Perfect place to spend time with your friends and family in any occasion to enjoy and share the experience of excellent taste of Thai dishes.
We have visited this place several times and have never been disappointed. The decor is warm and just a tad upscale in that busy-but-classy Thai way. Service has been great each time with an attentive but not intrusive wait staff.
The menu has a lot of variety, but not overwhelmingly so. Prices are fair to moderate. Value is great! Let's get on to the good stuff!
We're big fans of Pad Thai. This is some of the best we've had. We find it comparable to the dish at Faang in Warrenton. Great, not soggy or overcooked, noodles, fresh tasting vegetables, tender chicken, delicately seasoned sauce, it's all there! We also shared a fried chicken and broccoli dish that was just as delectible. Having sampled the menu a few times now, we are convinced you could pick just about anything and be able to throughly enjoy your meal.
We visited early in the afternoon, well after lunch, and were able to order only from the dinner menu. Our meal was under $45 including a generous tip, and included sodas and a small dessert.
Parking is easy. The place is spotless. We'll be back!
I wanted to love this place since it is close to me but it was underwhelming. The staff were disinterested in interacting. The food came out fast. It was okay but neither of us felt the food was a stand out by any means. The atmosphere was sparse and the restaurant was pretty chilly. I may try it again but I don't think I can recommend.
If you had asked me about this restaurant a couple of weeks ago, I would have said that it was great. Unfortunately, that doesn’t stand true anymore. The curries are great and affordable, which is why this restaurant has any stars at all. But the service and some of the side dishes ruin it completely. One of the servers is INCREDIBLY rude. She has blonde highlights and she is short with customers and very unwelcoming. For any request, she will give you attitude. Her service ruins any experience there, especially if you have anything to request about the dish. If you are a family who is quickly in and out and who doesn’t care about service, she is tolerable. If you ask for anything though, she is not. Additionally, the teriyaki chicken is not good. More often than not, the chicken has a weird taste in general. Overall, I like this restaurant for its curry. It fails to be adequate in any other category.
The atmosphere was pleasant. You could eat in or take out. We ordered the spring rolls and the Thai dumplings from the appetizer menu. Plus had the mango and honeydew bubble tea. The dumplings had a lot of gristle in them and did not seem fresh. The dumpling dough was a bit tough. The spring rolls had a nice fried wrapping but the filling did not have good texture. The mango bubble tea was really sweet more like a juice. The honeydew was pleasant not as sweet. Most people picked up bubble tea and left.
Not my first time here, I have ordered the som tom before, this time it was overly sweet. I asked for Thai hot, I had to add chili to make it spicy. Had a craving for this with rice and chicken. Not sure why it was different this time, but I’ll wait till the Thai street food vendors opens back up in Sterling where they have fresh Thai food made near the temple. They closed for the winter. I found a woman who makes it the way I like it. Limey and hot.
It was our first time dining here since my husband isn't very adventurous with his food, but he agreed to try it. He was pleasantly surprised with how good it tasted.
He ordered chicken and cashews and I had the beef with ginger. My husband had a beer and I had a hot herbal tea. There was one other couple in there @1800 and by the time we were done there were 3 families eating dinner and 2 couples. Many people came in to retrieve their carry-out orders. There were many tables and a bench to sit at while waiting for carrying out orders. They also serve bubble tea, which is one of my favorites. The service was fast and the waitress was attentive.
I ordered sticky mango rice and was given a clump of regular white rice that was not sticky but rather not cooked all the way, and incorrect type of rice.Based on the establishment reviews there was an expecation of average taste. This establishment will not be tried again especially with so many Thai options in nova
It is a lovely peaceful restaurant where you can eat good Thai food.

I went to morning at Sunday 11:30 women is so rude ……wear the first costumer never go back that Thai restaurant
An utterly sad order for pickup - totally cold, no utensils, pathetic old stuck together drunken noodles and sugary sweet Tom Ka. And awful attitude on phone.
Meh food, dingy table area, nice server. The Chinese place next door is much much better.
This review is for a take out order. My husband used the bathroom and I stepped out to another store. He told me the bathroom was disgusting! He had already paid for the food, but we threw it in the garbage. Hygiene could very well be an issue in this restaurant. Go to Mum Mum by George Mason University instead.
