I recently had lunch at this Thai restaurant and chose the Chicken Red curry, and it was outstanding! The curry had a rich, creamy texture with a perfect balance of spice and sweetness, complemented by fresh basil and vibrant vegetables. The chicken was tender and absorbed the flavorful sauce well, creating a warm, comforting dish with layers of depth in every bite. Served with steamed jasmine rice, it was the ideal companion to soak up the delicious sauce. For $15, the portion was generous and satisfying. This dish is a must-try for anyone looking for authentic, well-executed Thai curry. I’ll definitely order it again!
The meal also came with a small soup of the day and a cream cheese wonton, which was a pleasant surprise. The soup was a light, comforting starter with fresh herbs, while the wonton was crispy and satisfying, providing a nice contrast to the rest of the dish.
For $15, this lunch special offers a fantastic value, especially considering the quality and portion size. The option to switch to brown rice for an additional $2 felt worth it for the added health benefit. I’d highly recommend this place for anyone craving flavorful, well-prepared Thai food at a reasonable price.
I like stopping by this place, especially for the steamed dumplings! Today I tried their sticky rice and mango dessert and it was super good. I've been there several time and they always greeted me nicely, everything is very clean and smells good. Their serving size are generous so you don't come outa here with half the empty stomach. I recommend the place either for a company lunch, a loving date or just for food discovery. Very nice chic and affordable Thai food restaurant.
Food was great but the service was not good at all. We got a metal scrubber piece in our basil fried rice and we didn’t even get an apology. Lucky that it ended up in my mouth and not my sons. Their response was weather we need a replacement of the dish or just remove it from check. Ofcourse we didn’t tip for the staff behavior. Still willing to give another try as the food was good but staff need to cheer up a bit and be more welcoming.
We regularly get take out from this place and finally went in for dine in. We enjoyed our visit. The service was great and the food was delicious. The Thai Tea is huge. The dishes are unique. We had egg rolls as an appetizer, and while I am not usually a fan of egg rolls, I enjoyed these. Many of the dishes came with carrots cut to look like a flower. We enjoyed our experience. The only warning I might give is that many of the seats do not have backs, so if you have back problems, just be aware.
Very clean inside. Every dish has a good amount of food to satisfy hungry stomach.
Their calamari was also large enough to satisfy my craving.
Papaya salad was crispy and fresh.
Shrimp spring roll comes with 4 rolls with yummy peanuts sauce.
Shrimp pad Thai noodles had a good volume to share with friends and taste so good.
We ordered chicken wing for protein, that was delicious, not hot but had hint of chili sauce.
Thai coffee with a half sweet was amazing.
The cream was first floating above the coffee.
If you don’t like too much sweet, ask them to make it a half sweet.
I definitely want come back this restaurant again. Can’t wait!
The food is mediocre at best and service is terrible. Employees look unhappy that you are there. İ will not be going back.
Been going here for at least two years now after trying to find a good Thai restaurant in town. So far, we have never been disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. Some of my favorite items that I recommend are the Pad Thai, Spring Rolls, Egg Rolls, Larb, and Pad Woon Sen.
Staff was nice and food was great. The place is well kept and clean plus had quick lunch service.

From the service to the presentation to the presentation to the flavor, Lemongrass checked all my boxes. You can tell they use good, quality ingredients. Highly recommend!!
That restaurant has a tastiest food I’ve ever tried in Thai restaurant in Austin. Their fried fish is too good. Service is very nice and food comes very quickly. I visited a couple of time. I definitely want to go again.
Tell you what they really do a good job with their food my wife and I like to go back there at least every other week prices are fair flavor is fantastic.
Delicious food
Amazing curry and Happy Day specials Monday and Tuesday!
Service was really terrible, food was okay. Green curry was too salty and coup was very tangy.
I think people who like this Thai place has never had authentic Thai food. This place is not it. Rude employees and the food is terrible. How do you mess up on curry? I would stay away. Waste of money and time.
