Awesome food and service. Atmosphere could be improved, but I love their ginger dish and spring rolls. I eat here every chance I get. I thank my friend and coworker Gordon for introducing this place to me. I also get the Pad See Ew dish for the wife as well. She absolutely loves it.

I’ve been here twice and have tried a couple dishes and they’re all amazing. Great service and the prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommend. It’s a new tradition to stop here after going to the amusement parks in Williamsburg and Doswell. Get the Thai iced tea.

Diner Review №5

Good food and service. Sat down immediately and was asked for drink order within 1 minute of being sat.

Food was excellent although a bit too salty. Very flavorful and tasty though. Portions were good for price too.

I had the chicken Pad Sew Wen, which came with rice too. The rice was an odd add, due to the dish being noodle based.

Diner Review №6

Best Thai place in the area by far. Food is always great, and the staff is too.

I'm shocked that more people are not flocking to Kacha Thai. If you have not visited - and enjoy Thai food- you must visit Kacha; it was terrific!
My wife and I were just driving though the area from out of state and decided to have dinner at Kacha. We are so glad we did. Our server was so friendly and she handled our custom orders perfectly. Both servers who waited on us could not have been more friendly and nice. The appetizers and our entrees were done to perfection. Just delicious! Too bad we don't live closer or we would visit regularly.

Diner Review №11

Nice and quiet. Amazing food. Excellent staff. A personal favorite.

Diner Review №12

Hidden Gem , I’ve been coming here for years . Mango sticky rice is yummy and the pad Thai and crispy skirmpz is banging . 🤤it’s Jo_alien Fire Up the Pad Thai

Diner Review №13

The food was ok, but the menu was basically the same thing on all pages so you have the same meal regardless of what you ordered.

Take out is easy and chill. The doors are weird tho.

Diner Review №16

Gayda in the front was so nice!!

Diner Review №17

Place has a warehouse atmosphere and there is ALWAYS something going on like closing early, not opening at all, no staff, long wait times and name it. Most of their waiters do not have style at all... shouting through the entire restaurant instead of going to the guest to communicate. The food is good, but otherwise....

Overall Rating: 6.4/10
A Thai-themed restaurant that provides a cozy and spacious atmosphere with timely service and well-prepared dishes.

Atmosphere: 6.6/10
The restaurant exudes a unique, homey vibe reminiscent of Thai decor, offering a spacious and inviting environment for diners.

Service: 5.8/10
Service was competent, with food arriving on time and no significant issues during a period that was not too busy. The server's friendly demeanor contributed positively to the dining experience.

Food:
Pineapple Fried Rice: 6.6/10
The dish was well-prepared with good quality chicken and a decent amount of pineapple, adding a nice sweetness to the rice. However, it could benefit from a greater variety of ingredients to enhance flavors and textures.

Chicken Satay: 6.9/10
The chicken satay was tender, juicy, and flavorful, making it a standout dish. The homemade peanut sauce was particularly praised for its excellent taste, complementing the chicken perfectly.

Value: 6.1/10
The pricing was considered reasonable for the quality and quantity of food provided, making it a worthwhile option for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.

Diner Review №20

Food and drinks tasted like dirt. I requested a different drink after the first one tasted funny and second one tasted the same. When I received the food it also tasted like dirt. They need to change their water filter.

Diner Review №21

The yellow curry was amazing. Many of my coworkers would order takeout here and I now understand why. Thank you for your quick and attentive service to us.

Diner Review №22

Well priced menu. Food and service was pretty good. My only complaint is a tad too much oil from the wok. I recommend this for a good Thai food.

Diner Review №23

The food is too expensive. Taste good.. lower prices or more of each dish

Diner Review №24

Tried to order 50 minutes before closing and was told they would no longer accept orders. I’ve been a long time customer but will not be ordering from here!

Diner Review №25

The food was amazing!

Diner Review №26

Very friendly staff and the food was delicious!

Diner Review №27

I visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago, and I must say, it's absolutely amazing. We ordered a variety of dishes including fried rice, fish fillet with chili sauce, yellow curry, Tom Yum seafood, crispy chicken, Massaman curry, and several appetizers.

