just average. Would return but not my first choice.
Extremely disappointing portion size for the money I paid on DoorDash.
Capital Thai, Esann Thai are much better deals and I don't even consider either of these to be top tier Thai or particularly great deals either but reasonably priced for how much you get.
Pad Krapow delivery contained mostly visible sauce (broth? Because basically if there's this much liquid in proportion and so little solid, you're giving me a soup) and very little solid breaking the surface in the bowl, which means...where's the food???
Our go-to place ... Chef is great, waitress always smiley :-)
I love Siam paragon, #1 Thai restaurant in town, order the pad kra prow no cappa
We ordered from here tonight. The chicken pad Thai was awful. It was too wet and didn’t taste like authentic Thai. My kid got chicken fried rice and didn’t eat it. It was the worst I’ve ever tasted. Huge chunks of chicken not mixed in, huge chunks of eggs not mixed in and the rice was dry. I don’t know how a Thai place messes these two up. My husband and son usually clean their plates and neither could eat it. The crab Rangoon was not good either - to plain. We usually order from another place but it was closed on Labor Day. We won’t ever eat here again. Pad Thai is good from cheaper places even….. but this was disgusting. We will continue to order from ITHIZ or Wild Ginger.
I had the crispy chilli duck and it was really delicious, I asked for mild and they did really well
Always delicious.
Is my first time eating a pineapple rice so lack of flavor , this rice was so bad , it was no color and no flavor , I’m sorry to tell the chefs that there’s a lot a ingredients to put on the food, including salt to give some flavor to the food , the staff was very nice but the food was very bad, no compren 😬
i did a take out order the food is not good theres other places that are way better , but its okey over all over , the staff is very friendly and nice but the prices for the taste of the food is not good at all
Terrible experience ordering delivery from them. I’ve been ordering for over 10 years. Todays order was taken to a wrong address and the girl on the phone from the restaurant hung up and wouldn’t answer when I called back. Really poor service. It’s too bad that we won’t order from them again. We like Thai food and theirs is ok but we do like that it can be delivered to us.
Very drab looking....the service was ok and waitress was helpful....food was ok but nothing special....limited menu...very limited.....spring rolls were good and the red curry was ok.....wouldnt recommend ...didnt even have the duck that was 2 dishes on menu
Food was not great at this place, I have ordered Thai red curry with chicken and this was first time I had bad experience with Thai food.
EASILY the best thai spot in the Richmond area. So lowkey and unassuming but their knowledge of thai cuisine truly speaks for itself. The ingredients taste fresh and light without compromising any flavor. I’d highly recommend adding some spice to your dishes if you enjoy spice because these folks aren’t afraid of a little kick. I love these hole in the wall type spaces that you’d never know are true gems until you give them a shot. I can’t wait to eat here again!
Good Penang curry, and pretty good Pad Thai. The atmosphere is not the best as they had the sound on the TV and music at the same time. But that is an easy fix.
I’ve gotten the pad thai and drunken noodles before and both were delicious!
Superb Thai food.... Heat was added exactly as requested...
Amazing food and great service! Props to the chef🤌🏽.
Have been eating here for a little of a year now. This place is amazing. The only thai restaurant i’ve been to in rva that actually makes my food extra thai hot because i love the spice, I guess other places get scared that i’ll send it back 😒. I appreciate you Siam Paragon
So far I've had the pad thai, drunken noodles, and panang curry. The food has been fantastic each time. I'll definitely keep visiting.
A great spicy meal. Shrimp pad Thai, pork drunken noodles and the spring rolls were all great!
Outstanding Thai food with attentive service
Loved the flavors, very fresh food. Extremely clean and tidy
Super fresh spices and sauces, not greasy at all, thai hot is thai hot, they use a huge mix of veggies and really high quality seafoods. Love it
Went for my 1st time 3/18/23, short-staffed, long wait for everything, sat for almost an hour & never got our dinner. Very frustrated & disappointed - will not go back.
Average American Thai food. Every time I've been here there was a substantial error with the order. Too bad Zen Asian Bistro closed. Now all you can do is go to iThaiz on Lucks Lane or into the city. Midlothian deserves better.
ETA: Now see "Fusion Bowl" and "A Kitchen" for much better restaurant food and service.
We had a great dinner here. I would come back again. Service was great
Very friendly staff and they do a great job at clearing the table, refills, all of that. Good service and kept very clean. The food is just okay. It is nothing that impressive that makes this place better than any other Thai place in midlothian; which I had heard it had been. Two entrees (veggie delight & garlic sauce chicken) took 45 minutes. They seemed to prioritize take out orders. My veggie delight was supposed to have tofu, it came out and didn’t have it (no big deal! Mistakes happens, all good), but my entire plate was picked back up and brought back into the kitchen to have the tofu added. It was a bit awkward. Both entrees’ sauces were more like broth; very watery which made the flavors watered down.
