No shriracha or hoisin were added to influence this review.

If you have a sensitive taste for pho, I cannot recommend the pho specially when they claim it to be a Vietnamese pho when it is not. Otherwise, go for it.

The spring rolls and wontons were delicious. The Thai basil stir fry and the pineapple tofu stir fry were both incredible. The tofu had a nice crispy texture. The heat scale goes from 1-5 and 3 has quite a kick. It’s nice they have such a good range and I got that the server was spot on with his description.

It seems that I can rarely get sticky mango rice when I go out for Thai. We were there early enough that they didn’t run out.

We have been going to here since 1997. The food and service has always been so great. We went last night. Ordered red curry and green curry. The green curry was delicious but only had zucchini as the vegetable. Usually has some peppers basil. The red curry had no flavor. No basil, didn't have any coconut flavor was thin like water. They are not consistent with their dishes. We don't want to stop going here, but if they don't get back to having amazing food always, we may have to stop. Spending 18 for a bowl of unflavored broth with chicken and veg is not worth $18.

Outstanding service! The moment we got here our party was running late but the servers took care of us and sat us right down and got us an appetizer. Everything was perfect. My yellow curry was delicious!!!

This is my top favorite place here in Ogden. And I always get the Massaman curry and Thai basil. Stir fry, but when I went there, just recently, it was such a let down. The massaman curry didn't even taste like it use too not cream, and it was cold, The sticky rice was crunchy? Even the soup was so watery and no flavor. I even asked if there was a new cook, and it was the same lady. I don't know what was going on if they have changed recipes or what, but even my husband's pad thai was watery? Definitely not the same ingredients or flavor that it used to be. So disappointing 😞

I’m a bit of a Tom aka enthusiast, this soup was a let down. Little flavor and very sweet. The curry also lacked flavor. I should’ve known when I saw orange chicken on the menu I was only getting Thai-adjacent food.

Tom kha is a delectable coconut broth soup with chicken and a twangy and slightly spicy flavor served with white rice. Always ask for it to be less spicy than you actually want it.

I used to come here all the time a few years back, but this time around was a big disappointment. My daughter and I really love this place so we drove from slc to eat lunch, we order our usual favs. We ordered our favorite eggrolls, which we received cold in the middle, we also ordered our yellow curry with tofu, but the curry was bland, absolutely no flavor. I told our waitress about it and asked her to please have the chef remake it. She comes back and just says that they added spice to it and they didn’t remake it, again still no flavor. I asked our waitress to please take it off the bill, she did not. I asked, I’m assuming the owner to please take it off our bill because it was not up to our satisfaction. She gave me a dirty look and asked me what was wrong with it, even though she knew what was wrong. I told her and she took it off the bill but gave me attitude about it. I have been a customer of theirs for almost 10 years, I get that times are tough and inflation is outrageous, but to be cheap with customers is not the way to go about it. Bangkok garden lost a customer today.

Went here yesterday with my sister, really good food! The man who was serving us was very nice and helped out every table he sat. I had the bbq chicken and it was amazing with the sticky rice! I can’t say how much I love this place! We don’t live in Ogden but, I make it a point to go there almost every time we do. I’m afraid to try new things because everything I’ve ever had was AMAZING! The restaurant is small and right by downtown 25th. The pho is amazing. I got the Pho Tai Bo Vien and it was minty and it over all had a great taste. There was only one waiter working with multiple customers in the store, so shout out to him because I know how overwhelming that can be sometimes! Will return and will recommend to others :)

Bangkok garden is by far one of my favorite restaurants in Ogden. It is locally owned and has amazing food. Their Pho is my favorite in the city, but they have so many other delicious options. I have met the owner, he is there every time I go in and is always working hard to provide the best food and service. I highly recommend a visit, and I know you’ll definitely go back for more!

Ordered the seafood tom yum soup. The flavor was pretty good, but every bite of seafood was overcooked and rubbery.