Not the best flavor for the green curry. Also, the service was very poor. The waitress was irritated that I asked for salt. The worst part was the tiny bowl of rice to be used with the dinner sized meal. I asked for more rice but they said they charge extra. Since when are thai places conserving rice? When I say small amount on the rice I mean not even a full cup of cooked rice. Disappointing
I ordered Drunken Noodle with seafood for an extra charge of $7, I got 1 that's ONE shrimp. It was the most expensive shrimp I had eaten in my whole life. Also, the noodles were all mushed up together. Disappointed.
The food is delicious!
good choice to try so delicious and good service
good food good service
Very bad customer service..

The pho I ordered came with withered yellowish cilantro leaves sprinkled on top. It screamed out at you that it was not fresh and whoever made the dish didn’t care. The meat tasted awful. Definitely the worst pho I have ever had.
Not Thai food and not good at all.
I started coming here on a weekly basis for the chicken pad se ew. I always come in around 2 pm and no one else is being served. From my very first experience, the woman at the front desk was impatient with me and rushed me to order every time. I simply asked her what flavor of jelly she would recommend and I got an eye roll. I let it slide two weeks in a row until today, she gave me the wrong flavor of tea, which I kindly asked her if I could change it to my original request. She slammed the tea on the counter put her hands on her hips and said - “ok so what tea you want”. Honestly I had some words …
It honestly seemed like she was taking the orders and cooking the food at the same time which would stress anyone out but if that’s the case, don’t take it out on customers - hire more help. Food is good for anyone wondering - but not worth the energy exchange. …
We'd been there before (a year or so earlier), but things have changed since we were there last. We were the first customers on a Sunday. The tables and floors were still dirty, and so was the bathroom. The food was okay, but too salty, and there was a smell of sewer wafting through the place. The air blowing helped mitigate the smell but it would still pierce the nose in the middle of bites of food. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
Great food!
I ordered takeout from here yesterday and I got food poisoning within an hour!!! I should have read the reviews before ordering. That was our first and last time here. Avoid this restaurant!!!
Never had bad Thai food before until this one. The worst customer service. The worst food. Dirty restaurant
Terrible experience! Don’t eat at this place. I ordered beef and broccoli with rice to go. You could tell the food was old and re-heated. The rice wasn’t even edible. Within the next hour, I was sick throwing up for hours. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I had that disgusting dish that I still feel nauseous when I think about this place! How could you serve people old food? You guys are getting people sick.
I ordered food at this place and after about 15 min I started throwing up.. the food was undeniably old. I will not ever step foot in this restaurant again.
The food was actually really good. Noodles soup, drunken noodles, Pad See Ew. Noodles were better than the soup. The vibes could be a little better inside, very cold AC, we had to move tables. Casual dining service. Maybe better for takeout. Still thinking about the noodles though!
Poor customer service
Ordered Beef Pho. Menu said $13 plus $2 for beef. Total was $17. Manager raised the price but the menu wasn’t updated. Beware of the bait and switch
The rice wasn't edible. The chicken satay came cut into pieces which I have never seen done. Clearly every thai restaurant puts it on stick, but they couldn't be bothered. I asked if my child could use the washroom and the lady waived me off. Never coming back here again.
Wife and two girls went in to use the restroom, and said it was for customers only, not knowing that we WERE customers, then when asked if they have a policy the owner rudely answered yes, never coming back again…place smells like fish sauce and no food anyway
Lovely restaurant! As you walk in you’re treated to a wall of flowers! Their food was delicious and portions are so much you will have another meal to take home! Highly recommend!
A little too small for my taste, but the food was great.
Huge portions and excellent food. We got the spring rolls, pineapple fried rice, and pad Thai. All were SO good. And service was excellent and fast.
We have been coming to this restaurant for years and tonight got to experience superb service by Bambi when we had dinner. She handled the customers, the phones, the take-out, the serving and clearing of the tables all by herself with such a positive and friendly attitude. She is efficient! She even managed to check on us to make sure we are enjoying our meal. What a difference this makes! She is an asset to your restaurant, a far cry from the service we experience in other restaurants in the area. Thank you for being a warm and friendly person, Bambi!
I love the Crispy Spring Rolls.
Love this place!!! Food was delightful and our server was such a sweetheart! Definitely be back!!!
We always order to go but their food is delicious. This is our go to Thai restaurant in the area.
I’ve lived here almost two years and am kicking myself for not having tried this place until today. The food is delicious! I ordered drunken noodles with tofu and extra noodles and crispy chicken with basil, both extra spicy. It was perfect. The portions were generous and tasty. I’m so glad I stopped by here and am grateful there’s a good Asian restaurant in my neighborhood.
Great food & the staff was polite & cheerful.
