Super cute place and great food & boba! I’ve introduced this place to a few people and each one has loved it! I personally order the popcorn chicken with rice and either a milk tea, rose milk tea, or a taro smoothie. Great place to catch up with friends with delicious food & drinks

Diner Review №2

Beautiful place with lovely food and friendly staff w great service. It’s a self-serve kind of place where you order when you get in, they give you a beeper and once the food is ready it beeps and you go and collect your food. It’s an adorable place w esthetic decor. They also have a cute vending machine in the front which is great for young couples! We loved everything we ordered and our plates were licked clean!😀
We got The veggie egg rolls, Shrimp fried rice (one of the best we have had ever), Green curry w veggies (was super flavorful), it comes a rice, Thai fried rice w tofu (Excellent) & Thai tea which was really good. It might be too sweet for some people but no complaints, it was lip smacking good! One of the best Thai teas we have had in a long time. A must try place if you love Thai food. It is for sure the most authentic tasting Thai food I’ve had outside Thailand. Highly recommend it!

Diner Review №3

Absolutely delicious food and excellent customer experience. I had the pineapple curry, she had the pad Thai with chicken and we split the Thai dumpling appetizer!

Diner Review №4

Firstly, it's so beautiful in here. Very nice cafe, quiet, clean, great service! The food is delicious. I ordered 2 passion fruit mango fruit teas, Basil catfish, and popcorn chicken all to go. It was prepared quickly! This is my new bubble tea shop in Dallas. Thank you 😻

Diner Review №5

This place is close to my location so I ordered lunch for the first time here. I got Popcorn chicken and Thai Fried rice with Chicken. Delivery was quick. Popcorn chicken was ok but had a unique flavor, the curry leaves in popcorn chicken are very tasty. Large tomato chunks are added to the fried rice on the side, I could never imagine tomatoes in fried rice so it shocked me a bit. Keeping tomatoes and cucumbers aside (literally), the fried rice was amazing! It had a good umami flavor, well seasoned and a good portion for a single person. I enjoyed the fried rice and I will definitely order again!

Diner Review №6

This place is legit good and the prices are perfect not to expensive nor to cheap and the best part is the food I highly recommended this place I had a really good experience and sorry couldn’t upload no pics I was starving 😂

Diner Review №7

Food was so delicious. I devoured every bite of it. The dumplings for appetizers hit the spot .

Diner Review №8

I adore the staff there so sweet 🥺

Diner Review №9

Amazing food . We tried the titanic beef soup, and it was delicious 🤤. Great customer service. They give me extra bowls to share my soup with my mom without asking 💜. It means that they care about the experience in this restaurant. We will back to try more food!

Diner Review №10

I tried a lot of Thai places in Dallas, and I have to say that this place serves the best spice. Their Shrimp Pad Thai hits the spot, and I got the Go To Hell spice. It’s definitely the most spicy Pad Thai I had in Dallas. Also, their Green Milk Cap is really good as well.

Diner Review №11

Best Thai food in Dallas I've tried thus far. I had the Beef pad Thai and Drunken noodles; both were phenomenal.

Diner Review №12

This place was just a vibe. The food was amazing, the wings were a little hard/krisoy but still good. Def coming back here!

Diner Review №13

I really enjoyed the dumplings I ordered as a appetizer. It reminded me of shumai but double the size. I ordered spaghetti drunken noodles and the flavor felt a bit too salty compared to the ones I’ve had at other places. The bigger chicken pieces, while it looked fully cooked on the outside, had a bit undercooked texture in the center (when you chew it felt rubbery and not stringy) so I didn’t risk eating the bigger pieces.

Diner Review №14

Diner Review №15

Best Thai food in DALLAS. 😋

Diner Review №16

Calamari is absolutely disgusting and milk tea taro drink is gross.

Diner Review №17

I stoped in to get a little snack for my drive home. I got steamed dumplings and they were phenomenal. I was real surprised how delicious they were. I just expected some premade frozen ones. There were not premade or frozen. Made from scratch and defineity on my top 5 favorite dumplings.

I wish I had to time to go back there and eat more!!!

