I came to order to go. Wanted just rice and pork. They said would be 30 minutes because they do orders as received. Your kitchen should be able to handle more than one order at a time. If not then you either need to fire your staff or shut down.

I had the worst service experience of my life at this restaurant a few days ago. This is my first time ever writing a Google review. I’ve been dining at this restaurant for like 10 years, but after this experience, I will never go back. The issue was the new manager—I've never encountered a manager as rude and unprofessional as him.
I called to order to-go, and the person who answered the phone was the manager. He told me the food would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, I paid for my order and was expecting to receive my food. However, only one of the two dishes I ordered was ready. The manager, without offering any explanation, simply told me to wait a little longer. and then, he sat at the counter and continued using his phone. Meanwhile, 4-5 other customers who arrived after us all received their orders and left. We ended up waiting an additional 20 to 30 minutes.
By the time we finally got the missing dish, the first dish had already gone completely cold. The manager never once apologized, which made me even more frustrated. I told him that the first dish had gotten cold and that I couldn't eat it. Instead of acknowledging the issue or apologizing, he rudely snapped at me, saying that he would refund one dish. His attitude and the way he raised his voice were completely unacceptable.
Shocked by his behavior, I asked to speak to the supervisor, only for him to say that he was the manager. I couldn’t believe that someone with such terrible customer service skills was in charge. Then, to make things worse, he had the audacity to bring up a previous visit, saying, "Didn’t you complain last time, too?" Yes, I had made a complaint before—but that was because there was a bug in my food! At that time, the server handled the situation professionally and kindly, so it was resolved without any issue.
When I pointed this out, the manager had nothing to say. But what infuriated me the most was his complete refusal to acknowledge his mistake. If he had simply admitted that he had forgotten to put in the order and apologized, I wouldn’t have been so upset. Instead, he kept insisting that it wasn’t a mistake and continued to act aggressively toward us. In the end, I was so frustrated that I demanded a full refund and left.(plus It took a whole week for the refund to be processed to my bank.)
I’m still furious that I never received an apology from that manager. I can’t believe someone like that is allowed to manage a restaurant. I never thought I would write a Google review, but this was the worst restaurant manager I have ever encountered. This was a place I used to visit frequently, but because of that one person, I will never return.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If there was such an error, you should have first explained the situation and, above all, apologized for the mistake. When we arrived to pick up our food and one item was not ready, and I think I should have been informed immediately instead of telling us to wait and walk away. However, that day, we did not hear a single apology.

Also, we placed our order over the phone, and you told us it would take 20 minutes. Check how long we actually had to wait from the time of our call.

In addition, the manager started to talking about the previous complaint. He said "you were the one who complaint last time". I don't think that is a right way to explain why the food is delayed.
and actually the previous complaint was about a bug in our food which is entirely the restaurant's fault. So I said that it was about finding a bug in the food, and the manager had nothing to say. Instead, he only made the situation worse.

If you had truly done your best to handle all these issues, the first thing you should have done was apologize.

I used to like Madam Mam's more and I feel like its slipped a bit in the last few years. Its still good but there are other Thai places I like better. But the location is great if you are in the area and the atmosphere is excellent.

Diner Review №6

You cannot go wrong with any item on this menu. There are people who have literally tried every item on the menu, and they would not discourage you from trying anything on it. Personal favorites are the P2 chicken and amazing green beans with pork. However, the khao soi is also fantastic. Whether dining in or taking to-go, portions are generous and consistent. Whenever I am in a pinch for a dinner idea, more often than not I opt for something from Madam Mam's.

We dined in recently over the weekend and service was very good. Both waitresses were nice and very quick to take our orders and get our food out to us.

Diner Review №7

I had a craving often for Pinnapple fried rice is hard to find. I enjoyed this one very much and it's really good!! A great variety of ingredients. One should note There is shrimp in it. I also had the chicken satay and enjoyed that. I would come again as I often get craving for the Pinnapple fried rice!!

So delicious and wonderful service

Diner Review №9

Been coming here for years! But today's service was horrible. Not only didn't they pick up the phone after constantly calling to place an order. At one point I said, well they must be extremely busy so I'll just order online. Got here 15 mins after and the place wasn't busy at all. Servers saw me but refused to help me until a server came out from what seems to be a break room. This was disappointing

Diner Review №10

One Tom Kha soup with extra coconut milk to go cost me over $20. I'm sorry, but no. I opted for Chinese broccoli this time instead of a protein and my soup was literally 6 slices of mushrooms, a tiny bit of broccoli and a lot of inedible raw/ fresh ginger chunks and basil leaves. No thanks. Very disappointed.