I almost feel bad for posting this review, but I'm only thinking about saving people the trouble that I went through. The spicy crispy chicken has traces of chicken skin in a ball of fried dough. Tasted very good but there's no chicken. The service was great. I showed it the waitress and she replaced it with panang chicken curry right away but the chicken was boiled chicken breast that felt like rubber. I was so hungry and I needed to eat and I already sent a dish back so I smiled and I ate most of it. I really liked the people there but the lack of chicken really bothered me. Maybe food is good enough for Americans that don't really know Asian food but as an Asian myself... I felt shame for them. I feel bad because I said the chicken curry was good and smiled paid my bill and left but I have to save you the trouble.
Delicious Thai. Pad see eww w beef. Crispy basil chicken. Hot, fast, nice portions. Excellent service. Right off the freeway to DC. A find
Excellent food and service. Outdoor seating was perfect for my loud kids.
The food here is great! The menu was a delightful journey through Thai cuisine. The Pineapple Fried Rice was a burst of flavors with the perfect blend of sweet and savory. The Pad Thai had a wonderful balance of textures and the sauce was spot on. The Satay Chicken was tender and the peanut dipping sauce is a nice complement. The Drunken Noodles were packed with savory goodness, and the Ginger Beef had a fantastic kick of ginger. Each dish was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to authentic flavors and great presentation. On top of all this, the boba tea is really a fun and authentic experience.
Outstanding food! Recommend for sure.
Great Thai restaurant. The food was great, the waitress was friendly and on top of things. Portions were great and cost was very reasonable compared to surrounding places.
Very good place and spicy food!! It gets 5 stars :)
Liked it! GREAT Thai tea!
The green curry with chicken "extra spicy" was one of the best things I have ever eaten. Amazing.
I purchased their pho. It had the smallest pieces of chewy, over cooked, eye round beef, been sprouts, thai basil, yellow onion noodles and that’s it. Not worth 16.50 for the smallest portion of a dollar steak. The broth was good.
Worse customer experience I have experienced in a restaurant. Zero lack of emotion or care for those who wish to dine at this restaurant. Looking at the reviews, which are obviously fake, I would rather drive 30 extra miles to avoid this place.
Unprofessional, unclean, disgusting atmosphere, that I hope I never see again.
Only tried their chicken pad Thai and crab fried rice and both were good! Have had no issues with ordering or service. The chicken tastes like real meat and not rubber like some other places. I do agree with one review where it seems the portion size seems to have gotten smaller compared to before.
The food was great, service awesome and plenty left to take home.
The food was really good! We ordered a tofu appetizer with soup, pad Thai, and chicken fried rice. We will be back, for sure.☺️
I got the green Papaya salad, spring rolls, Tom kha, and pineapple fried rice. and my friend got the pad thai, her daughter got the honey chicken. there was pure silence and we enjoyed everything. my new favorote thai spot
The food here is excellent, customer service is excellent as well.
Great food, BUT I ordered my food at 5 pm ( i even screen-captured it as evidence) and got it around 7:29 pm. I called them to make sure why they didn't answer my phone. I called them nine times. Yes, the food was great, but I don't know if that was bc I was hungry or if the food itself was good. Poor service
Good experience. Ordered the drunken noodles with chicken and chicken cashew. Both great in taste and texture. Portions could be slightly larger for the price. Especially the amount of meat and rice. Amount of vegetables was good.
Delicious Thai food, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff.
beef drunken noodles were delish; definitely coming back.
Got sick off the food and had to throw away. Portions are very small for the amount you pay. Not the best Thai restaurant. You’re better off going to manassas.
It was our first time dining here since my husband isn't very adventurous with his food, but he agreed to try it. He was pleasantly surprised with how good it tasted.

The mango bubble tea was really sweet more like a juice. The honeydew was pleasant not as sweet. Most people picked up bubble tea and left.
Fantastic take out! I got the Drunken Noodles with Tofu and Vegetables today. It was wonderfully spicy and had a smoky flavor like it was right from the fire! The gyoza are delicate and delicious. We got their Iced Coffee with coffee jellies and loved the flavors. Thank you Busaya!
Small but delish portions. Clean area and friendly staff.
The best curry I've ever had!
Super friendly staff, food was fresh and fast.
Just a really good Thai Restaurant. The Staff is friendly and the food is tasty. Sólo un muy buen restaurante tailandés. El personal es amable y la comida es deliciosa. ;-)
We came here when they first opened but we didn’t enjoy. Fast forward a year or two and we’re very impressed. Everything was delicious.
