Thai food and bar
Food was amazing! We got fresh spring roll, pad see ew and Rama with tofu. All amazing and fresh. There was only one server for whole restaraunt and bar that I saw and one lady cleaning up. Food took 30 min and we were seated immediately on Saturday night. We will go again.
Food had no flavor. Bland and basic seasonings. Not the usual Thai flavors i am used to. Pad thai had more of soy sauce flavor than the traditional peanut. The ramen was just water and noodles. The teriyaki chicken was rice with a drizzle of sauce they call teriyaki but nothing can be further from the truth. The service staff needed help. We had to go ask the guy at the bar to come take our order. All dishes were served 10min apart so my family had to eat separately.
Love this Thai restaurant! My favorite Thai one downtown. The owner is such a genuinely nice human being! 💛💛💛💛💛 The food is very fresh. They have lots of curry flavor options and brown or jasmine rice. The pineapple curry is my favorite. I don’t think there is a wrong choice to choose on the menu though. 🙂 Definitely recommend this as one of the best choices on this side of Main Street!❤️🍲🍜
Update: Mae is the sweetest and most attentive waitress who deserves so much recognition for being so personable with excellent customer service!❤️💛 Would definitely recommend her.
I have only ordered online with pickup! The food and service is so good I've made it my company's go to for birthday lunches and favorite coworkers celebration! My orders have always been correct and ready on time! The food is always hot, fresh, beautiful and delicious!! I love this restaurant! So sorry, no pictures. It's so good I dive right in!
I can always eat Thai…
Is what I said to my coworker as we were texting back and forth about dinner the night before our convention. We picked this great spot downtown and we both got our favorites.
Drunken noodles for me and Panang Curry for her. We both ordered a #2 spice level and both felt a #3 would have still been enjoyably. We each ordered an appetizer. Summer rolls and spring rolls. Both were great versions.
Service is very fast. Food was good and portions were large. Big enough to split.
Give this place a try.
Probably the most under appreciated restaurant in Chatt! Great food every time with GF pad Thai that my celiac boys love!
I have been here twice. Both times the customer service was good and the food was quite tasty.
Rude waiter..... usually I will tip very well today I didn't. The waiter was rude and when I told him that my fish was wrong argued with me.... I have IBS so eating can be challenging at many places but when you argue about chicken being pork and my boyfriend is a farmer and confirmed it was chicken then you no longer deserve a tip plus he came by the table three times once to seat us and take our order one refill of tea then to drop off the check... My boyfriend and Son got sick immediately after eating here. We won't be back again we frequent many Thai restaurants but this was the worst I've ever been to with so many better Thai restaurants choose some places else if you have any dietary restrictions please avoid because if they are going to serve whatever they want it's not safe here if you have food allergies
Found out the hard way I am allergic to something in the pad woon sen but omg it was delicious at the beginning. The woman who gave me my order was very friendly too.
Waoooo what a taste. Must try if you are near by that area.
This used to be my favorite Thai spot in town, but my experience there today was AWFUL. My baby and I went for late lunch, and the staff had a bad attitude from the start. They sat me at a table piled with dirty dishes that I had to ask twice to be cleared away. Took me 2 tries and going to the host station to get a napkin, had to flag a waitress down to ask for a glass of water, and the food took 30 min during a quiet time to arrive. I had specifically requested no spice for my baby’s rice, but he took one bite and started screaming. I tried it, and it was as spicy as my curry, which was a 3/5 spice level. It was hard not to wonder if it was intentional after the level of poor treatment up to that point. Took 3 more requests to get boxes and a bag to pack up the food and just leave, having had one bite during the entire ordeal. Needless to say, we won’t be going back again.

The food at Alex's was phenomenal. We had the Drunken noodles and the portion sizes are perfect, and the soup was exquisite. Highly recommend and the service was very good, they are super friendly!

Some of the best noodle dishes outside of Thailand. The chefs know exactly how to spice and season the food. The Tom Yum Shrimp soup was perfection. We also had the Sesame Beef (my bf) and the Singapore Noodles. The Pineapple Fried Rice was a wonderful -- and I'm now cooking it at home because we can't drive to Chattanooga every time we crave it!
SO GOOD and amazing portion sizes

Always good. The portions are quite large too. I always take some home.
Cool spot but spicy isn't spicy
The best chicken pad Thai ever! And Thai tea as well. They have a lot of options. Love the owners. Sweetest.
