Had tons of Thai food in the past and this has to be one of the best in terms of taste.

Had the regular Pad Thai and delicious, lobster fried rice was as good as it can be.

Had dinner at my home Thai in Ashburn with my husband, had a great experience. We were welcomed when we came in. Looks like a new menu. We had the Kua Kai, lobster and lamb special, with a delicious dessert, must try! I also enjoyed a spicy margarita; nicely done and balanced. Cozy restaurant, at home feel, family style dinner truly a great experience, quality, food, professional, and courteous staff. Have been many times didn’t have to ask for anything as they were very attentive to what we needed. we will continue to come back. Recommend to anyone, couples first dates family we also found out they host parties.

This places oozes upscale vibes. Right from the decor you get a sense of fine dine experience. The drinks are well crafted and the food is presented and plated well. Everything we ordered was spot on and the flavors were true to food. The tables are slightly closer to each other but you still get ample space to move and interact. The seating is nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful and allowed to choose our preferred seat with kids. Great experience overall.

Good but not great food. I love Thai food but this place seemed to be missing some of the authentic flavors. The service was excellent. The drink menu is very good. But the food was not up to my standards. The decor is very nice. For me, I wouldn't return because I am all about food first and everything else is bonus.

I took my family to MyHome Thai on 12/27 for my dad's birthday. The food was excellent and the decour is also graet. One area they can improve is customer service. Througout the entire time we felt the staff was constantly eye-balling us to see if we were done and if we had signed our credit card bill. We felt rushed. I could understand if they were super busy, but there were many tables available. Also, they charge you an automatic 20% service charge and I don't believe they deserve it. My recommendation for a 5/5 and to earn the 20% service charge would be to ensure the staff does not rush their customers.

Yummy Thai food. Very consistent.

We went to lunch at 11:30 on Christmas Day and it still smelled like Clorox because they were still cleaning. But no one was taking care of it and later my son said he had trouble breathing so I asked them to open the window and they did. The smell was so bad I lost my appetite. Then they didn't close the door again and made us sit in the cold. Who wants to eat while smelling Clorox!!

I love the chicken pad siew, shrimp street fried rice, and the yummy chicken wings, but everything I’ve tried is fantastic! The service is impeccable and the restaurant is beautifully decorated with cherry blossoms. It’s a great date spot too.

Great food and good atmosphere. Love having lunch there.

I have dined in and placed To go orders at this restaurant. To-go orders and dine in food is completely different. I had placed 2 To- go orders in the past few weeks. The first order tasted so bad that I ignored and place a second order and mentioned about my previous experience with their food to the lady over the phone and asked her to make sure it tastes better this time. The lady over the phone did not bother to apologize or made an effort to make it right this time. My second order tasted even worse. The rice was mushy and chicken was rubbery in texture. Looks like they really compromise on the ingredient quality and couldn’t care less about their carry out customers. What a disappointment!!!!!!

Owner or manager was very rude and didn’t offer to correct And remake an order for panang tofu and vegetables. Kept saying what I gave you doesn’t ‘hurt you’ you didn’t pay for tofu so you should not be hurt. Hanged up. Really? That’s how you treat customers?

Never order online, and I've never been there in person. But five small pieces of steak and rice cost $13—what a joke!

Great vibe and atmosphere. Food was mediocre at best. Tom kha was unseasoned and the mushrooms were under done. There was more oil than noodles in the pad see ew. The meat/tofu were overcooked and chewy.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. This is one of if not the best Thai food experiences I’ve ever had. And I have been to a lot of Thai restaurants around the world. Both the appetizers and main dish were fantastic. The cocktails were interesting and yummy. The ambience of the restaurant was beautiful and exquisite. And lastly, the service was some of the best I’ve experienced at any restaurant. And lastly, the prices are very reasonable.

