This casual Asian kitchen offers Thai noodle & rice dishes, plus Chinese basics in a simple setting.
Amazing great service delicious food. Always come back for the same meals. Sauce is so good! Not too much, and not too little. Spice is great on a scale for your desired heat. Thai tea is good too, and I love that they have coconut milk to substitute!
I usually get the low mein this time. I tried the supreme with tofu instead, and it was great. My husband always gets the Landys famous chicken bowl with some spicy sauce on the side.
Every time we come to Jackson, we make sure we come here!
This place came recommended highly by an acquaintance. I truly was excitedly about trying this restaurant based in this referral. My wife and I arrived this past Saturday at around 11:30 am, shortly after they opened. I was told the Steak Warbur was incredible and probably the best thing I'd ever eaten. We were very excited about trying this place and really wanted to like it. I'm sorry to say, it was an extremely disappointing experience. When I googled Thai Cafe I Jackson, the price of the Steak Warbur was 18.99. When we got there, the menu we were given showed it as $24.99. That's quite a difference, but it came so highly recommended, I ordered it anyway. My wife ordered their famous Chicken Bowl, which was $15.99, also more than the online price. My wife attempted to use their restroom, before ordering, but wasn't able to because , as the manager had to go ahead of her and admonish an employee or employees "You know you can't do that in here"!. Not sure what was going on, but she was finally able to use the restroom. When she returned, I went to the Men's room and it was nt very clean, and had no paper towels to dry my hands. I had to use toilet paper.. finally our meal came and the "famous" chicken bowl was ok....nothing worth being famous. Cubed pieces of chicken breast over a bed of tasteless rice. At least it was edible. My $24.95 Steak Warbur came out and looked pretty good....it looked like there was a lot of sliced steak on a bed of rice and vegetables. It was covered with a somewhat glazed brown sauce. Honestly, it looked really appetizing, and I was eager to dig in........What a colossal disappointment! The steak, was tough, hard to chew and not nearly as plentiful as it appeared. There were a few vegetables underneath, however, not much. There was rice, but again, bland and no flavor. After just a couple attempts, we realized, this place was not what we had hoped. We finally just asked for to go containers. We drank water, and our bill for this very disappointing meal was almost $60.00, with a tip( which frankly, I'm not sure why I even gave one.) Nobody checked on us till I was completely out of water and it was obvious we couldn't finish this poor excuse for a meal. We got takeout containers, and that night, I added some pineapple and sautéed onions to my wife's chicken bowl, and it was edible. My $24.99 steak Warbur was a different story. There was so much sauce, that I literally had to rinse it off.. once I got rid of most of the sauce, there was very little meat, and almost no vegetables. I tried again to eat the leftovers, but could not. I don't normally, bash someplace we eat, thinking that maybe, they just had a bad day, but...ThaiCafe, charges very high, misleading prices ( remember, their real prices are much higher than their online, advertised prices). And, the food, was really terrible. I don't want anyone else to experience eating there without being forewarned
So I started eating Thia food in Murfreesboro and it was dead on point!! Came back home looking for a place that served nothing but Thia food, and I will say this…. They out beat my spot in Murfreesboro !! The others I tried wasn’t no where close!! And the ones that work there are so nice and welcoming! The place is absolutely beautiful! They are my favorite by far yet!!
I visited last week on a trip to Jackson. It was very eclectic inside, with several different rooms you could sit in. There seemed to be only one person working, both taking orders and and cooking the food. The food was decent, but it was very slow coming out, and then my curry came out so hot, it was much too hot to eat. More time was spent blowing on it to cool it down than eating, and that still took quite a while. I could have added ice to the curry, but didn’t want to dilute the flavors. The flavors were good, just way too temperature hot. I’d try again next visit to Jackson if they got more help and things were a bit more speedy. But so not go here expecting to get out in under an hour. Schedule 2 to be safe.
OMG! This place is fantastic! The food is so delicious! The portion size was incredible! The kitchen was overwhelmed at the time we visited but this is a place I can definitely forgive the slowness. It had a steady flow of pickup orders, so the secret is out. The Thai Tea, so good! Can’t wait to go back!

$25 for this pho is very disappointed. Don’t waste your money on it.