As someone originally from Thailand, I can confidently say that this place cooks with love and authenticity. Each dish is bursting with genuine Thai flavors that transported me back home. Every bite was a delightful experience, showcasing the rich and diverse palette of Thai cuisine.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Thai dining experience. You won't be disappointed!

Sometimes I'm not sure if this is a restaurant or a storage building. The atmosphere here is at zero. The air condition has not been working for months, the service is chaotic (even though it's friendly). The interior is a mix of all seasons like Christmas, Halloween and Thai elements and one feels like being on a kid's birthday party. The CONSTANT in and out of people picking up food is awfully annoying.
This place needs a concept and a thorough overhaul quick

The Thai Tea was really good…

Diner Review №35

Ordered basil fried rice with duck....still looking for the duck! I found a couple of pieces literally 4 or 5 cut up pieces but not what I would expect for the price. Spend over $50 on top of it all. Not sure if I'm going back or not but Im definitely a little disappointed.

Diner Review №36

Really wish they would bring back their lunch buffet. Was nice to get to sample a variety of Thai tastes. They used to be packed during lunch. I can understand stopping it during covid, but other buffets have reopened since.

Diner Review №37

Diner Review №38

Pad Thai smell and tasted like canned cat food. They also still made us pay for it even tho we didn’t eat it. Didn’t offer a discount or anything. Ridiculous

Diner Review №39

I ate food from here and the next day I ended up with diarrhea and vomiting. I think I have food poisoning or something just not right with the food you all have. Two days now I have diarrhea. And I know it's from the food there. It was the only thing I ate the day before. I was well until eating here

Diner Review №40

Food is great! Horrible hours!!

Diner Review №41

Diner Review №42

Food tasted really good, however got food poison from eating here...bathrooms isn't really clean, I'm not sure what the kitchen looks like. A couple of my other friends caught food poison too.

Diner Review №43

Absolutely delicious! I've tried a many of Thai places in my life throughout the world and this is the best one I've ever been to! Definitely try this place out if you're in town

Diner Review №44

Visited for lunch and had the fresh rolls and spicy noodle soup, substituting shrimp for the chicken. Both were delicious! Soup had just the right heat to open the sinuses and make you want more. Will definitely return.

Diner Review №45

Most of the service and food quality in this town is what I’d expect at Mc. Donalds Lol. However, this particular restaurant is really good… portion size, service, price, and quality. 👍👍

Diner Review №46

Diner Review №47

I’ve had Kacha on multiple occasions and their food doesn’t disappoint. Many of the food items are a personal favorite; Thai fried rice, drunken, crispy chicken, Pad Thai, pad See Eiw, basil fried rice with crispy duck, and fried wantons. Area isn’t the best but it makes this place a hidden gem as it may be overlooked.

This is the best Thai place I’ve had since moving to the area! I usually get the Basil Fried Rice, Pad Thai,Thai Fried Rice, and Thai tea. The ingredients are high quality and the flavor is out of this world. Portions a big too. Whether you call in, pick up or dine in your food comes out fast and hot!

Diner Review №53

Best Thai food I've ever had still go there frequently. Don't forget to try a Thai tea. The owner we call him Sam, is absolutely one of the nicest and most upstanding people ive ever met in my life. I had only just met him when my grandmother passed away and he sent a huge floral piece to the funeral, shocked and surprised me. So considerate of others i just cant say enough good things about him he is top shelf all the way. Im a better person just for knowing him and sharing his friendship. But all that aside the food is remarkable. Hands down top five favorite places to eat.

Diner Review №63

The atmosphere was soothing, but I did go in after a rush, so not that many people. I got the crispy chicken with sweet and sour sauce, presentation was beautiful. There seemed to be only two people working at the time, but they were polite and made sure I was doing well.

Diner Review №64

Stood up front waiting to get seated for 20 minutes and wasn’t once was acknowledged. Eventually ended up leaving and eating elsewhere.

Diner Review №65

I was skeptical about the rating, so I gave it a try, especially the restaurant located in a dead shopping plaza. I ordered the Pad See Ew with beef to go. The dish has good "wok hay" that makes the noodles tasty. The beef quality wasn't bad, but it lacked taste. Maybe use different beef or marinate it. The service was friendly and welcoming. I'm sure other dishes are delicious if dining in. Overall, it was the best Thai food I had in the area.

