I could tell it was fresh, it was not crunchy or strainy. the sticky rice was incredible. not mushy, full and whole grains. the plate also had coconut cream or milk drizzled on top. it was the perfect addition as I had never tasted mango sticky rice with coconut. not to mention it was also topped with sesame seeds. it was PERFECT. this is just based on the dessert I had an no entrees from the menu.

I eat a LOT of Asian food. This place has excellent food. The flavor profiles are damn near perfect. Seems like no matter what I order it's always good. If you love Asian food definitely check this place out.

This place is truly amazing 🤩 the people are so sweet and welcoming . We ordered seaweed salad, volcano roll, shaggy dog roll, Houston roll, pepper tuna , Thai tea and Thai coffee. I haven’t had sushi like this in years. They also have Thai food that I’m looking forward too next time. I asked what was the difference between the Thai coffee and Vietnamese coffee. The owner is so sweet he let me try it for free. I was so shocked. This place is truly a hidden gem.

The love boat sushi for 2 was a ton of food, very good value for the money. Fish was fresh, cuts were thick, most of pretty good quality. Great discovery. And the service is real n8ce.

I usually travel about 25 mins out to go get shrimp fried rice. I decided to google best shrimp fried rice near me and " Amazing Thai & Sushi" appeared. I saw great reviews and this location is right in my vicinity. I just ordered regular shrimp fried rice and it was pretty good. I like adding sweet n sour sauce to my rice regardless where I purchase it. I gave the rice a 5 out of 5. This rice has big shrimp and was not overcooked or sticky. I will definitely be back. The rice was in a large take out container. For the price, it was well worth it. Next time, I will try some other items. Definitely a hidden gem by Walmart on Walters Road.

So I’ve been coming here pretty much once a week (or more) for over a year now. This is, hands down, my favorite restaurant in Houston. I swear they put an addictive ingredient in their food that makes me obsess. It’s consistent, delicious, hot, fresh, and huge portions. Literally everything on their menu is amazing. From their fresh or spring rolls, to sushi, to wok specials, to fried rice dishes, they do not have a single bad dish on their menu.

Great find! Family owned Thai restaurant. The owners are the sweetest and go above and beyond with being friendly, courteous and making sure you are satisfied. Their son (I think) is handicapped and I mention this because my brother is also handicapped and I am so impressed and happy for him to feel appreciated in his role, he definitely shines!! He does the best job waiting on customers and bringing them their beverages! The food was outstanding! I had the Basil and Chili with shrimp and my husband the basil chicken. They were both so fresh and delicious, highly recommend! We both were not a fan of the miso soup but definitely would not stop me from returning. Forever customer here! We love the Rocky's. Yes, that's their name's. They always provide such a wonderful environment and atmosphere. They're so sweet.
Their food is amazing. They make everything fresh. I love me some really good pad Thai with egg noodles, and honestly, it's very hard to find good pad Thai out here in Houston, Texas, but this place nails it every time. The taste is very authentic, and the really awesome part is that you can order any plate or dish and depending on the type of noodle that you like with your dish, they let you substitute the noodles with no extra charge. This restaurant has every type of noodle food their dishes.
My husband loves ordering their Shaggy dog rolls, California rolls, and philly rolls.
Don't get me started on their Thai tea and Taro tea, the best damn Thai and Taro teas I have ever had in Texas. We always order 2 each to go, for later lol 😆

Customer service was top tier. I was immediately greeted upon entry and given water and a menu. It was my first time visiting and the owner offered to take stuff back if I didn't like it. He gave suggestions and ample time to review the menu. I ordered crab rangoon and tornado chicken. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. My drink was refilled regularly and condiments were provided in excess. I didn't have to really ask for anything. I ordered a thai tea to go. It was a bit sweeter than I like but I would order again, with less sugar if possible. Highly Recommend this restaurant for local Thai.

We came here at an awkward time (3pm) to try it for the first time. The service was amazing, the family was so friendly to us. We were the only ones there so they were very accommodating. We had the jalapeño yellowtail ceviche in ponzu sauce (my favorite everywhere we go) and it was fresh and clean and clearly hight quality. Our main dishes were Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles and my husband had the tilapia in curry sauce (I didn't catch the name) but everything was absolutely amazing. We got a bowl of miso soup for our two year old and he ate every last drop! We will definitely be coming back here! The only (kind of) negative was that it was so cold inside but otherwise it was phenomenal and we will definitely be going back there!

Came here for dinner with my husband, and we had a good dinner. Amazing Thai and Sushi is a little hidden but well worth a visit. The staff was friendly and let us pick our seats. It took a little while for our server to come back around, but it gave us time to look at the menu and decide our order. My husband got the crab ragoons and pad thai, and I ordered their green curry. The green curry I ordered was supposed to come at the spiciest they had but compared to other thai restaurants I would say it was maybe a level 2 or 3 spice. I really enjoy spicy food so this was disappointing. My husband really enjoyed his crab ragoons and pad thai. He said the crab ragoons were had a good amount of filling and that the pad thai didn't have a lot grease which was a big plus. We got the mango sticky rice for dessert and it was bu far my favorite part of the meal. Warm, sweet and the mango and coconut flavors mix so well together. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Small mom and pop Thai & sushi restaurant. So you know there is an extensive menu~ From what the business owners told me, they were originally from a Kingwood Thai Restaurant and moved into the area to open this store up. Long story short, I have a new spot for when I crave for Thai food~ I haven’t ventured into their sushi menu yet just because it’s really extensive and I have to enjoy each cuisine thoroughly.

