We called in for take out and the person on the phone was very friendly, polite and had good suggestions. I had a few questions and he answered them all without getting annoyed. We ordered chicken pad Thai and it tasted authentic like I remember from Thailand. They have Thai speaking staff so that's a plus! We ordered the creamy Thai green tea drink and it was super delicious. They source the green tea leaves from Thailand. We got it less sweet and it was perfect for us. We also ordered the mango sticky rice but I wasn't too fond of the coconut sauce. It was too sweet. Usually the coconut sauce is saltier to balance out the sweetness or the mango and rice. Overall great place. Will be back to try some other dishes.

Had a couple of different dishes included the pad Thai and the soup. Was blown away. Have had Thai all over the country and this is the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Could very well be the best restaurant in Lynchburg. Servers are kind and courteous. Will be back frequently.

I want to say this place is AMAZING!!!! I ordered the pad thai and massaman curry and both dishes were phenomenal! They were both bursting with flavor and meat. They don't skip out on the amount of food they provide you. They were also very accommodating to the fact that I didn't want eggs in my pad thai and peanuts in my curry. The young man and young lady who were working were so friendly and welcoming. I will 100% be visiting again and I will 100% recommending this place to coworkers and fellow travelers. The best Thai food in town! I’m so glad this place opened up because Lynchburg needed some new and fresh Thai cuisine. We got the Panang Curry and Pad Kee Mao/Drunken Noodles this time and they were absolutely delicious! Last time I was able to try the Vegetable Spring Rolls and Thai Tea which were equally as good. The atmosphere is super nice and the service is fantastic-such kind people! You can’t beat the prices and portion sizes either, which is a huge bonus! The menu is diverse and it mixes traditional Thai cuisine with some cool street foods too. The drink/coffee/dessert section of the menu is very unique, especially for Lynchburg! I’m beyond impressed. This will be a go-to place for me and I am extremely excited to try more dishes 😊

Severely lacking flavor! The peanut sauce was very watery, the oyster sauce was weak, the Tung Tong only tasted like the fried shell it was in, and we've had better crispy pork from Trader Joe's. Very underwhelming. Also, the Pad Pak was such a small portion! The Peanut Sauce Stir Fried was almost double the size, wtf? We're gonna give them only a couple more tries before giving up. Their Thai Iced Tea is good so they might just be a good drink spot...

I ordered the pad Thai with a Thai tea and taro tea. The pad Thai was really flavorful and well made. The Thai tea was good but the taro tea had small chunks of taro in it. I’m not a fan of that so I won’t order the taro in the future but everything else was great! The staff was friendly too. I will definitely be back!

Just Get Thai Express offers delicious food! The lunch combo is a great deal with yummy food and a drink. The Pad Thai is a popular dish here and lived up to it's reputation. The Drunken Noodles were also flavorful and a wonderful recommendation. The staff was helpful, offering suggestions, and attentive throughout the meal. The sticky mango rice was the perfect dessert to top it off. No matter where you live in Lynchburg, Just Get Thai Express is well worth the drive to eat here.

This is a cute spot to hangout with girlfriends or doing some paperworks. The vibe is chill and like Thai style street style decor.
Me and my friends ordered a lot of foods and dessert, but I would say THE FOOD ARE DEFINITELY DELICIOUS!!! 😋 and the waffle dessert and shaved ice is sooo good for the hot summer weather.

This food was excellent! We lived in Thailand for a year and this food is the closest we’ve ever had to what we actually ate in Thailand. I wanted to share this review for those who may have looked them over like I did and wondered about some of the negative ones. Just Get Thai Express is now my go to spot for delicious Thai food. Located on the same street as the Cornerstone T-Room, Iron & Ale, and Kenko Hibachi is quite a food crawl.

A small spot bursting with big flavor as well as kind and knowledgeable staff who can walk you through the menu if you're unfamiliar with the cuisine. The various teas really hit the spot with the food or on their own. This is a place you can enjoy again and again being as happy with your choice as the first time you visited.

