What a fantastic meal. I was pleasantly surprised with a delicious vegan lunch at ThaiBinh’s. The garlic noodles with the fried vegetables were made to order, healthy, and absolutely delightful. They told me that they use no MSG, no sugar, and no preservatives. Hefty portions as well. The strawberry drink with the ginger balanced the meal out so well. Probably one of the best, if not the best, place in the DFW metro to get tasty vegan Asian food!

I decided to stop by here after getting my car back from the shop. I was craving authentic Pho so i ordered their Peaceful Pho and Springrolls.

Everything on the menu is vegan, but you get to add chicken to some of the items. I was asked what i wanted for protein: Chicken, brocolli, and i forgot the third option. I selected chicken for both my springroll and pho.

The Pho: This isn't your traditional pho where you add the veggies that you want. All the veggies are already packed into the pho. The chicken cubes in the pho were seasoned and pretty tasty. There was also brocolli in the pho. The noodle was also flat noodles rather than the round, thin noodles. I never tried pho in this fashion. It was ok but not the type of pho i was hoping for. I give it a 3 star

The Springroll: Springroll was very delicious. The chicken cubes alsong with all the fresh veggies inside made this a wonderful side dish to chow down on. I give this a 5 star.

Decent service from the older gentleman at the counter. I will tip him generously the next time i go here. I would love to try some of the other dishes such as the curry fried rice and curry noodles. I normally never go vegan, but something tells me the vegan menu here doesn't fall short in flavor. Will return if i ever get the chance. As an OTR trucker, not sure when that will be.

What a yummy fun experience! I want to eat every thing on the menu but alas chose the spring rolls bc I was in a rush today. My gosh the rolls are sooo delicious! So herbaceous! No msg or sugar added is such a bonus!! LOOK at their homemade strawberry lemonade! Just heaven! The staff is so lovely! Thank you Trulyen! They shared the tofu fried rice and coconut ice cream samples! The coconut ice cream is so creamy! So hard to believe it’s sweetened with agave and no milk! I cant wait to return! Thank you!

I ordered the Peaceful Pho. It was not great. I chose my Chicken as my protein. The chicken was breaded and cut in squares. Totally took away the taste of Pho which is served with Chicken Breast. The noodles and veggies were piled up in one bowl. Please consider to go trays to separate the vegetables and noodles. Pho is an experience of great broth, noodles and vegetables. I was disappointed and it's more expensive than an authentic Pho Chicken Bowl.

Dank vegan Thai food that is made with soooo much love and care!! The duo that works there is so nice and attentive and want to provide the best food and experience for their customers. Plenty of space to eat inside in the AC.

My partner and I are vegan and have been looking for a delicious vegan Asian foodplace to go to near us. He also cannot have gluten but there were plenty of substitutes for him! I cannot have MSG despite being Asian (lol) so this place is perfect for me. Also been on a no table sugar diet so I love that this place uses agave instead. This place ticks all the boxes for me. The food was perfectly SEASONED and delicious. Not greasy, but VERY flavorful compared to other vegan places I've been to. Portions are good too. The prices are a little high, but given the spot is in a hidden area and how clean the ingredients are and how everything is made as its ordered, I say it's 100% worth it because the chef/owner really puts in the effort -- so support this business y'all. There are only 1-2 people working there at a time from what I've seen so order ahead of time, or order and walk around and shop while waiting for your food! The service is wonderful. The food here is very worth it. We are both picky but this place was perfect. My partner is a picky eater and said he has never tasted something so delicious and seasoned before as a strict vegan. He has not been able to stop talking about it for days...so this is your sign to come here and try their options. Their drinks, appetizers/sides, and main dishes are 10's across the board. Flavour bomb! Now please consider listing this place on Doordash... we'd order all the time! 🙏❤️Underrated, and truly a hidden gem. I love....everything on the menu. I'm Kosher Pescatarian so finding a place that has vegan/ vegetarian options in my city is a plus. I'll be honest, I often get the garlic noodles but I always get an extra dish for later.The portion sizes are good. I love that he knows how to flavor the food so well. The seasonings are everything. This is more of a to go place. They stay busy so order ahead. Everything is cooked made to order. I really like that and that explai s waiting times but it us worth it. The building used to be a storefront but the city of Desoto has turned it into a business incubator. They are customer focused and friendly. They are definitely worth putting on your list of places to go.

This was the best vegan food we’ve ever had! So delicious and tasty. We tried the garlic noodles w the vegan chicken and the mushrooms, the peaceful wings, the pho, and the spring rolls and everything was really good. The spring rolls were my personal favorite and my bf’s favorite was the pho.