Diner Review №66

Diner Review №67

Very good food. Better yet, it's close by. Service is always superb. Enjoy the menu very much. My favorites are Thai fried rice and curry puffs. I often treat my kids to a meal here.

Diner Review №68

My only complaint is they don't make spicy nor do they have spices or chili paste to add as a side dish. Food is still amazing service was polite. Definitely a repeat for thai

Diner Review №69

Diner Review №70

Fantastic Thai place with great flavors! Server was excellent, and all the dishes looked genuinely professional and also tasted wonderful! Highly recommend the Tom Kha; they’ve nailed the mix of coconut and citrus notes!

Diner Review №71

Not sure what is going on at this Thai restaurant but the owners need to reevaluate the product. I would go on but I hope the owner reads this so that they can present a quality product.

Diner Review №72

Wow! This place is amazing the food is so flavorful . Best Thai around Ft. Gregg-Adams, Hopewell, Prince George and Chester.

Diner Review №80

Pad See Ew and Pad Thai top notch food

Diner Review №81

I've never had a bad meal here. The won ton appetizer is crispy with a nice tasting filling. Both the Pad Thai chicken and crispy Tamarind chicken are delicious!

Diner Review №82

On my way to run errands in Colonial Heights last Saturday, I decided to treat myself to lunch since I hadn't been to Kacha in a long time. I chose 2 dishes I've never eaten before - the glass noodle salad (Yum Woonsen) & the Pad Wild Elephant. Both menu descriptions said "hot", but I wish their spiciness levels had been more clearly specified.

IMO, the heat of the Yum Woonsen was in the mild to medium range, and I loved the tang from the lime juice in its dressing. The Pad dish, on the other hand, was too spicy for me to totally enjoy it. The rice had soaked up the oils from the chili paste sauce, so it was no help taming the heat. My lips and tongue were tingling hours later! lol And since I was told they can't adjust the recipe to tone down the spiciness, I won't be ordering that particular item again. But I will be back because there are other dishes I want to try; I'll just make sure to ask how spicy they are BEFORE I order from now on.

Diner Review №84

Four years ago this place was amazing! I ordered the duck curry to go and it had so much hair in it that at first I thought the duck wasn’t cleaned well and then I pulled out a long white hair.

My dog has brown fur. My hair is brown.

Super disappointed, as I also paid for a coke that wasn’t given to me.

Diner Review №85

People are very nice but after seeing a video shared of the kitchen I won't be going back

Diner Review №86

They don't seem to understand, what not spicy means...

Diner Review №87

Food was good wasnt the best ive had ...the rice was too gummy....tea was ok but not the best...i would eat there again in a pinch but not regular.....place needs to be more upgraded and inviting.

Diner Review №88

The service was great, but the food was just ok, everything I had was a bit saltier than I'd prefer.
The location is convenient, just outside the base and next to the dollar tree, within walking distance of a few hotels.

Diner Review №89

Handsome and I enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. We went there near 2pm for lunch. The restaurant was quiet, and relaxed for conversation. Lovely Thai music, delicious aromas from our appetizers and entrées.

Con: I zonk them only for the tvs being chaotic. One on sports, one on soap opera, one on news? Also the sound of advertisements. The loveliest sound was the Thai music. I say turn off the tvs and just play the music.

Diner Review №90

The best fried rice in town

Diner Review №91

I’ve been going to this place almost every day since the first time i found this place over a week ago. Their Papaya salad, crying tiger and fresh rolls are so good, I just love their food so much, they keep the original thai food flavor, good price and good portion!! Enjoyed their waitresses’ great customer services, they are very friendly and happy people, we are moving to this area soon, will definitely keep going to this place at least once a week 😁😁 the papaya salad is just super great!! The fried rice are awesome too and all the curies!!