Diner Review №18

The food?? the BEST. I always have to stop by here everytime I come to dallas. Much love from OKC.

Diner Review №19

Delish! If you like spicy, go with the "Go to hell" level. They're not kidding around... So hot, but so good!!!

Diner Review №20

Diner Review №21

**Finally got a video**

Wish I took a picture of the food but we were like ready to devour it so we didn’t waste no time to eat it because it looked so good!!

Literally a hole in the wall Thai food place, the kra pao was so delicious, we got extra egg and extra spicy, the egg was fried to perfection, and my fiancé and I shared a plate and it filled the both of us! Portion is good and price is reasonable! Love this place our new favorite Thai restaurant!!

Diner Review №22

I got Boba from here for a year but never ate. Always wanted to. Finally bit the bullet and the food is FIRE. I now eat here all the time. Best drunken noodles I've ever had. Everything is good.

Diner Review №23

The place is sooo cute! The staff is super friendly and the food is AMAZING! Get the Thai dumplings!!! The drinks are also amazing and they have those churn and bake pastries that are like macaroons with ice cream. They are delicious!!

Diner Review №24

Diner Review №25

I got the basil catfish and it didn't disappoint. The thai coffee was awesome. I highly recommend this place.

Diner Review №26

Best pad thai in Dallas. Their coconut smoothies are amazing and their service is quick and friendly

Diner Review №27

The food is beautifully plated and not overly spicy. The passion fruit green tea + mango popping boba tea is unique, refreshing, and not overly sweet. It's actually a dessert drink. The atmosphere is pretty and quaint.

Diner Review №28

Amazing boba drinks

Diner Review №29

Tom kha soup was excellent!

Diner Review №30

Excelente

Diner Review №31

Found this spot back in 2022 and they have been my favorite boba place ever since. Great atmosphere.
Not to mention, the food they have to offer is made with love and just tastes so amazing. The food is a bit expensive but it’s because they don’t cheap out on the ingredients and the portions are hefty (2 person servings) so it’s a good trade off.

Diner Review №32

Gas

Diner Review №33

Very good food and boba 🧋

Diner Review №34

Their Pad Thai is surprisingly really good

Diner Review №35

Friendly staff! Great boba and cute spot

Diner Review №36

Moom Muum is such a cute little vibe. This place used to be called Royal I.T. Cafe. It has never been too packed any time I’ve visited. It’s always pretty quiet and calm. Today I ordered the popcorn chicken combo with a brown sugar boba tea. The food was tasty, hot, and fresh, although overpriced - everything here is slightly overpriced imo. My bubble tea was perfect. The boba pearls seemed fresh and were the perfect consistency. Friendly staff. This is an ideal quiet, intimate place to go to catch up with a friend and grab a bite to eat. OH and the macarons… 10/10.

Diner Review №37

Loved the refreshing drinks they have here! Plus some of the quick bites they offer.

Diner Review №38

I was really taken aback by Moom Muum. We were in the area looking for lunch and decided to stop by because we enjoy thai food.

Wow. We were very impressed by the cooking. The larb chicken was juicy! And the pad see ew noodles were soft and chewy. I was expecting them to be more fried and was very pleasantly surprised.

There are photos for almost all menu items, posted inside and outside the restaurant. You gotta give them props, the food looks great on photos too. I can’t wait to come again.

Diner Review №39

Great food, fair price. I recommend the pad kee mao and the pineapple curry.

Diner Review №40

Delicious food!! Beautiful, chill atmosphere. Post-fi, coffeehouse music. Great Boba. Feels authentic✌️

Diner Review №41

Me and my wife are addicted to this place. The best service and the food is amazing

Diner Review №42

Love this spot. Great flavorful Thai food that's delicious dining in or take out. Favorites are pineapple curry, basil popcorn chicken, and mango smoothie.

Diner Review №43

We ordered the basil fried rice, pad Thai and Thai ice coffee with milk. The basil fried rice at the hot level was epic! The dish was a perfect spice and quite tasty with chicken. The pad Thai was a little too sweet for my liking but we got it extra spicy so that helped the sweet level. I just prefer savory so if you like a little sweet. I ordered the pad Thai with chicken and beef. The beef was a little tough so I recommend chicken. The coffee was absolutely epic and definitely something I would order again. My spouse got one with boba. The two dishes and two drinks totaled $48 with tax.