Best Thai food around and always great service
This place is cute, but expensive, and the food was only so-so.
Mediocre, half of our party liked it and the other half did not. 50/50
“Today, I went out for dinner, but unfortunately, the person at the reception was rude and displayed clear favoritism. When we mentioned that we were a party of four, he seated us directly in front of the main door. We politely expressed that we weren’t comfortable in that spot, but he brushed off our request. Shortly after, an American family arrived, and he immediately provided them with one of the best seating options. We waited patiently, hoping he’d reconsider, but when I politely asked again, he showed us the same spot in front of the door.
I struggle to understand how someone could act this way in a professional setting. We eventually decided to leave the restaurant.”
First time having real Ramen. It's better than I guessed.

Can’t think of a single complaint. Great, respectful and prompt service. The yellow curry with tofu was incredible. The basil rice with chicken was so good. We will be back. And soon.
Outstanding food and service, I enjoyed their fried tofu, Tom kha soup and pad Thai.
The pad Thai was excellent, the noodles were perfect. The Tom kha soup had a tomato based in the coconut cream, never had seen that variety before but it was delicious and much enjoyed. Check this place out! Prices were fair, food quality was high.
Tried the penang curry last time and it was pretty good so decided to try this place again. The curry we got was not edible as the milk they used curdled and made the curry look like curdled old milk. The wings did not settle well in my stomach. I have never in my life had wings that have so much fat. It was 75% fat and 25% meat. I don't know where they buy these wings. The last 1 star I have given was almost 2 years ago. I rarely write negative reviews. But this was honestly horrendous and I had to.
Food is good but make sure to check the receipt before you pay. They’ll include 18% tip by default stating large party even though we’re just 4 and put up the tip screen yet again with 20-35% while you pay.
Good Thai food. Brings back great memories of a wonderful country. khob khun khrap 🙏
The portion sizes for the $ is abysmal.
Their curry costs $$$ for dinner but had the rice portion that my 2 yr old son fully ate. Its was that less, hard to understand how this is acceptable wrt rice. We asked for additional portion, which cost extra (acceptable to add cost but unnecessary as the portion size is only sufficient for a baby)
The calamari may have been frozen as it was hard and chewy rather being juicy and soft.
Their spice level is average, where an 8/10 was so mellow for my taste buds, so 9/10 would work for folks who can handle heat.
It’s a chain and the cost are high for the ambience perhaps, food is below average.
Very fast service food if not too crowded. All servers are kind. Nice/cute atmosphere. However dishes are pricey now..so sad, although I enjoyed our food selections, it is not the best yet to be..I would rate 8.5/10
Love the food and service. Spicy if you want it but great without it.
I go here at least 2 times a week, best Thai food around. My favorite is the Priik King chicken and the cream cheese wontons are amazing. Great staff and place is super clean. Love it
Please please check your bills. We were charged a 16% extra tax for a large group although we were just 2 adults and 2 kids and charged for 2 rice bowls instead of 1.
The food wasn't great and it was too expensive. Will never go again.
Decent Thai food, it's nothing special but not bad either.
Good Thai food, they take their spice seriously. Ginger tea is great.
The food is great but good luck ever trying to place a to-go order. Called 10 times and got the busy tone every single time. Showed up to place the order in person and after I stood there for 10 minutes and everyone who arrived after me was helped, I gave up and left.
Overall, very very good. Service is spectacular. Food we tried was mostly very good; one petty gripe.
Our first time there we went pretty cliche.
Spring Rolls - utterly fantastic. Something so simple just made my day. Could use a bit more shrimp but the freshness, the crisp and the basil just bursting with flavor!
Pad Thai - yeah, cliche, but perhaps the best dish to compare from thai restaurant to thai restaurant. Overall, very nicely done. My one issue is it was much too sweet for me.
Massaman Curry - extremely well done. Cream coconut, great depth of flavor and not overly sweet.