Diner Review №92

I was here years ago before COVID (2016), and I remember this place being amazing. This restaurant fell on hard times during the pandemic and was forced to close or change management because this place is serving terrible food now. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao, which was more like Pad See Ew, overly sweet; the noodles were not fresh, no eggs. I asked for extra beef and did not receive that; also too much sauce in the dish; it was practically soaking in it. The Pad Thai was AWFUL, with no sweetness, sourness, or umami whatsoever. All I could taste was the expired, rancid fish sauce they put in it. Also, I asked for THAI HOT, and instead of doing it right, they just added a bunch of crushed pepper on top. If you have ever had legit Thai food, you will immediately know this isn't it.

Diner Review №94

Terrible service ! Went in tonight ordered soup. After 1hr 20 mins .the server came and asked did i get food. I was alone with a empty table and a cup of water. I said no . And there are 6 other full tables that have eaten and are close to done. She said what did you order. I said you took my order. She said ok what is it. I said soup!!!! I waited 20 more minutes and gave up. I asked to see the manager. He or she never came. Terrible service......

Diner Review №98

Great Thai food.

Diner Review №99

They deliver as well.

The spices n flavors are absolutely tantalizing great food

Diner Review №100

I’ve been here plenty of times for lunch and have always been satisfied with my meal. My last visit I tired the fried rice and it was flavorful with a sweetness to it. I had plenty to take home for another two meals. I always get the hot tea with honey to sip on while waiting for my meal.

Diner Review №101

Food is amazing. My usual is Crying Tiger,Fried Wonton, and the Pad See Eiw. I typically order take out but I dined in and the waitress was very disconnected, uninterested in the service aspect. I rate 4 stars bc the food is always delectable. I will continue carry out not sure about dining in until service improves.

Diner Review №102

The waitress is very attentive and kind. Today I ordered a whole fish in chili sauce. It was cooked very well. The fish was not over cooked. It was fried in I believe tempura batter. It was delicious. I had the green curry yesterday with seafood. That was delicious and spicy. If you don't like spice, you have to understand it's a tradition in Thai as a seasoning to spice the food up. So if you don't want spicy, you have to address it. Idk if they use Thai chilli's, Thai chilli paste, or seschean chili's. But I rarely give five stars to anything. I highly suggest this what I believe a family ran/owned business. If I go there, why don't you?

Diner Review №103

Diner Review №104

Pretty decent Thai food in the middle of Virginia. Only get to try their curry noodle and kanoom Jeeb appetizer and thought they were acceptable. I thought the curry was leaning a bit salty, but it's probably just personal preference. Service is good and friendly. Place is relatively clean. I was there on a Thursday evening and it was not very busy. The appetizer and the cocktail came out right away. Don't be surprised if you don't taste any alcohol in the cocktail though. The noodle didn't take too long to come out either.

Diner Review №105

I ordered the crispy roll, fried tofu, drunken noodles (with tofu), and for dessert, the sticky rice with mango. Everything was absolutely delicious. I live over an hour away from here. I wish this restaurant was closer.

Diner Review №106

I eat here once a week. Quick service and great food. I always gets the pad see ew.

Diner Review №107

Delicious food and spicy!!

Diner Review №108

Basic decorations but overall nice setting, amazing food and good service. I didn't expect it based on the location in a strip mall and all three of us really liked our food. Large portions as well, enough for 2 meals for 2 of the 3 of us.

Diner Review №109

First, the owners were polite and genuine. I walked in to place a takeout order. I was attended to quickly and the food was prepared as requeste. The prices are excellent, portions are perfect, and the quality of their ingredients are easy to see and taste without saying a word. I will be going here on the regular now and recommend this place to Anyone. Great job and thank you, Kacha Thai Restaurant!

Diner Review №110

I was very unsatisfied with the food I allow the so called owner to know the problem with it he instantly gets angry and suggested soy sauce .. didn’t make it any better he start to getting really aggressive towards me!!! bad customer service and the place is very disgusting not clean at all…

Diner Review №111

Love this place!! Best Thai in the State!! We went with a couple for friends that know the owner and have been hooked since!! On our way back from OBX when had to get some Drunken Noodles and Crispy Fish to go!!! Amazing fresh flavors and you can taste the love in each dish!!! Cant wait for another visit!!! Try the Monk Fish!!!