Diner Review №44

I definitely love this place the food is so good the smoothies and milk tea 🧋😋.

Diner Review №45

5/2/24: LOVED the thai food here. Honestly best thai i’ve had in a while and they also have boba options and teas. Also it was super cute inside and the employees were really nice and sweet. It was a bit on the pricey side tho, but i guess u pay for quality.

Diner Review №46

We tried this place for Sunday lunch and it wasn't busy during our visit. We ordered the Thai Garlic and Titanic Beef Soup. IT WAS AMAZING. I missed the black pepper flavor sauce from my hometown and this Thai Garlic perfectly captures that flavor. My friend also really enjoy his beef soup because the beef is really tender and fresh!

Diner Review №47

I will never return to this restaurant. The service is terrible, I had to ask for the refund of 2 bubble teas after waiting almost 30 minutes. The owners do not prioritize the customer within their premises, they focus more on deliveries. I left that location very upset.

Diner Review №48

Food takes FOREVER. ITS LUNCH TIME. Get faster. Overpriced. Slow service. I asked for water twice and got none.

Diner Review №49

Stopped by on a whim, I was pleasantly surprised! Customer service was great, the lady at the counter was nice and explained everything well. I got the panang curry it was amazing! That was definitely the flavors I was craving 😋

Diner Review №50

Diner Review №51

Subpar food, subpar service.

Diner Review №52

I’d like to say the atmosphere is great.
Been here couple times when it’s own by previous owner. The food was great back then.
But I don’t like the two dishes I ordered today.
Tom yum soup make me feel so sick. The taste is wired and way too sweet.
Thai omelette rice shocked me, it only come with plain pan fried egg on top of rice. No veggies, no other protein.

Diner Review №53

Everything was super delicious. Staff were so sweet and the interior is lovely. Green curry was super good!

Diner Review №54

Have ordered to-go here twice now and both times the food was fantastic! The most flavorful Thai food we've had in Dallas, and we've tried quite a few places here over the years! Recommend the Pad Thai with chicken, Panang Curry with chicken, Green Curry, and the Thai Chicken Crispy rolls! My wife also really loved the Taro Smoothie! Highly recommend if you like authentic and flavorful Thai food!

Diner Review №55

Yummy the food are delicious 🤤

Diner Review №56

Favourite Thai restaurant

Diner Review №57

Moom Muum is definitely a winner🏆 This Thai cuisine was absolutely delicious.
I tried the Drunken Spaghetti. The dish was full of flavor. The restaurant was clean and cozy.

Diner Review №58

This is my 4th visit here and everything I've tried has been delicious, from the Boba to the appetizers it's all been good. Nice chill spot to grab a drink, quick bite or finish homework. The staff is really nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu.

Diner Review №59

Diner Review №60

Diner Review №61

I called in an order for sesame chicken with fried rice. They didn’t say it was an extra 3$ for fried rice. Wouldn’t have mine paying it if the food was good. It was five little pieces of chicken that were dry.The plate looked like a lunch portion for 18.00$. The rice nor the broccoli had any flavor not good at all. So disappointed this was my first and last time going there.

Diner Review №62

One of my fav Thai places & study spots. My personal hidden gem that I’ve been going to for a good 2-3 years. Glad to see they’re getting the attention they deserve although I’m kind of territorial over this place haha. Very nice staff, strike a conversation with them!

Diner Review №63

Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. I always enjoy my drinks from here especially the royal milk tea. 10/10✨

Diner Review №64

This place is amazing!! Not just because of the amazing tasty food but for the costumer service. Staff is very friendly and wholesome. The place is super clean and aesthetic, music is chill and goes with the atmosphere. 100% recommend eating here!!

Diner Review №65

Diner Review №76

Diner Review №77

Cute restaurant right off of central. It’s on the smaller side but has seating for larger parties. Cozy area to sit and wait for pickup. I had the Thai fried rice and Royal takoyaki, both were very good. Don’t forget to grab a boba tea while you’re there!