As for spice level. Anyone who knows Thai restaurants knows this varies greatly from place to place. I'm usually a more heat guy but it was 100F outside and new place so I went safe with a 4. Now, my couple of go tos at home 4 would be too much for the avg person and 10 is ridiculous and so hot you can't think. So, I felt 4 might give me just a bit of late heat but still very nicely balanced. Nope... hit 6 at this place. Next time I'm in town I plan to try a couple curries and hit 6 and 8 to test their scale.
Overall, it's a great place to satisfy that Thai craving.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would but I guess five will have to do. The pad Thai with shrimp was unbelievable and the wonton soup was mind-blowing. This place has always been a little bit out of the way for me so it was my first time visiting, but after this experience I'll definitely be back. 💯
Nice place with speedy service and good food.
Cute place with delicious flavors.
Only gripe is I wish they would stay open later.
Fast, friendly and professional service. The food was amazing.
Very clean inside. Every dish has a good amount of food to satisfy hungry stomach.
Their calamari was also large enough to satisfy my craving.
Papaya salad was crispy and fresh.
Shrimp spring roll comes with 4 rolls with yummy peanuts sauce.

The cream was first floating above the coffee.
If you don’t like too much sweet, ask them to make it a half sweet.
I definitely want come back this restaurant again. Can’t wait!
Good curries, pad thai and a nice kids menu as well. No nonsense service. Will visit again.
DELICIOUS, fresh, & clean!
Lemongrass offers a delightful culinary experience with its tantalizing menu filled with fresh and high-quality dishes. From the moment you step in, the clean and inviting ambiance sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. The attentive staff ensures that every need is met promptly and with a smile. Each dish bursts with flavor, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to using only the finest ingredients. Whether you're a fan of Thai cuisine or new to its delights, Lemongrass promises a journey of taste that leaves you craving for more. Highly recommend it👍
NOT kid friendly! BAD service! Is there a way to give negative reviews? I would do that instead. My 3 year old son was little bit agitated. And he was crying. The server came (he wasn’t even our server) and said there are other customers????? He was so loud. He was very very very rude. It was so embarrassing for me and the family. Never coming back here. Never ever! The manager saw what was happening and she chose to just ignore it. Never ever coming back here. I’m making sure my other friends know about it.
Food is okay.. not that great. Restaurant is small and bit noisy. Prices are high for such atmosphere and small portions.
Excellent Pad Thai and Green Curry. Mango and sticky rice dessert is to die for!
This place is definitely top 3 Thai restaurants I’ve eaten at. Everything was fresh and flavorful. We had a shrimp appetizer & I had the drunken noodles with shrimp and a spice level of 6 and it was delicious! Their lunch menu looked great as well, will be coming back soon!!
Me and my wife ate here for a date night. Duck curry, the whole fish, and the pad Thai was amazing. We loved the outside seating and the staff is just so friendly. Will definitely recommend. I have to say it,
order the duck curry!!!! It’s so good!!!
We eat here regularly and we've never had a bad meal. The staff is friendly and helpful!
We really like this place! We heard so many great things about Lemongrass, we had to try it out. We’ve eaten in a couple of times, but mainly place orders to go. We’ve ordered pad Thai noodles, yellow curry with brown rice, drunken noodles and chicken fried rice. For the kids we’ll order Chow Mein which is great and fried rice. They messed our order up once and when we called, the woman was so helpful and accommodating and said they would remake the order for us to pick up. The way the woman handled the customer experience was amazing and I give huge kudos for that. The food is really good and the place is simple, nice and cute.Overall a great place for Thai food.
I've been going regularly now since they opened and have always enjoyed the restaurant. Food and service have stayed consistent. I've brought family and friends with me several times, and they were also happy with everything. The menu has enough options to try several different foods, and you're able to choose your own spicy level for many dishes.
Brought my aunt here for dinner
Then we came back for lunch the next day
Which was simple Devine-amazing
Food was good. They need more beers on the tap. This place has upscale interior.
