This place must have switched their cooks up in the kitchen cause I just received the worst Pad Thai dish ever. I received a plate of boiled chicken and a pile of peanuts on top of dry noodles with no sauce. We also ordered the Pad See-Ew and it was the same issue. Flavorless dry noodles with no sauce. I was very excited to grab food from this place today, but the quality has dropped significantly, so this will be the last time I order from here.
We really like Thai food and theirs is just okay. Too bland and too oily. The service is mixed—usually good but last time we waited 45 min for a takeout order with 3 items. It located in a rundown strip center but is weirdly nice inside!
I ordered from here because it was on my way home from an appt. I ordered online for pickup. However, we had arrived early and my husband was in the area and asked if I could ask if we could just dine in instead of taking our food to go. I went in to ask and let them know I understood that our food was probably already boxed (which it was), but that we were just all so hungry and still 25 min from our house if we drove home, but wondered if we could just get 5 plates and silverware, basically. My order was ALREADY PAID FOR and there was literally ONE table a customer was sitting at. The place was empty! The lady looked at me like this was too much to ask, said she'd talk to her manager, and when the manager walked out, she was so unaccomodating. I understand it's not the norm to order takeout and change your mind and decide to dine in, but I don't see what the problem was. I was a paid customer, and I even tipped, I only changed my mind and asked if we could stay to eat our food inside vs waiting 25 min to drive home. She continued saying, "Yeah, we don't normally do it... " and on and on about the food being already boxed, to which I felt I had to explain (again) that we didn't need anything special but plates and silverware and one of the million tables that were unoccupied. And after she looked like I was asking her to hang the moon, seemingly all annoyed, I said, "Never mind. It's fine, I'll just take the food and go." I decided I didn't want to even eat in that environment anyways, with her making me feel like it was ridiculous to even ask such a thing. I'd have rather eaten in my car at that point. After I said I'll just take my food and go, she had the nerve to ask, "Are you sure?" Am I sure? Are you kidding me?! She made it clear she couldn't accommodate my request, it wasn't my decision, it was hers when it was made clear that they didn't care about customer service. My husband, who was already on his way to meet us there, thinking this wouldn't have been a problem, was furious when I told him what happened. More furious that I tipped. (But I tipped before all this.) I told him to meet us at the house, that I didn't wanna stay. Anyways, the food was okay, but I'm the type of person who won't go back for amazing food if the customer service sucked. And this place sucked as far as customer service. Don't come here. There are way too many Thai places with better food and by far, better customer service than this place. What a waste of space along 281 when another better food establishment could be run, one that knows what a restaurant is and what customer service is. A business is only as good as their service. And one customer with bad experience can travel fast.
Ordered take out, got two spicy tuna rolls, and the Sister Roll (without hamachi, per my request), and baked mussels. The spicy tuna rolls have more cucumber than tuna and the tuna in the sister roll tastes like fish (meaning not fresh). I had to spit the mussels out since they tasted like dirt covered in mayonnaise. Seriously a horrible place to get sushi.
I got the fresh roll (2pcs) with shrimp and it had one shrimp, cut in half, for each roll. Not even a full shrimp for each roll. The roll was dry and you can tell it was at least a day old. The fried rice was okay but do not waste your money on the fresh roll
I made a mistake when ordering my food. I accidentally selected yum woonsen(has shrimp, which I'm allergic to) instead of pad woonsen and when I tried to tell the restaurant, just to try and get this kinda resolve but they said oh well you got it during a discount time and we can't give you a different order, even though I literally couldn't eat the one they gave me, I wasn't trying to get a free meal. But they said I needed to go through grubhub. I was like ok I get it no problem, I call grubhub and they say oh yea no since you excepted the food we cannot refund or credit you. I really don't like to make waves about things, but this really upset me.

I came in to order some food to go at 8:46 pm The host at the front was extremely rude and told me that their kitchen closes at 8:45 PM even though online it says they are open till 9pm terrible customer service and they should fire their host extremely rude with disgusting faces.

We picked this location randomly. We weren't disappointed. The food and drinks were excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely go back when we're in the area again.
Lights are always a little low, but great place.
Nice open space.
Lettuce wraps oh so good and so fresh. DIL said that was the best green curry she has ever had. I'm definitely going back!! It's a little dark inside. Would be nice if they had lamps on the tables. Flashlight on phone to the rescue.