The Thai rice was good and so was their service! I recommend their Thai tea my friend ordered as well.

Diner Review №115

Great place, don't hesitate to try it out. Got my standard for all first time Thai, the Spicy Basil Chicken. Done very well, with a slightly sweet Kecap Manis flavor to the sauce. Spice level of 3 (out of 7?) was very nice, lots of flavor, just a tiny bit of heat. If you like it a little hotter, a 4 should start making a little sweat appear, I think, this was just under tongue tingling/sweat producing.

Wife had Pad Thai, and it was equally flavorful. Service was good, prices very good. Enjoyed it a lot, and will be back for our Thai cravings!

Food was ok. Watched 3 people after me eat their before before I got mine. DO NOT trust their to go boxes or tubs. They WILL fail before you get home.see attached photos

Diner Review №125

Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. This is the worst Thai food I have ever eaten ( and I've eaten Thai in many parts of the world). The noodles are a mushy mess, the entrées have hardly any meat, and the tofu is extremely bland. To top it off, they DO NOT give a MILITARY discount! 🤨

Diner Review №126

Long story short, my daughter found strands of black hair in her jasmine rice. We were grossed out and left. My recommendation to the cook is to wear a hair net.

Diner Review №134

THE BEST Thai spot I know of south of DC. And THE ONLY place in 50 miles I would consider “spicy”. Absolutely worth it.

Diner Review №135

This is some of the best Thai food I've eaten in years. Delicious Pad Thai, Larb Kai and Tom Kha soup today. High marks on these three suggests an overall very strong performance across the menu. Will return frequently when in town again. Thank you Kacha Thai!

Diner Review №136

Very good food

Diner Review №137

Diner Review №138

I was looking for Thai in the area and found this great little spot. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was fast. The Fresh Roll appetizer came with four large rolls, heavy on the lettuce and one shrimp in each, but the peanut sauce it came with was delicious. I got the Cashew Nut dinner and would have eaten the entire (large) plate if I could have. Very good.
I like how you can customize the spiciness of your dish, from level 1 to 7. I got level 3 and it was a good level for me (made my nose run). Will definitely go back.

Diner Review №139

Got take out here for the first because of rave reviews. A few bites into this and not only was there hair, but also plastic in the Mussa Man curry. When we called the restaurant at 7:57pm (closing time on the menu indicates a closing time of 10pm) I was rudely told “We’re closed.” without even being able to tell them why I was calling. After telling them my issue, no apology or refund was given. I was told I could get it free next time. We don’t live exactly close to this place so no thanks. I wanted to love this place, and I’m typically pretty forgiving of mistakes that can happen in a busy kitchen, but the way it was handled told me a lot about how they value customers. Don’t recommend.

Diner Review №140

Second time back, service was completely off.

5 people eating:
2 get their dinner (30 min wait)
Wait 10 minutes -- 1 gets dinner
Wait 15 minutes -- 1 gets dinner
Wait 20 minutes-- last person gets dinner

1 meal was wrong. One meal was bad. Waitstaff barely checked on table. Beer orders were wrong (how do you mess up a beer order?)

The food was good, and for this reason alone -- I will give them one last try.

Oh, to top it off -- they included mandatory gratuity--- for a 5 top.

Diner Review №141

Attended with family for a nice dinner. Unfortunately, they forgot one order and we had to wait 30 minutes after 5 people finished to get a single plate of chicken and rice (which was sent back due to taste). The food that was received was good, but the need to ask 4 times about one person's food was ridiculous.

Diner Review №142

Diner Review №143

I tried their lunch buffet pre pandemic and I was not impressed but more so disappointed. Never tried them again and couldn’t understand the high reviews u til recently.

Post pandemic we ordered here. Few times because my husband loves the rice with curry. The food is super spicy so if that’s not your thing, stay away as I am doing. I have tried the soups and the rice and all the noodles and while the flavor is outstanding, my kids hate it.
Definitely try the pineapple rice!

I doubt I would be returning because of how high the prices are.

Diner Review №144

This is definitely the best Thai spot in the immediate area. The food is always good and you get a huge portion. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly. The owners are absolute sweethearts. During the weekdays they have a buffet lunch option which is phenomenal.