They are always so nice in here and the bubble tea is really good! It's not usually busy and there is not a long wait. Very friendly and if you get the same drink as once before, it won't taste different like at some other boba places. Also, the ingredients seem fresh made and they always match your straw to the lid which is cute.
Very nice food. I tried their duck, calamari and mango bubble tea. All delicious. Restaurant was very clean as well. Highly recommend.
A beautiful atmosphere and wonderful service, the boba I bought was delicious!
Vegetable pad Thai and Panang curry are excellent here. I have been to about 20 different Thai places and they compare well. The drunken noodles are also very good but extremely spicy, so if you prefer less spicy make sure to specify.
I was there to pick up my order, and I had to wait for another 40 minutes!!!! When I asked why it took so long, he ignored me and helped another customer. They need to work on their customer service behavior; otherwise, they will lose many of their good customers. Very rude and disrespectful.
Clean restaurant friendly staff and real good vegan food. They can make anything vegan if you ask and it’s really tasty. Loved their vegan crispy chive dumplings, vegan papaya salads, vegan rice dishes…yum!
The staff was awesome and the food was equally great.
They make you select a tip while picking up, and it's difficult to zero it out (awkward experience).
It is expensive for the amount of food you get. I spent $14 for a pretty small amount of drunken noodle (pictured).
The taste was good, but the spice level was much higher than expected. Very diffivultnto enjoy eating it.Definitely ask them to tone it down if you get a naturally spicy dish.
I'm not sure if I'll be back. I might head out to Manassas for all my future Thai needs.
Went with my family everything was sooo good! Got the Panang Curry & Brown Sugar Boba tea 10/10, i highly recommend this place!
This location used to be called "Busaba," but it closed down during the height of the Pandemic. It's reopened as Busaya, and I don't know if it is the same owner or something different, but the place seems pretty much the same except that the menu is much pricier. I used to choose Busaba over Thai Peppers because of better prices, but now that they are priced similarly, I think that Thai Peppers is slightly better. I also agree with another recent review that complained about the meat being overcooked. The Chicken in my Pad Thai today was dry.
Didn't like the food. Seemed like made from spice mix packets.
amazing place!!! i order takeout and boba from here often; i always get pad see ew with extra noodles and it’s so good. super yummy when i eat it, and leftovers are great, too!!
as for the boba, it’s also amazing, this pic is after i drank a bit so there’s less bubbles than there are to start with. the bubbles themself are always perfectly cooked, the tea is amazing, and overall it’s super great!! (pictured drink is brown sugar milk tea)
staff are very nice always, overall, great restaurant. i hope to eat in the restaurant one day soon!
They make some of the best thai noodles and flavors, unfortunately after 3 visits the meat is always severely overcooked. Chicken is least overcooked, the pork is so overcooked and dry it taste like cardboard. Please cook the meat less and I would love this place. Because of the meat I will be looking elsewhere.
Wonderful spicy food.
We love Thai but have not found a good restaurant here in the area. Busaya Thai is great!!!! Thanks for a wonderful dinner. We had Padthai and Basel Chicken. Can’t wait to have more!!!
Amazing drunken noodles and the best service
The waiters where super nice and the food was delicious 😊 the food came out super fast and the boba was amazing, definitely a place worth visiting!
Everyone was super sweet and the food was delicious this is definitely a new favorite!
Visiting from Florida.. Lovely staff and delicious food!
Some of the best Thai food we’ve ever had. If you haven’t been you’re totally missing out!!!
Food taste was overly fishy and poor service on top of it. Asked for some peanut sauce for the appetizer and she said $4 extra. Ordered boba tea and it was the smallest amount of tapioca Pearl's I've ever had in a boba tea. I said I'm going to take my leftover food to go and she put my used napkin in it and took it away. So I repeated myself and she just brought back my plate and took the used napkin off. Horrible service not so good food. Complete waste of $40.00
Satisfied 🤣
The worst restaurant I have ever visited. Lack of good communication, stale food and got some hair in the food. Even the rest room was horrible. OMG 😱 how they claimed themselves as the Chinese Thai restaurant????. Please be careful!!!! The Food inspection authority of prince William county should visit this nasty place.
Some of the best Thai food around ! Great and delicious!
Love this place, I've ordered several times both there as well as from third party services and the food is consistent. They always follow special requests and I never worry about grabbing carry out and being disappointed when I get home. I love the papaya salad, and I think at this point I've tried all the curries and I haven't had a bad one.