Terrible food and customer service - the manager apparently has no desire to accommodate customers. After ordering often from this location and having OK experiences… we had 1 bad experience tonight (borderline inedible annd flavorless) and called to let them know expecting a refund or coupon to remedy. Manager wanted us to drive the food back so she could evaluate it. And then said she got no complaints today and if she refunded everyone who complained they’d be out of business. Such a joke. I asked her if I drove the barely eaten food back, would I be guaranteed a refund… and she couldnt answer.
Try Sabai Thai instead in Stone Oak. Much better service and the food has a lot more flavor.
Great service and amazing food.
Had the yellow curry chicken and the chicken fried rice. It was very good especially the yellow curry.
9 Piece Sashimi appetizer. Miso Soup. Red Curry basil Chicken lunch special. Wife had summer and spring rolls. Everything was top notch. Oh, yeah...I had fresh mango and sticky rice for desert. Amazing! How do they find Mango so tasty? I can never find it this good at HEB.
We just moved out here and I have not been impressed with local, Bulverde dining options. Can't say that now. This place was pretty awesome. Lucky we have it so close. Local Asian dining option? Check.
It’s unfortunate to be putting a negative review on here as I was really hoping for good Thai food from here, but the food I got here tonight was extremely disappointing and honestly almost inedible. I got a pickup order for drunken noodles and hot and sour soup and the noodles in the first dish had very obviously been sitting out a very long time as they were not fresh at all and there was not a drop of sauce in the meal (there is supposed to be a sauce on it; I’ve had this dish many times at other Thai restaurants). The hot and sour soup tasted like it was made with a brown gravy that they spiced a little bit it had no sour taste and was very bland. Honestly, all the food lacked a lot in flavor and freshness. I’m not even going to eat it after tasting it, as it’s that sad of an excuse for food. What’s even worse is I called and was given the manager to talk to and she didn’t seem to care at all and said they don’t give refunds, and went as far as to say it’s just how the food is supposed to taste and that they haven’t had ANY other complaints. 🥴 when I continued talking to her further she did say they could remake the food if I brought it back and at least 75% of it was still uneaten, but I can’t make it back tonight and there’s no way I’m going back as I don’t trust the next batch will be any better. Just really disappointed and bummed that I spent money with nothing to show for it. :/
Great atmosphere and good Thai food. Met a friend there who eats there often and really enjoys the food. It was my first time and I would go back.
The food is amazing!!! A++
Great authentic Thai cuisine. Ingredients are fresh and balance of spices is outstanding. On of our favorite restaurants in the Bulverde/Spring Branch area
One more excellent Thai restaurant close to home!
Excellent food, and really good service!
We went there with another family afyer a day at Canyon Lake expecting a hole on the wall little place. No! This place ia amazing, and if it was in the big city prices would've been way higher. The Tom-Cha was probably the best I had, everything else was top notch!
Best Thai food ever! So delicious, great service and excellent price! 😀
The Tom Kah is amazing!!
Just okay food, service below average.
Sehr gutes Klima zum Essen.
Gute Qualität und sehr freundliche Bedienung
Found this place by accident. Soooo good, the restaurant is clean and food so fresh! I had shashimi and a roll. Service spot on and a full bar. Prices were in line. I’ll be back!
Highly recommend, Best Thai food in Bulverde/Spring Branch area, right off 281 N
Service was excellent, Food was amazing, nice family friendly atmosphere. Pricing was really good
Really good PadThai. Spring rolls 😋 were good! First time visit and new to the area, totally impressed!
Sincerely
Happy Customer
อาหารอร่อย บรรยากาศดี ชอบผัดไทย ต้มยำและซูชิรสชิาตอร่อยมากค่ะ
Great place, but is not my kind of food…. We went with some friends…
Place is well decorated, food was okay, service was good. My family had plenty of food. A little on the pricey side, but we will most likely be back again.
Best sushi in town
Have ate lunch here a number of times. The food is just like it was served in Thailand. Delicious Thai Fried Rice. Suchada was very friendly and D who served us. was also very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant visit and a good meal overall.
We love this restaurant! We ordered the sashimi and sushi boat and boy were we amazed. The fish was fresh, delicious and artistically presented . We also had shrimp tempura as an appetizer before the main meal and that was beautifully crisped and came with a vinegary sauce that brought out the flavor of the shrimp! If you get bubble tea, you have to try the rose milk tea, it's like drinking an actual flower. All in all, the restaurant is well kept and they have ambient music and lighting. Will come again!
