Mom and pop Chinese takeout spot selling Americanized Chinese food staples. I was apprehensive because I usually don't like Americanized takeout food but it was quite good! Both the teriyaki chicken and fried chicken were just right. Not too much oil or sugar. They have free delivery and unbeatable prices. Great basic no-frills option. Would order again.

Food was decent. Usually Chinese food is way too greasy or oily, but this spot has decent food with a nice balance of flavors. I ordered a General Tao’s chicken and a pork fried rice. General Tao’s chicken had a nice crunch but they put a little bit too much sauce. Price was pretty reasonable. Pork fried rice pretty much tasted like rice with meat. Pretty bland but it had a nice wok taste. Service was amazing, and the workers take orders well and never have I ever had any confusion with any of my orders. Would recommend!

Maybe I just caught them during rush hour, or a bad day but the beef and Broccoli had no flavor and the dumplings had so much breading I thought I had received the wrong dish. With such a high rating on Google I expected more. I would be willing to give them another try but not for $40

The owners and staff are delightful and kind people. Also I love that they sanitize everything which puts me at ease. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered take out or sat at a restaurant and ppl forget to sanitize!!! Overall, a great place :) !

ordered CHEESE WONTONS and got CRAB RANGOON. those are two VERY DIFFERENT THINGS. just wasted $9 on food I can’t eat because it has crab.

Good America/Chinese food, not greasy somehow it tastes fresher than other Chinese restaurants. Only complaint is it's located in a less than perfect part of town.

The owner was the lady that would that gave me the food was very rude to me coming at me so I can that I talk a lot very disrespectful to me I don't appreciate it if the owner wants to contact me please contact me directly I was sitting there on my lunch break eating talking on the phone and came up to me very rude with disrespect

Have ordered from New Hing Hing several times and the food was very good. Ordered today and the shrimp rolls had to shrimp. The other food was not good either. Called and the response was very nonchalant. Needless to say we will be ordering from a different restaurant. Any suggestions?

The food is really dry and to tittle food

This place pushed a menu under my front door which my dog then proceeded to eat all day while I was at work. Stop with the shady marketing and just serve better food. Gross.

Good place to pick up for a quick meal

I use to come here to order some delicious food. However, now with new owners, the quality has gone down tremendously. I ordered chicken and broccoli and hot and sour soup and everything just tasted close to inedible. I won’t be coming back.

So bad. I order a beef fried rice. But I had no beef, just rice and onions.

This used to be our favorite place but no more we Ordered $55 worth of food, it was uneatable. The food was overly greesy with no flavor, the chicken and Broccoli was all oil and soggy Broccoli with almost no chicken. The chicken lomein was all oil with little chicken and no flavor, the sweet and sour chicken was tiny balls of deep fried of what we hoped was chicken in a box with nothing else and a side of cherry cool aide to dipp in. To say it was disappointing is an understatement. Hing Hing went from 1st to below worst Chinese food any place in New York.

Made me and my entire office throw up after eating.

DO NOT GO. I went today for the first time and will not go again. I ordered boneless ribs and it was burned and DRY. Horrible. I called and they blamed me. I have NEVER ordered ribs where the meat is burned and NO SAUCE. I called and told them and they said why didn’t I order with sauce. I have never had to order boneless ribs with sauce. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Now I need to find a new place. Garbage!!!!

My daughter used to live in Chinatown for some time and, when I'd visit her, we'd go to the best Chinese restaurants. This wonderful family-run establishment is on par with those. The food is so delicious and fresh at such great prices. By far, the best take-out experience you can get in the Mineola area, if not on Long Island.
Fairly recently, they've started offering Thai and Japanese options.
So now they're more of a go-to Asian place!

Nice people. Never had any bad food in 12 years. Fast delivery. If I ask them to make something without a certain ingredient they do it. They know me as no carrots.

Best Chinese place around Mineola area. We ordered sweet&sour pork, fried rice and chicken with garlic. Everything tasted good. The portions were great too.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Such a great family owned establishment. Everyone is so nice and delightful. They remember you and just are such a pleasure to deal with. My go to chinese take out and delivery place. Love this place so much if i could give them a 10/10 I would. The food is good and the people who work there make it ten times better.

This is hands down my favorite Chinese place. Their chicken with broccoli is amazing. I've been coming here for about 7 years on and off, and no other place compares. Highly recommend, and even though the storefront and restaurant is small, the food is delicious.

Food salty

I order from here all the time. Pricing is similar to all Chinese take out but if you pick up you see it is clean. Food is prepared properly. Servings are good size. They also deliver local if needed.

Excellent food in this quick fast Chinese food joint. Will come again. Easy to park the car as it's in a shopping strip with a parking lot. Good food that tasted great and fresh.

I Finally found a local restaurant I can depend on! New Hing Hing is a friendly, competent and efficient take-out Chinese Restaurant that delivers the freshest food-as ordered. The quality of the food is superior to This is the BEST takeout I've had in the Mineola area. The egg rolls, soups, cold noodles with peanut sauce and seafood specials were all prepared with obvious care and attention to the ingredients. They arrived hot and on time as promised.
Unless someone can match the freshness and quality of the dishes ( I doubt it) , this will be my ONLY local go-to Chinese takeout take out from now on. When I find something good, I like to stick with it. Don't think you'll ever be disappointed.