I’m no longer a fan of this place. Main course and appetizers are served in a random order. Some main course items were served before appetizers. They are short staffed. Chicken wings are horrible, and they’re served cold. Dumplings were recommended by the waiter, but he likely recommended it because he had a surplus; ours were cold. Tom Yum soup was not warm. Tables were all dirty. Window sills had dead insects. We couldn’t find a table that wasn’t too cold. Overall, it was a poor experience.
The food so delicious!!! Pad Thai and drunken noodles always my favorite dishes. They cooked look like when I ate in Thailand. Why I just know this place lol
Good food and service.
Awesome food great quality and customer service dont understand some negative comments well then again everyone as different taste
Very bad food. I think they microwave the pad thai... very bad quality.
1st time trying this place and wasn't please with it at all. I love thai cuisine but just not impressed, there better ones around.
Good food, however the portions could be larger for the price.
I was so excited to try their Bubble Tea. We placed an order for pick up so my husband picked it up and brought it home. Once I sipped it I immediately spit it out. So disappointed! It tasted like I was drinking straight sugar. Mind you we bought 2. We tried the 2nd one and it tasted the same! What a waste of my $$. Never again!
Well distanced tables, friendly and courteous staff.
Tofu Pad Thai, Busaya Seafood, Chicken Pho, Fried Egg rolls, Strawberry tea with strawberry popping pearls, Thai iced tea and Mango tea with Orange popping pearls. Very impressed about the food.
Also, perfect stars because their bathroom is super clean and smells good. The staff is so kind and accommodating.
Will come back for sure. 💕
Best place to eat Thai food.
This place is so good. Their pad Thai is my favorite on the menu.
Excellent!!! This one word describes my entire experience. This small quaint little restaurant tucked away in the corner is a real hidden gem. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic. The Pho was one of the best I have had and the Sticky Rice with Mango desert was very good.
Very bad experience food was cold and uncooked
This was a huge mistake. I spent over $160.
This was loaded with super. Everything had a weird aftertaste. Even the spring rolls. Drunken noodles was loaded with mushrooms. I have never seen mushrooms in Drunken noodles. Kapow chicken had peanuts all over it, which is not typical in an authentic Thai dish. Again loaded with sugar. This was ordered via uber carry out for your information. Then if you do not put mushrooms in your drunken noodles and if you don't put peanuts on your kapow chicken someone must be playing a sick joke. I also ordered two types of chicken. Both loaded with sugar. The calamari was disgusting. Need I say more?
Before pandemic: 5/5
Now: 3/5
Got pad thai, drunken noodles, & tom yum soup to go.
Boxes were 3/4 full, paid $12 each for them. Drunken noodles were solid, but way too much fish sauce on pad thai & tom yum soup.
Value isn't here, I'd rather drive to centreville than go back. Sorry.
Under new ownership. Food is very good. But beware if doing takeout as they routinely leave out items from the order. We have ordered twice since they reopened and both times they left major items out.
Food was fresh and delicious! Loved the dumplings!
Great! I had originally messaged asking about the Boba teas being vegan. They got back to me very fast and assured me on the vegan flavors of the tea. My husband and i ordered teas and a pad thai and couldnt be happier! Great food and tea! We will be ordering again!
so I was leaving Walmart,l. I got this smell that was so appetizing, I know that's what I needed for lunch. I drove around to see if I could find it and ended up parking next too this place. I knew it the smell was fantastic, I then proceeded to look at menu til I see someone arrive to get some food, and ask for a suggestion he suggested drunken noodles, he gets pork, i chose the chicken. Let me tell you it was so great, the taste was spicy but I love it. He asked if I wanted spicy and quote said medium spicy. So if you don't like spicy maybe they can tone it down for you. The noodles were cooked to perfection, chicken was cooked perfect, all around some of best food I've had in awhile. it's 100 percent worth the trip.
Food was very good, loved the sweet sticky rice with mango it was my favorite and the teas were really good too!
Great Thai food. Decent service.
More of a 2.5 but I’ll go with 3. Hate leaving bad comments especially during covid but hey. I ordered the tofu pad Thai and spring rolls, my go to at any Thai spot. The fried spring rolls were a 1/5. Just so bad. Inside filled with tasteless mush. 4 small rolls for 5$ also. The pad Thai was way over cooked, the noodles were so mushy. The taste wasn’t that bad though that’s why I’m giving 3 stars, and a good portion size. The fried tofu was also soggy and bland. Sadly I won’t be trying again probably.