I read the reviews and decided to give this place a try on thursday around noon! The cashier was super friendly, and allowed us to sample a few of the menu items that were available. The garlic fries are good, really great flavor. I ordered the thaibinh curry.... DELICIOUS! It's served with a side of rice, and once you mix the curry sauce with the rice...soo yummy. It's great for people who enjoy soups and pho. I enjoyed it more than i thought i would! I also got the beet ginger drink. Great for all the health nuts like myself. Overall, all the flavors were spot on. HIGHLY recommend.

It was a little cool today and I wanted Pho. This is the closest Pho restaurant to me after moving from the Richardson area where Pho is plentiful and good. ThaiBinh's chicken vegan is awesome. I am not a vegan but the vegan chicken was lightly breaded and crisp in the soup. The broth flavor was fantastic. I may have become a vegan Pho person forever and I will go back to ThaiBinh's restaurant often!!! I was given a sample of the coconut ice cream and it was heavenly. I will order that also the next time there.

I discovered this little gem in 2022 while looking for a Pho spot in the area. The food is worth the wait if you don’t call your order in ahead of time. Nestled inside a really neat store is a series of resturaunts that deserve recognition. I went to Thaibihn's and loved everything we had. Even the lemonade is made fresh.

I drove pretty far to try this restaurant for the first time and though I wish they would specify what their “wings” were made of, they were willing to redo my order. Most places use mushroom, chickn or any other mock meat but they use bell pepper for the angel wings! I wouldn’t get any of the wings again. The wrap was so delicious, 10/10. Would also go back to try other menu items because there are plenty.

I personally think the food is chef kisses!!! It is the bomb! I will say it’s a lot of fried option but also healthy ones as well! The best thing I had was a myana wrap it was so healthy and fully of flavor!!!! The Thai tea mixed with their icecream is so bomb!!! Omg 😳 I enjoyed it so much! I order too much fried food so I wouldn’t do that again but other than that my favorites are my favorite above! Do yourself a favor and check them out!

Don't walk... RUN! 💨🏃🏽‍♀️ This was the best eggplant I've had in my entire life. Like... seriously! My sister also got the Mango Ginger Smoothie, which was good as well! If you don't like ginger, then it may be too strong for you, but the fresh ginger is potent yet not overpowering. It's a pretty large smoothie, so it'll fill you up! Other itmes are just as delicious, but this eggplant is my top fav!!! 🍆

The food was delish. However, its really expensive and the wait was one and a half hour long. I did not call in my order a head of time, which patrons that were there said may cut the wait time by 30 mins. I got Thai basil rice and peaceful wings with garlic broccoli. The guy on the register said he would give me the combo which would save me a dollar, however after reviewing my reciept later on, he charged me an extra $1 and some change. Im not sure why. My bill was $38 and some change. This was wayyyy too expensive for "lunch". I kept thinking, "dayum, did I order something else?" But nope, some rice(no chick'n, which I thought i ordered), broccoli, and some fried azz mushrooms. Im all for supporting small local businesses, but not at hefty costs and wait time for something as simple as rice and broccoli. Im good love, enjoy.

Good food is the primary reason for repeat business…but Thai Binh’s personal touch makes it that much better! He knows his patrons and every minute detail which allows a customer feel special. Garlic Noodles, Spring Rolls, Peaceful Pho, Edamame, and Garlic Broccoli are the absolute best! And, I really like the fact that he’s nutritionally conscious which equates to better holistic health. As long as Thai Binh is around…then I’ll always be a loyal customer!

This place is one of my top 5 restaurants in DFW (including non-vegan spots) and it’s crazy how underrated this place is. I’ve been trying to eat more plant based, and have hit up most of the popular vegan spots in DFW and this is by far my favorite. Their vegan pho and garlic noodles are AMAZING. Also the homemade chili oil 🤤
I’ve also tried a few other things from the menu and everything has been exceptional. Please check this place out! The owner is truly so kind, and you can tell he cooks with passion. Okay So I've came to DeSoto grow for about two years and I would always smell this place but never ordered... Lol them I found out that it's all VEGAN I was like wait ahhhhhh minute... The food is sooo good I've had the garlic noodles the peaceful wings and peaceful egg rolls... Mr.Ty is so nice he tells you everything about the menu and he makes it with love... Also he remembered my name and order lol.... So I'm going to get the garlic rice next time and the fried banana and ice creams and garlic fries for the kids and the spring roll lol I'ma try the whole menu okayyy!!! I will ask him do he have a class on how to prepare vegan food... I WOULD PAYYYYYYYY

This place made me love Thai food. I tried it for the 1st time in January while I was fasting from meat and sugar. I’ve been back monthly since then. The use of oyster mushrooms and great seasoning was what made me believe I could be a full-time vegan. And I have to get the garlic fries each time, no matter what else I ordered! Delicious! *chef’s kiss*

The only reason I would not give this 5 stars is because of the wait time. I know there is limited help these days but when I order online, I still have to wait at least 30 minutes when I get there. If I order at the counter, I will have to wait at least an hour to receive my order. So make sure you have some time on your schedule when you order. But when you get the food, you will NOT be disappointed!