อร่อยมากครับ
The rice serving was too small with entrée. But food was good.
Best Thai fried rice I’ve ever had
their prices on the website are totally different than real life. && their pad thai is literally soup
Portions are large, great taste, fresh ingredients. Well worth to try.
Took an hour and half to get take out.
Used to love coming to this place to eat, just paid 40$ for take out and got the smallest serving of rice with my curry, even after they almost doubled the price on everything. It didn't used to be this way. Just insane to think it's reasonable to give a small cup of rice for an entire container of curry after your paying almost 10$ more than the original price. Also the portion size to our noodles was significantly smaller than normal. I hate to say I won't be coming back here but I can't afford 40$ to barely feed 2 people. It's just not right.
Awesome food and friendly staff
Food is good if you can find them open. They do not follow their posted hours. 🤷♂️
Great food and atmosphere!
A little slow. But the food is always delicious and fresh with great staff. Well worth the time.
Never had the pleasure to order a dish from here. We came in and sat down as No one was out front to greet us nor seat us, finally after a five or six mins a gentleman came from the back and still never acknowledged us. That was our sign that we weren’t welcomed. We left and hadn’t thought about this place since.
My first visit! I had the chicken bowl and my friend had the chicken tofu curry. The food was wo derful, the service top notch.
Service was very friendly. But the food was horrible. I’ve had Thai places all over the world and that was the worst chicken pad Thai I’ve ever tried. The chicken tasted canned, the sauce on it was creamy in a BAD way, and the egg seemed microwaved/boiled. The chicken satay sauce was WAY too sweet.
Excuse me can I have a menu? You can when it’s your turn ..I don’t think so.
Stumbled onto this little gem of a place in the middle of a long drive over Christmas.
Had a private room for dining, was quiet, inexpensive, and had fabulous food.
If I lived closer I'd get fat eating here...
Pad Thai and wonder noodle orders were enough to feed two kids each with leftovers.
A little hit or miss on the service. I drove a half hour the other day to place an order only to see a sign on the door saying they were closed until a few hours from when I arrived - this was during their business hours.
The food is always good.
Great place
Great place worth the stop there.
Good food and service.
Good food small place but worth the trip in. The service was great. Food was hot and comforting.
From the very beginning it was absolutely horrendous. We were placed in a small room off to ourselves. Upon arrival around 12:10pm we didn’t receive our food until around 1:30. We only received part of our order and our children were left sitting there with nothing. When we finally received the rest of our order, we did not see or hear from our waiter the entire time we sat with our food, every bit of it was burnt and disgusting then when we brought it us he proceeded to rush us to pay for us and made comment on our wealth as a way to make us feel bad for wanting compensation on their services. I’d never recommend this anyone! I’m repulsed.
Great place
Great pad thai and green curry
We normally don't give reviews, but feel this issue needs to be addressed. I ordered the seafood Warbar which was supposed to include shrimp, crab, squid and scallops with vegetables. It came with shrimp and crab (imitation). Service was extremely slow. When I mentioned the lack of squid and scallops on checkout, the waiter explained they were out of those items and he should have mentioned them to me (YES!!!). When I asked for a price adjustment he said most people don't say anything when this happens. That made me wonder how often it happens... He gave me a 2$ discount on $21.
Great food in a friendly atmosphere. Great people serving us and very helpful. Big portion sizes. Value for money.
I wish that I could say that I had fantastic experience like I normally have. A friend introduced me to this restaurant ant it was unlike any other little "hidden gem" restaurant you find. It actually managed to stick around! Imagine my surprise years later when I come back and it's still in business! This place has the staying power to persevere how ephemeral ethnic cuisine restaurants are. I was so excited that this would be the place to go for Thai cuisine.
And then I decided to come and try and introduce some friends from out of town to this hidden gem I'd found. The "host/server/manager" was incredibly rude when he let us know he didn't place the order we'd made and had us re-place it with him at that moment. After his rude behavior, he advised us to "make ourselves at home," at which point we went to wait outside of the packed restaurant for the time that he'd advised when we made the initial order.
