Amazing food that you wait till you starve to get. Never a manager there, to go orders take priority over sitting customers that will tip their servers, the kitchen is always understaffed. A 12 yr old could manage a restaurant better and at least there would be a manager. Stay away if you want fast service and a good experience. Go if you have 2 hours to wait on great food. Or place a to go, that's all they care about.
I don't know why this place is a 4 star because it's truly amazing!!! It's small but cute and the waitress and hostess tonight were amazing ~ the NC Noodle Bar special soup was amazing and just the right level of spicy. The noodles were soft and well seasoned! I WILL be coming back!! It's a hidden gem for sure.
☆6/30/23 Update☆ This place has changed. When I mention change, it has gone in the wrong direction. The quality of the food is off a bit, not the same, the presentation seems off, the cleanliness that I was used to has gone away. This cannot be my beloved NC Noodle Bar!?! The atmosphere is so tacky. Chairs and seating upholstery are falling apart. What are you guys doing? Flies everywhere, wobbly tables. Why, why, why would you let this happen? The waiter from the DR was outstanding. He even tried to sing to our 2-year-old son who was crying. I will be praying that you can turn this place around and head into a new direction. Maybe hire a manager or call Restaurant Impossible. You definitely need someone with some fresh eyes and fresh ideas.
Previous Review: If you're within 100 miles of this place, YOU BETTER GET IN THERE IMMEDIATELY. This is the best food in any category in the city of Rock Hill.
The food was good, but the value compared to the price nowadays is not great. Our young server was the best I have ever been graced with. She was handling the front desk, to-go orders, serving tables, and bringing out food all by herself. This place is a must-visit just for her service alone. I didn't get her name, but truly, she was amazing at her job with less than a year of experience (making an assumption here). We didn't bring any animals with us during our dining session. The kitchen was slow, but that's because the restaurant was overflowing with orders when we arrived.
Edit: Forgot a couple things. I was not racially profiled. The music wasn't loud. And I am not a disabled/veteran. Food took over an hour to get. And did I mention that the young server was the best I'd have ever seen.
I went to this restaurant today to see what the hype was and, yes it was delicious. I ordered the pad Thai with chicken AND OMG I would recommend this on the menu! The service was awesome came checking on me asking if I wanted a refill. The atmosphere would be a 5 out of 5!!!!
Really good place.
They ONLY reason I give them a 4 is we did have a bad experience that was just ignored and not resolved.
I chalked it up to the waitress and manager having a bad night.
Is a great restaurant good aasian Food good Farr but too much garlic the spring roll with the shrimp and tofu or pork In Charlotte you can add chicken. I just wish you could do chicken too please but they’re good!
Ive been eating here since it opened on herlong.
I have noticed the decline in food quality and service. We have seen their best and worst.
With Thai food being a favorite of mine I now have chosen to take my business elsewhere.
I hope they improve on the service, employees are rude most of the time and it's just dissipating.
Originally from Houston, TX and this place here has officially topped any place back home and here in the Carolina’s. When they say level 5 is their spiciest believe them, it truly is. It had me crying, but I loved it it’s the type of spice you just can’t get enough. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. And let’s not talk about the price, totally worth it..
this was my first time at this noodle bar. The service was slow. They were very busy which I understand that and the taste wasn't what I expect it to be my waitress never asked me. Did I need anything else or was my food Good nothing I don't know if I'll be going back

The pho was EXTREMELY bland. The fried rice was okay. Ordered 2 meats in my rice and barely got any of either one. Would not come back

Addicted to the Drunken Noodles with Chicken.
Great food.
The service was great, the waitress was really nice and the food came out fast. The food was bland, and they didn’t ofer seasonings.
We separated my grandsons 20th birthday party here, the service was great and they helped conduct the event very greatly!! Thank yall very much for all the help in this special day for my grandson!! He will remember this forever!!
I had beef pho and sweet tea
My husband had NC noodle house special with Curry chicken, beef, and pork and tea
Eating the Bang Bang Noodles is like getting a warm hug from a good friend
Shrimp soup is soo good. I love all their food. My new regular spot!
Umami flavor all around!