This used to be one of favorite places until today. I got the pork belly ramen. One lady asked how it was but it was still hot. Once I tried it, it tasted just like fish and my wife agreed. When a guy asked if I wanted a to go box, I told him no, it tasted fishy. He then brought the check and still charged me. I even asked if he was still charging me and he said yes? Shame to lose two longtime customers over $16!
This is some of the best drunken noodles I have ever had! Very friendly service. The pad Thai is a bit dry and the ginger stir fry is just okay, not worth $18..
Love this place. Ordered the Southside Spicy, with 4/5 heat. Just right. Great atmospere. I'm excited to try more of the dishes.
Good Thai spot, good is consistent. the kids love the children’s fried rice. They let you choose how spicy hot you want your food!

Super fun place . I love coming here especially the minced chicken option. Only Thai joint in chatt that does!
Some of the best Thai for I’ve ever had throughout the world!!!
I can always eat Thai…

Give this place a try.
Excellent everything! The Panang curry was just about perfect except I didn’t get it hot enough. Go full level 5, if you like hot. They did offer chilis and that made it perfect. And they have Chang!! Extremely satisfied with my experience!
5/8/24 - Southside Spicy is simply delicious
1/14/24 - Crazy it was almost a year to the date that I last updated but this place is still awesome.
Simply put, this place is awesome. Owned by the same man that owns Thai Smile and you can't go wrong with either one.
Update 1/15/23 - Still keep going back because the food is incredible.
Update 5/31/22 - Still love this place. Give yourself a little extra time if you go here as a lot of things are made fresh.
One of my favorite Thai places in town. The pepper chicken is soooo good.
Took me 20 minutes to find this restaurant again on Google map, but defiantly worth it. This place I visited on my spring break with family and I remember laughs, service, and the food so good that the leftovers that were microwaved in the hotel was still good. One thing that stands out for me, is that THEY PLAYED SARAH BY ALEX G. Big fan of Alex G and I LOVE IT. But the review isn't also about that (kindaa). The food was yummy and I personally liked the heart with the rice and the fried rice was GOOD, to say for lease. 10/10. One of my favorite asian restaurant that you can find anywhere, but this one is differently awesome. IN A GOOD WAY.
The food is good, but the service is hit or miss. Adjust expectations (and make sure you're not in any hurry).
Update: Paid $17 for a bowl of pho this week at lunch. Call me cheap, but that's overpriced.
Best portion sizes in town. My (former) go-to for Thai food in Chattanooga.
Editing review years later due to slight frustration over their hours.
I don't love the break between 3-5...probably a labor/prep reason for it, but it does make it difficult to get carryout for folks who don't live Downtown or aren't planning to spend the evening downtown.
Still good food, still a great space, just never really able to get food from there bc I work downtown but don't live there. But it is what it is and still worth the visit if you're able to.
Best Thai I have ever had and I have had a lot of Thai. The veggie ramen is probably my favorite, or the veggie fried rice. The staff is wonderful. I love this place.
The best Thai restaurant in Downtown Chattanooga!!! Must try when you visit! Food portion is great!!!
Food was great, get the Nam Sod!
Absolutely wonderl and delicious thai! Highly recommend if you love thai!
Authentic Thai Food in Chattanooga...absolutely delicious! The crab noodles...will make you drive to Chattanooga spur of the moment!
Thank goodness I have a kid at UTC...I can get back to Alex's!
Delicious food, good service .
Friendly, competent staff.
I totally forgot to rate this place when I originally ate there it was really good food as I remember rather hot but the lady warned me about that before I ate it not too far away from the Chattanooga Choo Choo tour destination not too far away from the aquarium either parking is a nightmare most of the parking around the restaurant is paid parking
We love the pineapple fried rice with chicken. The chicken pad Thai is also really good.
So strike two for Alex. Been there several times over the years. Last two times not good. We’re done. Sorry Alex, your food is terrible and prices way too high. Just got a take out order. Was just awful. Ordered Low mein with chicken. They used ramen noodles instead, tasted weird, chicken was dry and had no flavor. Also got egg plant shrimp. Egg plant was way over cooked and mushy. Had a hard time finding the shrimp in it. Finally did, total of 5 smallish shrimp with the tails on,. Sauce way too sweet, also awful. Side of veggies ok, nothing special. Side dish of fried rice was basically white rice with some soy sauce for flavor, another miss. Sad, cuz we love Asian food. There is just no talent in that kitchen and the ingredients are low quality. Bye bye Alex.