We have eaten here many times, and always have a good time. The food is usually top notch. I really like the Panang Curry
Food is great but be careful because they overcharge on alcohol. Find another thia restaurant if you drink.
VERY UPSET FAMILY DINNER NIGHT. Service was horrible. We ordered, Edamame, Miso Soup (COLD AND GROSS) and Vietnamese fried egg rolls (WHICH WE NEVER GOT) for our family appetizers. We ordered food for our meal. We were talking at our table. It wasn't until we were finishing up that I realized we never got our Egg Rolls. I told the waitress that we never got the rolls. She looked at us and said, "You Didn't? Well I got busy". I'm the customer not your sounding for complaints. Then she left. She brought the check telling us she removed that from our bill and walked off. I never said remove it. I still wanted them. When she came back I told her I still wanted the egg rolls. She replied, "but I already removed it from the bill". We gave her our card to pay and I was upset about how there was no emotion in her mistake. When she came back I emphasized how I was really upset because that was one reason we came there. She said, "Oh that's why I removed it from your bill" and walked off. WHAT? You didn't do us a favor by removing an item you never gave us in the first place. Most likely we won't go back. Poor service and mediocre food. Very upset family dinner night. Beautiful place and possibly atmosphere
The place is dark and then the menu is black! So bring your phone so you turn the flashlight on to see the menu, with that said the food was good the portions were big. We will be back
Just incredible start to finish- and the best curry I’ve had. Ever. The service was amazing too.
Food was good. Typical fair for this kind of restaurant. Staff was helpful and positive a big plus.
Prompt service and inviting atmosphere. Sadly, I found the Pad See Ew to be just meh. Huge portion of noodles, but the rest of the ingredients were of a lesser ratio, leaving the overall taste somewhat diluted.
The sushi looked good, though I didn’t try it. Perhaps I’ll return someday for that.
Great food and cute interior. Servers are very attentive and food was out fresh and fast!
The food was average but we may go back and try something else on the menu
AVOID THE LARB SALAD!
I love using fish sauce when cooking, but the LARB salad ONLY tasted of fish sauce, and NOT a good one.
The oil the sesame chicken pieces were fried in was definitely in need of changing, as it made everything taste burnt.
If THEY make nasty food YOU STILL PAY FOR IT
Poor customer service and raw vegetables. I have been here on several occasions with family & friends and had a wonderful experience. On this occasion I ordered Pad Garlic which I assumed came with pad Thai noodles, it didn't, it came with rice. I wasn't too upset until I bit into the broccoli. It was raw and under cooked. I then asked the waitress if I could get another serving of broccoli, she said ok but wanted to take my plate back to the kitchen so they could "reheat" the broccoli. I said no and she then offered to bring me cooked broccoli, I said ok, but what about the noodles? She replied "I can bring you a side of noodles for an extra charge", I replied why can I not substitute noodles for rice? Well apparently this restaurant has a clause on the menu that states, "once the order has been placed you can not request a refund." The manager basically stated if you want something else you will have to pay for the dish you don't want and your new order.
Our second time dining here. The first was just ok-pricey for sure. We decided to give it another try and I am sad to say, we will not be back. Our appetizer was good-cream cheese rolls. The sushi roll was so-so, but the chicken teryaki was awful! It was completely watery-verging on a bowl of soup-and had no flavor. The chicken looked like chewed up and spit out small pieces of chicken thighs. After only consuming one bite, I told the waitress that I did not like my food. She left and came back and basically told me I was SOL because "well that's the way we make it." She asked if I wanted something else-I declined. Bill came and the teryaki was still on there and we were told we were stuck with it and she asked if we wanted a box. Why would I want a box of inedible, gross food to take home? We do not place blame on the waitress, but we did express to her that we will not be back. Loss of potential repeat customers over a $13.99 plate of food...
Stopped by for lunch. Good sushi and drinks. Good service too. Was very quiet.
Our favorite place in Bulverde! Authentic and legitimate!
One of those hidden gems!
The 1st time was better.
2nd and last time, they served Sake to a sale lover...That was very Foul. And tried to say it comes like that. Nope!
Not in my world.
Sushi is ok. Like HEB Sushi.
The entrees are ok.
You might want to drive further down south for really good Thai or Sushi.