I loved it except that I settled for a beer they had
Lemongrass is typically my 1st choice when I am in the mood for Thai curry. But they are very pricey. My last trip, I ordered yellow curry with chicken and an order of spring rolls for lunch. Everything is 1 size. It was $30 and it's not like you get giant portions. The portion sizes are satisfying but to pay $30 during lunch is steep. Still very good food.
Have had takeout from here before and it was great. Decided to dine in with family for a late lunch and had a good experience. Food was good, though the rice noodles in my chicken pad Thai were a bit too chewy this time around. Overall a great local place for dine in or takeout!
The food is nothing compared to Sipsum thai. The customer service is horrible. My one year old seemed fussy .. one of the waitresses comes up to me and tells me other customers are complaining. The funny is part is there was only one other customer who seemed fine. I would never come here again to be served by such rude staff.
Food is too pricey and nothing special. Don’t recommend to go here. Not worth at all…
Really love this place. It's my favorite Thai restaurant in Austin.
I just wish I'd gone here a long time ago when it was recommended. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Smiles on everyone's faces. I'll be going back.
Foods are delicious. Try all of them.
Decent food but also really pricey
The food is so good 👍
The cashew chicken was excellent.
Update: went twice over last 6 months and the quality has been off. Food hasn't been as good and fresh as in the past.
Best Thai food in austin. Staff is so so friendly. Food is phenomenal, and to add, everything is cooked FRESH. Vegetables still have crunch to them and haven't sat in a pot for days/been reheated. Portions are big enough for leftovers, and the overall aesthetic of the restaurant is very cute.
Very pricy but the food is tasty.
Finally found a great Thai place in the area!
The food is incredibly fresh and delicious!
5 stars on all fronts for a $20 entree type place. Excellent food and portions.
The Red curry with shrimp was good. Good place to hangout with friends and family. The staff are friendly too.
Quality Thai food. One of the fastest pick up service I have ever experienced.
Clean Resturant with amazing people. Loved the hospitality. But food was not that great compared to other Thai restaurants around here.
May be the day we visited the main chef was not in or so.
The veggie dumplings kind of thing was burned
Chicken Satay was so hard, and not tasty
Chicken Pad Ka Prow was ok
We got veggie drunken noodle, it was pretty bad that couldn’t even eat, the service was amazing he came and immediately offered another dish. So tried the Panag curry. That was ok. Here is my finding - the veggies used where not sautéed well, so the squash or green veggie they used had a bad sour taste and might have screwed up the entire disk for us.
I would still say, try out this place, but if you are ordering veg dishes be specific.
We went to Lemongrass for a special birthday dinner and we were absolutely delighted with the ambiance, service and quality of food. Food was absolutely delicious, especially the Drunken noodles and the egg spring rolls. Everyone enjoyed their food. The staff were great, so friendly , every dish was served with smile. Towards the end, they also surprised us with a free ice cream for the Birthday girl!!! We had a great time, highly recommended. 5 stars!!
Food and service here are excellent. Some of the best in Cedar Park. Definitely recommend.
Incredible food and Incredible service.
The pad woosen we got was stale and I felt extremely nauseous after taking a bite. We later got crab fried rice as a replacement. The fried rice was very soggy (almost like risotto) and some ingredients were still cold. It’s a bad experience unfortunately.
Great food. Great service and friendly staff. Dogs allowed at their outdoor patio seating. Lots of spot at the parking lot.
I ordered two portions of drunken noodles from this restaurant made vegan. It was literally taste less. No sauce and very little veggies. Probably the worst drunken noodles I've ever had, especially after paying so much.
Amazing tasting food! My mom loves the Thai Coconut soup!
Great service and wonderful food.
All around good place to eat. I've had like 1 negative experience, but it has been a steadily solid place to have lunch.
I've actually ate here before with some very dear friends so I am long overdue to leave a review for this magnificent little place here in Cedar Park.
The staff are hard-working.