Very delicious. I had to stay in Rock Hill and I've eaten here everyday (3 days) I've been in town. The soup was good, but the fried rice is AMAZING!!! And just when I thought it couldn't get any better. I ordered the Yellow Curry w/chicken. OMG 😱😱😱
I will be back as soon as I get off. I think I will try the Red Curry today. Or maybe some type of noodle dish. Kudos to the cooking staff. They know wth they are doing.👍🏾💯💪🏾💙👊🏾
EDIT: I have to remove 4 stars. I just received my order via Door Dash but can't eat it because you guys didn't put any utensils in the bag!!!
I'm parked outside of a facility doing contract work. By the time I get off my food will be cold!!
Great food
Noodles were chewy, dull flavor, sat down ordered and people who were sat and ordered after us got their food first, ordered a spicy dish which was not at all spicy, pho broth was alright but had odd aftertaste, pork had NO flavor. Fried rice was good 👍😋
Stopped for dinner with hubby who got drunken noodles on low spice and I got pad woon sen, both with chicken. Very good food. Great service too.
Food was very good and the waitress was very nice. Will be back.
Actually went 2x for their Pho. Delightful!
Thai and Vietnamese fusion done right. Excellent service which is only topped by the food. Best pho and tom yum in town!
Well I'm actually shocked by how low effort their pho is. It is literally ONLY broth, noodles and a few pieces of overcooked beef. If they don't want to make pho they just shouldn't put it on the menu.
I will write more in depth later, waitress and Miguel were awesome but the manager just ruined my family returning. I didn't eat my Special soup , only had chicken, broth and one egg. No noodles or vegetables and the manager took off $1.20 ...... Said I should have asked for noodles.....

Food is okay but it’s way too expensive for the quality and quantity. I rather go to Fuji Japan to get my money’s worth. The serve here is also very slow
Hot Pad Thai level 3 heat was amazing. It's my favorite place to get Pad Thai. I will come back
The best Green Curry I've had in a while. Very good service. I visited during lunch hour.
Awesome food in a not so nice area off Cherry rd. Don’t let the looks deceive you!
I went to this restaurant today to see what the hype was and, yes it was delicious. I ordered the pad Thai with chicken AND OMG I would recommend this on the menu! The service was awesome came checking on me asking if I wanted a refill. The atmosphere would be a 5 out of 5!!!!
We asked for lo mein but got spaghetti noodles 😩🥴
Love this place, great service, great food, great atmosphere
My husband and I's favorite restaurant since we moved to Clover. Everything we've had here has been amazing.
I’ve ate here twice, once for lunch and the second for dinner. Service both times has been on the slow side, but it’s very friendly and the drunken noddles are worth the wait!
This is one of my favorite places to eat. I have to have either the Pad Mee Lao or Pho once a week. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is laid back. One thing to note is the food is already spiced so if you order level 1 you are adding an additional level of spice. I like a little spice so I order level 0 with chili sauce on the side so I can adjust the heat to my preference.
Food was very basic, no authenticity. Service was not great either.
They served in a porcelain play that had a lot of cracks. Added vegan fish sauce in my dish and when I asked if there was any seafood in it, they said it’s not their problem since it’s vegan. And they were very rude with the way they handled.
Waste of time and money. Did not finish the food and also did not take away any left overs as it was just tasteless.
Not a great experience. Will never visit again.
We’ve came from Chicago for a camping trip and my family were craving an authentic Laotian/Thai dish. We’re glad we found NC Noodle Bar! Staff were great and food was delicious! They have many varieties of adult drinks as well! Ordered my favorite dish, Beef Lad Na. Will definitely be back again if we’re ever in the area. Thank you guys!!
Food is just okay but not really worth the price. Heat scale is off as well depending on who is cooking the day you're there, I'd expect it to be off a little, but my pad Thai was noticably different each time I ordered it. Always at a 2. Ranged from no spice to I couldn't eat it. Drinks are good tho.
Excelente food, great portions, delicious flavor, and very friendly and helpful staff 10/10 shout-out to Angie
Best pad Thai in the greater Charlotte area. We order it at least 2-3 times a month and still aren’t tired of it 😬
The Beef/Steak Pad Prig was very good. Also had stuffed chicken wings on a prior visit. It was very good.
I order pho what I got it wasn’t pho it was just noodle broth on pho wasn’t right they didn’t have basil for pho worse pho I ever had in 15 years of pho experience they bring me food and no silverware no napkins no water I asked for parsley because they didn’t have basil for pho they bring me one peace of parsley. They put on my bill $12 for vegetables pho plus $2 for adding beef but it wasn’t any vegetables in my pho at all.