Amazing reaturant loved the pad thai and the prices are reasonable parking isnt bad will definately return here great value
Great food with good prices. Very pleasant atmosphere reminded me of famuly run restaurants in Thailand. Definitely will come back again.
First time trying and I was completely blown away! They have taken this cuisine to a whole new level. If you’re a Thai food fan, you have got to try them out.
The food was so tasty! Great menu selection. Fantastic service. Definitely will be back!
The service was great, the food tasty and the atmosphere relaxed
Food was hot and delicious. Fast and comfortable atmosphere too.
I moved away from my favorite Thai food restaurant and I’ve been looking for a good place for chicken pad Thai. Alex Thai has become my new favorite!! Not only is the food incredible, but the service is A+! Mary was my server and she was so kind and attentive!! Alex Thai is lucky to have her!
Favorite dine in Thai spot in Chattanooga. Friendly staff, and good selection. We love the pad see ew and basil chicken. Spice levels are appropriate to what is requested
Mary and all the staff were amazing!! The food, the food was AMAZING!! First time here and we will be back!! ❤️
Get takeout here every week; the staff are so friendly and the Chicken Pad Thai is absolutely out of this world. Love Alex Thai and will consistently be back!!!
Loved the Pinneapple Curry with Chicken and The Bikini Shrimp!
Their Ramen Curry is addictive.
I read all the reviews about the service being terrible and decided to give it a chance anyway. Big mistake. Husband's order came out about 15 minutes after ordering, mine never came. I helped him eat his entire plate of food, the server never came by to check on us or update me on where my order was. Finally, I just told them to cancel my order since at this point I had waited 25 minutes after my husband's meal had already come out.
They were not very busy, but even so, a simple check-in or update from the server could have resolved the entire problem, since clearly the order got missed (seems to be a common occurrence based on other reviews).
To their credit, the few bites I had of my husband's meal were great. But I won't ever come back, so I'll never know if their other entrees are worth the arduous wait.
I’ve been many times; the service is always slow. Today was my final time. Waited 50 minutes for our food and it never came, so we left.
Absolutely the worst service ever. Bad service Doesn’t even come close to our experience. Our server Ryan forgot to put my food order twice. I reminded him after everyone’s food came out and still forgot put my order in. 6 people in our party and only 4 of us received our meals and we were still charged automatic 20% service charge even though Ryan only placed 4 meals and left two out. Food is good however be prepared for terrible service. RYAN you get a F sir…..
Bad service
I've eaten here a few times. It has always been delicious
Always excellent food and great service, even with 2 kids!
Food was amazing and service was great. Very busy.
Tucked in here for appetizers and to get spicy beef basil for the hubby.
Solid good place. Will be back. Kid had bad thai food last week... and liked it... I tried to tell him BETTER THAI food was going to blow his mind.
Crab rangoon and chicken mushroom dumplings were yum.
The chicken potstickers had a distinct canned veg-all flavor. I make a chicken pot pie with that stuff... so the chicken potstickers were NOT right for me. Odd to have that Veg-All flavor... why?? Surely... that is not an ingredient?!
Hubby is yet to be home for favorite food surprise.
Will be back. I want to try more stuff here.
Delicious, but SPICY, so order your numbers accordingly. If you are adventurous, order the 6 level spice.
I had the Mom Soup, and my date had the Curried Lamb. Both were delicious! Nice, low noise, very cozy. We were part of a group of eight. Everyone was very pleased with their food. The service was great.
We had papaya salad, spring rolls, ramens and curries. Everything was divine, great service, good portions fair prices. Our only night in Chattanooga and we made a good choice for dining.
I came here with my dad on my birthday this year. I was already happy to be in town, and I just wanted a good meal with my good old dad. This place was exactly what I was looking for.
We both really like Thai food, and I was happy each of us felt accommodated. The food itself hit the spot; we ordered Crispy Rolls for the table, and I got the Musaman Curry with tofu. I hope to be back again soon. I had a lovely experience.
Fun place. Food was great.
Had the prik pow noodles and it was great.
gone here 6 time,. sometimes they forget the spice, or forget your food or it takes a long time, but theyre doing their best and always make it up to us.
food is 😙👌 i like the panang curry @ 4/6 spiciness.
The curry Ramen was excellent!
Alex’s was nice enough to accommodate our large group reservation. I really enjoyed my pork ramen and some appetizers.
Pad Thai was super!