Diner Review №11

Manager PU is very friendly and helpful and she hears and cares about every customer.

Food is very good and one of my go-to restaurants in Austin

Diner Review №12

Went there on New Year’s Day so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt cause they maybe under staffed, but their service was truly bad and food was borderline inedible.

When we just went in one server told us to just find a seat and another server will come to us shortly. And guess what? Nobody came for a looooong while! When someone finally came they told me they didn’t come to us because we didn’t have a menu so he assumed that someone already came. Then when we finally got our order out, we got to experience an even longer wait for our food. The good news is we didn’t have to wait that long for our check, because nobody ever come to check on us, we have to go to the front and ask for a check ourselves! Hey, at least we didn’t get all of our food so we didn’t have to pay that much yay!

Oh the food! The food was really bad. My noodle was too salty and half of the mushrooms were raw, but maybe salty raw mushrooms are their thing. My partners noodle on the other hand is undercooked and very tough. Still, we didn’t get all our food so we didn’t have to suffer that much!

If you want to have good food and service, maybe this place is not for you. But if you want some crazy experience and motivation to write a long google review, come down here and have yourself some raw mushrooms and not so cooked noodles

Diner Review №13

I have been going to this exact location since 2018 - at least monthy. I just visited last night and I decided to write this review as it will be my last time dining in at this location. To put it simply... It's gone downhill.

I noticed a significant shift since June 2023. Since then, in my experience, the restaurant consistently has had a disgustingly potent sewage smell throughout the entire restaurant. They light a couple of candles and turn on a couple of fans, hoping it'll air out (it doesn't), but, the question remains... Why does it smell like that? More importantly, should it smell like feces where you're cooking and eating?

The food quality has degraded. I've eaten at other locations plenty of times and those dishes taste great. At this location, they simply aren't as rich and flavorful. They're bland.

This location also seems to be very understaffed. I waited 15 minutes before I could order. I ordered one appetizer and two entrees. The entrees came before the appetizer and our waiter even asked if we ever got it - which we hadn't. After eating, we had to wait about 20 minutes to just get the check and even after that an additional 10 minutes for paying etc. No one really waits on you either. They give you your food, a pitcher of water, and they never check on you again - hence having to wait for the check. You can't even flag them down as they'll just ignore you.

Lastly, the music in this place is incredibly loud and odd. It's always random instrumentals and elevator music but on blast. It's just a really odd and uncomfortable atmosphere between the nauseating smells, invasive sounds, and lack of hospitality.

I waited forever to write this review because I really didn't want to believe that it's in the state that it's in... I kept convincing myself that it was just a phase that they would probably rehire and restructure and rework the place. But, after a year plus now, it still just sucks. That's the truth.

Diner Review №14

The food is fine, but worse than it used to be. If you dine in, the restaurant smells like sewage, they play their music way too loud, and the service is atrocious. They seem to have a staffing problem, it shows, and it makes for an unfortunate experience. I've long loved Madam Mam's, but this particular location won't be getting my business anymore.

Got the vegetable stir fry with chicken and it was exceptionally good. Wish there was more variety of vegetables like carrots and broccoli but overall it was still good flavor.

Diner Review №19

the yellow chicken curry was good but not my fav.. not much chicken or potatoes :(

Diner Review №20

The food was too sweet. We used to eat here all the time when we lived closer and made a special trip to eat here again but the food was way too sweet. We had the Yellow curry (good), Ga-pao special (sweet), Pad Sea-Ew (sweet), and Bankrupted Noodles (sweet). One good thing is the now have a reward card!

Diner Review №21

Food isn’t as good as it used to be. Service is horrendous.

Diner Review №22

Customer service is terrible, took 15 minutes just to get help at the front

Diner Review №23

Food was delicious, staff professional, only problem was loud music! Owner only can remotely turn down.

Diner Review №24

I have been coming here for work team lunches for years. We like the food and have had good service. Today the music is so loud that we can barely have a conversation. After asking for it to be turned down, we were told that they can’t do it. Very disappointed!

Diner Review №25

The thai queso at other locations is really good. But the one here they load it with artichokes even if you don't get the artichoke version. Everything else is great.

Diner Review №26

Never had anything bad here. Portions are huge and always come to the table piping hot.