This is absolutely one of my favorite eat spots!! I am a lover of everything garlic and Thai Binh’s has never disappointed me!! The menu has a variety of choices, with my favorites being the Phorito and the Trulyen Combo! The food is delicious and the portions are plentiful! When you visit the Grow Desoto Market Place, be sure to stop and grab a meal from Thai Binh’s!

I won't be going back. If you place your order online the expected wait is 1.5 hours (per the person at the register), even though it says 30 mins online. I know the owner is the only one cooking so I always allot at least 45 minutes to pick up my order, but this time it was over an hour. Someone in line also stated she was waiting for 1.5 hours.

Great Thai Vegan food. I've had the ThaiBinh Curry and the Savory Eggplants on my two visits and both were fantastic. Great taste, freshly cooked to order, and 100% vegan. I'm excited to try their other dishes.

Ordered chicken curry online went and picked it up and took it home. As soon as I opened it I knew it wasn't chicken. They gave me tofu. So I called them and they said they were vegan. Even though online I specifically ordered chicken. I had to pick out all the tofu cook my own chicken and add msg because the entire dish was missing all the umami. There might have been some mushrooms in it but definitely no msg. You can't have Asian food without msg. absolutely revolting food.

Chicken and tofu “Paeceful Pho”, I didn’t miss the “real” meat.

I like to get the Thai Binh curry with chicken.

I would say that it's kind of pricey. It's not a sit down kind of place, but they charge about $15 a plate.
Look at the charges carefully, because the curry costs $13, but it costs more to add any protein or veggie.

Order about 1hr before you plan to eat. Portions were small IMO. The peaceful wings had a great coating, the egg rolls were decent. The noodles I paid 2$ for extra broccoli and mushrooms and there wasn't alot. If I'm alone, I might try something different on the menu. The owner was kind and food was fresh.

OVER PRICED VEGAN FOOD. I got the terriyaki rice bowl (spicy) and my protein was the fried oyster mushrooms. The total was $19.19 and it wasn't worth it! They even charged $1 extra for the food to be spicy (I didn't know until after I paid) and it wasn't spicy at all. The food was ok and it was healthy. But, how does a small container of white rice, vegetables, and a little container of sauce add up to $19.19?? No premium items or unique cooking method was needed to make this dish. I don't mind paying for quality, but it should be worth the money. This was a rip off. No terriyaki veggie bowl should be $20. This was my first and last visit. They are passing on too much cost to the customer, so I'll pass on this "wanna be high-end" vegan spot.

Oh my goodness... ThaiBinh’s is AMAZING! We got the mushrooms spring rolls & peaceful wings for apps and both were INSANE!! So many wonderful flavors and just SO GOOD. For our meals we got the pad Thai and phoritto and again... WONDERFUL! Seriously some of the best vegan food we’ve had and we’ve tried lots! 🙌🏼

Love this place! Good quality fresh food! Made to order. Highly recommend the basil fried white rice with broccoli and add spicy seasoning also the garlic fries! Never disappointed and always satisfied. A little pricey but more than worth it! Try it, if you haven't already!

Thai binh food is very delicious and authentic. I recommend it highly. Very fresh flavor packed food. Great customer service too.

I live in Desoto and I am vegan so it has been hard to find vegan meals on days that I don’t feel like cooking myself ! When I tell y’all it’s so good I’m just amazed and how they season the food . Even if you aren’t vegan I say still try th you won’t miss out on the meat trust me ! It is a weight but order online before going in there just a heads up ! 👏🏾

After being told they went vegan I was skeptical and disappointed. Then after an hour wait for my food I was very frustrated and ready to leave a horrible review! Then I tasted the food... We got the pho with oyster mushrooms, the curry with mushrooms, and the garlic fries!💯💯 The food was spectacular! It was 100% worth the wait! I'll call in my order early next time. The garlic fries are out of this world and we didn't even feel like we needed the chicken. Best viet/Thai fusion I've ever had.

My first time getting food from there, the fried eggplant is delicious!! Im not a vegan, was treating someone else...but however, I also had some of the trulyen wings, both has a good crust. The strawberry tea is the bum. Great customer service.

Delicious but entirely vegan. Does not appear vegan in anything Google has on it. The lack of meat and misleading information is the only thing preventing 5 stars.

Everything I've ever tried was phenomenal!! Pho, peaceful wings, spring rolls...the bomb!!

Food tastes good, pho was great, pad thai was good, price is fair. The only problem is we got there and ordered at 12:20 pm and didn't get out food until 1:42 pm, without any heads up that would take that long to get our food, so if you are hungry or in a hurry is not the place for you.