My family and I recently visited Lynchburg, VA from NYC, and our experience at this restaurant was superb. The food was delicious, and coming from NYC, where I have access to a wide variety of restaurants, including many Thai establishments, I can confidently say this was among the best I’ve ever tasted. We ordered Pad Lee Mao, Thai Fried Rice, Thai Tea, and several appetizers. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made to order. I highly recommend this place and encourage everyone to support local businesses that contribute so much to the vibrancy of Lynchburg.

Came here for lunch, first time here not first time with Thai food. Ordered the Pad Thai, I enjoyed it a lot! The noodles were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I got it with steak which was cooked well. I was also able to try the Drunken noodles, a nice amount of heat and also cooked perfectly. Overall the dishes are very cohesive and it’s a good portion size. The sodas are a little expensive for the size but delicious nonetheless. I would recommend eating here for sure! It’s a refreshing place for Lynchburg.

We were visiting Lynchburg and went here with our son and daughter-in-law at their recommendation and loved it! Everything we ordered was great including some delicious appetizers. The portions were a good size, giving us leftovers for later.

There's not a lot of seating and we had to combine tables for our group to sit together, but we were larger than the usual visitors and the staff was accommodating.

TL:DR Quick Thai place that I longed for in Lynchburg area. Tastes as good (maybe even better) as some other Thai restaurants in the area.

This place is good for quick Thai food. Located at Cornerstone, Get Thai Express seem to be more tailored towards take-out, but they have sitting areas to dine in if you prefer that. I have tried various things on the menu, and I found a few things that I really like. I recommend getting food that are cook to order. They still come out quickly and I prefer something cooked immediately than food sitting for a long time (although curry taste better when cooked for a long time since the curry would seep into the meat). I also enjoy their salad that comes with 2-3 entree meal. The chicken Thai curries were all good. They give you quite a lot of rice. I usually have left over. I have tried money pouch (an appetizer similar to wonton) and it was delicious. I would order them again when I crave something crunchy and savory. I also tried some of their drink menu. Their cream matcha Thai tea (can't remember the exact name) was my favorite. I have tried few others too, but I will stick to my matcha Thai. Great service. The store front people have quite a lot going on for them, but they did not diminish in their service. I like the modern look to the restaurant.

This is authentic Thai restaurant with food cooked fresh to order. As a Los Angeles, California native, I have experienced great Thai food and Get Thai Express ranks in the top! I have tried almost all the food on the menu and I enjoy it all! The Cashew Chicken and Pad Thai are among my favorites! The Thai Tea is also fantastic!

I ordered through their app and picked it up. I got caramel milk, pork wontons, and the Gai Pad Med Ma Moung with tofu. I didn’t realize until I got in the car that my caramel milk didn’t have boba in it. It shows boba in the picture on their app, but I guess I have to specify I want boba in the notes? The pork wontons were pretty good and perfectly crispy on the outside, but there was a lack of filling on the inside. And finally, the Gai Pad. The flavor was good, but definitely not spicy. There was no spice level selection, so I’m assuming I need to add that to the notes as well. It was also disappointing that there wasn’t enough sauce and the cashews were missing, which is the main reason I ordered that dish lol. I love how they cut the tofu into triangles though! I feel this place has a lot of potential, so I will be ordering from here again. It’s also cheaper than the other 2 Thai restaurants in town.

Such a cozy place with the string lights! We were greeted when we came in and they explained everything to us. There was no rush to make a decision. I love that they offer a sample so you can try new things with no risk. Food is not spicy, so I love that they give chili flakes on the side for those of us who can handle the heat. I got the green curry and it. was. amazing!! The broth for the seafood soup was so comforting! The cashew chicken was buttery and tender! I will definitely be returning often!

They also have all the authentic Thai drinks you would never find in America!! I haven't had Blue Ocean Soda ever since I moved to the States and now they serve it here. Come check it out! Finally!!!!! Good Thai food has come to Lynchburg. After living in a much larger city and then moving here one thing I missed was Thai food. Tried the two around here several times and it never did compare. Today I was able to go to Get Thai Express and was extremely happy with the food. It was so flavorful. I also had Thai Tea and that was very good. The owner came to say hi and check in very nice touch. I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again very soon