The food atmosphere and customer service was top of the line. However I only had one piece of chicken in my noodles. 😢
We LOVE NC Noodle Bar. We always get take out so I can’t say anything about the dining experience. The food is always delicious. The prices have increased over the past few years but that is to be expected in this time. They always get our order correct.
The food is so great!!
Go here if you want slow service and to be gaslit by the servers!!!
Great service and great food!! We will go again!
I have been here several times and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Last night I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I had the drunken noodles, which I get Everytime...when the waitress put my plate down...it smelled of raw chicken....but I had the shrimp. I bite into my food because I was starving and some of the noodles were not done, they were actually hard and the taste was definitely strange....I've never had a problem and I'm just hoping they had an "off" night....I will give them one more try, but if it's like last night...I won't return.
First time ever wanting to try this place and will never be back. As soon as we walked in an elderly gentleman waiting in line, walked out frustrated. The smell of garlic in the restaurant was very strong but we thought we'd give it a try as it could have been from someone's plate. We waited for 15 min to be seated and were completely ignored by both the waitress who saw us but quickly turned away and the guy working behind the tall desk (who was just inches from us with a picky customer who was taking the whole time asking questions about their dishes instead of placing an order). I understand helping the person who was just a second ahead of us as we walked in right behind the picky customer, but employees should be able to multitask, acknowledge the customer too whose waiting to be seated, or at least say hello. With that bad service and waiting so long, there was no point and we left.
The only bad thing I have to say is half our party got their food 15 minutes before the rest of the party. So they were almost done eating before the rest of the food came out.
The tom kha isn't actually tom kha. I told the waitress this and that I didn't like it after only eating like 3 bites but I still had to pay for it. Will not be back
Love this place. Missing out if you haven't been there. My little secret place , help keep them open forever. The owner is a doll.
Love the Thai tea here. They customized a great ginger, mixed veggies, and chix dish. My daughter and I always split the beef Pho and fresh rolls with peanut sauce.
Pho was great, but condiments that came with it, even though you paid extra, were horrible. No bean sprouts, 1 small round of jalapeños, one leaf of basil. Only place in town for pho - but they need to do better for the price. I paid over $100 and got $50 meal.
Food and service are awesome!!!
NC Noodle Bar is one of my all time favorite restaurants in Rock Hill. I usually get a spicy Pad Ma Mung. It has cashews, red bell pepper, and chicken. SOOOOOO good. I can’t recommend this place enough. Their pad thai is great, and their Pad Woon Sen. If you don’t find what you like, try some other items.
Really like the flavor of the bang bang noodles not a fan of the veggies. Shrimp spring rolls are literally just shrimp rolled up. Can’t order anything but grilled food and fried food after 8:45 which sucks considering I don’t eat meat.

Jam
Not a authentic bar worst noodles I've ever had will never eat there again or recommend it to anyone
The added sugar to everything was a major turn off for me. And then looking me in the eye and telling me there's no sugar in the meal was disgraceful. Explaining that the super sweet taste came from the soya sauce was just plain dumb. When my husband and I came home, we tossed the take out in the trash.
We waited for far too long, and then they decided to fill our curry only halfway up. Afterwards, they proceeded to make us wait longer to fill the containers up with just milk.
Food is always good, always fresh and well presented. My only issue is that this restaurant can't keep its staff. No sooner get to know the host and wait staff....and all the faces change. Whomever manages is doing something wrong....or not doing something right.
I got the Tom Yum soup and it was delicious. If I had a larger appetite I would have tried more items.
Nice staff and clean dining area.
Called 45 mins before i got home to place a togo order was asked to hold, was on hold for 30 mins before i hung up and tried to call again but phone was left off ringer so no call could go through, i then drove to establishment where i told the manager what happened and she was very rude about the situation and said it just happens which is ridiculous. This is the third time this has happened do not recommend ordering togo at this establishment very poor service
Waited an hour for Pho. My first and last time here. Also, no sauces comes with your Pho, you must pay extra!
I really liked this place. The bartender was as sweet as sugar. Food was super tasty. Would highly recommend
I ate here for a quick lunch on Saturday and it was GREAT! COME HUNGRY! I got the yellow curry, 4 star spicy, and my BIL got the Lad Na. Everything was piping hot and fresh, lots of food for the $, and our server was super friendly as well. I loved the fact you guys had Juicy Jay on tap! This will definitely be my go to place for curry now!!