It's a gem!
If you love Thai cuisine, this is a must. The main theme is spicy food.
My favorite is curry. They have six types of curry and six level of spicy. I got the green one and level 3. It was perfect with hot steamed rice. We also have the papaya salad, which is sour and spicy.
Table is a bit small when you order more than three dishes, but that's manageable.
There's a bar right in the middle for those who need to level up the spirit and the mind.
Parking can be challenging during rush hour.
I have been here four times and tried four different meals. It has been FANTASTIC every time. Hands down the best Asian food restaurant in the Chattanooga area.
The only complaint I have is the parking is terrible. This is not Alex's Thai places fault though. The area has lots of interesting eclectic restaurants, but because they are in the downtown area parking is overly expensive and a real pain in the butt!
We family of 4 has ordered clay pot,Southside spicy chicken, pikpaw and kids chicken fried rice...All the food were very delicious and tasty...I mean really tasty.
Food quantity:They are very generous with the portion and price is very reasonable.
If I am back again at Chattanooga I know where to have my Thai food.
Have been wanting to try this since I moved down here, so glad we stopped by. The service was very quick and the atmosphere was amazing. They were playing Hell’s Kitchen which I thought was fun. I got the pad Thai and they let me get the thick noodles instead of the thin and it was amazing! The crab rangoons also get a 5/5 because there was actual chunks of meat in it.
Interesting variety of Thai and Japanese dishes. My wife enjoyed their Pad Thai, very generous portion. I had a great mussaman curry. Music is a little overpowering. Good appetizers. Friendly staff.
Best Thai in Chattanooga...DO NOT OVER DO THE HEAT
Usually I always take pictures of the food I order and eat, but for some reason when I come here I'm always so hungry and just eat immediately lol. I usually get the Pad Thai tofu with medium spice. I think the medium spice is a good level with a nice kick, and I liked the texture of the tofu. For me, I like my pad thai with a little more sauce but it was still good. Their portion size is very large as well. I joined my party a little late, with about 15ish minutes before closing but all the servers were pretty quick to get to us. Service at this place is just excellent, I was missing a to-go order that wasn't prepared when I got there but they immediately fixed it. The servers were always checking up on us. We also met the owner at the end of the night and he was so kind and down to earth. Overall it's a 4.5/5 for me. Thank you for treating our large party well, I look forward to coming back again :)
Amazing! All the food was excellent especially the Pad Thai
Loved the masuman and panang curry and coconut soup and such a sweet waitress
I’ll start with the positives: staff was friendly and the portions are HUGE, so you get a lot for your money.
However, both dishes that my daughter and I ordered needed more seasoning. They were just kinda bland. Also, being seated next to boxes of fish sauce didn’t do anything for the atmosphere of the restaurant.
Simply delicious. I'd like to describe it as the best Thai restaurant in ALL OF CHATTANOOGA but that sometimes implies it being expensive, which it is not. Are you new in town or passing through and hankering Thai? You'll be glad you decided on Alex's.
It's a charming restaurant with great staff and better food. Great place to go on a date. A true gem
I wish you many many successful years.
Great food as always, but really just wanted to get it off THAT number!
I had a craving for a giant bowl of ramen, and this place more than delivered!
The waiter took the order wrong and was aggressive when we mentioned that order was incorrect. He eventually verified the order in his notes and replaced the order but didn’t apologized.
The food was salty and no where close to authentic thai.
Unbelievably delicious food! I highly recommend trying the yellow curry noodles. I will be coming back for these!
Food is excellent, but you never know if they'll be open or not. Multiple times in recent months I've driven downtown, searched for a parking space, and walked over just to find that they're randomly closed. Definitely call before you go or place a to-go order on an app!
Food and service is great, but be prepared to wait for your food on a busy night. This is a small-ish place with limited staff, but I think it's worth the wait!
The food is delicious and very fresh. We always receive great service. My husband and I eat here a lot. We are fortunate to live close by so many amazing resturants.
Little slow getting your food but well worth the wait!
Food was outstanding and the service even better. I highly recommend the chili paste. The Prik Pow noodles were simply great!
We arrived at 9:30pm and the host seemed to be in a bit of a rush, since they were closing at 10:00pm. The restaurant was about half full and the interior was clean (although our table has some spilled liquid under it} and had plenty of Thai decor to really set the ambiance. The food was good, and for my spice lovers, I got spice level 6 and it did nothing but made my nose run.