Restrooms were spotless
Green apple pompano was absolutely amazing.
The combination of crispy, toasty, with green apples, red onions, cilantro, and lots and lots of toasty cashews in a blended sweet and sour sauce easily made this one of my new favorite!
Everyone was so friendly our waitress was great and the food was great also.
Still fantastic as usual
Overpriced for sure.
I love going to lemongrass. The staff are amazing the food is amazing and the services always stellar 🙌
Shoulda had pizza instead. Won’t be back.
The food taste authentic with good portion sizes. Definitely recommend.
Some of the best Thai food in Austin hands down. Feels like it’s family owned. Always great service.
Been here a couple of times. Today I had the Yellow Curry with pork. I asked for a spicy heat level of 6/10. It was very good, but next time I will go for 8/10.
Wow, amazing Thai food in a single place. The Tom Kha soup with mixed seafood was so delicious. The Pad Woon Sen was also super delicious. These two were my favorite but the fried rice, shrimp roll and som tum were all delicious as well. I would go here again although it's pretty far from us. Got to try this amazing place.
Delicious! Fresh & made to order, and friendly staff.
We were the last ones to walk in before they closed for the day. Amazing staff! Served us delicious, warm food and waited for us to finish our meal without making us feel rushed. Great food! Definitely worth visiting. Vegetarian friendly too!
They serve up the best Tom Yum soup here. Everything I've ever ordered is fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly and attentive. My husband and I highly recommend this restaurant.
Amazing Thai food that we haven't had since we lived in Houston. Fantastic yellow curry, crab fried rice, chicken satay, and coconut ice cream. It was all good. Can't wait to come back.
Arrived at 8:40pm to get an appetizer only to be met at the door with “we close at 9pm” I said I am aware, it’s on the door. I ordered some shrimp rolls and shrimp wraps and paid. There was a customer that was already there and talking to them the entire time and was treated with high respect and not rushed like we were. It is sad because I order to go from them often and to be treated poorly is unacceptable for getting an item that took 5 mins to come out. I will find another place to patronize. If you want to close at 8:40pm, then close at that time. Don’t advertise 9pm if you closed prior to that time.
Excellent place for vegetarians.
Go with the Pad paak! You can’t go wrong!
Our go to takeout place! They nail every dish, our favorites are the pad Thai, yellow curry, and pad see ew. They also have amazing fried rice!!!
Visited Lemongrass on Friday evening around 8 PM.
The service was slow. It took time to place an order and then get the food.
Food is not great at all. We (4 guests) all ordered food with spicy level of 7 to 8. Tom Kha soup came out good, it was little sweet.
Entrees supposed to be spicy (7 to 8 spicy level) but all came with more sweetness than hot and spicy. We did not eat nor packed the food. All food went into the trash.
I do not know, how this restaurant got all four and half stars!! Unless, on this particular day, the chef was under stress or a new chef or non-chef cooked the food.
Host could be more professional while serving the food. They were just throwing plates as if it was a free food!
So fresh and delicious. We were looking for a healthy treat (papaya salad, spring rolls and larb), and this place was perfect. Can't wait to come back and try the noodles and curry!
I’ve been looking for a great food spot without having to go to Austin. This place is amazing! Take out orders are super easy and both times we ordered were ready and hot when I picked them up.
Awesome experience and we will always be back for the great food!
Basil Chicken Thai Fried rice is very tasty
Great as always!
If you like eggplant, you will have to try their eggplant dish!
Had their green papaya salad with 8 Thai chilis. I think they call that Thai hot. It was excellent. The heat is sneaky. It tastes sweet with almost no heat then after a couple of minutes it sneaks up and hits you. It’s like a mild out of body experience. I love it. It has more vegetables than the green papaya salad you can get at Dee Dees in south Austin. But Dee dees is a more intense out of body experience. 😅
This is my favorite Thai place! My favorite dishes are the pompano fish and yellow curry. Service is excellent as well.
