This place had some of the best fried chicken and rice that I’ve had in a long time! The rice was perfectly cooked, not greasy like at most other places, and the chicken was very fresh tasting and tender. The crust in the chicken was very fresh tasting and crunchy and not stale like at most other places. The staff was super friendly too, I’ll be eating here again next time I go to this mall!

Yall have gotten stingy as hell with yalls noodles, I been eating Thai kitchen for over 10 years of my life out of all the food places at the mall I’ve always only aten there. I’m understand prices may have gone up because of the economy, but why give us less noodle….dont be stingy with me. Not my plate.

Contrary to what it looks like from my pictures, the servings were quite small. This was three entrees, a very small scoop of each and some vegetables. The quality is very much on par to panda express, so personally, I'm not sure which one I'd have rather gone with. I typically go with sarku japan when at the mall but I decided to try something different today and I still don't know how I feel about it, unfortunately.

There were so many options, and all the ones I tried were delicious (the others looked amazing too) with big portions. The staff were helpful and so kind. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Attitude bad . Service bad. Im so disappointed they used to be such a good place in the mall. The asian lady was super rude. She put sooo little chicken on iur two meal combo and when we told her that’s so little can you add more, she started acting rude and she then when she was talking to the person behind us, pointed at us and basically said we were crazy by doing the hand gesture. Very disappointed and will never go there and support them when thwy have such a bad service and attitude. Total waste of money!!!! Watch ehre y’all spend your money!

And I wanted to have some of the food because I've had the food before and it's really good and I chose of course, Chow Maine and When I got to the second item, I didn't want to get one entree. And they said they can't change it I guess that's their policy. I guess it's the most stupidest policy. I've ever heard in my life taking your policy over loyal basus If you want to change your plate, you can't. I'll hope that never go to another Thai restaurant like this ever again.

BEST THAI KITHCEN IN AUSTIN!!!! BY A MILE!!!!

You see the advertised menu on the brightly iluminated display board, get in line, first guy puts the sides on a plate based on your choice, you keep waiting in the line for the main food for another 5-6 more min, then the second guy tells you they don't have the advertised menu on the board and unsurprisingly “they have other options with extra payment”! And this happened twice at the same spot in last two months! 1. Why do you keep the illuminated ad on if you don't have the item? 2. Why the first guy don't tell you that, so you’ll decide to leave or stay and don't lose time? Guys, observe tradesmen ethics and respect people’s time!

Outstanding quality food, very delicious taste, rich in flavors while naturally tasting (also feeling energetic and not sluggish after eating). The service is exceptional, Eko and JP are daily impressing by their professionalism, care, thoroughness, politeness, joyful and positive spirit. I strongly recommend this place.

I can't believe I'm about to say this about mall food: it was full of flavor and, spicy? Yes, it was actually spicy. I'm just gonna go out on a limb here and say that this is the best mall food I've ever had. I'd rather eat here than chick fil-a any day.

Hello everybody this place have very bad service this people want to change for the basics things we need to condiments are food not recomendable

We bought 2 plates for $30.00 but that’s not the problem. The problem is they only gave me enough hot sauce for one plate. And when I ask for hot sauce for my other plate the lady said that I had to pay extra for that sauce. I’m very disappointed with their costumer service! I will not be coming back to this place!

For the fact that this is food court food I am very impressed. The combo price is excellent (3 entrees and a side for 8.99), the portions are HUGE, and everything was really solidly made. Is it the kind of thai food you'd get at a full service restaurant? Absolutely not. But it's great american asian food.

My go to lunch place. For fair price you get more than enough quantity and taste is always the best.

This is not Thai food. If you like Panda Express you'll probably like this, if you like real Thai food. You will probably be disappointed.

Chicken+noodle=perfection

The food is mediocre at best and the same for the service. They give you a sample when you walk past only to hook you in. We ordered a three item dinner, but I don't like all of my items to touch so I ordered one of them on the side. They wanted to charge me extra for that, so I told them just to do a 2 item instead. I don't need the aggravation.

This is honestly the best Asian food I have ever had in a mall setting. They offer a vegetarian option called "Spicy Eggplant Tofu" and it is very good. Although Asian restaurants often have great vegetarian options, I haven't had much success finding them in food courts, and Ruby Thai Kitchen never disappoints me! The service and decor aren't great (its a mall food court) but all I really care about is the food. :)

Although sometimes it is hard to understand what the servers are saying, and they also seem to always be rushing you through way too much, you won't find much mall food better than this over in the food court!

I love to get the BBQ Teriyaki Chicken, but they're often handing out free samples as well, so I've tried the mango chicken, which is also pretty good.
But seriously, I think this place is better than competing Asian food restaurants in the mall's food court.

Highly recommend, for the food, obviously decor and service can't go very far in the mall.