We had the pleasure of trying out My Home Thai for lunch, and it quickly became a favorite. The restaurant has beautiful decor, a creative cocktail menu, and mouthwatering dishes that truly hit the spot. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a spacious, kid-friendly layout that’s perfect for families. The outdoor dining area is a lovely option as well.I’d highly recommend the papaya salad, drunken noodles, and crabmeat fried rice—they were all tasty. The food here is extremely delicious and very consistent every time. We are frequent visitors of this place, but were disappointed with the service this time around. First off we ordered the veggie spring rolls which comes with 3 rolls in one order. I requested if they could add an extra roll for an up-charge as we were a part of 4 people. The waitress turned us down saying that they cannot do that. Most places accomodate such requests. For the dinner entree, we were served an incorrect dish that we did not order. Upon pointing it out, the waitress simply took the dish back and brought us the correct dish later. There was no acknowledgement of her mistake. However, this can happen to anyone and it was not a big deal for us. Then we were pushed to get the dessert out while we were still not done with our dinner. Upon saying that we will get it in a few minutes, the waitress reluctantly looked at her watch indicating that we were delaying her. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the customer experience, because the food at this place is simply outstanding !!

However, our table was crawling with tiny insects that we noticed at the very end of our meal. The server said that’s normal for them! So, definitely will not be returning again.

Messy order! Orderd stir fry , the juice drip all over the other foods. Temp food was not even hot, Luke warm and food was nasty. How this place is a restaurant but doesn't have plates to go! Pls don't come here . Have this place a 2nd chance and it's still the same. Food was not hot and not even warm. Portion size was small, noodles was to sweet. I was supposed to get a free larn gai because I spent over 40 but didn't get the free lamb gai.

The food is good and so is the service, but they slap you with a 20% gratuity if 4 or above dine in, and when asked about it they say it is mentioned in the menu and you are free to walk away if uncomfortable. A 20% gratuity for just 4 on a menu that is already highly priced is atrocious. There was a time when gratuity used to be applied only for 6 and above and that too 18%. But now a days restaurants do what they feel like and take us on a ride.

I don't think so we will dine here anymore.

I usually get green curry, but it was my first time getting it from this place. It was terrible; it tasted like nothing but water and some salt. I called my waitress and told her, with a big attitude she said she can take it back to add some hot sauce or bring the hot sauce so I do it myself. I added the sauce, but it didn’t change the taste other than making it spicy hot. She said she would inform her manager; I’m not sure if she did or not. I paid my bill and left; it killed my appetite. I don’t recommend this place.

Excellent panang curry and spicy street fried rice! They also have a very good vegetable medley and can make anything super spicy which is awesome! This is our go-to spot for Thai food!

We found another Thai restaurant that we like, and it's out in the outskirts of NoVa. The place is beautifully appointed. The food was carefully prepared. And lastly. Service was timely and the staff was friendly. We will add this to our favorite list

20% tip automatically added for 5 people, but the server was rude and lazy. She kept gesturing for my group to pass down things to her: i.e. menus, dirty dishes, used silverware, cups etc. There was no reach issue since it wasn't a booth and she could have walked around the table rather then make us awkwardly pass it down. Poor communication, as the check was handed to us before we could order coffee/tea/dessert. She ran off and came back 10 minutes later so no more orders. The food was good, so the kitchen does great work.

The place place was really nice and the staff was nothing but pleasant and welcoming. Not only is the atmosphere 10/10 and the food really changes your view on thai food. The food is flavorful, hot, and overall amazing. Personally the chicken kabobs and fried chicken were great appetizers, the pad see ew was by far the best i’ve ever had. Thai tea ice cube drink was amazing and you can tell it’s high quality. The matcha was little light in flavor for my taste, but the hot chocolate desert with vanilla ice cream was very tasty with berries.

I attended an invitation from my friends to celebrate our friend's birthday and I was very excited since it was my first time in this place and I was very excited to enjoy the food and the place but, unfortunately, we did not receive good treatment. We recently had lunch at my home Thai, the food was delicious.