Diner Review №145

We are traveling through and found this restaurant. A great find. Food was delicious. The portions very ample. Our waitress was very good. All in all. Would highly recommend

Diner Review №146

This place fell off hard. Food is gross now. It's sad cuz it used to be my favorite spot

Diner Review №147

RUDE African American female millenial cashier - never greeted me, even after i waited 10 minutes for her to get off phone with Owner who was translating an order in Thai via phone. Yes, I'm the tall African-American woman (5:35PM'ish 1/18/22). i'm amazed by the POOR QUALITY of customer service i encounter by my own race. She came from behind counter, WALKED PAST ME, still NEVER said hello, walked over to a table & talked with a couple at a booth. At that point, i voted with my feet by leaving. * * *HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS and replaces her. She just cost you a customer who had >8 yrs of loyalty. I remember when this restaurant had a diff name. BYE FELICIA (or whatever her name is!)

Diner Review №150

My wife and I love this place, so we wanted to take our friends who have never had Thai food to try. We ordered 5 dinners and 2 appetizers for 4 of us, so they could try more things. The food tasted great, although the problem was portion size... typically the plate is covered with the entrée and the rice is in a separate bowl on the side...last night the entrées had more noodles than meat and veg and the rice took up half of the plate. So basically we received half portions compared to normal. Nothing like what we usually get. So after 4 people shared 5 entrées and 2 appetizers, all left a little hungry. Hoping this was just a fluke, we will go back and try again, but for what we paid, charged 9.99 for entrées that were listed as 9.25 on menu, was definitely not worth it. Very disappointing. I wish I had thought to take a pic. Would have complained but didn't want to cause a scene in front of friends.

I came to Kacha Thai on Saturday with four friends. I ordered a Thai tea, crying tiger, and crispy duck. Everything tasted amazing, as always. My only complaint was that the service was very... weird. My party arrived at 5:22. The server proceeded to tell us that they closed at 6 pm (on a Saturday?) And make us feel like we should not dine in. We sat down anyway. Despite the initial rush, the server was somewhat slow getting our orders. Food came out in good time. It got really weird when more people came in. We heard the server turn away several other parties, stating that the restaurant closed at "5:40" to one, then "5:30" to another party. To-go orders were still steadily coming in, so this made no sense. Another party came in and a different employee seated them with no problem. One of the parties that had been turned away observed this and came back in to ask what was happening, which led to more confusion and awkwardness. The whole experience was weird. Kacha Thai may want to update its hours online and on the door, and educate its employees on when they actually close and how to communicate this.

Diner Review №155

Fresh delicious. Quick and friendly

Diner Review №156

Food was great!! We had the roast duck red curry and the Thai rice!! Fried banana ice cream was amazing 😬😬

Diner Review №157

Greetings,
I placed a to go order of the pad Thai which was very disheartening, lack of favor, sour smell and noodles were not cooked. I called and spoke with manager named Oak who stated not his problem there is nothing he will do. Very unprofessional wasn't looking for any kind of reimbursement just to inform. Food here is usually good so didn't understand the negative feedback.

Diner Review №158

Service was great. Food was yummy!

Diner Review №159

I've ordered from them several times and I really like the pad Thai, however the spiciness is very inconsistent which ruins the meal. Ordered a couple of weeks ago at level 2 (they offer scary of 1-7) and there was no spice at all. Ordered at level 2 again yesterday to be cautious and I couldn't even eat it.

Diner Review №160

The sauce served with the mixed vegy entree was delicious!!! I suggested that its bottled and sold!

Excellent Food! Great portions and the flavor is OMG!! I got the Spicy Noodle bowl and the Chef made by request, the Basil Fried Rice with Crispy Duck for my companion. Both dishes were awesome and so is the Staff!!

Been coming here since it was Elephant Thai, and we used to go quite regularly. It's still the same great food, and we still go back everytime we are in the area. I would say it is one of the top 3 best Thai restaurants I have ever had.

