This place is delicious and refreshing. The best Thai in town, in my opinion. I went twice during my 6 day visit in the area. Everyone I dined with loved all their meals. We had multiple people in our party with gluten restriction, the server was knowledgeable and worked with the kitchen to provide us gluten free versions of their dishes.

I hope this restaurant has a long and prosperous run in Mechanicsville.

We got an $11 appetizer (fried pork belly), two entrees (drunken noodles and pad prak pao), and a dessert (sticky rice and mango) for under $50!!!

The atmosphere is great, the service was wonderful, the food was AMAZING! The veggies were so so fresh.

The owner came and talked to us, she was saying her grandma taught her how to make this fantastic sticky rice we had...I think that adds to the tasty charm.

We cannot wait to go back!

This was my first time ordering delivery through Instacart. I was really looking forward to a delicious dinner but was sadly disappointed. I've tried to reach out to Instacart and to Charm but it will not let me submit after filling out everything.
Upon opening the container, I noticed a very foul smell, unlike ANY PAD Thai I've ever had. The presentation was nice but after 1 bite, I had to dispose of the food in my mouth. Something tasted rotten, it wasn't the shrimp but perhaps squid? I'm a huge seafood fan and I love it all but I've never had anything taste so pungent or rotten before. Everything else was fine. I just hope I don't wake up sick or anyone else if they happened to encounter the same thing. I would leave a review but in all fairness, I think the restaurant should know what happened for safety reasons. It was disappointing to spend $18 on PAD Thai I couldn't consume. It's in my fridge if there's any questions!

The food was food really and good and the best I've found in the Richmond area! The service was okay. There aren't many tables available and probably often have to wait.

Extremely slow service. Seems like only one chef and one waiter. Small portions and very unflavored. Tum Yum literally was just lime water with no flavor and the Thai tea was made with coconut milk instead of half and half cream. A very unpleasant meal.

Absolutely incredible food! We ordered it for takeout on a whim after a lot of other disappointing Thai food in the area. We're vegetarians so it can be tough to find somewhere accommodating and delicious. This is easily the BEST Thai that we have tried in the Richmond area. First, they do not have any lunch specials. No side of egg roll or soup included . The meal does not come with a protein. Each protein is a charge. The brown rice is $3, which seems high. We ordered fried Tofu. It was horrible. The sauce was sickeningly sweet and tofu tasteless. I ordered a Stir-fried with a choice of protein, broccoli, carrot, and cabbage in garlic brown sauce. I declined the protein and the waitress said she would have the chef give me extra vegetables. When the dish came out, I thought she gave me the wrong order. There were very few veggies and it was in a bowl with a soup like watery sauce. It did not look like any kind of stir fry plate. I had only two pieces of broccoli. I asked the waitress if the chef added extra veggies. She said, yes he added cabbage. What a disappointment. Since this is a new restaurant, only 5 months, I would hope they correct these flaws.

This cute, charming little bistro is nothing short of amazing. The food is prepared with all fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. The chef is fantastic. I ordered beef basil rice stir fry. The vegetables were crisp and not soggy. The beef was extremely tender and not tough and chewy. My husband ordered the spring rolls and wonton soup. Both were made with fresh vegetables. We dined at lunch time and our bill was $26. The prices are great. We will definitely be returning. It is a gem of a restaurant that everyone should try. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

First time trying today. The Red curry was DELICIOUS, I asked for extra spicy and it was perfect amounts of sweet & heat. Tom Kha soup was super tasty as well with a thick, not watered down, coconut broth. Will definitely be ordering more often!

Visited on a Saturday night. Although empty when we showed up, the small location filled quickly and had plenty of take out orders occurring. Got the drunken noodle for delivery one night...arrived hot, full if flavor with the right amount of spice. Good portion. Ranks up there as top best drunken noodles iv ever gotten.
