This is one of my favorite Thai spots in dallas. The food is amazing the service is great. The only Thai spot that makes my food as spicy as I like it. Great location and great price 👍🏾. I’ve been going here since 2020 and I don’t know any other place that can compete. I always get the Thai shrimp fried rice extra spicy 🌶️ . I wish they had better parking tho :/

After living in Chiang Mai for several years, pad kra pow became my daily lunch…It’s my #1 meal I can eat 24-7/365. I always order pad kra pow from any place that I can find a Thai restaurant… Here in Dallas, “Family Thais Asian Bistro” gets this dish right 10/10 times. The owners Tony Street and His Wife Jab will go above & beyond to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for, the customer service is unparalleled! My first time ordering, there was a slight miscommunication regarding the level of spice & exactly what I was looking for, however, with a little communication they were quick to correct their mistake and I can EASILY say this pad kra pow is in my top 5 favorite! I cannot strongly enough recommend Family Thais Asian Bistro, try it for yourself to find out the level of quality Thai food they are producing and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to try all of their authentic other offerings !

I had corn cakes and spring rolls and a horchata boba; my friend had the chicken banh mi and watermelon boba. Wait time was reasonable, food was hot and fresh and tasty. A bit heavy, but good. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Their drunken noodles are AMAZING. So delicious and always fresh. Highly recommend giving it a try, I did and keep coming back for more! They are always very kind and inviting.

I just ordered a Tom kha soup that had cream Instead of coconut milk a piece of tomate and 2 little mushrooms . Terrible !!
And pad se ew noodles I ordered them a bit spicy but it is so spicy that there is no way to eat them . Even my lips are still all swollen and I love spicy food . So, it seems I won’t have dinner tonight . Thank you

Super cute place, delicious treats and boba, this is the best spot to hangout with friends and eat at. I would love to go again!!! The place is decorated so nicely showing Thai culture and sharing Thai food. I totally recommend this place. The workers were friendly and I was comfortable being there💖

Aroi mak! We are Thai and Vietnamese. We are driving across the country and stopped by Dallas so we decided to grap dinner here. Not expecting much but we were wow-ed by the flavor and texture of their fried rice and pad thai.
Fried rice had a char taste to it, no rice crumbed up, all the flavors were there.
Pad Thai wasn't sitting in wet sauce, noodle had good chewiness to it. Not too sweet. Perfect. We were super full but finished everything!

Very cozy restaurant, great price and food quality taste was really amazing. Will come again for sure! We tried tom kha soup, drunken noodles and lychee mojito everything was amazing

I haven’t tried the food yet but I did try the boba. They have a lot of variety! My sister got the mango smoothie with popping boba, definitely recommend if you’re like mango smoothies.The place is so peaceful and they have the cutest Photo Booth. 😊

This was my third time ordering from Family Thais. I placed an order at 10am for a noon pickup. When I picked it up at 12:03 it was not hot, hardly warm. Some parts were cold. I had a great visit the first time but it went downhill fast. I guess on to the next spot.

This was our first time eating here and all the other 5 star reviews this restaurant has don't lie. We ordered the Pad see ew, Pad thai, and Thai milk tea, and all 3 were really good! The atmosphere is so cute and relaxing and the service was very quick! There's not much more you could ask for!

This place hits EVERYTIME!! My absolute fave is the pad se ew... the brown sauce and noodles... so yum!!! But if you need options, here are mine: for appetizers, crispy spring rolls or shrimp fingers. Entrees: garlic broccoli with chicken, pad se ew with chicken or beef, or thai fried rice. You can never go wrong with any of these. If you like spicy, request the hot oil. DEE-LiiiSSH!! Ohhhh and did you say, Boba Downtown? Get you some!

This place is so good. I go to the college right across the street and I always come and get a razzmatazz with boba and 2 spring rolls I tried some other things and they were all amazing especially there Thai shrimp fried rice

This restaurant was a game changer for me as it was incredibly unique compared to the many others I've gone to, the atmosphere was amazing as you could see the chefs putting passion and effort behind their dishes, the barista)cashier was extremely helpful with the ordering process as it was my first time going here, and the food was delicious, the crab noodles were amazing, there's also spice levels you add to your food I added level 3 spice which gave a kick, I also grabbed a horchata boba which tasted amazing, and their cheesecake was a great way to end the meal, 5/5 stars would go again in the near future.

Great Thai restaurant, in a great walkable location. The yellow curry was great, I got mild spice and it was just right. Saturday at about 5:30pm wasn't packed, just a few tables free. We did wait a little bit for the food, but everything came out hot and fresh. The boba teas were a hit while we waited. Will retur

Cute, clean place, food portions where on the smaller end. While the food wasn't bad.. it wasn't restaurant quality, more like drive through chain taste if that makes any sense.

I love this place because it is so convenient and has best food in downtown Dallas!!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now but I just ordered some fried rice for pick up and there were bugs crawling inside of the container.

They were alive so they likely somehow got into the food after it was cooked. Overall unfortunate because the food is usually really good.

I relish Pad Thai. Having eaten it over and over again for over 25 years( and we make it at home sometimes), it was very disappointing to eat here. Put some effort to make it tasty people! Just cooked noodles sprayed with soy sauce, peanuts and bean sprouts doesn't make a Pad Thai. Try a bit harder.