Apparently, he didn't understand that he gave us ZERO instruction, and thought that we left. So, logically, he cancelled our order - WHILE WE WE WAITING IN THE PARKING LOT.
This is a fantastic place to get Thai cuisine, but whoever it is that they have running the "host/server/manager" spot needs to really re-evaluate what they're doing. In their job, in life, just....in general. They're not hitting any kind of appreciable metrics, and their combativeness with customers when they were incapable to provide literally the bare minimum is appalling.
Hopefully you'll be able to make a correction to reform your business to its former glory, but I'll never be going back and will actively recommend everyone I know to stay away until this egregious oversight is corrected.
Small quiet place with good food and good atmosphere. The owners son sat us with a smiling face. He explained the menu and helped us order. Oh my his momma can cook. Food was delicious. My husband is rather picky so it's awesome that he even loved it. Best spring roll I've ever had. 😋
We had a GF, low oil vegan meal. Very accommodating and delicious!!!!
Gret food, family owned and operated.
The dishes we tried were good. Service was fine as well, there was just one person ringing people up, taking orders and serving food. A bit pricey in comparison to the quantity of food. Fried rice tasted like brown rice. Bathroom had extra unnecessary storage stuffs which gives away the good decorative vibe they have outside.
Amazing tofu EVERY way they cook it!!!
The food was OK at best.
Broke down on a cross country road trip. This place was a wonderful oasis of great food amd service during our time in town.
Our first trip here and it didn't disappoint! I had Drunken Noodles and my husband had Pad Thai. Full of flavor and you can choose your spice level for any dish. Definitely recommend, we'll be back for sure!
Worst food ever this isn't Thai food don't waste your time here . Very disappointed
Two stars because the decor was ok & the one employee I saw seemed to be running the whole show himself: host, waiter, cashier, and probably cook. He did his best to make customers happy.
BUT:
Probably the worst Thai food I've ever had - and I've had a lot. The 'Pad See Yew' was made with Pad Thai noodles and tasted like hot & sour soup. The Thai iced tea had a syrupy consistency with one tablespoon of condensed milk. I asked for more milk to make it less sugary, and realized they're probably using SWEETENED condensed milk. Gross. Left there hungry & thirsty but couldn't bring myself to choke either of these down.
Hello everyone, I found this place via Google of course; I love Thai food. DO NOT EAT HERE THE MENU PRICES ARE NOT UP TO DATE! When I first arrived, the host wasn’t at their stand. I waited long enough to ask some people eating did they seat themselves. The waiter was the host as well not a problem once I was aware of the situation. The waiter immediately seat us than asked what do we want to eat and drink, not a problem but considering we didn’t have menus kinda of hard to answer that question. The waiter told us he’ll be right back again waited so long that we had to go find them. The food was ok not Thai food at all it’s Chinese food or Asian/ American influenced meals but definitely not Thai. When I received my check I noticed my bill was more than it should be there were up charges and when I asked about them I was told the menu is really old like 10 years prices have changed. I had somewhere to be so I didn’t debate with them about it. Overall, experience I will not be back.
We arrived with a total of 5 people and were seated right away. The waiter was very kind to the kids and patient with all of us as we decided what we wanted. The food was absolutely stellar and the portions were huge! We can't wait to go back
I’m so happy Jackson has this Thai restaurant! Support local! And I love the story of the family who owns this place! Great food, thank you!
I had Yum Nam Tuck (beef). It was excellent, Tom Ka Ga soup was the best I ever had. They use a 1-10 spice system. I’m a 7 and it was dead on what I wanted. Spicy but not pain, I can see going up getting crazy hot. Highly recommend. One note all I had was takeout, but the cashier was extremely nice.
Food was very good and the waiter was very helpful. We asked for specific dish and wasn't a problem at all.
Cute place we stopped by on our way through Jackson. Service was great. Wasn’t busy at 1:30 pm on a Friday. We got the egg roll (ok), the wontons with cream cheese (meh), and the Landy Chicken Bowl to split between 2 people. It was enough food for both of us with no leftovers. Agree with others that the portions are huge! The chicken bowl was pretty good. Overall, it was a fine choice for somewhere to stop for lunch. Kind of mid
Thai Cafe’s phone doesn’t work so don’t bother calling in an order because all you will hear is a busy signal. If you show up 40 minutes before 8pm they look at their watch probably to give you some bad news about closing. The waitresses has the memory of a nat and will repeatedly ask you what you ordered over and over again. The food a not as good as it was with the previous owners. They ran out of wonton and didn’t have any egg rolls.