They are delicious. My sister ordered the Pad Thai and I had the Roasted Duck Curry and Calamari. The curry was like sweet spicy and not too hot to where it would burn you mouth. Its was so balanced with the spices that I did not leave with a to go box. The service was very nice and welcoming. Ill definitely go there more often

Diner Review №171

The food was quite tasty and well portioned. Unfortunately our server seemed loathe to be there and fairly disinterested in the customers

Pad thai is yummy

Food is amazing, service is great. Quiet little place. Friendly

Love the imitation duck option in addition to tofu for vegetarian options. Super fast service, very good wait staff. Excellent sauces. Very good sized portions!

Diner Review №176

this place has great duck curry! great flavor and not too much spice! the Thai tea was fresh and tasted great!

Diner Review №177

The bathrooms are really gross. I didn't enjoy the panang curry because I thought it was too sweet. That might be normal for panang curry so I'm not really criticizing that. But the bathrooms... first you have to open a weird sliding glass door, which I presume is to keep the foul odors from entering the dining room... This place is cute and nice looking, but that bathroom needs to be demolished...

I don’t usually do reviews but the Food is amazing, and the delivery from the website was so quick! It said 45 mins it ended up coming in 30! I ordered drunken noodles, small crispy whole fishy (spicy garlic sauce), sweet and sour crispy chicken - all spice level 3 . It was the perfect spice level. I also ordered The iced coffee which was so good, eating this food reminds me of the time I visited Thailand!! Definitely will be eating here again soon!

Started ok place to eat but they are Starting to be behind in orders and run out of food. I came in for fried rice to go and it took them 35 minutes to make my rice after orher people aftwr me order bigger ordwrs and got their food before me. Then came in to eat and order the noodle bar and told after sitting for15 minutes that they didn't have noodles. The food is good. But save time and order by phone way ahead of time.

Great food, great service, great drinks!!! We will definitely make this one of our monthly/weekly go to restaurants!!!

Diner Review №189

First time here had the basil fried rice and didn't like it. Tastes weird. BUT I've had their drunken noodles 4 times now. It's the only thing I order and will keep coming back for them. A little more chicken would be nice, there's always little pieces.

NICE ambience, food delightful

Diner Review №195

As a native Californian, I'm accustomed to a variety of cultures and the wonderful foods they eat. This restaurant has one of the best red curry dishes I've eaten, and trust me, not all places make them well. The flavors in the Tom Yum soup were great and the to-go service was wonderful. Very happy with the food from here 😁

Don't order takeout! Instead of letting you know right away that they fill dine in orders before takeout, they let you sit and watch others eat who placed orders after you. The male server helping me was amazing. They really put him in a sh!t position to assume fault for their idiocy.

Diner Review №198

This place is really quaint. There wasn't a lot of people when we went but the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Our wait staff were very polite and helpful. My buddy and I both ordered the beef noodle soup. I have to say that it was very tasty and the beef was very tender. Although the picture on the menu shows an egg on top, you have to request for the egg, and that's something we found after we finished our meal. The clear wrap veggie told were a very good appetizer. Comes with a suttle peanut sauce. Definitely a place to go back to.

Came here years ago when it was Elephant Thai. It has changed names and I assume owners. The service here needs help. It takes forever to get anything after lunch rush is over, not even during peak hours. We ordered Thai teas three times from two different waitresses and finally got them after thirty minutes. The Thai tea is really good, but they bring it to you in a wine glass and don't offer even one free refill. Order it without ice, and order ice on the side. This will be a decent amount and you won't have to pay for two or three if you like to drink a lot of it. We got the calamari appetizer and it was not good at all. Bland and overcooked chewy tubes of squid. I got the pineapple fried rice with shrimp and it was very tasty, but there were only 5 shrimp for a large plate of rice that cost $11. It also took a very long time to come. The servers and staff were all very friendly and the atmosphere is nice.

UPDATE: I came here again tonight, 4/3/2021, and I had to up my review to 5*s. The quality and portions of the food were amazing, and the flavors are wonderful. Service was fast and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I got the pineapple fried rice with shrimp, the calamari appetizer, and the fresh spring rolls, and they were all very large portions and so good. I also got Thai iced tea, and it came in a super cute seal cup, not sure what kind of magic that was, but I loved it. Tasted as good as it would have if I had dined in. I will definitely be back!
