I love LemonGrass Thai! When we walked in we were immediately directed to be seated at a table of our choice. I have been to this restaurant before and the staff is amazing and very friendly. I have been wanting to try the Thai tea for a while now, and it did not disappoint! It was very flavorful and not overly sweet. I also had the Chicken Chow Fun and it was delicious and succulent. If you are ever in the area I would highly recommend coming to this wonderful establishment!

As usual, hwy 24 coming into Chattanooga was backed up as usual, and I was super hungry. After hiking all afternoon, I needed food to refuel. I got off the Cummings Hwy because I was going to the Mexican restaurant in the same strip mall but found this place on the end and had to try it.
I walked in and asked if they had gluten-free options. The staff were very friendly and helpful so I had to stay to eat. The options I chose were the padi with tofu as the meat. The tofu were larger than most Thai restaurants and lots of ground nuts.
The food came out super fast and was very warm from being cooked fresh on the spot. I had to watch myself to cool the food before eating.
The only negative was that the food had too much salt or something in it, but it was still good and filling. It hit the spot, and when I got back on the highway, traffic was moving a lot faster, so I was happy I stopped to eat.

Would I recommend this restaurant? Yes
Would I return? Yes

We found this restaurant on a whim while working nearby. We ordered the tom kha and beef & chicken fried rice. They were very very tasty the soup was very nicely balanced and the rice was moist and flavorful. So much so thaat we went twice in 2 days. Will definitely go back

Decided to try the food here due to my usual thai restaurant being closed! This will definitely be my new go to spot! The Rangoons were the best I've had and the pannang chicken curry was so flavorful. When my husband tried mine he actually went back and got the red chicken curry which was also wonderful, kind of like the pannang with more spice! Will definitely be back! 👌🤩

So kind and a family owned business. The boys that are there helping their grandfather are precious. I hope this place prospers more than it has!!! The food is freshly made and absolutely amazing!!!!

The wait time was very long even though they were not very busy. The food was ok, nothing to rave about. Will not be returning.

Good food. One of several restaurants we dine in when we have to go to the big city. Music is a bit on the loud side and geared towards the young people who work the front. Brown rice is not on the menu.

What a great hidden gem in Chattanooga! We could not get over how wonderful the food, speed of cooking, and service was. I don’t think we even waited 5 minutes for food to start being delivered to the table once we ordered. The spring rolls & chicken satay were hot and delicious. The Tom yum soup was perfectly balanced in flavor. The pad se ew was super flavorful and even more amazing the next day. We will definitely stop by again when we’re in Chattanooga.

Ate lunch here this week for the first time and loved it! Nice little place that was clean, inviting, and well staffed. The server was very friendly and quick to offer detailed recommendations when asked. Ended up getting the Pho and it was excellent! Also tried a bite of my friend’s Pad Thai and it was great as well. Will be back soon to try other dishes.

I drive 30 minutes to go here it's always amazing

I called and ordered 3 dinners. 2 was ok but mine wasn't how I ordered it. I ordered garlic delight beef with no broccoli- med heat. What I got was chicken (which I do not eat with Thai) and it had broccoli on it (an already to it). Also no heat or spicy.Needless to say, I couldn't eat the meal.

Wife and I stopped here after visiting Lookout Point. Great food !! The Pad Thai was excellent, great flavor. We also had the Masaman which was almost as good as the Pad Thai. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere welcoming.

I am sorry to say, I really don't know where all of these 4 and 5 stars came from. There was no taste. The pannang curry came out looking more like soup. The pad Thai was just OK. We asked for medium spice and it didn't have any spice. I really had high hopes because we have been looking for a good Thai restaurant.

Nice little spot for lunch or dinner. I would stop in again whenever I'm out this way. We ordered the beef pad thai, thai tea and the fried tofu. The tea was a little too sweet but the waiter was kind enough to bring us unsweetened tea to add to it.

We are from Chattanooga but have moved to Fl . We still have family here so we visit often. We are so excited to find this wonderful restaurant ! The atmosphere is extremely friendly and with good vibe. The owner is kind. The food was outstanding! There were seven of us and everyone was pleased with their selection! We had dessert and they were all wonderful !! Again, this place offers great fresh food with an at home friendly feel! I highly recommend!!!❤️

Take out food was absolutely awful, shrimp lo mein was flavorless and not seasoned, noodles were super soggy like they was cooked hours ago and the spicy shrimp rice was spicy but flavor just tasted like burnt rice, will not be going back.

My family and I enjoyed everything about this restaurant. The service was prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. The environment is cozy and clean. The food was wonderful. The pho was the best I have had. The red and green curry were delicious as well as the shrimp fried rice. If you’re looking for a charming experience give these guys a try.

I won't rate lower than a 4, because ultimately its a local business and their food has a really good flavor at a reasonable price point. I need to voice a glaring concern of mine though. When I eat Thai food, I want it spicy! Everytime I go here, I always ask "please make it as spicy as possible. Thai Hot!" And it literally never has any heat to it, at all. It would be fine if when I asked they said "Sorry, we only do one spice level." That would be fine but they don't. They say "Ok!" And when they bring it out they say "This is extra spicy! Be careful." And it just isn't. Its like they're trying to create a placebo effect because they're incapable of making food spicy, but don't want to tell me no.