Terrible service! The guy at the cashier’s counter was BEYOND rude and disrespectful. I have never encountered anyone so awful. He is a terrible representation of this restaurant! I will not be back.
Amazing food and environment
Fantastic Thai cuisine to be found here, with lots of meat and vegetarian options. They use a "spiciness rating" when ordering a dish, from 1 (mild) to 10 (very hot). I had Pad Thai at 7 to test the waters, and will likely order 10 next time (my tolerance is decent). For reference, I'd compare the 7 rating to the heat of typical hot wings amped up just a notch. Atmosphere is cozy, with several dining areas in individually partitioned rooms, and an overall appealing Eastern decor. Service was a little slow (went for dinner on a Saturday) during busy hours, but very much worth the wait.
Thai Café in Jackson is absolutely wonderful! I ordered the vegetable Kao Pad. It was very delicious! I ordered mine with custom veggies, eggs, and level two spice. It was so full of flavor! The server “Taco” was great. He was very attentive to my needs. The chef is also the owner, which is nice. My favorite thing about this place is that she is willing to accommodate any dietary need. It doesn’t matter if you have allergies, are vegan/vegetarian, or can’t have certain things like sugar or sodium. She can make it work just for you! I’m looking forward to trying more items on the menu! 😋🥘
2 hours wait from time we were seated. Food arrived and Panang was plain white and had no panang flavor. Pho was sink water broth.. No flavor and tasted like rotten beef. One star was too nice. Don’t let the pictures or reviews fool ya. 3 people and spent $80.. which I don’t mind spending if the food was worth it. Never again and if you try it, then thank me later for this review. You will not be back!!
One of the best Thai places I've been in the US. I love Thai cuisine. I ordered the Laap Gai. I'm sorry I forgot to photograph 📸 it, but it was delicious. Great lemon 🍋 flavors 🍲 and just right amount of sauce/broth. I ordered a 7/10 on the spicy scale. I'd probably go down to 5 next time 😁 again, delicious 😋 😍 ❤️
Excellent food. Huge servings. Best egg rolls on the planet. Homey atmosphere. Name your heat from 0 to 10. They do not use MSG. Wednesday through Saturday only
I visited last week on a trip to Jackson. It was very eclectic inside, with several different rooms you could sit in.
The food is amazing and the people are the kindest
Loved the food , freshly prepared delicious dishes . Feels like being in Bangkok in one of those home Thai food eateries. Ahhan aroy maak ! Must try if in Jackson Tennessee!
Trash. Idk how this place has so many good reviews.
Very unfortunate but the food here is not authentic at all. I’ve tried multiple visits but the food is bland, too much sugar in the dishes. No fresh ingredients. Not real Thai food like you would find at most places. More of a deep southern Asian fusion style.
The food is very good with nice portions. You can adjust the heat of your dish to your satisfaction. The staff is professional and friendly.
Got some takeout Chicken and Beef Pad Thai and it was soooo good. Perfect for a night in. Definitely will come again when I'm back in the area!! Highly recommended!
I would not recommend this restaurant. This is not authentic Thai food and very over priced. The waiter was actually talking about having to raise prices. The chicken in the Pad Thai tasted like canned meat. We left hungry, because the food was too gross to eat. We ate at Deg Thai in Nashville, TN and were served more food, amazing quality, and $5 cheaper than our meal at Thai Cafe. Very disappointing.
Really good food!
Nice unique decor. Private seating areas for small meetings or larger families with children. Our server was kind but service was slow (and restaurant was empty when we were there except for maybe a few take-out orders); not sure if he was the only one working in the restaurant. We are very familiar with good Thai food (we are from Thailand); this food rates 2/10...noodle dishes did not have the appropriate noodles. We ordered the lo mein, pad Thai, and pad see ew...all had some fettuccine type noodle. Maybe okay for the American palate but definitely not authentic Thai food.