Was told dish was not spicy however it was.
Thai food and I go way back. Over the span of 33 years I've had it in New York, I've had it in L.A., I've had it in Atlanta, I've had it in Charlotte. Noodle Bar gets it mostly right. There's just no essence of the food's actual origins present, and that makes me a little sad. It's American Thai food. Thankfully, they still made it taste good.
Great little spot for lunch or dinner, ordered the Bang Bang Noodles with Pork and they were pleasantly spicy and full of flavor. The service was friendly and quick, no issues at all. There were a variety of appetizers and entrees for spice lovers and haters alike! Definitely recommend
Excellent restaurant, as good as it’s always been. The new location has great parking! Best Americanized Thai food in Rock Hill-it isn’t super authentic, but it doesn’t advertise itself as such. The facilities are acceptable and the restaurant itself is simple. This would be a good restaurant for someone who wants to branch out and try new Asian dishes because they have a variety of styles of noodles.
Hands down, the best Thai food I've ever had and they have a lot of drink specials! My favorite is the curry chicken, but everything is good!
They didn’t tell us before, but they charged us for extra sauce. Nether the less, the kids ordered soups that was super super spicy and didn’t agreed to replace them. Be ware, other better options around!
Staff was noticeably sick.. didn't seem very authentic so decided to order burger and fries..waited 30 min for the smallest burger and fries I've ever paid over $10 for.
I always call in my order for the bang bang noodles, which is very good if you like spicy food.
The food taste was awesome, I am an Indian who recently moved to SC in USA and this restaurant has very good Asian noodles and rice menu ...the bang bang noodles were yummy and so was the kids fried rice, the service is great and the staff is so warm and friendly ...had a great experience and will certainly visit again .. thank you for the lovely food
Food is okay and staff pressured us to leave before closing time
New location but same company. Food wasn't the greatest not that I can remember. Got pho, no sirrhaca or hoison sauce, the pad Thai had no Cilantro etc. It was ok. Wish they kept it the same like from the little place across from the hosptial.
Don't normally leave reviews. But was disappointed with the noodles I ordered. First it cost $14 for the noodles and when I ordered I asked for mild to no spice. When the noodles came out they were covered with red flakes of spice which made it about a 5 level spice. I eat at all the time at Thai food spots, I've been to Thailand and eat legit Thai food, so I fully understand the level of spices and how it works. But overall the biggest disappointment was nothing was done about when it brought it up with the waitress. It was take or leave it but I had to pay for it and that was it. Unfortunately Won't be back just for that reason. I'm sure the food is good but poor customer service.
I will definitely be back to try more things. I had the NC Noodle House Special Noodles, it was a little bland, but a huge portion. He got drunken noodles+2 spicy and it was delicious, great amount of spice, without being painful.
The Crab Rangoon was absolutely the best I've ever had. 🤤
Service was great, so I definitely wanna go back and try more menu items.
I felt so out of place, my wife and I sat there waiting on our main course for 45 mins to a hour while everybody else in the restaurant that came after us eat and left all white and we the only black people in the restaurant had to wait I will never spend my money here again. Everything was wrong, our server come to our table 3 times smiling and saying how are we doing except from not getting your food but not one time check on our order, when I finally say something is like our order wasn't even put in when they finally bring something out it was the wrong food. Told our server we are vegetarian and vegan and we order curry with tofu I got beef soup with egg in it, I am so pass mad 😡
We decided to give this place a try after great reviews. We ordered pick up online! Easy to do. Don’t let the outside scare you. Amazing taste and amazingly done. The pad Thai was extremely well done and i could not taste any fish sauce (which is what the bad ones taste like). The dumplings 🥟 were also 💯... will be going back and trying other dishes.
Checked this place out for dinner while staying here overnight on our way to Hilton Head and was blown away at how good their shrimp Pad Thai is. I’ve had some great Thai food in the past but their Pad Thai was the best I’ve ever had. The flavor in it was absolutely phenomena l(nice and saucy too, not dry like some places) and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. Almost thought about getting a to go order of it to eat later lol! Definitely will eat here again next time we pass through!
We have not had a bad meal here and we've ordered dine in and carry out
NC Noodle Bar at Cherry Rd is always SO good!! They give amazing service and staff are super lond. Will eat here again and again!!!
Of course my fave is the NC Noodle Special soup!!
Thanks for some delicious food today!!