THIS. PLACE. WAS. PHENOMENAL. I was searching for a place that offered healthy options and happened upon this gem. Not only was the owner friendly but he explained what was in the dishes we inquired about, helping to make our experience a very positive one. He also explained that he makes everything that's on the menu there at his restaurant.

We ordered the Garlic Noodles with Oyster Mushrooms, the Savory Eggplant with Oyster Mushrooms, and the Fried Eggplant. Everything was excellent.

We will go back.

The one star is that they no longer offer a meat or seafood option. My gripe is that the photos are misleading which clearly shows that they offer meat. Please update your photos. I went ahead and paid for some Pho' with tofu but didn't find the dried yet mushy tofu that they added to my Pho' appealing. Not sure why they stopped offering meat choices, so that throws up a red flag for me. Because its takeout, i made it home and added shrimp. However, for the price i paid for this ''vegan' only option, i could have driven a little farther and gotten a meat/seafood option for the same price and not have to add my own seafood to make it normal for me.

Taste wise for the Pho', it was ok.. I found the employee at the register to be pleasant. Perhaps this is a good choice for Vegans. But, i prefer a place that gives you the option to have vegan or meat options.

I got vegan pad Thai....my protein was oysters mushrooms... I am not vegan but thought I would give it a try. It was yummy. Loved the sour taste. I did miss the fish sauce or dried shrimp at first, but that didn't last long. It was very good. Will try the tofu next time or see about both mushrooms and tofu.

This is the second time we have eaten here. The first time was several months back and at that time, we thought the food was delicious. Unfortunately I cannot say our recent visit was good.

Due to COVID-19, we ordered take-out.

I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken this time. The noodles were very mushy and the flavor was not good at all. This is probably the worst Pad Thai I have ever eaten. We also ordered the Vermicelli. It was okay. In addition we ordered Garlic fries and peanut sauce but neither was in our bag when we arrived home. The way our food was placed in the bag, the hot oil spilled all inside the bag and onto everything else.

We visited on Saturday. The advertised closing time is 7pm, but they put up the closed sign before 6:30. I saw a group of people come in that were interested in ordering and could see they were disappointed that they could not order dinner.

If you advertise certain business hours, then you should expect to take orders up until the closing time.

I like to try and support local businesses in our town, but honestly I think from now on I will just drive to Arlington where I have been able to get great food and service for years.

Excellent food! Everything is made fresh from the time when you order. Well worth the price, don't let the food court setting throw you off, this is NOT fast food! You won't be disappointed!

They sit your food OUTSIDE of window, UNATTENDED, waaaay before you get there for pickup. That's not ok to me!!

This spot has an assortment of delicious meals all cooked right in front of you and they serve vegan food here too! I reccomend calling ahead since their still a small business and only have one cook! Definitely a great lunch or dinner spot to surprise your family and friends with!

By far the best Pho around! ThaiBinh is super friendly and a great chef. I would highly recommend eating here. We had the pho as well ad the mango smoothie...both excellent! Can’t wait to go back!

Loved the iced coffee, it',s pretty strong tho,The garlic fried shrimp was sooo good! The owner was verry kind and friendly and really appreciated the business.

Me and my husband fell deeply in love his curry. It was truly one of a kind! As plant based vegans, we value clean and fresh ingredients and was more than excited to have his refreshing ice cream before dinner. This place really has something special! We found a home for great and affordable food here! Finally!

After getting past the smarty-pants 10 yr old working the register, I placed a simple order of Pho. Even though they were out of beef broth, I still wanted the order, using vegetable broth. After waiting for 20mins I asked about my order only to learn that the kid forgot to tell me that they were out of all of the broths. I accepted a refund and went to a different vendor. Should have known it was going to be trouble when I saw them mess up the 2 orders placed ahead of mine. I won't give them another chance to waste my time...

I read about this place in the Dallas Observer. It's in like a bazaar type inside mall which led me to have my doubts. As a eater of many Pho joints in DFW, this place has the BEST pho I've ever eaten. The broth is so full of flavor it's not some watered down soup that's been sitting a while. it's made fresh. FRESH! The bowl isn't a tub like most pho places but what you get is taste and freshness. Plenty of meat in there as well. All the herbs are in the bowl already which is great because I like to layer it on my spoon so it saves time. The people are so nice and they treat you as if they're your friends. I will be back to try the wings I've heard good things about. But definitely worth repeating that's for sure. I really hope this place prospers because we need more places like this here in the southern sector. Well done y'all!

We came here after church, and this food did not disappoint!!! My girls had the chicken teryaki bowl and loved every ounce of food in their bowls! I had the eggplant with chicken and it was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back!!!!