The two entrees, garden roll appetizer, and 1 soda was $47. Not worth it in my opinion, so I probably won’t be back just because I still think there are better options out there. I did really appreciate the great service though!
Delicious food, their drunken noodles are better one of the best, superior to some much more fancier restaurants. One of the few Thai places on the southside, conveniently located close to residential areas.
So good!! Every single time. Delicious!!
Wonderful Thai food in Midlothian! Reasonably priced and very delicious.
Very clean, great food and service. Lots of parking, comfortable seating.
Love this restaurant! Food and service are excellent.
Pretty authentic Thai cuisine. Very good quality for a very good price.
Not sure where the high ratings are coming from - I was not impressed or satisfied with my meal. Curry sauce was watery, the shrimp was not fresh, the spring rolls (which should be easy to get right) tasted frozen and were completely forgettable, and the spices/flavoring/overall taste was off/unappetizing. I don’t think I’m just being picky - for $60, this meal should have been much better. Will not be returning.
Food was excellent. Place was clearly short staffed and the wait for the food was much longer than I anticipated but the service was friendly and the food was hot and tasty!
UPDATE: Went back, food was fantastic again! Wait was significantly better this go round. Drunken noodles and spicy fried rice are GREAT!
Amazing, cant tell you what I got other than the Sea War salad, Crispy Banana A La Mode, and the Drunken Noodles as I can't pronounce the appetizer & soup but it was delicious regardless.

I enjoyed my noodles and shrimp dish but my grandson's veggie and rice dish was pathetic and for $17 plus $3 extra for more rice! Tiniest serving I've ever seen. DO NOT BUY THE FRESH SPRING ROLLS - mostly cabbage!! Took a good while to get our food - then we never saw the waitress again.
Had drunken noodles take out. It was a gooey mess, overcooked vegetables looked like leftovers and noodles unrecognizeable. Boo.
Has a great atmosphere and excellent flavors. Really enjoyed our meal and will return in the future.
Poor customer service. Orders incomplete 99.9% of the time. Even though the food is okay - service is horrible.
Purchased a takeout order for dinner this evening and was really pleased with the clean restaurant and friendly staff!..The food we ordered was delicious!..Didn’t know really what to try first?..Will definitely be back soon!..The wonton soup was the best I’ve ever had and the Green Curry Chicken was exceptional!!..The Tasty Cashew Chicken was a little over breaded but also good and the Thai Pork Fried Rice was really good too!..Look forward to our next dinner at Siam Paragon!!
Always good food and great service
Satay & sauce were delicious! Crispy egg rolls tasted delicious but were pretty soft. Was not a fan of the pad Thai, just tasted really off. Staff was friendly & establishment looked great!
Amazing food and service. The employees are always running around and working hard. They are so polite and understanding. 11/10 workers and experience.
Great food and drink, tremendous service, and really nice people. Will be back soon.
Have loved this place for years, even from their previous address. I don't live in Midlothian, but when I visit my in-laws, we make it a point to get food from here. It's always tasty.
To go order was incorrect. It was clearly rang in wrong by the employee. No credit was offered. Bad customer service.
This is an amazing restaurant with mediocre service. Food is the great, get take out and save yourself a hassle.
Really good Thai food- all the familiar flavors with very fresh ingredients!
I have eaten there and had take out. They were very accommodating with vegan diet and food was good. Only problem is the tofu is always overcooked and chewy.
LOVE the pad Thai. Food can be inconsistent with Spice levels. But my go-to for Thai.
Very nice! Good ambiance, good food and good service!
My husband and I had a fantastic dinner here! We ordered a little of everything and we couldn’t decide what we liked the most because everything was delicious! My husband was sweating a little with one of the spicer dishes, but I pretended not to notice. The restaurant decor is beautiful. Such a wonderful date night experience. Like Arnold Schwarzenegger says, “I’ll be back.”
This was my first time visiting.. along with the food being absolutely delicious the owner and staff are extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. They really make you feel at home. Out of the way but I recommend everyone to seek them out
I ordered the lunch special Thai fried rice with shrimp. It was so disappointing and disgusting. Rice was soggy. They threw the egg on top..just a mess..never again
Food was very good the Thai fried rice is better than chinese fried rice food a bit expensive.and.everything is ordered separate so nothing comes together as a meal which i dont like
Food is always fresh!