Feeling like splurging and spoiling yourself? Order their Lobster Pad Thai and I felt like a king already haha for the size of the lobster tail + pad thai YUMMY!

I told my friends to come here to support this place because I love their food, and Kit is a great host here. However, I was not happy in my third time having lunch here.
Shrimps in Tom yum soup were not cooked completely or washed properly.
Papaya salad with medium spicy level tasted like super spicy level even I can eat chilies really well. Felt like my tongue was getting burnt badly. I explained to the lady, and she suggested me ordering less medium for next time.
Also, she charged 0.5cent for a little togo foam box and said that every restaurant did the same.

I went with three other family members that don’t speak English and was translating to them but the waitress had the audacity to say, “You can go to the Mexican restaurant next door.” I don’t understand why she had to say that, I never asked her to speak Spanish. I was just translating the menu and she decides to say that to me in the middle of my translation. I only referred to her when I needed to order but even then she didn’t come back after asking for the drinks. She was just sitting staring at her phone, the other table had already ordered, and I had to call her over.

I’m never coming back, the food was okay but the portion sizing wasn’t good for the price. I also wouldn’t pay to be serviced by a discriminatory waitress.

This is one of the latest to offer combination of Thai and Sushi. It’s a great place to get a good solid food without breaking the bank. They have good basic and popular fish but nothing fancy. I ordered Sashimi Appetizer for One. 12 PCs of pretty thick cuts on a boat. I didn’t want to eat too much rice so ordered this and a bowl of sushi rice for $2.99 additional. Rice had a good balanced flavor. It should make an average Houstonian happy, although I personally prefer stronger vinegar taste.
From Thai menu I had Ginger Fish, which is a Thai version of Sweet & Sour Fish. If you can’t handle the Thai chili peppers this is a great option. If you love the hot peppers you can go with Pra-pad-bai-kra-prow. That’s the traditional deep fried fish and you can ask how spicy you’d like.
People are super nice and the food is a great value. BYOB at time of this writing with cork fee $15 for wine.

This little shop is a gem; a positively positive experience from the ambiance to the cuisine. Here, positive energy flows from all the staff, a friendly worker with down syndrome and a former Theravada Buddhist monk. I highly recommend the Pad Thai, or the Crazy Crunch sushi roll, all best of class.

Greeted and seated immediately when I walked in. Service was amazing! I was also able to have a brief conversation with the owner who was friendly and helpful.

Dined-in Saturday evening, FYI: restaurant is BYOB - liquor store 2 doors down. Had a curry shrimp (yellow?) and a friend had a different curry flavored entrée. Both were excellent. Appetizer came with a homemade sauce of superb quality - a very balanced, sublime sweet/salty combo, probably has soy sauce as a base, what's important is it's excellent.

This place is a hole in the wall, there's only 2+ handfuls of tables but the food is made with love! You can taste it in every bite. Some of the best curried dish I've had in years, but the menu is LARGE. Will definitely be back to try out more.

It wasn't busy when I went there but as good as this place IS, it SHOULD be packed every night.

We got the house fried rice, drunken noodles, spicy octopus, and dynamite roll. The food is definitely AMAZING! I would’ve took pics of the other stuff but we ate it so fast I forgot lol. The staff were very friendly and made you feel so welcomed also checked on us multiple times so that’s a plus +++ highly recommend everything I ate during my visit

Randomly Tried this place first time while on our way to downtown houston and it tasted perfect...We ordered red curry and meat was tender and curry was a nice consistency. Will be going back.

Super yummy and authentic Thai food! My favorite dishes are Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Panang Curry. The waiters were very friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Definitely recommend!

My daughter brought me here after raving about their food. Their chicken satay is delicious, moist and flavorful. Their homemade peanut sauce is fantastic! We also had the ginger chicken. Incredible!

We keep coming back! Thai dishes are delicious. We especially love their panang curry. Sushi is always fresh! So happy to have a place like this in the area.

New place that just opened up and had to try it. They have a wide variety and as a sushi lover, I really enjoyed my experience here. Food is fresh and best of all, tastes really good. You'll see me coming back! My friends and family have told me they really like the food too.

Really love the food here! My favorite sushi 🍣 rolls are the Bangkok and Rocket. The Pad Thai is just the way I like it. Also, restaurant is very clean with great service. Will come back.

Awesome to have a Thai restaurant around the corner of my neighborhood. I had the drunken noodles for lunch and loved it? Will come back and try there other items on the menu. Highly recommend.

First time here but will definitely be coming back for more. Just tried the sushi this time, I will be trying the curry next. Everything was excellent and the tuna roll I had was top notch.

A new Thai restaurant located on FM 1960s. Came here to try the lunch menu. The restaurant is Cafe style and pretty. The menu is extensive since it's Thai and sushi (hopefully I will get to try the sushi one day). I ordered the lunch men pad see ewe and my mother ordered the lunch time massamam curry. Overall the portion size was great for lunch. Everything was fresh- from the vegetables, the soup, and spring roll. The only thing that was missing from my noodles was that the noodles wasn't as flat or thick as I normally like it. It was also on the sweeter side but they can easily fixed with chili.

Overall I enjoyed the lunch and I would definitely come back to try other dishes from the menu.

Visited today for lunch, and had their Thai ginger,, fried rice and Thai broccoli with Tofu. All the dishes were delicately flavored. The best part about it ewas they were not very spicy so our grandchildren were able to experience the food as well, I definitely recommend them. Every item is made fresh when you order it. They also have a a large variety of Sushi which again is not put together until you order it.