We had the panang curry & drunken noodle, both with chicken. Quality & quantity were on-point and everything tasted good. The curry was runny and lacked the wow factor in taste. The noodles were like street noodles and had a nice kick to them. We’ll go back but I would rate this #2 Thai in Haymarket
The customer service is very poor and waiting is more than one hour for online orders
The worst customer service here ever experienced. The manger who is working here is using nude language and food is so bad.
The food was delicious and fresh. I had the Busaba Lo Mein with tofu and my husband had the Asian Ginger with tofu, which was delicious. The portions are large and filling. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. There were lots of vegetarian options too. I didn't have room for my favorite dessert (mango sticky rice) but I'll be back soon for it.
WARNING! The food at this restaurant is not authentic Thai. I had ordered the Papaya salad, Drunken Noodles, and Panang curry. The Panang curry was too sweet, the Papaya salad was flavorless, and the Drunken noodle was very salty. Please do not order here because it’s a waste of money.
Fresh food. Made when ordered.
Food is good but they are always understaffed. So expect to wait....
I don’t understand how this place doesn’t have a perfect 5 star rating. It is literally some of the best Asian style food I’ve ever had in my life. The drunken noodles are insane.
Delicious dishes and tasty pad Thai. Spicy and flavored. recommended.
Excellent customer service and good food. I ordered from GrubHub and the driver was 1.5+ hours late. Busaba Thai called me and informed me they were waiting for the driver even though they were closed. They also apologized even though it wasn’t their fault. I’ve ordered from here before and would recommend the food but the commitment to customer experience is really impressive.
Good ambiance and decor but the food did not stand out.
Drunken noodles had right spice level but got sticky half way through. Would order again though!
You could miss this small Thai restaurant if you are not careful. As you walk in, there is beautiful art all around. But the food is even more impressive. Start with some spring rolls and Tom Kha (coconut lemongrass) soup. The Pad Thai and Peanut Chicken are fantastic entrees. Get yourself a thai iced tea to drink.
Great food!!
Food very tasty but with only 4 others there our food took 45 minutes to get there
We have eaten here several times. The food is always good, the service is good, and the prices are reasonable. I love that they have sushi and Thai!
Slow service and worst customer service then Mum Mum Thai, University Blv and Thai Taste Manassas.
The food is delicious, the food selection is tempting, the service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is excellent. You will thoroughly enjoy your dining experience.
Good food at a fair price. I have eaten here a couple of time and I am very satisfied !
My husband and I came in for dinner. We were greeted as soon as we came in and sat down. The menu offers a lot of choices. We ordered gyoza, Pad Thai Gai Sub and Ka Prow Gai Sub. The restaurant was half full, but we got our food in a reasonable time. The gyoza was good, the homemade soy sauce was different. Not bad - just different. My Ka Prow was really good, but there were a lot of green beans, a lot... The Pad Thai was delicious. Both dishes were fesh and steaming hot. We would definitely come back again, and I would order the Ka Prow - without the green beans.
Great food! The Pad See Ew is amazing. I wish the employees wore name tags so I could thank them properly. The interior is gorgeous as well - I love the little shelves with statues and the murals on the walls.
Hot thai food you will like to enjoy.
Now. This place has changed ownership several times and it has not gotten better..
I used to recommend this place to everybody for the top local Thai food but because of the recent customer service I recieved, I will no longer do so.
I wanted a deep-fried California roll(which I know they could do because they have other deep-fried sushi options) the cashier up front told me he couldn't do it because he had never done it. Made no sense to me so I asked for the manager,
Then the owner comes around the corner telling me the same thing. They have never done it before and it's not on their menu so he can't do it..
What dude..? Its the same method as deep-frying the salmon sushi. You batter it, and throw it in hot oil..? What could be so hard..?
He said his menu items are good, and if he changes it, I might not like it and return it. After assuring him I won't return it, he still refused.
He said he can take the salmon out of the other fried sushi but can't fry the California roll..?
I offered extra money for the service and he still refused..
This is terrible customer service. And mainly because he argued with me for about 3 mins and still didn't make sense at the end of it.
I truthfully think the owner was going on a power trip, wanted to remain stubborn, and didn't want to change any of his "delicious" menu items for a customer.
One simple request denial cost you a customer for a lifetime and any further reccomendations I have..
2018: Amazing experience, food was delicious and service was excellent. This place is a must try
Even when they are short on staff coverage, the service was very good. The food, as always, was what we expected and beyond.