Today was just as delicious as ever. Only time in years the rice was a little mushy.

They also have a kids meal, lunch specials, happy hour, and vegetarian option board.

Diner Review №27

Their Thai Coco Queso is different than other Madam Mam's--you can either order the chicken version or the artichoke version.

Ordered the chicken version and it came with 90% artichoke and maybe 3 pieces of chicken. In other locations, if I ordered the chicken version, it only had chicken and no artichoke.

Plus it's tiny serving compared to other Madam Mam's, which had a much bigger bowl. Not worth the $10 it cost.

Have been a loyal customer of this place. We went to Madam Mams for dinner around 30 minutes before closing. We checked if dining is open? They said yes and confirmed kitchen closes at 9:45PM. We ordered all the food at once in 5 minutes. We received food around 9:35pm. Our server was rude, asked us to finish food in 5 minutes. If you don’t want people eating at 9:45PM, don’t accept any dine in tables after 9 PM. Worst dine in experience ever.

Used to love this place but the last few times have been substandard, not sure if they have changed things or just inconsistent. Either way it's too far to travel to. Kao Soi and Tom kha soups were not up to par.

Good restaurant for many options of Thai food. The spice levels are actually real. Be careful lol. But overall nice place for dinner. Kids get free meal with adult purchase anytime. And happy hours at night as well.

Diner Review №46

Madam Mam’s is easily the best Thai food in town. The service is always great, and the food has never disappointed me. They have lots of vegetarian or vegetarian-adjacent options (orange juice isn’t oranges, so fish sauce doesn’t count as fish, right?). My go-to is the bankrupt noodles, which are like a better version of pad thai, without the cloying sweetness. The pad kee mao is tasty and full of basil but is often too spicy for me (and I thought I liked it hot!). The pad prik king is bright and sweet and salty. The curries are all fantastic, but we usually end up getting the kao soi, which is a real treat; it’s mildly spicy and salty and rich and delicious. But my favorite thing there may be the roasted chilis. I get a jar every time I’m there, and I put it on everything from noodles and rice to sandwiches and ice cream. So good.

Diner Review №47

We’ve been going here frequently for six years and unfortunately will probably not be going back. As many others have said the service is really bad now. Most of the wait staff cannot communicate in English anymore. They also do not have a clue how to properly serve food. Missing plates, utensils, food overflowing off of a plate. The restaurant itself smells bad. Kind of a sewer or old dirty mop, smell. This reminds us of the Thai Restaurant that closed down on Burnet due to too many citations from the health department. The main thing we are upset about is that so many of our go to dishes have gone downhill and don’t taste the same anymore. And this all while the prices keep going up. Like most other businesses they want to just charge more and more for less service and quality. We know they had a management change at this restaurant and maybe there are new owners because things have gotten really bad.
It’s getting hard to find a decent place to eat That’s good all the time, even at some of the very expensive restaurants around here.

Diner Review №48

Food is amazing. Service is mostly good. There are two things that you might want to know.

1. If you want to split checks and you're in a group, you want to ask before you are seated. I was in a group once and they did not like that we were splitting checks (even though we never had that issue before). We got a bad attitude from one of the employees.
2. They only give you one tiny cup of chili oil. Sometimes, the tiny cup can have very little chili oil in it. If you're spending $40 on two meals you'd think they would be willing to give you three tiny cups of chili oil.

Beyond those two things, the food is great, and I highly recommend it.

Diner Review №49

Very good if you like ticks in your soup. The manager was nice about refunding the entree but our server could not have cared less. The service at the bee cave location has really gone down hill but this is the cherry on top. 🪳

Diner Review №50

From the service to the food, everything was perfect! The only very minor issue is that we requested very spicy and got not so spicy but that’s okay. The kids got the ramune drinks, gyoza, my mom and I Thaï tea and we had curry beef, shrimp and pineapple fried rice. My kids are 11,7 and 5 and it was a kids eat free day! My 11 years old wanted the pineapple fried rice so we didn’t do the kids eat free for her. Gratuity was automatically deducted 18%. Thank you guys!

Love coming back here when visiting Austin. So many memories

Friendly and fast service. The portions were generous, and all the dishes were very flavorful. I always go back to Madam Mam's for F11 lol Guay Teaw Kua Gai with Beef is soooooo good. Stir-fried wide rice noodles are seasoned with soy sauce, garlic, and sometimes a hint of sugar, giving it a savory and slightly sweet flavor. It is served with a side of fresh lettuce for added freshness.