Very yummy food I love the fried rice and my noodles, check this small little building out when you can, super awesome
Food was nasty I ordered drunken noodles with the chicken satay never again!’ Chicken was hard as hell and the drunken noodles were pure slop my two year old niece can cook better than this!
Large portions,, friendly service, and the most delicious food ever.
The place surprised us service and food where spot on
Food ...bangin...had to get our own napkins and fork took 2 request to get...besides that...I had PHO for the 1st time 🤸🏿♀️😀
Discriminates against families with children and veterans. Used to love going to this place doing takeout with my family until the new management has taken over and the service has gone down the drain! Save your time and money and spend it at another business where they actually care!
Message to the new owner, please bring the old owners back or change your ways! Doesn't surprise me all these bad reviews and not one response from management or owner....
We will NEVER frequent this establishment again! My family of 4 usually orders at least 1x a week for pick up and in our order we get a kids lo mein no meat for our 6 year old, and rest is bang bang noodles and an app. Today we were refused to make this order being told they don't do kids meals or specials to go and haven't for over a year!
Now that is straight bull bc we have always ordered it. Service has gone down, prices have gone up and now I'm saying dueces! We will spend our hard earned money elsewhere. When the owner decides to be more family friendly allowing kids to have a take-out meal then maybe we will come back! Cynthia the manager advised the owner doesn't want to allow families to do kid items to go.. the owner is nameless and will not talk to a patron who has given positive word of mouth about their business since their first location off of Celanese.....so to the owner and Cynthia you have lost a loyal customer and we will be sure to let others know about your changes to not being kid friendly, your lack of respect for veterans and refusal to be inclusive of those making family orders.
The food was delicious on time also was perfect. Everyone was kind and professional I recommend this place 100%
Got the beef pho and chicken satay. Mistakenly chose spice level 1 not realizing how spicy even just that was but I think that’s more on me than them. Chicken satay was good but didn’t come with peanut sauce. I picked up my online order so I can’t talk about the service other than the host stand but I walked in and my food was ready and waiting (not cold tho, it was still nice and hot when I got home). I was a little worried after seeing some of the other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised!
I’m not Sure how this restaurant is still operating there is no hot water in bathrooms! the food is overcharged for subpar food
Love the Bang Bang and Drunken noodles!
Absolutely do not bother with this place. 45 min to get 2 plates of food when it was barely busy. Might be 1 cook in the back or simply low staff but if thats the case let people know theres a wait/delay. Food was super oily. Really odd experience.
Tried pad Thai and had bad chicken smell and couldn’t touch it. Had chicken finger for kid and looks like from sam’s club. If you look for authentic asian food it is not.
Denying service to a veteran with a service dog is not a place I would like to support. Making this Veteran eat in a different room and told him you would never serve him again is beyond disrespectful. Rhis was only because he brought his service animal with him.
He even offered to show you the paper work for this service dog. Shame on you.
Very good food at good prices, but takeout and delivery orders are consistently wrong (3 times out of 5 for me).
I say this as a lover of spicy food: If you cannot handle spicy food, absolutely do NOT eat here. They use a scale of spiciness from 0 to 5, but the scale is extremely arbitrary and fluctuates constantly. Some times I will get level 4 of 5 and barely detect any heat, other times 1 of 5 will be extremely spicy. Many menu items also come with a certain spice level and this is not reflected online when ordering from certain places such as on food.google. You can still choose "no spice" but the meal will come with a spice level that is close to 3 out of 5, for example. Just be aware if you're ordering online.
If you love spicy food, they make some really great stuff, just make sure to have your own hot sauce or paste at home if you're ordering takeout or delivery because it may arrive with no or little spice. Also be aware that if your food arrives too spicy for you when you thought you were getting no or low spice, you will not be given a refund if such a thing happens, management will essentially blame you for not reading a menu on a different website where they DO list certain items as having spice by default.
Overall, food that is sometimes great for spicy food lovers but with terrible consistency on the seasoning. You might find something way too hot to eat, and you also might find your food bland when you wanted it super spicy. I unfortunately cannot recommend NC Noodle Bar.
Had a terrible experience here. Poor customer service, they charged extra for green onions in the pho, and the pho was tasteless. No flavor. Zero. I always try restaurants first before I bring my family and this place is the reason why. Not everyone can make Vietnamese food...no matter how "simple" it may appear.
Terrible service. And aparently have a problem with disabled veterans with service animals! Never again!