Všetko v pohode, chutné menu, obsluha ok
I have tried to be a study customer, even through the pandemic, but I give up. I have noticed increased prices with a steady decline in quality. Importantly, in two of my last three carry-out orders, Siam Paragon included in the entrées ingredients which I specifically requested be left out for food intolerance reasons. Even though the orders were read back to me correctly, when I got home I discovered ingredients I cannot eat were in the food even though I specifically asked that they be excluded. In one case, it made the meal inedible. It went directly into the trash and I ate steamed white rice for dinner. With the more recent mistake, I had to painstakingly pick an ingredient out of the meal. Although I called and received a credit for the first mistake, I would’ve preferred to be able to eat something other than white rice for dinner that evening. When the same mistake happened again this week, I decided I am not going to bother asking for a credit. I am simply not going to patronize them any more. Finally, a recent order of summer rolls were dry and the vegetables in them did not taste fresh. Again, I think the quality of food has declined since I first started going there. But I do not want that to detract from the importance of their failure to ignore a patron’s request not to include certain problematic ingredients. They’re inattentiveness to this important request is a dealbreaker for me.
We order takeout since COVID happened. Food tends to be generally average but last time my wife's entree was hot despite ordering it mild. This isn't the first time our order was messed up as far as heat/spice is concerned. During our initial days of patronage, they also used to frequently add tofu to my order of drunken noodles with vegetables. No point in spending money if we cannot enjoy our food. Going elsewhere for Thai. Sadly there are few acceptable options in the area.
Good good, good value, service was slow although the staff tried to make up for it.
The food is good.... But tell me why with three tables seated I had a 45 minute wait to get my appetizers and over 2 hours before getting my meal... I'm still waiting for my dessert as I type this.... Worst experience ever....
i took my friend out for a christmas dinner, first of all , take them 30 mins just to bring my friend cocktail out, 1 hour 30 minutes for food to bring out, and they only got 3 tables in the restaurant, smh, one of my friend did warned me not to go there anymore because of the slow service but i want to give them a try because i like the food, but today will be my last one as well. the 2 stars is for the food
An hour after we placed our order - we called and were told it was on the way. Three hours from the order time a random person in our neighborhood (that we don't know) called and told us our food was at their place (our # was on the bag). I called the store and they said "Sorry there is nothing we can do". Called GrubHub and they immediately refunded the order.
We did a takeout. My husband’s first Thai food experience
And loved it. We ordered Pad pik Pow,
Pad Thai and Tom Yum Soup. The soup was the best part. The only I regret is the spice level. Hot is not that spicy at all . Overall good food
A great choice for four friends to hang out. We all enjoyed our food and unrushed atmosphere.
It was a nice little restaurant the food was on par with most Thai restaurants and the waiter I had was a very nice gentleman. I had the red curry which usually you can't go wrong with that at a Thai restaurant. They didn't have a traditional spice rack but did have some spices available weather was fish sauce or dried pepper. It was not the down home-cooked Thai food I was looking for but it is recommended if you're looking to eat some Thai food in the area.
We go here every time we want Thai. Never too crowded. Very fast service. Excellent food.
This was my husbands and my first time having Thai food. We both had the pad thai and it was delicious! Friendly staff, and decent prices also.
Wasent thrilled with green curry with Tofu..curry was ok..Tofu breaded and very chewy..thought it would be grilled.
Service is hot as the food kung pow
Friendly staff and amazing food! The Chicken Pad Thai was cooked to perfection and the Chicken Drunken Noodles were some of the best I've ever tried. (We ordered the Drunken Noodles at spice level 1 because I'm a light weight and they still had a kick but not enough to deter me! They were totally worth the sweat I broke 🤣.) Dessert was the mango sticky rice and when I say you have to save room for this slice of deliciousness I mean you have to try it. It is warm, covered in a mild coconut sauce, and served with sliced mango wedges. There's just enough sweetness but not too much. (Total side note, be forewarned, it is green in color. Just a heads-up so that you're not shocked when it's at down in front of you.) This was our first visit and it certainly will not be our last!
Very good quality....at a decent price..
Second time my order was delayed or cancelled after over an hour of waiting. Terrible service and highly unreliable.
😁👍
My wife loves their pad thai and spring rolls
This is only my second time eating at Siam Paragon, but my first time sitting inside to eat. Both of my experiences so far have been amazing. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere of their restaurant is welcoming, quiet, and warm. I have to say I am extremely fortunate to live just across the street from a great locally owned Thai restaurant. The Thai milk tea is the perfect amount of sweetness and has an amazing taste, the garden rolls make a great appetizer that get you ready for some phenomenal authentic Thai food that honestly no place in this area can match. The peanut sauce is really addictive and has really nice bite to it. For my main i ordered the Drunken Noodles with pork. I will say the wait was a little lengthy, but that is a good thing. The quality of the meal is insanely good, you get a huge quantity. With the noodles themselves they have a really nice spice to them, it really opens your pallet and makes you want even more after you finish. I would highly recommend Siam Paragon to any Thai food enthusiast like myself or even if you are just starting to explore the Thai food culture. They are how every Thai restaurant should be and needs to shoot for when it comes to staff, cleanliness, quality and quantity of food. Honestly I am so glad this place in right in my community.