We also always order Som Tum (Papaya Salad); it is incredibly refreshing and packed with flavor. The combination of tangy lime, spicy chili, and savory fish sauce creates a perfect balance. The crunch of the fresh papaya and peanuts adds great texture.

Diner Review №53

When I asked for extra to go boxes and forks, the server in the front gave me a lot of shade and didn't want to give me empty boxes. I don't know why. We paid over $100 worth of food and left without any boxes. Came back to ask for it and I had to argue with her for almost a few minutes to get the boxes and forks/knives so that we could eat the food that we bought.

I got to go and got the curry and normally it's filled to the top of the container - and they absolutely skimped on it this time. Not only did their prices go up, but their portions are starting to shrink as well. Disappointed

Diner Review №79

I've been to this Madam Mam's quite often since 2016. The service and experience has floundered since Covid unfortunately. This past time, I ordered wings and the brussel sprouts as appetizers and then placed my main meal order at the same time. I was quite surprised when my entire table was served all the main entrees first and the appetizers came when were were 1/4 of the way done with our main meals! It was frustrating. The waitress said it's because the wings and brussel sprouts take longer to cook; my take is if those take longer to cook, let me know when I place the order and then put that order in before you put in the main course.

As far as food goes, my hubby was very disappointed in his salad. He said he was expecting herbs, cucumbers, sliced onions but his dish came out with a large chunk of onion and lettuce leaves. He wasn't sure if he was supposed to roll the beef in the lettuce but nonetheless, he was really not thrilled. The Shocking Green Beans were not shocking at all. I usually order the Amazing Green Beans but since we had kids with us, I ordered the less spicy version. The flavor was not there. It was bland and not good.

We love going to madam mams as a treat. This was our first time at this location. We ordered all our favorites and none of them tasted like they normally do. It seemed like sweetness/spice levels were off the curry seemed to be separating and was gritty, the Thai coco queso was thin and not creamy. We didn’t have the best service either. Although the food was edible it was disappointing. Maybe it was an off night but I would suggest going to a different location.

Diner Review №87

Diner Review №88

I loved this dish! Coconut, chicken and mushrooms. Spicy and delicious.

Diner Review №89

The servers should ask what spice level we want, we didn’t specify the spice level and the food we got was really extremely spicy and we couldn’t finish. Generally, the food tastes great but be careful with the spice level when ordering.

Diner Review №90

Food tastes great n that’s why we were back but servers service was awful. Food was flowing outside the plate, I asked for soft tofu n got fried in soup. Server dint bother to consider spicy level we asked for n turns out one of the dish was impossible to eat due to being extremely spicy. They can do better with servers n service. Will be back just for food keeping in mind not to expect anything great in service.

Diner Review №109

I used to like this restaurant a lot but the last two times were a huge miss. Last time food was just smelling spoiled, this time it was lacking salt and then had an unbearably salty spot that must have been pure salt, and had some crunch to it that was very not expected on a pad Thai. It was good for many years before these last two times, not sure what changed. I will look for another Thai in the area, not here.

Good variety of Thai entree’s. But on a not so busy weekday lunch, they were out of certain beverage choices. The entree could have use a little more vegetables, but that may well be a local thing. The meat and egg in the entree seemed a bit over done and lacked moisture.

Diner Review №120

For the record this place wasn't terrible, but I was expecting something really amazing so I was disappointed to say the least. My son's chicken fried rice was really good, but my Pad Thai was pretty boring. In fact, no cilantro and no fresh lime and when I asked for that I was charged for it. Not the end of the world, but surprising nonetheless. Definitely not my new fave Thai spot for sure.

Last weekend’s lunch exceeded expectations at this restaurant. The ambiance was serene, complementing the authentic flavors. The service was attentive, and the menu offered a delightful variety. The dishes were expertly crafted, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors.

If you don’t want too spicy then please avoid dishes with four or more red chilies next to it on menu.
I would recommend to try Roasted Chili Edamame, Amazing Green Beans and you can’t go wrong with Panang Curry.

From appetizers to dessert, each course left a lasting impression. It's a place I'd recommend to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

My favorite Thai place in Austin

Diner Review №140

It's sad when a place with decent food and excellent service is gross. The tables and seating were disgusting. I almost sat in grease with food pieces in the chair that you can see the hand print from the previous guest left behind where they used the seat as a napkin. The table was sticky and had long hair on it and dangling off it. I had to wait quite a while to be sat. Very disappointed and won't be coming back. The guy who is a server at this place needs to take his good service elsewhere so he can make the money he should be making but won't with repeat customers here.