I love this place. As a combat veteran (Iraq 2003) I fully support NC noodle bar. A recent “vet” claimed he was discriminated against when he brought his service animal with him. The story makes no sense. The owner is the same guy who started the place. Nobody told him about the issue and he made an effort to make it right later. Lou (the owner) supports vets and the local first responders. 5 stars because I can’t give 6.
Was looking for a new place to take the family. After seeing the way military are treated. Being a veteran myself no way will I ever give them my business.
Not giving $$$ to any business that doesn’t allow legit service dogs. I hope they get fined!
Need to find a new place due to negative treatment of disabled veterans w/service dogs and only average food quality & quantity.
First they denied the treatment. Then came the deflection (owner is a minority). Then the delay of response. Response did come until after countless posts by people that were there, had similar treatment or know the offended party.
A business that discriminates against a disabled veteran.. posts a laughable apology and makes nothing but excuses because they have been exposed. Don’t give them your money!
Horrible, uneducated, and discriminatory staff and ownership. Do not try to come here if you are a disabled veteran and especially if you have a service dog. You will be treated like trash.
Discriminates against veterans and people with service doga.
They discriminate against veterans and their service dogs. Lost my business for good.
This restaurant discriminates against veterans and service dogs.
Three months ago, I posted a 5 star review. That has all changed today. Sadly I have to let people know although I have thoroughly enjoyed this place in the past, that is no longer the case. Unfortunately, this place discriminates against war time veterans and those with service animals. If you are someone that has a service animal, be aware that you may be humiliated and discriminated against in this establishment. That wasn't the case with the old owners, but now with the current management and staff it is the case and I warn those that you are made to feel unwelcomed at this business if you try to enjoy this business with a service animal.
The management refuses to acknowledge that discrimination is against the law, lacks professional courtesy, doesn't mind unlawfully operating this business and humiliates patrons.
I’m upset about the NC noodle bar in Rockhill. My husband, daughter, and I had gone to this restaurant many times when the previous owners were still there. We never had an issue until the new owner took over. My husband is a disabled veteran and has a service dog. When we entered the building, we were immediately informed that “there can be no dogs I’m allergic to” said one of the servers. and said, “you guys will have to leave or sit outside.” Then my husband explained that he’s a disabled wartime veteran, and his dog was a service dog for those who don't know. Under the law, no one can discriminate against people with disabilities and service animals. The server said it did not matter and kept making it an issue for us to have my husband's service dog. We asked to speak to the owner to discuss the situation, and he refused to talk to us and told us that this was the only time we would be allowed to eat there with my husband’s service dog and that next time it wouldn’t be allowed. We asked again to speak with the owner to show him my husband's paperwork, although not required, and explain parts of the law that site this act as discrimination. The owner refused again and did not want to be professional enough to give us the courtesy of hearing out paying customers. This situation made the visit very uncomfortable, and my husband felt incredibly discriminated. The only reason we stayed was that our little girl wanted to stay, and we thought we should not cause a scene in front of her. But then also told us we needed to sit away from people. We are incredibly disappointed, and this is the first encounter we've experienced this level of ignorance of people with disabilities with service animals. This restaurant may have good food, but I hope they get some education on what to do when serving people with disabilities with service animals. We are beyond hurt and disappointed by this and can't believe this has happened. No one should be treated like this by any place of business.
The food is amazing and our waitress Cassidy is awesome!! I definitely recommend trying NC Noodle Bar!!!
A long wait for orders related to other restaurants. Great tasting food with 5he exception of egg rolls & spring rolls (too over cooked). Not enough shrimp in shrimp dishes for the price.
Horrible customer service. My fiancé and I went there this afternoon. She couldn’t eat her meal because it tasted bad and oily. Mine on the other hand was great. The waitress said I can’t not take her meal off but she can replace it with something different. So she ordered something different. When the bill came we were charged for two meals for my fiancé. The manager said we would still have to pay for both. There was nothing she could do. I asked why because the waitress said I could replace it with something else/ the manager stated we could have remade it but not replace it. I was livid because the original dish was removed from the table and thrown away. Who has 14 dollars to waste for one dish that was oily. We never asked for it to be removed from the bill and took the waitress’s suggestion of replace it with something different. We got nowhere with the manager for a resolution. So we paid the bill and chucked it up to never eating here again. It could have been a simple customer service recovery but no. Very disappointed.