However, the service aspect of our afternoon was less than satisfactory. Our waiter was consistently rude and pushy, making us feel unwelcome throughout the meal. To make matters worse, we felt pressured to give a 20% tip, especially considering the subpar service we received.

Furthermore, the lack of attention to detail was evident as our tables remained cluttered and uncleared for the duration of our meal. The pinnacle of our disappointment came when our chocolate dessert was ruined as the waiter poured the sauce carelessly which made it spill all over the table, leaving us with a messy and unsatisfactory end to our lunch experience.

The overall experience was overshadowed by poor service, rude staff, and a lack of attention to detail. I hope the management takes these criticisms constructively to improve the service at their end.

I've been wanting to try their food via uber eats, but never got a chance. So glad I got a chance to finally visit this location and taste the food.

The restaurant is just GORGEOUS...with the lovely decorations, display cases, herringbone floors, gold silverware, the list goes on and on. It creates the mood for a great dining experience and even conversation. Safe to say the most luxurious looking Thai restaurant I've ever been to. The menus are beautiful and colorful, but so bulky and hard to browse through...let alone take a picture of :P!

We ordered the Street Fried Rice with chicken (medium spicy) and Panang Curry with beef (medium spicy). We probably could have asked for Thai spicy. The fried rice was so delicious, almost exactly like the fried rice at our old Thai spot; the Panang was tasty, but was a little too "liquidy", which made it harder to eat with the dry/chewy beef. The prices are also great for the lunch specials!

I definitely can't wait to return to this restaurant for my next Thai food craving.

This restaurant is absolutely beautiful. Our waitress Summer was wonderful also. We received excellent service during our visit. I tried their pineapple fried rice and it was great. Please try their cocktails and drinks. I would recommend their Virgo cocktail and strawberry lemonade soda. Enjoy!

Grear service and food!

Valentines Day dinner was awesome at My Home. No reservations were being taken, so like us everyone showed up early so by 6:30 it was packed. We were fortunate to have Summer again as our server and she was excellent at taking orders, ensuring we received everything and checking back with us…all while being busy.

She suggested a change in our usual appetizers, the duck roll and it was an excellent recommendation. We will have it again. The dumplings were great again.

For our main course Penang Curry with chicken and extra shrimp (could have given more) with street fried rice which was super.

For dessert mango rice and vanilla since the mangoes were not ripe.

It was our first time here and it was a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. Menu is fantastic because everything is pictured so you don’t have to guess/question what the dish is/looks like. The food and drinks were incredible—standouts are the crab fried rice, panang curry and chicken satay. Summer was very nice and attentive throughout our meal! Felt at home at My Home; really appreciated not being rushed like all other restaurants lately. Will definitely be back for more :)

This is a really adorable restaurant. The ambience and aesthetics within are beautiful! The food was hearty, yummy, flavorful. Cocktails stole my heart! The staff is very friendly and accommodating as we asked for certain substitutions - there was zero resistance against the substitutions. I would 10/10 come back here with more friends.

Beautiful n cozy ambiance, excellent and unique selection of drinks - smoothies, strawberry, green tea, mango flavors are must try.
I went with group of friends to celebrate friends birthday. We started with drinks , and tried several appetizers - papaya salad, shrimp cake , calamari were phenomenally delicious. We order 7-8 dishes for main course - red curry, green curry, pad Thai and street chicken noodles are some dishes that everyone enjoyed.
Customer service are also great. I’ll definitely recommend going to this place and say “sawadika” to them :)

The interior is tasteful and tables are spaced out well. We went for Sunday lunch and it wasn't too busy. The initial waitress we had was cold and inpatient. The food was not flavourful like the other thai places in the area. The automatic 20% gratuity did not seem justified, considering the shabby service. Overall less than satisfactory

Located in the Whole Foods shopping center right next to Bakers Crust, its taken over a location that's traditionally seen a lot of resturaunts come and go, so i wish them better luck.