Diner Review №141

You can never go wrong with the huge selection! I definitely get value for every meal. Try the queso....truly an amazing twist on East meets West!

Diner Review №142

The three times I've tried take out here, my order was wrong or items are forgotten. Also be prepared to spend upwards of $70 for two people to eat mid quality food.

Diner Review №143

Worst pad Thai I’ve ever had. No sweetness, no spice and it tasted like they added kimchi or something to it. Decent fried spring rolls though

This place is my partner and I's go-to; they have terrific thai food, def top 3 in Austin, and their house fried rice and pad see ew are FODMAP free, which is great for people with IBS/IBD. Tons of GF/vegetarian/vegan options (though not tons of each, which is just the world we live in).

If you order takeout it seems like they undercook the noodles to keep them less gummy by the time you get them. This is a good thing. However, we live so close that we just dine in because the food is better and the service is terrific!

The food was awesome. Our waitress was Wunpen and the service was excellent. I'll be back

Diner Review №154

It was tasty, but both of the spring rolls came out torn. They weren’t really worth it IMO, bc I can make messy rolls at home. I wish they had more veggie friendly options for some of the dishes, such pineapple fried rice.

As always the food is great. There are other locations of Madam Mam's that are more modern and have a better atmosphere. This location has been the go-to Thai food place for the last 14 years, Great service and really really delicious food.

Great food and great service! Had a lovely dinner here. Ordered the drunken noodles with squid, spicy, tom Kha soup, and chicken satay, and mango with sticky rice dessert. Everything tasted amazing! Drunken noodles was a generous portion for $15, perfect for multiple meals or sharing for two. Tom Kha I have to say, was a bit heavy, but tasted good, would’ve preferred less coconut milk, it was very rich. Will try Tom yum soup next time I return. Chicken satay was so delicious with the sweet peanut dipping sauce. Mango and sticky rice was also a nice touch for dessert too! Server was friendly and checked in on us frequently. Highly recommend!

Just average food, We ordered house fried rice, noodles, and masaman curry.

My daughter and I have chosen to make this our ‘Friday Night Stop’. We usually order takeout weekly and have tried several items on the menu. The Amazing Green Beans are exactly that….. Amazing! If you like spicy and green beans, these definitely hit the spot! My daughter subs veggies for meat and is never disappointed. Portion size is great and always plenty for leftovers. I have tried other locations of Madam Mam’s and go out of my way to come to the location on W. Anderson Lane!

The food is not as good as before and service is bad. I needed to go the front to get the menus myself, food were served without any silverware. We had been charged gratuity of five without notice until we charged the bill of course with no service. Atmosphere is below acceptable.

Wanted to try Madam Mam's since a while, so I ordered Pad Thai from here, and the taste was really bad. I always try Pad Thai on my first visits to any Thai restaurant chain, mainly to know how they taste, but this was just awful and overrated!
Food was fresh, but looks like it was cooked in a hurry and unfinished.
Did not order any other dishes here, so unsure of other items, but I definitely don't recommend Pad Thai !

It was very hot in the dining area. The wait staff had to be told to seat me....they were sitting in the only cool spot in the restaurant. I ordered 2 glasses of Chardonnay. My waitress took the liberty of serving me the most expensive glass ($12) without asking. I dined alone. My bill was about $45. I usually tip very well but could not afford to. I will go back to SAPs. Same menu.

We had a delicious meal here tonight. The service was also good.

Diner Review №176

Great tom yum soup!

Diner Review №177

I only stopped in to purchase their delicious chili sauce. However, I did use their restroom and if it's any indication of the rest of the restaurant, I won't be eating there.

Diner Review №178

I usually don't write bad reviews but this one really needs to be on record. We were in the area & decided to have dinner & since it was around 9pm we decided to just go in as we do like the one at Bee Caves.
We ordered the curry which was a dynamite as compared to the one at Bee caves. We called for Sprite as it was too spicy & it took them for ever to even get one as if good for you ..... you came in so late. Horrible service & the managers attitude was obnoxious.

They have huge portions of tasty Thai food with nice decor. The hanging umbrellas from the ceiling are pretty and they have nice wood carvings and sculptures. Theres also a courtyard with a water lily pond outside, which is nice for date night. Word of warning... The spicy options are super spicy. I would lower the spice level compared to what you get in other restaurants.