The waiter wasn't hesitant to give recommendations and I absolutely loved the Buddha's garden entree he suggested. The interior design is nicely themed and the pop music made for a fun atmosphere. We didn't have to wait long for our food and the plates were reasonably priced.

The food here is very flavorful and delicious. It's by far the best Thai restaurant I have eaten at, but come prepared for smaller portions than what you are used to. I ended up ordering extra rice so that I didn't leave hungry.

Stopped off at Bangkok Garden for an early dinner. Been a while since we've eaten here and glad we visited. Ordered the cream cheese wonton appetizer chased by Chicken Panang and Kung Pao Chicken. Both were delicious. The Panang was a tad thinner than I expected but the flavor was excellent and ended up being one of the better ones I've ordered. The Kung Pao was similar in that it had a thinner sauce with excellent flavor. Open for dine in. Service was fast and friendly. Ample parking across the street. Serves Coke products.

Technically, I would give this place a 3.5 stars. The server was a really nice guy and was helpful. I appreciated that the orange chicken was crispy and the sauce was in a cup for dipping. I give the orange chicken a 4.5 stars. It was legitimately good.

The drunken noodles were decent (4 stars) and the pad see yu noodles (sp?) were not very good (2 stars). The kids chicken nuggets were barely tolerable (1 star), so much so that my kid didn't even finish them, but she did like the french fries.

They don't have fountain drinks, instead they serve a glass of ice with a bottle of soda.

No prices listed on the menu, and everything is expensive. We wasted $60 for 3 dishes and appetisers we could not eat because they had eggs and are vegan. When we called to order, we asked for vegan dishes without milk, Mayo, meat and other animal products. We did not say no eggs specifically ( we did not expect agh in rice and pasta) but the restaurant owner should know egg is an animal product. Be aware that this is a downtown place therefore many reviews are due to population density and not the quality of the food.

Seeing the signs proclaiming this place as having the best Thai food, in combination with a family of Thais working it, set the bar of expectations high. Eating it was a very disappointing experience- I know Thai food in America tends to not compare, but oh my. It didnt even taste like Thai food! More like super sweetened American Chinese. 😐

I was in town to ski and I wanted to try out the local thai cuisine so I decided to try Bangkok Garden. Out waittress, Ariel, was extremely polite and attentive. She checked on us throughout to make sure we were happy with the food. I recommend requesting her for your waitress. I started with the fresh rolls for an appetizer. I eat a lot of thai food, and I have to say these were some of the best I've ever had. Fresh ingredients, well put together, and very tasty. I then had the tom yum soup, green papaya salad, and the bangkok garden stir fry. It was all fresh, tasty, and pleasing to the eye. We finished with the mango sticky rice, and it was sweet and the mango was perfectly ripe. I highly recommend Bangkok Garden if you are in town!

The worst green curry I have ever had. It is disgustingly sweet, which is not supposed to even occur in green curry. I had to add a bunch of Mae Ploy curry paste at home to even get it to resemble the dish.

I absolutely love this place for Pho! The waiter we typically get is the best! He knows us and jokes with my daughter's, which makes me laugh. Their food is amazing! Especially the fried vegetable tempura.

BEST Thai restaurant in Ogden hands down.

Enjoyed takeout from Bangkok Gardens tonight. My kids devoured the Pad Thai and Shrimp Tempura. My favorite is the Drunken Noodle. Thank you!

Nice staff when you could get your waiter, chicken was dry but the rice was great.

Food was great and it was Valentine's day and they actually had candles lit and decor to match.

The staff was upset that people were taking out dinner , my wife had surgery today and were staying at the hotel . The food was not that authentic and small portions. Not a good experience

I love eating pho, our regular place was closed, so we decided to go out of our comfort zone and try a new place.... It was the BEST pho I've ever tried! And the calamari... Was THE BEST I've ever had as well! And the atmosphere is so nice, it's a beautiful little spot! This has become our new fave pho place!

Pad thai was good, pho was eh. The portion sizes could be larger.
