This was not a great experience. Server was not friendly at all. Food was okay at best but so many better options around Fort Worth. Noodles were mushy. Shrimp overcooked. The table was sticky. Just not what we were hoping for.

We really enjoyed the food here. Got the chicken fried rice and orange chicken as well as some egg drop soup and it was all very good. Sometimes I don’t love when orange chicken has too much of an orange taste, but this one did not have that. Value of food and amount of food you get is also great. We were sat down immediately and taken care of very quickly. Would recommend this place for some good Asian food.

Ordered takeout. I laughed when I saw the size of the egg rolls (tiny), $2 for 2 I’m not sure what I was expecting. Beef pho- the broth is so good! BUT noodles were overcooked/breaking and instead of being given bean sprouts, I was given thick cut raw onions (the menu stated the pho would come with the typical sides of Thai basil, jalapeños and bean sprouts). The thick cut of the onions didn’t soften in the soup and now I basically have crunchy onion soup with a hint of beef lol. Fried pork dumplings are good with the sauce. First time ordering something like the Singapore rice noodles and we enjoyed it after adding sriracha (spicy curry sauce was not spicy)

Ordered the eel roll, and it didn't have any actual eel in it. Just slices of cucumber inside and eel sauce on top. In the bathroom, instead of soap, there was a bottle of water that was probably soap at one point but had been watered-down over the preceding months. There really is no excuse for this.

I should of left as soon as I walked in. It was dead on Saturday night. The vibe of the server and host were off, not welcoming at all. The bathroom had watered down bottle of soap, and the serve stood in the bathroom area until we came out which was weird because she wasn't standing in that area any other time. About 2 years ago, my kids got takeout from this place and it was really good. Since then we've often thought about ordering from here but always decide to go to another place because it's closer.
However, I happened to be in the area and thought I'd surprise my wife with a sushi roll. Since I was there, I decided to get something too. I wanted fried rice and believed that's what I ordered. When I got home with the food, my wife asked for some soy sauce and I said look in the bag. She said no, it's really saucy in the bottom.
At that very moment I was like "what, fried rice isn't saucy". So I looked at my food and it WAS NOT fried rice.
I called back and spoke with an employee named Andrew. He insisted that I received what I ordered. We went back and forth and I asked him if they would fix it, He refused. I told him I was bringing the food back for a refund. He told me they would not refund my money. I then asked to speak with a manager. Andrew then told me there was no manager on site and that the manager was in Dallas.
I asked for a number to call the manager and he then told me the manager didn't have a number. I asked one last time of he would make this situation right and he refused again.
Yes! I should have checked my order before I left but I trusted that it was correct. That's on me!
This experience left a bad taste in my mouth! I will NEVER spend another cent at this establishment!
The outside restaurant smells and should have been an instant trigger to say go somewhere else. It's very easy to see why it's never full!
They may have a loyal following but I will tell you this... beware of the service! They will not take care of a mistake for you or me, the customer!
My intent isn't to damage this businesses reputation but I strongly encourage anyone reading this to consider other options!

We recently ordered takeout. We tried the egg rolls, spring rolls, lemon pepper wings, crab rangoons, steak skewers, sesame chicken, sweet & sour chicken, and Thai basil chicken. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. My husband met the owner and manager, who helped him carry the order to the car. This was our first visit, but, definitely not our last one!

We have our church ladies group that meets monthly for dinner. We are a small church (Burton Hills Baptist Church) so our turnout is usually 6-10. This evening we actually ended up with 16 and for a group that large I would have made a reservation the day in advance, but they so graciously accepted us and we could never have asked for better service. The food was EXCELLENT and prices are very reasonable, but the service was absolutely the BEST.

I pulled this restaurant up on google maps and selected the menu option and it displayed picture menus with prices, but when I called and ordered there was a $23 price difference . So when I asked why the price didn’t match the menu the guy got really rude and stated I dont know what I’m talking about , when I’m on google looking at the menu. So I told him he may want to notify management about the menu discrepancy displayed on google so that they can correct it . That’s when the lady manager got on the phone being quite rude an

I’m writing this review because we read the reviews before we tried this place. They didn’t feel like real reviews after our experience.
We were disappointed with the food and the service. The food came out one item at a time out of order. All the dishes we ordered were very sweet. They were not supposed to be sweet. Mongolian chicken is supposed to have a light spicy sauce. The sauce was thick brown, shiny sweet sauce. We couldn’t eat it. Even the spicy edamame was sweet. The wontons in the soup were extremely thick. Thick and chewy. The fried rice was just rice that was fried. Nothing in it. We got other menu items, but all were sweet and not as described or what you are accustomed to getting at an Asian restaurant.
I didn’t eat my food and the server never came and asked if we were ok.
Do not recommend.

The food is excellent. Very fresh and flavorful, not greasy or loaded with oil. We order lots of tofu dishes and the tofu is cooked to perfection....crispy on the outside and perfect texture on the inside. They are thinly staffed but efficient and friendly.

My first time buying Chinese food in Fort Worth, it'll be a spot I return to! I placed an order online & it was ready within 30 minutes. I purchased the sweet & sour chicken (large) and it was enough for two portions. The food was delicious and I appreciate the packing for takeout orders. They cling wrapped the sauce container to ensure it wouldn't spill & packaged the vegetables separately. Great value for what you get.

This has been our go to place for years now. For the past 4 birthdays we have catered sushi and always a fan favorite. Also my favorite food to break the thanksgiving leftover marathon. One of my favorites on the menu is the Singapore Noodle with Shrimp. We always order online and never have issues.