Overall everything was good, nothing stood out to make me prefer this over one of my favorite Thai restaurants, but I am sure with the variety of the menu I could easily find a reason to come back more.
1st time there and the experience was wonderful. The only disappointing thing was that there was not enough Thai representation. There are Japanese Geisha and Coi Fish and I believe over the door looked more Chinese with the Thai flag...but I was hoping to see more of a Thai setting. Don't get me wrong, I love Japanese culture and seeing the Geisha dolls were nice...just was hoping to see นางรำ.
The top Thai in Chattanooga..this place is amazing..can't find things I do t like..great food great portion size, and strong tasty drinks..love love ❤️ love ❤️
I had their chicken pad thai and it was amazing. Thank you. I must add, the portion size was more than enough. That dinner became two meals.
Large portions, many options, and consistently delicious. They have a bar and draft beer. Family-friendly, outdoor seating options, and friendly servers. Service can be slow at times. Prices are reasonable for Thai food.
Visited for the first time, and had a great experience. Very nice staff, beautiful interior, fast service, and DELICIOUS red curry.
Food is awesome, but they take a long time. They will tell you one time, but it will likely take much longer than what the said. Told me 45 mins, took an hour and 20.
Food was excellent
Try the crab Rangoon 🦀 😋 Never disappoints
no matter how good the food was, it was not worth an hour wait with an empty restaurant… the server was very nice but unable to accommodate any changes to the food. and the food in the end was just fine. we also got plastic ware when everyone else got silverware… kinda weird.
Really solid choice for Thai! Not the fastest with service, but it was very delicious!
Honestly, i wish i could give this place 0 stars. The service was nice besides the fact that it took us 40 minutes to get our food. They seem to prioritize completing their to-go orders over dine-in orders. This is the least authentic Thai food i have ever tried in my life. Their curry’s are way too watery and they just taste like coconut broth. The vegetables were undercooked and the overall taste of their dishes aren’t authentic. I got the level 5 out of 6 spice, and it wasn’t spicy at all. It isn’t worth trying if you want real authentic Thai food and might i add, the prices aren’t cheap. I ended up paying 30$ including tip (since my waitress was kind) for a watered down and undercooked curry entree. Also, parking is whack.
I’m not typically one to leave negative reviews but I’ve just had my second bad experience here in a row (after 2 decent experiences). A few weeks ago, I went to Alex, was seated with my boyfriend and we waited 20 minutes as servers walked past us multiple times - we were never spoken to again or asked if we’d like a water - I couldn’t even get the waiter to make eye contact with me - nothing. So we got up and left. I understand being busy but at least say hello and that you’ll be with us in a moment. Chalked it up as a bad night. Tonight, I placed an order to go online where I was given A 24 min wait time, then a 33 min wait time. Then after arriving at the 30 minute mark to pick up the food we were told it would be yet another 25 minutes. Then, after checking back, we were told it still was not ready. We really enjoy the food here but the service has been really terrible. Will not be back anytime soon.
The best food I've had all year...
I've eaten Thai food all over the country and at several spots around the globe, and Alex's has stolen my taste buds! It's the only spot that has even come close to the freshness and quality I've experienced in Thailand! I'm a huge fan on Tom Kha, so my only real complaint is the serving size vs price, but that won't stop me from getting a bimonthly fix!
I don't know if they were having a bad night, or if they were too busy on a Saturday night to ensure quality, or if they just phone it in for pickup, but our experience and the food quality were just plain bad.
We showed up at the estimated pick up time, and the staff asked which order it was, walked away, and didn't come back for 20 minutes. When they did come back, they said it would be another 20 minutes, so we left to run an errand. 5 minutes later, we received a text that our food was ready. Not the end of the world, but frustrating.
When we finally got home with our food, it had no flavor. Like, none of our dishes had any flavor. Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Beef and Brocolli...it was crazy! All the meat was very chewy and tough too. We also had multiple people mark spice level 3, and then get wildly varying spice levels. One dish was so spicy we had to abandon it. No one finished any of their dishes.
Worst Thai food any of us had ever had, and a very disappointing evening.
One of my favourite Thai restaurant. We usually order Drunken noodles and Tofu Fried rice.
You get to choose the spice level. I’m used to super spicy food so I go with 4 or 5 and it perfectly satiates my cravings.
4 of us in our party - each of us ordered different food items. All of us were in agreement the food is very flavorful and we all will be back.
