Flavor was great in all dishes. The chicken was nice and tender. However, the beef in both dishes was very, very tough.

A bit disappointed in the pad see ew. The standard comes with wide flat rice noodles, not the thin rice noodles used in the pad Thai dish. The sauce had a bit too much oyster sauce in it as well. Plus the tough beef. Wasn’t my favorite dish.

All the other dishes were great.

Only togo order for now since they're inside Chevron gas station but VERY good quality of everything- food, presentation, cleanliness. I will comeback frequently from now on. We have tried many Thai places around Houston (and elsewhere), and this place is truly Tier 1 and the best in The Woodlands area. My wife is Thai and knows what Thai cooking is supposed to taste like, and this Thai family knocked it out of the park. I too am super impressed because it’s very obvious everything is prepared fresh and with high quality ingredients. You can actually watch them cook behind the counter and see first hand that everything is made fresh to order. It’s very impressive, and I can tell we’ll be ordering to go dishes from here many, many times now that we know this place exists.

The Basil Stir Fry (pad kra pao) was my favorite.

We ordered two dishes last night. Both were flavorful. We paid to upgrade one dish to the flat noodles and the dish didn't have many noodles and the pork was too tough to eat. I would try again though due to the flavors!

Ordered multiple things to try. Red curry, basil stir fried chicken, tom yum soup, pad woon sen, and mango sticky rice. Everything was fabulous and the portion sizes were very large so more than enough for four people to share and we had some left over. Will definitely order from here again.

The tofu in the curry and pad thai was over cooked, no veggies in pad thai. The rice was under cooked.

My wife and I visited Chiang Mai Thailand earlier this year and enjoyed a dish called
Khao Soi (cow soy) there. We had been unable to find it anywhere else, as it is a specialty of that region.
Today, I was happy to hear about this place, and we stopped in to get Khao Soi, Thai basil fried rice, salad rolls (spring rolls) with shrimp, and sweet sticky rice. I spoke with the chef, whose name is Boom, and showed him the restaurant where we ate Khao Soy for the first time in Chiang Mai. He knew it well and we chatted while he prepared the food.
Unfortunately, this is not a dine-in restaurant, it is located in a convenience store, but do not let that fool you. The quality of the food was phenomenal and it was quite authentic. Little things such as the peanut sauce accompanying the salad rolls affirmed the dedication to making authentic food.
I am hopeful that the chef and the owners will open a restaurant and be able to offer a dining in experience for us sometime soon. But in the meantime, takeout will be the closest we can get to being back in Thailand.

I don’t usually review places but this one deserves a review. I’m not originally from Texas so I’m not use to gas station food. I gave it a shot and was actually shocked how great the food was. I’ve had excellent Thai food throughout the city and also in Chicago where I’m from. But this right here might be one of the best I’ve ever had. The Thai ice tea was perfect and the Khao Soi chicken I’ve never had before and it was amazing. I did take it to go as I didn’t want to eat in the gas station. At first I thought the prices were a bit high but the meal was large and I had enough for leftovers to eat dinner. So the price is good for the portion you receive. I will definitely be back soon to try more dishes. This here is a hidden gem.

FANTASTIC authentic Thai food! Do not let the gas station convenience store location fool you! This is some of the BEST, highest quality Thai food I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a lot of different Thai restaurants in different parts of the country! The curries are packed with veggies and meat and so rich and flavorful! The crispy veggie spring rolls are to die for (get an extra container of sauce with your spring rolls so you don’t have to fight over it!). The pad Thai is also outstanding! Big portions, too! Highly recommend!!!

Caution to vegetarians - please specifically ask if dishes are without fish sauce. They accidentally told me at first that their pad Thai is vegetarian. But when I asked about fish sauce, they confirmed it had fish sauce in it.

Khao soi is their specialty. We got it with chicken and it was delicious. The Thai tea was perfect…most places make it way too sweet. Spring rolls with chicken were fantastic. Also ordered basil stir fried with chicken…very good. Will be back for takeout for sure (there are a few tables in the gas station they are situated in). The food is much better than the other Thai restaurants in the area in my opinion.

Best Thai I’ve had since Bangkok! Super friendly staff and authentic food. I had the Tom Yum Gai, which had good spice and flavor and was a large portion, and the Pad Se Ew, was sweet and yummy. Order ahead because they make it fresh! Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu :)

Food was delicious. Pad Se Ew was flavorful and had lots of tasty veggies. Not a spicy dish, which was good for sharing with my toddler. My wife got the tom yum soup; good flavor and spicy. Definitely recommend and will be back.

The counter is located inside the Pappa Keith's convenience store towards the back right corner. The cashier was friendly and efficient taking our order, but did not risk us in ordering. The Pad Se Ew was delicious, next time I would request to add some spice. The Khao Soi - CHEF SPECIAL! was good, and definitely recommend. The soup is separate from the noodles. When ready to eat pour the soup over the noodles.

Super authentic flavor with fresh ingredients. I had stir fried Asian broccoli and pork and there was flavor for days! The pork was so soft and tender but had a delicate crispness on the outside. My dad ordered the red curry soup with chicken that was so rich and full of savory ingredients. The broth was sweet with coconut milk and the red curry was rich and complex and of course jasmine rice on the side.
I’ve been to Thailand for work many times and this is authentic northern Thai! A huge surprise and treat for an unassuming corner store in ole Magnolia Texas. Packaged for secure travel and presentation. They occupy a small nook in the shop where you can make your order and buy whatever drink you want while you wait. My food was brought to me by the owner herself who was extremely friendly and personally thanked us for coming in. I live close by and will be a regular customer for now on. 10/10 recommend!