1st time a Thai restaurant refused my modification request. Cashier had an attitude about it. Tom Kha soup was perfect, though.
If you're in the mood for some delicious Thai food, look no further than Lemongrass in Cedar Park! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with friendly smiles and a warm atmosphere that instantly makes you feel right at home.
One of the standout dishes on the menu are the dumplings - they are simply amazing and our kids favorite. Each dumpling is perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, making them a must-try dish for anyone who loves dumplings.
Another standout dish is their pad Thai. It's clear that the chefs at Lemongrass take pride in their cooking, as the pad Thai is a standout dish that is not to be missed. The noodles are perfectly cooked and coated in a delicious sauce that is both sweet and savory. The dish is topped with peanuts, green onions, and a squeeze of lime that adds a delightful tangy kick.
In addition to their dumplings and pad Thai, Lemongrass Thai restaurant also offers a variety of other tasty dishes, including curries, stir-fries, and soups. They use only the freshest ingredients, and their attention to detail and presentation is top-notch.
Overall, Lemongrass is a fantastic dining destination that is sure to impress. The staff are friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is simply delicious. If you're looking for a top-quality Thai restaurant in Cedar Park, be sure to give Lemongrass a try - you won't be disappointed!
I've had Thai food all over the country in this place holds up with the best. My endorsement.
the best tom yum and eggplant dish ♥️♥️ I’m driving 30 min every time and I finish my food always happy and full ♥️😍
Great food and Thai tea.
Tom kha soup and Spicy fish fillet were my favorites!! Good place
Hidden gem! Best Thai food in this part of town.. maybe in Austin. Papaya salad is the best around. Kids menu is a nice plus.
Excellent food and great service.
We love eating here! Delicious food, great service and it's so fast!
Food and service was great. Quiet atmosphere
Pricy. Food was served extremely fast, which is disappointing, since every protein served tasted like it was close to turning bad. Tom kha broth was flavorful, surprisingly dark vs the bright flavor I expect. Shrimp were severely overcooked and fishy. Drunken noodles were too soy sauce heavy with aging bean sprouts piled on top. House special pork ribs were served sizzling but nothing special about the flavor: Chinese five spice and oil.
Drinks were good and sizable, and were the only things we finished. I don't think we'll be back.
Server was kind to check the calimari which is not gluten free. Friendly staff. Seating is for backsides younger than mine.
Very good food. High quality for the price. Service is also exceptional. Only thing is I wish they had a better wine selection but I'm one of the few people who's not particularly fond of California wine so most people would enjoy it. Sake is fantastic though.
We recently moved to Austin from Michigan. This is the best Thai restaurant near our place.Foods are so delicious..specially their soups and mango sticky rice are my favorite
Had a date night here and it was amazing! We started with the cream cheese crab wontons (crab rangoon?) which were fresh and delicious! The sweet and sour sauce wasn't too sweet and tasted fresh made. Easily my favorite I've ever had.
We had Thai Teas which were served in huge mason jars and were deliciously made.
My partner ordered the vegetable Tom Kha which I tried. I'm very picky about my Tom Kha and this was easily the best I have ever had. I ordered the pineapple fried rice which I enjoyed very much. My partner also ordered some kind of pork rib noodle dish (pictured) that was also amazing.
The service was very friendly and attentive without being too much. I loved that all of the music was acoustic and the atmosphere was fabulous for a date. We had a wonderful time and will be coming back.
The only thing that would make it more perfect would be if they had sticky rice with coconut milk and egg custard for dessert.
We did takeout twice. Both times we were very happy with the food. Husband says the servers were all Thai people too. I loved the green apple pompano, I've never had fish like this before in Mainland US (in Asia and California yes), it was whole fried but not greasy, goes really well with the green apple salad. The bones were crispy so it doesn't bother me much (I hate bones)..highly recommend
Great to see every table filled. Crab fried rice is awesome.
Amazing food, best in Austin
Food was okay. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Cups and cutlery smelt like wet socks.