Too bad we do not have any good Asian food around here. :(
Tom kah soup was a watery transparent cloudy white not as creamy white or rich tasting as I've been accustomed to having at other restaurants and definitely not worth $15.99. Most restaurants will have the pot of soup for 14.99 so I was expecting something at least comparable or even slightly better for the price they are asking. The bowls of white rice that they give are very small and should at least be a little bit larger.
The building's structure is absolutely beautiful. Overall I would say it's a nice place as far as environment and the food wasn't bad but definitely not exceptional. My brother and my mother's dish was good according to them.
Was doing Uber eats however place looks cool, gotta stop by there soon!
I love a good Green Curry with Chicken and this place makes a really good one with plenty of leftovers. My wife seems to like the sushi. Price is fair.
I was so pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the help was extremely kind and I thought the food was great. This one comes in under the radar screen because it's not very obvious from the highway.
I hadn’t been here in several months so decided to drop in. When we were sat we noticed large ants all over the wall by the kitchen so we moved to another table. That should have been a sign but we stayed. We ordered several items and I noticed the quality was really suffering. Decided to leave and pick up something else. We paid the $80 tab, left most of our food and won’t be back. Super sweet waitress though, wasn’t her fault.
Food was very good. Service was a bit inconsistent - prompt at times, very slow at one time. There weren’t many others in there when we visited. The building is a renovated mill-type place, with high ceilings, not very much like an Asian food place. Not bad, though, overall. I recommend it.
Drove 30 mins to here because of reviews, where we were staying at has NO Asian cuisine anywhere & I was not disappointed, i would get Thai hot next time as hot wasn’t really spicy enough for me. Pad Thai has good flavor, waitress was really nice. They seemed a bit slow after lunch rush. Come support local business!
I don’t care to write reviews but after spending $95 on 3 sushi rolls and a lunch plate of sesame chicken you’d think the food would be good…wrong!
I tried on piece of each roll and I honestly had to stop for fear of getting sick not to mention the taste. The tuna was chewy and not fresh looking. The tempura on the inside was burnt to a crisp and over all flavor was not good. The chicken was edible but compared to store bought or buffet. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed that I spent so much money.
This has been our favorite sushi place for over 3 years but, tonight was bad. We waited 1 hr 45 mins for 5 sushi rolls. The sushi rolls were a third of the size they used to be and flavor was def different too. We are so so sad. This has been our fav place for years but, now we have to find a new sushi place.
Excelente, servicio,higiene,belleza,y exquisitos platos
We had high hopes. Unfortunately, after waiting over 5 minutes for a hostess to seat us with no acknowledgement, my wife asked if we could just pick our own table. She was told "only the hostess can seat you". Then another lady finally seated us. We waited and waited and waited. After 5 more minutes of no one even approaching the table, we left. There are plenty of great restaurants in this area, but apparently this is not one of them.
Definitely love the food at this place. I was impressed with the lunch menu and options availble. Just the perfect amount of food. If you do like spicy food. Dont be afraid to get thai spicy (kinda wish it was just a tad spicier though) if i have the chance to be in this area again ill for sure eat here
I got the fish cashew nut from the dinner menu. I was amazed at the quality of the tilapia. The whole meal and the entire experience was fantastic. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely stop in again.
Excellent food and service. Korean pork was delicious and the tilapia was exceptional.
I feel like the first time we went the food was better, since then it got worse every time we went. The chicken was pretty dry, my husband's sauce had no flavor and was really watery.
Ordered to pickup, called twice to confirm, got to the restaurant 30 minutes later to pickup the food only for the host to advise us that "forgot to put the order in so it'll be another 30 minutes" ....
Good food and service
We haven’t tried the sushi, but I have been to Thailand and eaten way too much Thai food and can honestly say this is one of the best places around! Their curries taste authentic and the papaya salad is so good (though I didn’t specify spice level and it came out super mild and it’s usually a very spicy dish. I remedied that by asking for a little bit of the fresh Thai chili peppers to add and it did the trick).
Great service, wait for a table and food was insanely quick. We had ordered sushi there and it was delicious, flavors were perfectly balanced. We ordered cheese rolls for appetizer it was great.
WATCH YOUR TIPS/CHARGES. My receipt was illegally manipulated by the staff to add a tip that was not written by me. When I called about it, after some discussion and them stating the same pen that was used to sign, wrote in the tip (duh)… they refunded me the amount in question.
I had a carry-out order. Food was okay. Pad Thai had more flavor than the fried rice we ordered. Egg rolls were delicious.
