Our server worked crazy hard and had to serve the whole restaurant it seemed by herself. We had the summer rolls, Pad See Ew, and Cashew Shrimp. All were good and we'd order them again. No alcohol served.

The server was very kind and made sure to get our food out quick since we were on a limited lunch break. However, the food was just average tasting. The fried rice was bland and the beef in the beef broccoli tasted low quality. If you're looking for a quick, cheap meal this is a great place but I wouldn't call the food very delicious.

Outside the owner, the lady who answers the phone and take orders is extremely rude and not friendly at all. She needs more work on her customer service skills. Ordered extra food but only received two sauces. Going to charge me extra if I wanted more than two. Complete rip off, and to say the least, rude on top of that. Won’t see me back there for sure. ✌🏾

Never have a clue when this place is open. When they are open and you call in an order you get the most rude person ever taking your order. What I find the worst about this place is the price for extra sweet and sour cups. The cup is not even 1/8 full either. This place is terrible and just stays around because of the backward people in Canyon.

Food was okay. The waitstaff just came off rude like I was wasting her time being there.

Called an order in and was told it would be 25-30 minutes. Get there a little after the 30 minutes and still had to wait at least another 30. Multiple people waiting and watched them ignore the phone as it just continued to ring..

They told us 20 minutes for our food it took a whole hour

Busy yet they get it done

Must try their food they have the best and only the best in town they were really sweet to me and good prices also don’t forget to try their tussah and Thursday specials good price.

Great Thai restaurant. Good value, friendly service.

The staff is rude! Maybe not all of them. But the lady that seems to be in charge is so so rude I cannot begin to explain. She yelled on the phone as if I was going there to beg for food, she drops the phone on you, not courteous and just down right shouldn't be any where near customer service cause she ain't it. Just go to Best Thai and none of that will ever happen. And besides, Best Thai has the best food anyways!

Its alright. Wontons we’re crazy fresh. It burned our mouths and our fingers. Soup was ok. Fried rice was ok. I have to try more to give a better review.

I’m not one to write bad reviews. The food is good and their wontons are my favorite.
I’m only in Canyon once a month and whenever I go I love to call in a order for pickup to bring home. Unfortunately whenever I have gone, they are always closed even when their hours say they’re open. There’s also been more than one instance where the phone will be ringing then someone picks the phone up and hangs up. Like I said I don’t like writing bad reviews but this has happened the past four months. I’m hoping that they will at least update their hours if it’s on a constant basis to where they close at random times.

Unassuming spot, but delicious Thai food! We were visiting from out of town and we wanted something different from steak, burgers and Mexican food. I love Thai food and searched and this place came up. Was not expecting much being in Amarillo, however, they delivered! Our meals came out quick, however not too quick. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao and it was fresh, hot and the perfect spice level!

This restaurant is awesome! And as everyone raves Tuesdays and Thursdays fried rice for $4.99? Yes, please! Their chicken pad thai is delicious as well. Staff is super friendly, clean environment and so far the food flavor has not changed which great, because it never fails that you find this good place to eat and next time you go all flavors are different and usually for the worse. If you're still not sure whether to try them, we'll go ahead you won't be disappointed 😏

You can’t beat $5 fried rice on Tuesday and Thursday. I remember going here all the time in college and never being disappointed. The food is great and the food portion sizes are great. It is the second best Thai food place in the town of Canyon, which surprisingly has a few to pick between.

My wife and I eat here every week for the 5$ fried rice on Tuesday’s and Thursday's and we love this place! It has the quality of the more expensive Thai places in Amarillo and the customer service of a hometown restaurant. Highly recommend to try this place if you have not yet.

Amazing place! Funny story but my wife has always talked about this place but we now live far away and I had called them to get help on a dinner I wanted to make and they helped! Such a great restaurant!

My boyfriend and I go here often and we love the food! The owner knows me by name when I call my order in and she’s always really friendly!

Their food is good but their costumer service is almost always trash. The lady on the phone and behind the counter has been very rude and unfriendly to me multiple times and I'm very disappointed in each visit due to this reason and this reason alone. If you're going to be the face of your own company you'd think you'd at least try to make it a friendly one and less judgmental.

This place is great... The best tom yum soup ever... Super nice people too. I found my favorite Thai restaurant.

Basic food! I have lived in Canyon my whole life and there has been many more asian/thai places come to Canyon that are much more tasteful. The few times I have ordered take out here they say 10-15 min, then when you get there it isn't ready yet and I have waited up to an extra 30 more min before. I feel at Thai Kitchen they are just in a hurry to get you in and out and get your money and when I go to Best Thai they actually want your repeat service so they treat you better. Thai Kitchen is a good and cheap option for college students but for a nice plate of food and good atmosphere I would go elsewhere!