Tried this place for the first time on a hot May afternoon with no expectations, was met with a super chill environment with smooth-as-heck ambience.
Ordered the Garee yellow curry and was delighted by the richness, and the Thai Tea I ordered as well was an excellent cool down pairing with the heat from both outdoors and the curry itself.
Can't wait to come back and try the other menu options!

This was my first time dining at Madam Mam's, and was looking forward to meeting a friend here for a pre-birthday lunch. I was honestly surprised by how underwhelming the experience was. We were ready to order upon arrival but I didn't want to snippy with the server. After seating us with our menus our server left, brought us iced waters we didn't ask for (and I consider such a waste), and then left to talk with the hostess for a little over 5 minutes. I was staring at her the majority of time but she was so into her conversation I had to wait until she was finished to ask if we were ready. She wasn't friendly but rather just short and brief. I ordered spring rolls with tofu and was really disappointed with them because it contained a lot of romaine lettuce and no sprouts or basil like I was used to. I also ordered the pineapple fried rice with tofu because the menu said it wasn't a spicy dish. Our ordered came out quickly, but as I was consuming my dish I couldn't believe how spicy it was. I chose not to say anything because I was already flustered with the lack of quality of service and how long it took to place our orders, I didn't want to tack on more time to our visit. I definitely won't be coming to this location again, but maybe give another location a try and be proactive by asking questions rather than taking the menu at face value.
Overall, the restaurant seemed cleaned, especially for a Friday during the lunch hour, and the bathroom was cleaned and well stocked.

Saturday night. Place is slow, yet it took 15 minutes for a server to show up. Tried to ask for help, and got brushed off by the hostess manager. Can’t say much about food, I am too irritated about the poor service.

Walking in you ate confronted by the delicious smells of fresh herbs and spices permeating the air. The servers were friendly and quick. The art gives plenty to look at, and the parasols hanging from the ceiling add even more to the wonderful atmosphere. We had the gyoza for starters, and I was pleasantly surprised by the light and crispy texture of the rice paper surrounding the fragrant and delicious filling. The dip added just a hint of sweetness and rounded out a wonderful appetizer.

My BIL had the Pineapple Fried Rice, and enjoyed it. He did mention it was a bit sweeter than he normally would have liked, but the portion size was impressive, and he ended up taking half of it home. I chose the Pad Ped Ga Prao with the tofu fried and the crispy wok fried egg. SO DELICIOUS! It was rated at 3 chili hot, and I was NOT disappointed. Please be careful when ordering spicy unless you're willing to take an ego hit. I normally love adding habenero hot sauce to tacos, but 3 chili hot here undid me in the best way. Luckily the Thai tea is delicious, and helped to cool the spice.

All in all, a wonderful restaurant with delicious food that I can't wait to try more of. Definitely worth the price!

태국음식! 생각보다 좀 달다..쏨땀은 맛있음. 가격도 생각보다 싸네요! 5가지요리에 80불정도.,전 잘못시켜서 5가지를..

Diner Review №192

This is my first time and I learned about this place via IG videos yesterday. So I had Pad Thai (fried tofu) and Thai Gyozas (I ordered to pick it up via online)

Gyozas- it was okay, the stuffing was small and basically I ate the fried part. Could taste the oil soaked. The dipping sauce was delicious.

Pad Thai- I wanted to compare it to the other Pad Thai I had from several places. Let’s say the flavor was good, but it missed several elements- like crushed peanuts, cilantro, literally all vegetables except bean sprouts which was small amount. It only has noodle, egg, tofu, bean sprouts….that’s it. Unlike the picture on their website. All the hype about this place….I’m disappointed. I had waaaaay better Pad Thai from other places.

Diner Review №193

Not many options for vegetarians. Server was good and she helped accommodate vegetarian preferences

Diner Review №194

Order the Pad Sea Ew and it was so dry no sauce was added at all

Love n austin Anderson lane.

Koirala pond and Alamo nearby. Great food. Tom yum and curries too die for. Prices seem higher but an entree is 2 meals and I eat like a chaunk that's starving so go hungry and get to go boxes. Big portions. Calm great atmosphere.

The food is undeniable. The best flavors the best portions.
The prices are good but they are struggling in the service/staff department, so be nice to them!!!! You food will get there and it will be worth it!!