My company does a monthly catered lunch and this month we chose LemonGrass Thai. This was the best food we have ever had. So good!

Worth giving a try. We had the chicken fried rice and the vegetable rolls great quality food.

Best place Hands down in lookout valley to eat, a hidden gym. I’ll definitely be here wayyyy more often. Who knew this much flavor was in lookout valley lol

Everything here is fresh, hot, and delicious. Satisfying portions and proper flavor in every dish. Spiciness levels are always on point to warm you up on a cold day. Their soups are some of the best I've had. Definitely made with a love for good food.

Great food, the food is super authentic and tasty. Had the beef pho and loved it. Usually, pho at a Thai place is meh, but here was actually good. Kids had pad thai, and they loved it. My wife had panag curry and said it's the best she's ever had at a restaurant. Definitely recommend. The owner and staff were superb.

Food wasn't seasoned enough

Food tastes great, but it is only loosely related to the menu. I ordered the green curry with tofu, which the menu says comes with eggplant, bamboo shoots, carrots, bell peppers, cilantro, and basil. The server did not mention that they were out of eggplant, bamboo shoots, cilantro, and basil, so it came with onion, broccoli, peas, and snap peas, none of which I'm allowed to eat due to food restrictions.

I had dinner at Lemon grass last night. I was promptly served and taken care of. The food was out quickly and piping hot.

The best local food we've had in a very long time. The fried rice, cashew delight and everything else we tried was delicious.

I had the Pad Thai (Shrimp & Chicken combo) and it was very good. The portion was a good size and the price was good. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and the waiter was professional and courteous. I travel a lot and eat quite a bit of Asian food across this country and if I would definitely come back to Lemon Grass Thai for a second visit. Thank you for the excellent dining experience.

We are visiting the area and found LemonGrass Thai near our hotel. The reviews were good. My younger kids got steamed dumplings and shrimp lo mein. I had Panang curry with shrimp (pictured). Husband and son ordered Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. All were incredible and we ate every bit.

Not very good unfortunatly, siracha was watered down along with other sauces, food sub par taste.

The food was terrible. I ordered the pho, because I was craving for some nourishing broth. I know what pho is supposed to taste like, and that was nothing like it. The broth wasn’t even the packaged pho seasoning, it was mostly msg, because I was waking up dying of thirst last night. They told me the soup has beef in it, but it was a white meat, looked and tasted like pork. That was about the worst Asian food experience in my life, I didn’t feel good after eating that, my mouth was so dry. Don’t fall for the trap, go somewhere else.

I got the chicken Pad Thai and dumplings. The pad Thai was really good and authentic. The dumplings weren’t the typical dumplings I was accustomed to so they were not my favorite, but they were still really good. Definitely suggest this place.

LemonGrass Thai Restaurant is a wonderful place to get some very savory and tasty food that's not your normal, every day grub. I always have the red curry, and I would have uploaded a photo of this delicious dish, but it was so good, I couldn't wait to eat it long enough to take a picture of it. We have been to Lemongrass twice now. The food has been sincerely amazing and fresh, the staff is friendly and efficient and the restaurant is nice and clean. I can't stuff this tasty food in my face fast enough.
It's just that good. Delicious is a serious understatement. It's reasonably priced for the food quality and I am already looking forward to my next visit. You WILL NOT regret giving this place a try.

Ordered Spicy Basil Noodle and spice level Thai Hot with a side of Tom Yum Soup. Really good taste, excellent service and very neat environment. The basil noodle quantity was fulfilling and tom yum noodle had a lot of shrimps! I would visit LemonGrass Thai again if I ever visit Ruby Falls!

The tai tea is AMAZING. Ive had many tai tea and its the best I’ve had.The satay and dumplings were very good. The wings were kinda mid could use more flavor. The curry and the lo mein were good but lacking something we couldn’t put a finger on. We could only describe it as very clean tasting. Definitely not the oily take out taste we were looking for. The sauce’s could be improved but the staff was absolutely amazing. So kind and so thoughtful. They were quick and very helpful about the menu. Will come back to try more!

We had 3 days trip to raccoon mountain, found this diner around our hotel. I have ordered a vegetarian tofu curry it tastes great. My hubby ordered a noodle and chicken as starter. Overall it’s pretty good.

We were out of towners looking for a healthy ish lunch to eat before our next tourist trap. So we were in the mood for some curry. We ordered spring rolls and they came out almost immediately. Shortly after a couple of bites, our entrees came out. Kind of tells me nothing was actually cooked, only warmed up. We were the only ones there, so they weren’t in a rush. The spring rolls were a but chewy and not fully warm in the middle. The tofu was over fried and the peppers undercooked. The carrots were really squishy while the peas… the peas were practically crunchy. Really gross to be honest.

I don’t usually use Google to review places but I’m surprised this place had so many reviews. Maybe just a bad day?