Diner Review №78

Absolutely delicious. The fries were insanely crispy and delicious. The boba prices were lovely as well. So many varieties. The glass noodle salad was so delicious, and warm. I absolutely loved everything here. The customer service is top too. You will never find another place as satisfying as this. My favorite go to spot

Diner Review №79

Drunken spaghetti , fish cake, basil crispy pork belly, larb popcorn chicken

Diner Review №80

Thai milk tea and Macha milk tea. Loved it!

Diner Review №81

the schedule says that it closes at 8:30 pm, I arrived at 8:15 and it was already closed

Diner Review №82

Highly dissatisfied with Boba

Diner Review №83

Literally the best boba spot in Dallas. The drinks are perfect. They are subtly sweet and use great ingredients! Fruit teas have real fruit in them and I love their rose milk tea! Very cute place with good food as well. Over all they will always have my heart ❤️. Very sweet staff as well (:

Diner Review №84

This cafe was amazing, we stopped in the area to go to Norma’s cafe but ended up choosing I.T cafe. BEST choice ever!!! The food and boba was PHENOMENAL! Service was great. We will definitely be back.

Diner Review №85

Really wonderful place to hang out with friends, have a date, or just come by to yourself.
Recommend the brown sugar milk tea and takoyaki!

Diner Review №86

My third time ordering here and I found a bug in my Basil fried rice!

Diner Review №87

Diner Review №88

I just had a strawberry green tea with boba, but it tasted like hand soap / air freshener. Not great for $7+ 🫤

Diner Review №89

Was my favorite Thai restaurant. The older lady was really rude to my husband and I. We got there at 8:00, finished our food by like 8:20 and had a friendly conversation about how great the food was until the older lady got onto us about the time we showed up...telling us to come earlier in the day...when we got in the car it was exactly 8:30 which is when they close?! I'd understand if we had them stay past closing but we didn't so I don't understand why she scolded us? We get out of work late and work on the other side of town but rest assured since our business is a burden, we won't be coming back.

Diner Review №90

I went on Thursday, May 18 around 7 or 8 pm and purchased a taro milk tea with tapioca pearls. The tapioca pearls were hard and crunchy like rocks (some of them) and the other ones were gummy and chewy. Something is wrong with their tapioca. Also, I got half-sugar for the drink and it was still extremely sweet.

Absolutely amazing come try their food and tea

Diner Review №97

Pleasant study atmosphere. Staff is always nice. Good drinks!

Diner Review №98

Diner Review №99

My kid is a Boba fanatic and she says they make the best Boba drinks. There's a foam or something similar that goes on top that is wonderful too. It is a very nice looking place. I'm sure we'll be back often.

Diner Review №100

What a cute boba cafe next to Northpark. The set up is so cute and welcoming. I ordered a taro smoothie and was really impressed! The smoothie was smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness.

I definitely plan to come back to check out their food options and sure look forward to my next visit!

The staff that helped me was very nice. I placed my order and she was ready with my order quick so I didn’t have to wait at all.

Diner Review №101

This little family owned restaurant is everything. They have the best crispy egg rolls in Dallas in my opinion 😋 🤷. The family is very friendly and warm. I usually order the crispy vegetable egg rolls, royal black tea with booba, basil Thai fried rice with chicken or shrimp spicy or won sen pan etc

Diner Review №102

Listen, you can’t go wrong here. Their bobba is so good. The food is good too!

Diner Review №103

prices are a little high but overall amazing! I've been getting the oreo milk tea with Boba for a while and it's the best. rose milk tea is also a great one.

Diner Review №104

Love the strawberry smoothie with strawberry popping boba it was sooo good. The egg rolls were also super yummy the sweet and spicy dipping sauce that comes with them was delicious. I had only came to get a boba tea but definitely will be back to try out some more of the food.

The staff was also really nice, and I love the dining area had a really nice atmosphere.

Diner Review №105

Incredible food! Everyone there is from Thailand and so sweet and welcoming. Very authentic, delicious, and filling. I’ve been looking for a place like this for a long time! Had to eat before even taking pictures!

Diner Review №106

Super tasty Thai food! Can’t wait to come for more!