JULY 7, 2023 - Food was only ok today, but at least it was ok. The service was uncharacteristically awful. Dining room was empty except for one other table who didn't take their leftovers because they couldn't get the server's attention. Our sushi was cut into an odd number of pieces - a sushi serving NoNo - and our rice pancakes were brought to the table long before our sushi was, so they were cold and fell apart when we made the Moo Shu rolls. She brought us a nasty, sticky bottle of hoisin with our Moo Shu chicken rather than a traditional dish of plum sauce, only one set of utensils, no napkins, and never checked on us after she brought the food. We got our own to-go container because she was nowhere to be found until ShabuShabu went to the register to pay, didn't even drop the bill at the table. This is one of our favorite places and getting service like this here is just disappointing.

Walked in and ordered dinner for my family. Food was great, and the service was quick. To-go order was wrapped perfectly to prevent spills, and sauces were prepared to the desired spice level. The staff made us feel welcome while we waited, and we will definitely be back!

Beef was not veleveted for tenderness, broccoli was soft, and taste was lack luster. After i paid for my to go order, i forgot to ask for chili oil. When i asked, i was told it would be $1. Didn't get it. Last time I was here before this recent visit was around 2 yrs ago and it was amazing. Very disappointed in this visit and won't be back.

Mushroom Chicken, loaded with piles of chicken and mushrooms in a wonderful sauce I splurged and ordered the seafood pancake( takes a little extra time) It was perfect, loaded with seafood and texture was on point. Whoever is cooking tonight is really Talented and doing a great job!

The girl who works nights is absolutely rude. 30 minutes to closing I asked for two boba teas and she was very dismissive I should’ve left right then and there. The boba I was given was old and tasted horrible; the only boba I’ve ever rejected. The manager was very kind and offered me a full refund which is the only reason I didn’t rate 1 star. It was the same rude girl when I went in and she acted like I was inconveniencing her reading her book. There are plenty of better places close by; you’ll waste less time and get less attitude from the employees.

I ordered online the shrimp and broccoli with fried rice and shrimp egg rolls. I also asked for extra egg but forgot to specify in what. Once I got there the man at the counter asked what I wanted extra egg in and then I said the rice. He said “we can’t do that” and I asked if I could get it on the side and he said no to that as well. Then why did you ask what I wanted the egg in! You couldn’t accommodate anyway. Lol..when I went to my car I opened the shrimp egg rolls to find what’s pictured. There was no description online so I was trying to figure out when egg rolls looked liked this. Also the shrimp and broccoli was a bed of broccoli with about 5 shrimp. The fried rice looked like just some brown rice. No egg, peas, carrots, onion…nothing. Both dishes had no flavor and I wind up going to another restaurant up the street for my dinner. Unfortunately won’t be back

The food is great, but they skimp on the meat and you’re left with mostly vegetables. I came back several times just make sure it wasn’t an off day, but it’s a consistent thing. The sushi rolls are good too, but for some reason they always fall apart.

My first time here and I was not disappointed!! Had chicken pineapple, fried rice and even had sushi. The portions brought out was enough for two!!! Food was delicious. Can't wait to go back to try some more dishes!!

I am sad as I write this. This used to be my favorite go to spot for all things Asian. Now I promise myself I will never go back. There's no passion for the food, every sauce is watery and tasteless, nothing is as good as it used to be. I know they lost their head chef that I complemented so highly in my first review.

Old review: This place is excellent. The food is always good, and the service is pretty decent. Sometimes It suffers, but that's just the nature of most ethnic restaurants I think. The chef is amazing, I have literally never had a bad this year. His take on traditional sauces, dishes, and even soups are really refreshing. It's better quality food than you expect given the location and atmosphere when you walk in. I come here probably two or three times a month, and it really is a delight. The staff is friendly, the food is good, the prices are reasonable. Overall a wonderful experience.

To my opinion my eggrolls ws not cook in clean grease and the shrimp tempura came out brown as ever crispy chewy that was just not good and tasty . And the menu is old and still on the website meaning that there is a lot of their food on there just not come the way that it's supposed to be prepared overall I'd give this place maybe a star . I would not feed this to my dog . But with saying that . This place could be a good restaurant . Just need to fixed some things and it could be one of the best In fort worth tx 🙏

Pan asía has an abundance of options on their menu and every single one I’ve tried has been delicious! My favorite lately is the tofu pad thai and crab Rangoons, but I even enjoy the sushi rolls and pho here. At my work we regularly order from here because everyone loves it and the delivery is always quick! Also, good pricing for the huge portions. I always get two meals out of one because there’s so much food!

We have been eating here for years the best for fine Asia dinning. And I mean all of Asia, sushi rolls, Chinese and so forth . The Iced Pepsi is first in class and unbeatable. I'm a Fried pork dumplings, orange chicken with lo Mein kinda guy now. I once was the pineapple chicken and fried rice man for years. You can't go wrong with the great options but you might find yourself waiting and I believe it's 100% worth it.

They have decent food but they should definitely give a description on their menu of what their idea of spring rolls are. They are more like lettuce wraps not fried at all

My office is just right down the Camp Bowie. Pan Asia is our go to lunch place. Order out or dine in I have never been disappointed in quality of the food. Must try "Big Eye Roll" for all deep-fried sushi lovers!

The best Asian flair around. Never a bad meal, today I had Rendang... for those that don't know. Rendang is an Indonesian spicy beef dish, with flavors unique to the way it's made...and Pan Asia Cusine made it right...Highly recommend, coming from an Indo from SoCal