I'll just say this, I'm tempted to leave my career and go work there for a month washing dishes for the sole purpose of secretly trying to learn the recipe for their Pad Thai. It's seriously that good.
This is the Pad Thai I judge all other Pad Thai from, and I have yet to find anything close to theirs.
And be aware that their hours aren't typical restaurant hours, so call first to make sure they are open before you head to the Thai Cafe. Lastly, it is in the corner of the strip mall and easy to miss that there's even a restaurant in that building.
Now, go get you some Pad Thai!
Original owners are Back! Food is Excellence!
Absolutely amazing food! The restaurant was very busy when I got here, so had to wait a bit for food, but service was excellent. highly recommended!
I hadn't been in a couple of years because the food had taken a turn for the worse but they are back to their original greatness and the food was superb!
Everything I've had is delicious
One of my favorite hidden gems in Jackson. The food is a little slow coming out but you know your getting hot fresh food.
Awesome service and really unique food for this area.
All the dishes are outstanding. Try the hot and sour soup! Friendly staff and excellent service.
Yummy!
We waited so long to get our food. I got up to ask our server if it would be much longer and he almost ran into me on his way back to the kitchen to grab our food. He was hanging out with a friend half of the night and didn’t say goodbye because he was busy chatting. Lucky for him, my boyfriend got the tab before I could. He wouldn’t have gotten a nice tip from me unfortunately
The food was bland & there was an odd mist in the air when we walked in, like smoke. The waiter forgot about our table & didn’t seem to mind that our food was cold when it arrived. It took almost an hour to get our food & we ran out of water but he was nowhere to be seen. He didn’t seem to care at all about our experience
So the food was decent, atmosphere was nice. But the restaurant was almost empty and waiter rushed us to pick our food and then forgot about us, it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive & he never apologized for making us wait. When I walked up to ask about our order he said “oh your food has been ready, I was doing to go orders.”
Would not recommend
Several weeks ago tried the Sweet and Sour soup …… THE best I have ever had …… and definitely a gem for Jackson dining.
Today I had Egg Roll ...... again THE best I have ever eaten❣️
The prices are so good, that in fact, I’m concerned they will be able to stay in business ....... ᖴᗩᗷᑌᒪᗝᑌᔕ Ꭵ丅 Ꭵᔕ Ꭵᑎ ᒎᗩᑕᛕᔕᗝᑎ❣️🙏
Came in, waiter asked if I had a call in, I said no, he then asked what is wanted, I said I would like to dine in, he then said sit anywhere, I sat, he gave me menu, I then sat for 10 minutes, he never asked If I wanted water or if I was ready to order, he was busy on his cell phone texting, SMH
Staff was friendly and explained the wait, which was not a problem. However, the food was not tasty as I had expected.
I had the fragrant chicken, and fried rice with no spice, food was great large portions. Will definitely eat there again.
Food is great! Don't let the initial appearance discourage you.
Amazing food. But go dine in...If you're ordering out, order very early. Placed my order from here a hour and half before closing, only half the order was delivered, with a hour and half delivery time.
When I called, I was told that by the time I had placed my order they were "out" of that item. When I requested a refund on the items not delivered, I was told there wasn't anything that they could do, they were closing. But 5 stars for GrubHub!! The driver offered to go back and GrubHub gave the refund.
Excellent food and service. Highly recommended!!
Love this place. The staff is always super friendly and the food is consistently great.
The food was delicious and the portions are large
The staff was very helpful when I called and checked on what menu items were vegan. Most things can be made vegan, and they have a good understanding of what vegan means. Each meal is prepared when ordered and they have very substantial portion sizes. The food is fresh and delicious, and there is a good selection of menu items to choose from.
Of the many times eating, NOT ONCE have I been disappointed with the quality or quantity, nor the flavor or consistency of the dishes prepared. ...a real delight!
As for the customer service, though the waits are long, and dine-in space doesn't measure up YET, the care and intent of the staff is nothing but compassionate, inviting, relatable, and true. This place is destined for greatness!!
We had great food and a table in a private room.
Great food and service. Been here many times and this place does not disappoint. I suggest Landry’s famous chicken bowl.