Wow what a gem! Fried rice is fresh and delightful. Daughter loved the chicken noodle soup. Gyoza is wonderful. Hot sake and full bar available. Portions where huge imo. I am coming back and will bring friends and family with me too. Oh and fried oreos!
The food here was absolutely delicious! We ordered Pad Thai, lettuce wraps (both were sizable portions), the Crazy Roll And the Dragon Roll. The service was par-had to wait a bit for our delicious meals. But in their defense, they are in need of workers as the sign outside their establishment states
i absolutely adore this place, the boba and sushi is fantastic! personally, i really like the chicken dishes and the drunken noodle as well as the pad see ew.
Yellow Curry - Fantastic!
The to go order quality has been very inconsistent compared to dining in. My curry was literally just soup with little solids inside and the fried rice was mainly plain rice with a little chicken bits inside.
Our party of 6 had a wonderful dining experience. Enjoying Thai dishes and sushi. Our Saki bombs were so much fun. Our servers were great.
I went to pick up a food order and the wait staff ignored me while my food got cold.
This was a great find in Bulverde. The food was fantastic, friendly service and easy to relax.
Great Thai food. Nothing really stands out, but wife says they have some of the best Pad Thai. We often order to go from the website and it works well. Parking can suck when it's busy.
Love the menu and eveything we have tried. We get it to go often but also love to dine in.
When I asked before ordering the food, I ordered it because it would take 20-25 minutes, but it took an hour to pick up the food.
It's my favorite
I had a great date here
Really cool spot with tasty food, great prices and killer atmosphere.
The panang curry with chicken was amazing. Great atmosphere and the service was wonderful.
The three sushi rolls were quite good, but the vegetable soup was tasteless.
Stopped in to try their Thai tea, was extremely pleased!!
Probably the best Thai Food in town.
No better service at any restaurant in town.
Great customer service they where super funny and sweet. The food came in big potions is was super tasty and vary filling. The building was also very clean and had a beautiful decor. Definitely a perfect place to eat out at.
This was our first time here. Pad Thai was some of the best around. Fresh rolls were delicious. Tom Kha soup left something to be desired, not what I'm used to, almost tasted like it had clam juice in it, very fishy. Other than that minor hiccup everything was great. Will definitely return
Service was Excellent, the food was so very good. Seasoned just right. Definitely will be going back.
Excellent authentic Thai. Large portions and as hot as you want. Excellent attitude and attentiveness by the staff. Odd location/parking lot, but a real gem.
Great atmosphere. Great wait staff. Very attentive. The food was amazing! Their wasabi is the hottest I’ve had lately. Definitely recommend.
Hidden gem!!!
Very yummy sushi. Priced a tad high for normal sized rolls, but delicious, fresh and well balanced. Great considering the location! They have a good choice of spicy rolls, bento, nigiri and sashimi. Staff was polite and wore masks. Expect thirty minutes for take out rolls, as they were pretty busy for a weekday lunch.
Also, delicious $5 Bloody Marys on Wednesdays!
Here was my experience. We ordered though uber eats and got the Thai part of the order but not the sushi. When I called, they blame the driver for not getting all the bags as if it is the diver know what was ordered or would be opening the bag to check the order. They refused to accept any responsibility. I called another day to see if I could just come in to pick up the sushi myself which they refused and also still refused to accept any responsibility or give me money back or honor at another time. Nevermind they got the money for the order. No ethics. Shady people.
Beautiful interior, great staff, and fantastic food!
Delicious Thai. Don't let this far out location deter you. The quality is better than just about every place in San Antonio
Absolutely amazing!! We just moved to San Antonio and have been searching for a fav sushi place! After trying several others, we happened to pass this one and decided to try it and we are SO glad we did! From the sushi to the fried rice everything tasted phenomenal! And the service was so good and everyone is so kind! Even though they were short staffed they did not neglect our table. Seriously cannot say enough good things about this place. Will be coming back. Alot.
Excellent food and nice romantic atmosphere
Nice ambiance.. great place for a family.
Good service.. good food
Great place. Atmosphere is extremely relaxing, they have a full bar and a sushi 🍣 bar. Great place for a party 🥳
The chicken sate was deep fried? Tom kha soup was pretty sad. No flavor and the chicken was suspect. Asked for spice and got serious attitude from the hostess (mgR?). Waitstaff never checked back. I like to support small businesses, but this one is making it real hard. Probably won’t come back.