We went there for the first time and were really surprised at how nice and astetically pleasing the resturaunt is, with the flowers and greenery inside that really make it a pleasure to be in. The service was great and the staff really nice. The menus are a bit stiff, but they're almost magazine quality as far as the photos go.

I had a thai coffee granada, chicken ball salad, and street noodles. the portions of the food were generous (I totally underextimated the size of the salad), but not over the top. the others in my group got the green curry and the rasperry roll cake for desert. We shared some curry puffs. Everything was delicious and well worth the prices, which were standard for the area.

All in all, I plan to go back there and make it part of my regular staple of places I go to eat.

Went here for New Years day, my sister's bday. Nice atmosphere and nice interior. Food and service were great. Make sure you also try their soups. Very delicious!

Such a great place. However, I wish the employees didn’t check on us every 2 mins. It’s gets to be too overbearing and you feel like they’re rushing you out the door. I just wish they didn’t check on us too much. It’s like each sip of water you take they keep asking you how things are. Didn’t allow us to relax too much.

Had lunch with my mom and sister. Enjoyed the food — green curry, grilled squid, tofu soup and the duck lunch was on point as well. This place took over the former Lee Tai Tai in Ashburn.

A few months ago I would have rated this place with an easy 5 star, but this place is losing its charm. Very disappointed!

The two stars are merely for the food. Service is very important to me when I visit a restaurant as you are outside of your comfort zone and it creates a lasting experience.
Very unfortunately, our server was very rude and sarcastic. The way she interacted with my friends and I felt like we were unwelcome and anything we asked was responded with a sarcastic tone or she kept looking at her watch like we were wasting her time.
At the time of the check, this lady was very forceful in terms of tips, like she was hovering over us and making sure we tip her and she wouldn't allow us to take a look at the bill she was adamant on holding the machine. The entire experience was very unpleasant. If you're looking for welcoming and service with empathy please do not visit here.

Felt like under cooked, sticky feeling in the mouth.

Excellent, tasty. Desi must try. Right amount spicy, flavorful.
2. Drunken noodle (veg)
Excellent. All mix vegetables really tasty.
3. Phad thai (veg)
It’s different, usually it’s tangerine taste, but they made it little sugary.
4. Red curry (veg)
It’s very flat, it’s not really great.

Desserts:
We asked for dessert but for some reason , waiter said only fruit cake is available .

Ambiance is very well done.

Service needs improvement.

Overall - its a must try Thai place

Suggestion:
Few flower partition would be really nice and adds some privacy too. Special kudos to the photographer and editor.

New menu looks like a magazine, but they put an excellent job.

I ordered few new items and old favorites.
I felt Drunken noodles is not tasted like what it used to be.
Please bring few original Thai desserts even though desserts pictures looks very beautiful but it’s not convincing me to order any desserts.

I tried the green curry beef and she had the basil chicken. Both dishes were really good but not great in my opinion. Food was nicely presented, meats didnt taste like fresh that's why the 4stars. Service was prompt and friendly, prices were fair and good selection of Thai favorites on the menu with pictures that were fairly accurate.

Food is very bad and the shrimp smell in the salad only decoration is good

My sister and I love Thai! This was a great find for many reasons. First, it’s in a neighborhood that’s almost equidistant for us both. The place is very beautiful, flowers throughout, very modern and great music. The food is excellent. Perfectly spiced and presented. We were in for lunch so we did not have cocktails but we could see some fantastic and interesting stemware on the bar. We started with spring rolls and gyoza. Both were delicious. My sister had a spicy rice dish with chicken and I had a spicy pork and basil dish. Both were delicious and nicely presented. This will be a frequent visit second only to Sense of Thai in One Loudoun. I held one star for service because our server was nice but not very attentive. We found ourselves asking others for water and drink refills.

The Pad Thai was excellent. Has a hint of Burmese composition that one finds in Burma. Highly recommended.