It was ok very fresh but didn't like how the noodles turned to a ball and stuck together
Always amazing food. Be patient on busy nights.
We were in Jackson this week and decided to try here, and I'm so glad we did! Server was really great and nice, and the food was amazing! Also really great portions.
Chicken satay was overcooked and stringy. The accompanying peanut sauce was thin hardly any peanut taste. Service was slow kept having to catch the waiter and tell him to bring us something. He spent too much time socializing with other people. Main course was fair but not quite hot when we received it. Will not make a second visit.
Landys seectet menu is the hidden treasure.
Great food, and lots of it. Be prepared to take some home with you.
Great food, even better owner. And the music of the proprietor is great for lovers of the late 90's lol
I suggest when ordering for spiciness on food start at 2 cause 4 was very spicy and it goes to 10 on the heat .
Best and only Thai place in town!
The place is very stand-out with its table arrangements. If you have ever visited South East Asia, you will find a similar and familiar atmosphere here.
As most of the places in Jackson, this place is closed at 9PM. The latest order to be taken to go is 8:45.
Food is good. Some dishes are sweet, but still good. It is something unique in Jackson. I highly recommended it over the American cuisine restaurants in JAckson. Of course, it is just personal recommendation.
The menu is huge offering a variety of choices. You will have to try to know what they are. As of most describing menu, even with a lot of details, there is no way for you to imagine the taste. Especially for asian cuisine, they use a lot of seasoning in different ways to make the food. The ingredients is one story, how the chef cook is another story.
Come and try it out and you will see.
Wait time can be long, so call ahead.
Good staff, yummy food.
My wife and I both had curry there. She had the red curry, and I had the yellow curry. We both ordered it with 3 out of 10 spiciness. That was quite bearable without being big spice eaters. Delicious food, good service, reasonable prices, large portions. We have plenty left to enjoy again tomorrow.
Not impressed. We ate thai in Hawaii and Virginia. We always like to give food businesses the benefit of the doubt, so we ordered $60+ worth of food, including cream cheese wontons, egg rolls, and their three different curries. The dairy in the curry had separated, the egg rolls were more like burrito egg rolls. I enjoy smaller egg rolls so that you get a crunch with every bite. On another note their cream cheese wontons were fantastic.
Service was horrible. Waitress put food on our table that wasn't ours, I immediately told her that we didn't order it, she picked it up, and in the world of Covid-19, took it to the table across from us. Food came and we didn't eat it. Well, I had a vegetable egg roll and it was good. I had chicken fried rice and it was sweet. I've NEVER had sweet fried rice. When asked the spiciness of the dish, I ordered a 2 out of a possible 10 and again, it was sweet without an incling of spiciness. The person I was with ordered green curry with tofu and vegetables, with a spice level of 0. The tofu was soggy and there was definitely a spicy level to it. We paid and just left the food.
This is not a “fast food” restaurant because everything is cooked from scratch. We love the food from here - especially the Pad Thai (which my husband likes on rice vs the noodles) and the curries.
This is a great place to eat in or carry out l love the food and the service is always great and you get your money worth Loved it
The Pad Thai (10 hot, even hotter by request) was a perfect mix of sweet and spicy. Served fresh and hot and the server was super friendly and helpful.
If you enjoy eating SLOP go there. I should of known when I walked in and country n western music blasting the food would be terrible. Only if you can eat ghost peppers will you be able to swallow the food. The vegetable are mush and the egg roll was burnt n salty you couldn't eat the garbage inside. One of the most horrible experiences of eating Thia food. DONT GO THERE unless you like eating out of garbage cans.
Their food is so amazing, they give you a lot of food. The rice is a bit over cooked but it’s still good. I took my family and they loved it
Wonderful food, and love the people that work there!
This place is the best!!
First and last time. The Pad Thai - noodles were overcooked into one big ball of sticky dough, impossible to eat. It had zero vegetables, the peanut sauce was non existent and the peanut crumbs were counted. No bean sprouts, no lemon wegde.. If it hadn't been for the shrimp I added, at an extra change, it would have been just the mass of dough. Also, the noodles had a strange pink color and a strange sweet taste...I dared to taste only because I was starving, but after two bites, it went straight into the trash.