Diner Review №107

This place is a great place to have some very authentic Thai food and get a really well made drink as well.

I'm surprised it's usually empty because there is a really nice atmosphere here.

The food is really good and everything is always quick. The staff is friendly and make the whole experience very enjoyable.

Diner Review №108

Delicious authentic Thai food and great service! Loved the food and the boba is delicious!! The restaurant is decorated beautifully as well with plenty of room. Definitely returning.

Diner Review №109

4 stars due to long wait time.
The fried catfish was good and you should try it with medium spicy if you can eat spicy.

Diner Review №110

First time trying boba milk tea and I unfortunately did not like it the taste it had was terrible and my daughters ice cream was good but it had so much coconut shavings it was hard too eat my husband and I ordered black tea Oreo with boba and coconut tea with boba 🧋 person who attended me was rude

Diner Review №111

My friends and I came here after a long day of shopping and the hosts at the front counter greeted us well and may I say gave impeccable customer service. My friends and I enjoyed our drinks and would 10/10 come again!!! LOVE IT HERE!!!

Diner Review №114

Diner Review №115

This is one of the best authentic Thai spots in Dallas. The owners are very warm, friendly and inviting. They have many unique dishes along with the common favorites that you’d expect. They also have excellent boba teas and frozen smoothies! Located right across the highway from Northpark Mall, definitely check it out if you’re in the area!

Diner Review №116

Diner Review №123

First time here. I didn't realize it was so spacious inside. There are a lot of items to choose from on the menu. I got the Pad Thai Tofu, veggie rolls, and a Taro Milk Tea with Boba. Meal was fresh, delicious, and quick. I will definitely be back here again.

Diner Review №124

Diner Review №125

Diner Review №126

The food is absolutely fantastic. We got the pad kee mao and the titanic beef noodle soup; both were absolutely fantastic and some of the best Thai food we’ve tasted in the DFW area. The boba we got wasn’t bad at all. Quiet, quaint place to enjoy a meal with some boba.

Diner Review №127

The moment I walked in and saw the Totoro Devore i new this spot was a score. The cashier helped me with suggestions and was really sweet. The boba was amazing!

Best boba ever

Diner Review №132

Boba tea and food were all delicious. Service is kind and the menu selection is huge. Overall, it was a great experience.

Diner Review №133

Kinda expensive…not the best. I would try it again and get a different sugar level. It was decent but way too sweet for me. The boba was too soft.

Diner Review №134

Diner Review №135

Diner Review №136

great boba and a nice interior :>

Diner Review №137

Update 5/2022: It seems Royal IT has changed owners. I remember them being Chinese before, now Thai. With that in mind, I ordered pad kee mao, spicy, from the new menu (instead of the popcorn chicken, which I used to order). Came out to about $11.99 for that, and another $5.50 for the Royal milk tea. Pad kee mao came out great—it was filling enough and spice level was perfect for me. The royal milk tea has changed slightly, but I can’t put my finger on exactly what changed. It was noticeably sweeter, so maybe that’s it. Dine in is fully open now with multiple tables open.

Update 12/2021: 2 dine in tables are open. Went for popcorn chicken yesterday. Still very very good.

Can’t dine in, but I’m ok taking out. Got the popcorn chicken combo extra spicy with lavender milk tea and royal milk tea. Both were awesome, and beat ViVi in Plano. I’ll definitely return.

Diner Review №138

Great place! Wonderful tea

Diner Review №139

Best noodles soup and the best drink i have ever try and the atmosphere is so relaxing great way to destress

Diner Review №140

This place has a really nice vibe and atmosphere. The service is great. The food is absolutely delicious. Everything we ate was delicious.

Diner Review №141

Interior decor is actually really cool, well thought out, and homey feel (forgot to take pictures of it). Food was OK, nothing outstanding or terrible. The drinks were good, bonus points given the convenient area of town it’s in.
I’ve heard the appetizers and desserts are good, so probably better snack place than food place.

Diner Review №142

Awesome tasting boba!! Place is nicely decorated and staff is very kind. Would come again if i come back to Dallas.

Diner Review №143

So authentic and so good.

Diner Review №144

The Tom Kha was so tasty.