I have been three times and the food is excellent. I will say, it generally takes more than an hour to receive as they “only have one cook”. Not the place to go for a quick dine, but if youre good the time go for it!
Wow, the food here is on point. I’m gluten free and they had clearly marked gluten free items on the menu, this gets huge bonus points in my book. The food was flavorful and there was a lot of it. No skimping here. Just go, you won’t be sorry.
The service and the food were on point.
Understaffed af. Be prepared to wait.
Food slaps tho
We just ate here, and we are so glad we did!! The food is authentic Thai! The Penang curry was delicious! The yellow curry noodle were so yummy!!You can choose the spice level you want we like it hot and they gave it to us just like the authentic Thai dishes in Thailand!! This is a must do in Chattanooga!!
Had the Singapore Noodles, while I was expecting Singapore Mai Fun so I was a bit disappointed as I had had that there before and it was fantastic, this dish was similar and very good. The people were very nice and service was quick
I've got mixed feelings about this place. The food was pretty good (although not spicy like Thai food should be) and the people were friendly, but the service was really fouled up and this was on a Friday night! When we got there (around 6p or so), the place was about half full and we were seated right away. We were followed by several other guests until the place was mostly full.
We did get our drinks in a reasonable amount of time, but then it went downhill. Other people began to get food that came in after us, but even they were getting only one plate per table in several cases (as opposed to all of the food for one set of guests at a time). I finally had to ask what was taking so long to get our order and that we had been waiting longer than later guests upon which our food came out soon afterward.
I don't know if maybe they were just having a bad night or it was a new server as he seemed to only take drink orders after that but it was still somewhat irritating.
My wife had told them when we ordered that it was my birthday and they did bring a dish of vanilla ice cream on the house which was nice but felt like an afterthought considering the delays.
I will stop short of suggesting going somewhere else as they do have an extensive menu, but I've had just as good or better Thai food at other places so if you go, maybe you'll have a little better experience than we did (service wise).
The food was excellent but the service was not great and it took FOREVER to get our food.
Visited on a Sunday while it was busy and sat down after a brief wait. Server took about 10 minutes to take our drink order and then another 10 minutes to get the drink and then she was ready for our order. She took our order and then we waited. After 20 minutes the couple next to us received their food and sat down after us. The server came over briefly after the couple next to us received their food and said she apologized that she forgot to put our order in. We were patient again and waited. 10 minutes later she came back and said she needed the order again as she lost our original order. We walked out and will never come back.
I hate to give them 1 star because the food is great and very authentic. However, it takes almost 2 hours any and every time I order something. It doesn’t matter if I’m dining in or having take out. I’d like to add that I had my birthday party here and it was a disaster. I called days in advance to make sure it was alright and they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. Not only did the food take 2+ hours, my nieces food (she ordered first) never came (they offered her the tea for free which simply didn’t suffice to a 6 year old), and had the audacity to manually type in and charge 20% instead of the 18% listed on the menu. My guests didn’t have a problem with paying it if the service had been good but with everything that happened we thought it was tacky to expect a higher tip.. especially, without asking. They felt entitled to charge us more and did. I was so embarrassed because I talk to good about this place. I mean honestly the food is AMAZING. The owner needs to hire more staff to help in the kitchen and in the dining room. I write all of this as a final straw. I ordered food and was told 20-30 mins. It took 1 hour and 45 mins!! Absolutely ridiculous!! After hours of waiting for my food I just realized the order is completely wrong!!! Very very disappointed.
Love this place! Although they do have some ramen and pho option, I’d recommend sticking to their thai options. Came in for lunch, and all our food was great. I ordered my drunken noodle spicy, and boy it was! It is definitely spicy even by my southeast asian standard 😁so beware! 🌶 🌶 My husband’s pineapple chicken was great too (didn’t get to snap a picture). Spring rolls were good: crunchy & piping hot. They do have plenty of option of food to try, so I’ll definitely be coming back. Service was also great. Highly recommended.
Food was great. Service was extremely slow especially when we were the only 2 in the restaurant to begin.
Every time I go here, the food is pretty good but the wait for food is ridiculous. Whether dining in or ordering pick up, expect to wait 2-3x longer for your food than other places. My advice is order pick up 45+ minutes before you actually want it and then hopefully it’ll actually be ready by the time you get there. Also double check your bag to make sure your entire order is in there!! Not sure if the kitchen is understaffed, but this has been an ongoing issue for over a year.
Bad customer service. Will not be back.