Lovely atmosphere, very fast service! I was seated as I walked in and despite it being packed I got my food in less then 10mins! The staff was so sweet and kind making sure I was taken care of in a timely manner.

Can’t believe we waited this long to check this place out. It’s amazing. The BEST Thai food in DMV. We’ve dine in and carry out and it’s been perfect. We love the 911 Beef Fried Rice, Beef Angry Noodle and Pad Thai. And their sticky rice and mango is delish! Service is great and food is ready quick! We highly recommend.

One of the best Thai places in Ashburn. Friday and Saturday nights get pretty busy, as they seem to have many reservations every time I've been there. Go early. Dessert is not to miss!

One of the best Thai Restaurants in Ashburn area. Designer inspired ambience, tasty food, great customer service, quick service are worth mentioning. Please be noted, even the medium spicy seems hot for us! So please check before you order. But the food is super tasty and would love to visit again. Plenty of parking and located in Belmontchase restaurants complex. Must visit if you are Thai food lover. One thing different at this restaurant is that they do offer other food such as American! Apart from Traditional Thai.

Good service and its nice homey Thai place. The manager even stopped by and asked how we were doing. The Pad Thai was the perfect blend of sweet, sour and spicy , the three pillars of Thai flavor — I know what good Thai tastes like, I’m from Bangkok! A1

Service could have been better. After taking our order, the waiter went on to the next table and never checked back with us on how the food and the drinks were. Let alone we were there on a Tuesday night, when it was least expected to be busy. One of our appetizers was forgotten until we were more than half way done with the dinner. Water was not refilled. With all that shortcomings, a 20% tips was added to our bill. We could have suggested changing the amount of tips, but instead we agreed with $37.49 tips just because we were there to celebrate a birthday and hence, the harmony gesture. But this has been agonizing since. We hope the owner would look into this and consider having a better training for such an elegant restaurant with delicious food and a creative drinks menu.

A waitress had an attitude towards us when we simply asked if we can be seated on the other side of where people are crowded. Maybe she was having a bad day. Then she left without even telling us whether we want something to drink. Then she asked another waitress to serve our table... I've come to this restaurant several times but never have experienced such bad service before.

Foods are indeed delicious here as well as their specialty drinks and desserts. I hope she doesn't serve others in that same manner again.

I can only say that they are doing EXCELLENT. I don't have any negative comments to make. the service was top notch, the food exponentially well prepared and amazingly presented (attentive to details) the drinks delicious, the atmosphere great (just a little annoying 4 birthday boys in 1.5 hours ☺️) the prices are reasonable for the quality of food. I will definitely be back.

MyHome is such a cute restaurant with great food/drink options! I didn’t try the cocktails but they looked great. Tried a few different food items on the menu and they all came out hot and tasted amazing. The interior decor is insta worthy!!

Thai food at it's best in this part of Virginia. The atmosphere is relaxing, the service is great and the price is just right.

Wish I could give zero stars, I gave this place 3 chances, I thought.
The first place I actually ordered from was My Thai Place Brambleton. And Their food was great (and their staff is polite)
I got confused by the similar name and ordered from this My Home Thai Place.
I want to be clear I have ordered from this crazy restaurant twice. And requested a refund twice.
I felt I was due a refund as water was dumped into the panang curry on order one and order two was just a mess. Chicken Pad Thai was JUST noodles and Ka-Pow chicken was literally water-ish sauce and steamed chicken. The Quack quack soup arrived fine and I did not request a refund for the duck soup.

Look at the other one star reviews!.
Don't order from here! You are probably confusing this restaurant with My Thai Place in Brambleton.
There is no consistency or quality standards, the sauces are watered down to the point that it's inedible.

It appears the five star reviews they have received so far are because customers are confusing This garbage restaurant with My Thai Place in Brambleton.

This restaurant staff and manager thinks it's appropriate to insult and argue with his customers.