Diner Review №145

i’m disappointed to say that the durian smoothie was gross. i don’t see how any restaurant can make a durian smoothie using powder. the menu even labels it as “fresh fruit smoothies”. it is not at all fresh nor did it come from the actual durian fruit. i came here expecting a quality drink. i did not think my “fresh fruit” smoothie would be made from powder. i already knew the smoothie was wrong the second they gave me my drink and was completely bright yellow. real durian smoothies aren’t that color. the more i drank the smoothie, the weirder my stomach felt.

besides from the nasty drink i ended up throwing after a while, the customer service was nice. they were really friendly & quick with service (i ordered over phone and my food came out as soon as i arrived).

Diner Review №146

Best Rose milk tea in the world.

Diner Review №147

Looking for near boba place and found here
Got just 2 drinks. kinda too sweet but it’s really good and inside was super chill

Diner Review №148

It super hot and humid inside, and they took 25 min for pot stickers and the wrong drink. Honey lemonade green tea (I wanted orange grapefruit tea) tasted like cough drops and pot stickers were worse than frozen ones from costco. Definitely not coming back

Diner Review №149

amazing pad thai!! $12

Diner Review №150

I’ve only been here once, I had the poke and it was really good!

Diner Review №151

aweasome food and drinks. nice decor n atmosphere 😍

Diner Review №152

Was great when they had Taro milk tea and Crepes. They got rid of the taro milk tea, which I am prettty sure which had real taro! Also, they just got rid of crepe (Jian Bings) , which we ordered every Friday for lunch.

One of the few places in Dallas to offer Jian Bings.

Diner Review №153

Diner Review №154

The boba at this place is amazing! Brown sugar black tea was my favorite!

Diner Review №155

Muy buen lugar...

Diner Review №156

Diner Review №157

We had ordered a brown sugar milk tea, but was given the wrong milk tea, without us noticing until we had left. The royal milk tea that we had received tasted like mostly milk, the “tea” we could taste tasted artificial and barely any ice and it made our throats hurt after drinking half of it. The grapefruit black tea didn’t have much of a tea taste to it, and mostly tasted like juice and again did not have much ice in it.

Diner Review №158

They need to update there info. They don't have rolled ice cream or ice cream at all

Diner Review №159

Really good service! Got rose milk tea with boba… it was really good!! Definitely recommend!

Diner Review №160

Diner Review №161

A friend and I visited this place hoping that the boba tea would be good. We were unfortunately very much disappointed. The tea was overly syrupy and sweet, making it unbearable to drink more than a sip. The boba was undercooked and hard in the middle, causing my friend to have an extremely upset stomach. I don't wish to visit this place again.

Diner Review №162

got the Hokkaido Milk tea and it was amazing!!

Diner Review №163

Diner Review №164

We love Royal IT! We've tried all the boba spots nearby, and this is our favorite. Their teas are always fresh and delicious.

They dont really have a dine-in option right now and their hours are limited, but it's a definite go-to. You can also order ahead online.

Diner Review №165

Went there to get milk tea and all I could taste is powder coming through my straw

Diner Review №166

Diner Review №167

Out of all the boba shops I have been to, this is the only place that has GENUINE tasty, sweet boba. Im open to trying new places but I always come running back to Royal I.T. BASICALLY, no other places compares. And the staff is so kind!! I miss dining here, but totally understandable given the current circumstances. Hope to one day be able to dine in again :) much love guys !!

Diner Review №168

Diner Review №169

Was craving some Thai tea and was very impressed when I stopped by this place! Usually not a big fan of adding boba but decided to try it out and they did not disappoint. The spot is kinda hidden, but they offer some of the best tasting drinks that I’ve tried in the DFW so far.
Will be coming back soon.