Top Tier Service. One of a kind wait staff and hostess. Perfectly balanced Asian dishes. My girlfriend loved the General Tso Chicken. I loved the red Curry with pork. We started with pot stickers and a Spider roll. Presentation of the food was great and the cathedral like room was one of a kind. This is a hidden gem 💎
Our first time at Thai Kitchen & Sushi Bar. It was FABULOUS!! The chef did an outstanding job with substituting tofu instead of chicken. We will return!!!
We'd heard from friends the food was fabulous and Thai Kitchen did not disappoint. We had a variety of appetizers, sushi, and Thai fried rice and everything was delicious! We'll be going back very soon.
Pad thai, fried rice and spring rolls were bland, chef forgot to use salt. Pad thai was neither sour or sweet, it was just a pile of noodles. Sushi was ok. First time I tried this place, maybe it was a one off. Probably would try it again and edit this review in the future.
Very good food and remarkably good service.
The food is as good as what was the best place in town before it was sold.
Short handed like most restaurants are these days, but you wouldn't know it as the waitress was that good. I am terrible with names, but thank you "sounds like On".
I thought maybe I picked the one good thing on the menu and caught the staff on a rare good day, so I went back a few more times... and it just kept getting better and better.
I really can't imagine better Thai food or better service.
Did have pad Thai gluten free but made a delicious chicken stir fry rice for me.
First time eating here and we love it! We had a little wait before getting seated because they were understaffed but the staff there were super sweet and helpful. The food was delicious and authentic and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be coming back here!!
The service was great and the pad thai was delicious. The Gyoza was a little too cooked for my liking. All in all a great food experience
Worth a drive if you don't live in Bulverde. Lunch specials are spectacular. So much flavor in all the dishes. Nice staff. Relaxing ambience
Always good food.
Best Sushi, great atmosphere and good selection of drinks from a full bar. Very large menu selections, you are sure to find what you are craving and more
Great food defiantly recommend the drunken noodles or sushi !
Best Thai and actaully best restaurant in town. Thai food is always high quality and delicious. Dont forget to add on aome sushi as well. Thai Kitchen sushi roll and threw type sashimi appetizer are wonderful. Very friendly service and atmosphere.
We love this place!!! When ever we have a movie night, this is our food for the movie!!! We get our 3 favorite dishes, panang curry, pad thai, and drunken noodles. We could literally eat these dishes almost everyday. Highly recommend this place. Would of posted pics, but everyone ate it to fast.
My wife and I have eaten here twice. The service and the prices are decent, however the food tastes like it came from the frozen food section at HEB. On last visit we both ordered two different chicken based meals. In both cases the chicken was way over cooked. Because our orders came out in less than ten minutes, I suspect the chicken had been under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. I want to like this place but what we have experienced so far, makes is difficult.
Nice place, nice staff. Good food
Great food and service every time I’ve visited. The soups are in point and the sushi is amazing. Highly recommend.
Es bueno pero fallan en algunas recetas
Shushi delicioso
I hardly ever go out to eat, but I went here with some friends for a birthday lunch. Can't stop thinking about the food it was so good. I have been back several times in just in the last month.
Really impressive Thai food for the area. And the restaurant is beautiful.
They have obvious staffing issues, but that's everywhere right now. Because of the long wait times I would recommend not coming at peak hours. Still worth rating 5 stars.
Honestly it’s just plane bad.. especially ordering from there. My family and myself ordered from there twice and each time it’s cold, not very good and it took 2 1/2 hours. We tried twice just to not rate something off one time. They are clearly understaffed and care little about costumers. And we are not the only ones that have had this happen here so i don’t know how it has 4.5 stars. It doesn’t even deserve one unfortunately. If this is a service it should hold value but it doesn’t to them
If I could leave zero stars I would. Not only did I wait two and a half hours for my food. I got it and it was cold, I could pick up my pad Thai in a block. All the fried food was garbage at this point. Will never order from this garbage place again.
This place is horrible. Staff was very unfriendly and and the bathrooms were dirty and had no hand soap.. definitely not worth your business
Amazing family owned restaurant with authentic Thai food. Curry dishes are amazing as is the sticky rice with mango.
Worst service I've ever experienced. I waited 20 min for tea and 30 more min to order and they were less than half full. They didn't ask the spice level and it was very hot. They got my order completely wrong and the pad thai was so so. Wouldn't go again.