We stopped in for the first time today and absolutely loved it! Small, family run business with amazing food and great service! I had the Pad Woon Sen with chicken with medium heat and it was perfect! I highly recommend this restaurant.
Food was good and the portions were very generous. Staff was very polite and courteous.
Very delicious! Will be back
Very nice people, and amazing food. Will definitely go back again.
Great restaurant! Delicious food, good service, generous portion, and very fair price. Would definitely come again.
Really good food nothing bad to say at all
The food was so fresh and delicious, service was great. If you haven't try this restaurant put it on your list to try. This is my number one place for Thai food.
Ugg! Tom kha Gai is delicious when it’s done right. I didn’t think it could be done wrong but we definitely have a done wrong winner. I was initially surprised at the small size but was grateful once I opened it. Remember Indiana Jones? Temple of Doom? Eyeball soup? Pretty much what happened when I inserted the spoon. Mushrooms caps were whole and so where the other few veggies. Nice chunks of chicken but not enough to overcome all the shortcomings in this one. I’m not sure if fish sauce is supposed to be in this but I had the worse fish saucy aftertaste all afternoon. 2 stars because ordering was easy and polite.
The Best!!! There Drunken Noodles are on point ..My order was ready in 15min ...Very good customer service..
That is a really great Thai restaurant. I asked for Thai hot and I got it. So many places are afraid to spice it up. They told me they will even do "double Thai hot". I had the garden roll (Summer roll) and the pad see ew. Both wee on the money. Excellent peanut sauce with the Summer roll.
Great place! Wonderful customer service and delicious food! If you haven't been, I highly recommend you try this place! I'm vegan and my sis-in-law is gluten-free and there were so many options. Great portion size too! The staff was so friendly and patient. I can't say enough great things about this place!!
Excellent
So delicious! I always order the pad Thai and it never disappoints. Plus I always have leftovers to enjoy! The staff is friendly and kind. The atmosphere is fun, with light music in the background. Great place for a cozy date! 10/10 Would definitely recommend.
Good Thai food, on Midlothian. Nice spice, and lots of veggies, which is what i crave when eating spicy, chewy thai noodles. Good customer service, i wore a mask to pick up food in their lobby. This was a great experience overall. The service and food have made this one of my new favorites in this area!
Fast and friendly, with generous portions. I won’t go anywhere else for takeout Thai.
this place is the bomb diggity
The service was very slow but the food was yummy
Best Thai food in Richmond Va metro area!
We love Siam Paragon! My daughters and I go whenever we get the chance! Haven't tried anything on the menu that we didn't like. Would highly recommend it!
As good as Thai food gets! Wish they'd open another location!
Nice lunch. The garden spring roll is surprisingly good.
The food is amazing. The Fried rice and green curry are delicious.
Amazing customer service
Consistently fresh and delicious.
Nobody does Garden rolls/spring rolls, not fried better that I have found around metro Richmond's 5 counties! They are the real deal. When Mommas in the kitchen you are in for a treat. Red curry in various heat tasty!!
My partner and I have had take out from here twice now and both times have been exceptional.
The first thing we noticed both visits was how great the flavors are. They really just don't compare to other plenty of other places our Thai loving selves have gone.
They don't skimp on veggies and the variety of them either, which I very much appreciate being vegetarian. The portions are very generous, and the service has been great.
Everything is yum. I recommend the Pad Kraw Pow with chicken for the meat eaters and the Spicy Fries Rice with Veggies for vegans! Oh, and try some cold Sake!
Excellent food. The Thai Tea was really good, warm spices with cream over ice. I ordered Panang Curry with chicken, which has coconut milk, mild heat, and a garnish leaves that tastes between a lime and basil. Able to taste all the flavors.
Best Thai place I have been to in a while.
great pad thai!!!!
Terrible food, their shrimp with garlic sauce was just water shrimp and broccoli mixed together
I am revising my previously high review down. The food here is very good. *Their time management is horrible. We made reservations for Valentine's Day, well in advance for early Friday evening. Well before the dinner rush. 1 hour 20 minutes after ordering we still didn't have our entrees. In this brave new world of delivery and carry out don't you DARE prioritize those delivery orders ahead of customers dining in. I am not exaggerating when I say that 3/4+ of the food coming out of the kitchen was going out the front door to grubhub etc. We didn't hear the phone ring more than once and were told our food would be ready in "just 10 more minutes" three different times. Although the serve staff was apologetic, this didn't make up for a disappointingly sub-par tasteless meal which was boxed up anyway.