Our favorite Thai!
Every time every thing is awesome! Thank you for cooking everything so delicious! 💜
So good! Enough food to last both my wife and myself three more meals each. Best meat egg roll I've ever had as well.
This restaurant does not serve Thai food. It was one of the worst Asian meals we have ever gotten . I don’t recommend to anyone. We were there on Friday 11/24/19.
Our favorite place to eat in Jackson!! The food is delicious and the staff are very nice. We always get the pineapple chicken fried rice and yellow chicken curry!! It's more than enough food for 2 people. We always have leftovers between 2 adults and 2 children, very generous portions!! If service is slow, just wait... It's worth the wait!!
Unbelievable
Got the green curry (spice level 10) with just veggies and it was way more than I could finish. My partner got the pad Thai and usually he still has room for more, but he was so full he could hardly finish the whole meal. The spring rolls are huge too! Delicious and large amount.
Um wow. That's all I can say . I actually can't even describe how much of a suprise this was. Anyone who thinks this is thai food obviously has never left Jackson tn. I will post a picture of just the other half of what they call a egg roll. The rest of the meal which I think is supposed to be chicken pad thai was so bad I was laughing because I think it's a joke. Hands down the worst I hate to even call thai food I've ever had.
Good amount of food. Just wished there was more sauce. The noodle dishes were all stuck together. Server was very nice.
The food was amazing I loved the layout. The tea was good allbe a little too sweet for my taste. The server was kind and put up with our weird antics. The staff may be small but they still pull it off well!
Some of the best Thai food I've ever had. Portions are extremely generous, service is prompt and attentive and fun, dishes are so well prepared and inviting. This place is a rare, fun, delicious experience especially for Jackson TN.
Cozy little atmosphere and food was tasty
Popular place for takeaway, but not staffed for dine-in. It took nearly an hour to receive two appetizers, served 20 minutes apart. And if anything is sweet, expect it to be exponentially sweet (tea, sauces, etc.). The chicken satay was delicious and fresh, marvelously seasoned. Kind people, lots of repeat customers picking up take-away. This place would be better as take-away only or if an extra person was added to the kitchen and one to the dining room to help serve.
AMAZING!!!! The food takes a bit but you have a one chef handmaking it all from scratch. This food can not be beat. The pad thai will have you falling in love. The homemade huge eggrolls will make you wanna propose and the landrys chicken will get you to the alter.
Won't go back. The only thing they got right was their spice levels. Their menu was limited. Portions were huge but not very good. No veggies in anything we ordered, they were out of limes, and service was slow. I had high hopes but I'll keep looking.
Great food
Great experience and service. My first time to try Thai food. Very good.
My wife works in a Thai restaurant in Houston. This place puts her restaurant to shame - it really is that good! I can honestly say this is the best I’ve ever had - by far!
Wonderful food! You gotta get there!
Very good!
I waited an hour and a half for pad Thai from Thai Cafe' Of Jackson Tn AND IT WAS TRASH! Never again. In addition, my waitress was rude and crude ! No ma’am !
Not a great place to go if you're pressed for time. We came for lunch & it took 30 mins to get our food, but it sure was delicious when it came. We got the Nam Yum Tuk with steamed rice. The beef was so tender & flavorful. Be conservative with your spice level, because we got a level 4 & it was plenty spicy!
Great Mom n Pop little place, just need some help sometimes at lunch. Maybe more info on which dish isn't smoking hot authentic. Happy with my food tho.
Egg rolls are amazing! Wish it was open more often because the food is great.
Food is amazing.
We love Thai Cafe! We have eaten here for years. We most often call in to pick up the food because the service can be slower at times because of the small amount of employees they have. The chef is unbelievable and cooks from original Thai recipes. The egg rolls are exceptional. We like the Three Star Beef, the Pad See Euw, the Supreme Fried Rice, the Cashew Chicken, and many other dishes.
Building/tables/chairs need work, but food is outstanding.
I've been to MANY authentic Thai places in my travels and I'm thankful to have a good Thai place in town! This food is spot on and my go to for Southeastern asian food in the area. Don't expect the most luxurious tables/dining experience, but enjoy the food.