Diner Review №171

So I have been a loyal customer to this place for more than 3 years, coming every month if not twice a month, and buying takeouts since the pandemic. But today I’m super disappointed. I called in advance to see if it’s okay to dine in because I brought my daughter and son who got super wet in the rain and their shoes are worn out too. The boy over the phone said they have tables there, and no restroom and if that’s okay with us they are fine. So I went there, ordered the food, and held both kids, 4 & 1 are the ages all the way without shoes and put them on a couch. As the two set tables are occupied, I took one table from the pile at the corner by myself, and sat there. Nobody stopped me, not even when someone served the drinks, and I didn’t have a single clue that it’s not cool with them. And we waited for more than half an hour. When food is ready, all of a sudden they started to accuse us of “forcing our way to dine in” and “breaking the rules”. Guys, I wouldn’t even drive here if I wasn’t told it’s ok to dine in. And I wasn’t told by anyone that setting the table by myself is not okay. I did leave, running three times back and forth to get the kids and food out of the place. I just want to say if you don’t allow something, please let everyone know instead of letting it happen and then accuse afterwards. I have no single intention in breaking your rules given the fact that many other restaurants are offering dine in options now. It’s insulting and disrespectful being accused of something I didn’t intend to do in front of the public. I feel hurt even if I am walking in for the first time, nonetheless being a loyal customer for years. I was sharing with my family that this is my favorite restaurant and we shared the same printing designer over their menus and my business cards. I don’t think I deserve this and I need a proper apology.

Went in for Ice Cream to be greeted to an empty restaurant confined to a 5 x 5 front entrance to a décor that rivals the TV show Dexter with plastic sheeting everywhere.
I was told by the 13 year old kid at the register that "Oh,,,, we don't do Ice Cream anymore". Ice cream is literally on the front signage of the restaurant as well as heavily advertised on their google site.
The menu is reduced to a few dishes and Boba tea. They are going to have to open up all the way or they aren't going to make it another month at this rate. What a shame, this place used to be so cute. Now its destined for failure.

I can never get a normal amount of spicy. First two pictures are "spicy" not extraaa spicy just spicy and it's literally drenched in the powder, the last pic is "medium spicy" and there's bearly any powder???? , I never complain but I literally cannot eat the drenched one. Also I didn't really order "spicy" in pic ,I order "medium spicy" and left a note that I like it spicy so they did this.??

No dine in! To order, you can call, order online, through apps, and go inside restaurant and order at counter. Clean environment with great service. I got the popcorn chicken, which was a tasty snack! I got spice level 3 (1-3), and it wasn’t spicy! So just a heads up. The strawberry green tea with 50% sugar was perfect. I’ll be back!

Staff is very kind and friendly. I got a Mango smoothie with bobba very delicious! If only it was closer to my house I would come here everyday but when I’m nearby I will definitely come whenever I get the opportunity

Love this place! Such a good price and drinks are amazing. Love the environment and the owners are super nice as well. If you haven’t tried this place, definitely do. You won’t regret it

This place is so bad I ordered a drink and they didn’t fill it up all the way there were pebbles in the drink and they raise the price without telling us and when I went they overcharged me because I didn’t know about the price change

I made an order today for two fried rices, and I was very specific about being with no onions, peppers and not spicy at all, I called to complain and the lady on the phone was really rude to me! I’ve been buying food there for over a year now, but this won’t happen anymore ! She said I didn’t ask for those things in my order, when I know I DID! Unbelievably rude ! Be better, be polite and listen to your costumers!

I was excited to find "jian bing" house crepe in dallas. It had been so long since I had one. Even though I was expecting crunchy covering, I didn't even mind. It was so delicious. I am definitely going again. Only negative point was it was more expensive than I imagined. I just hope they won't compromise with the original taste it has now.

1st time n i loved my shake

Diner Review №196

Had never eaten here before and unlikely to return.

Disappointing. Forget about just stopping by to place and order. I understand restaurants have had to change their working model, but not allowing customers to walk in the front door to place the order (even if it is to go and socially distanced) seems like an obstacle. Orders must be made on line or over phone.

Selection was limited - out of brown rice during lunch time ?? The poke bowl i was finally able to order was DULL.

Now I know. Other options in the immediate area. No need to stop here.

It's funny how they expect a tip for a tea to go . Do you have waiters??? No. Are you delivering... No.
Learn manners. I used to go almost every week but I am tired of rudeness. Good luck with your business.

Food and drinks are good, a little slow due to accommodations for covid, take out only, website or call to order and they bring it to their door