My husband and I went here on Saturday... We enjoyed our food and service... The food was delicious and so was the mimosa flight... I recommend if your a local.
Food is great, but I tried to order a soup with veggies that was listed that way on the menu to be told that they weren’t able to ring it up without meat in it. They ended up trying to charge me $5 extra to have vegetables in the soup, which I wasn’t told until I received my bill. The server was great and fixed the issue, but they need to update their register system to actually match the menu. I’m a vegetarian, and I used to love that this place has a lot of soup and noodle options that I can eat, but if they apparently are no longer available without a $5 up charge I won’t be visiting again.
Staff was unacceptably rude.
If you look at all the most recent reviews they are all one stars it was our first time here it tasted great. Then again we were the only ones in there.
Staff could’ve been more friendly and helpful… Food was not what I expected and unseasoned.
Absolute worst service. It took us over an hour to order and get a two-entree order with no substitutions. We were ignored for a huge amount of time while there were four FOH people out and only one other table besides us at any point. Then we got home and realized they didn't pack the spring rolls we ordered. We called them about it and they were dismissive and hung up on us. The food was good. We used to go to the old location on Herlong and loved it there. The new direction they have taken is not good. We will not be returning.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY HERE. I usually would not care to do a review, but I want to make sure others are warned. The food was always good when this place we on Herlong, but the new service is absolutely terrible. There was no one in the entire store, four front of house employees (not including back of house). We ordered two meals and a spring roll. We waited AN HOUR for food, not to be acknowledged for twenty minutes by the waiter. Nobody came to collect payment. Someone brought us the food and disappeared into the back. When we got home, there were no spring rolls despite it being on our receipt. We called to address that they were missing and the person on the other end cut us off mid-sentence to hang up. I am really saddened by the new management because this was a really special spot in Rock Hill. You can get better noodles up the road. Please do not give these people your service..
Sarah did a great job, as usual
Get the basil fried rice
It was my baby boys bday all he wanted was chicken wings and noodles both were his favorite but when I got there they gave his chicken wings away. I was mad because I came in b4 the person who they gave it to and they acted like it was no big deal. Never will I EVER COME THERE AGAIN AND SERVICE WAS AWFUL. I Waited 15 min for food that was ready for that or longer and didn't even get all I ordered!
I’ve been ordering the same dish since they were located on Herlong. KaNa fried rice with cabbage and shrimp or chicken and a side of spring rolls. I’ve ordered from the Cherry Rd location 3 times since Herlong closed and each experience was was subpar…..missing sauces, long waits for online ordering. However this last and final time was a deal breaker. My rice was mushy, kind of dirty looking, and the cabbage was barely cooked. Something about the spring roll made me gag, so $22 into the garage……This place used to be so good when they first opened.
The worse place to order to go and the manager is the lier manager never met
She did put my full order
They miss 3 items when I call she told me
I’m so sorry we will make it right next time
By order what you miss and any other order is ok us
So guess what
I call today to do that and she told me. She never say that to me
Only think she can do is give me what they did put in the bag and what ever also we have to pay in full prices
After drive 25 min to get this answer
So o had to call the police because she say I can give you your money back of everything we miss only 1 thing
So if this is the case
I have to take the business to civil court to get my money back and more
Love their tofu!
THE AUTHENTICITY IS A BUST OF LOVE IN EVERY BITE! I DRIVE 25MILES ONE WAY TO SHARE THE FOOD EXCITEMENT!!!
If you’re looking for authentic Thai food this is not your place . It was barely edible. Called on the phone to order said it would be ready in 20 minutes and 40 minutes later it was ready
Worst experience ever. Have plenty of free time if you order your food or endless wait.
You just lost another customer today.
Really good food with fair prices
Osha the bartender was great. Food was amazing....
Definitely didn't not have a good experience tonight. Extremely overpriced and our very first time going after about an hour or so of being home we get a phone call, (they for some reason asked for our number for our order?), accusing that we didn't pay for our food when we most definitely did; I have the reciept to prove otherwise. I felt it was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional when all they needed to do is look in their transaction history to see that I did in fact pay. Probably won't be going back here to avoid this situation again.
Horrible yuck
The order was supposed to be ready in 1/2 it took an hour, plus it was wrong
Went for lunch. Took two hours to get in and out. Glad we didn’t have anywhere to be, but we were frustrated. I recommend avoiding this new location and sticking to the original Herlong location. The original spot is really good.
Edit: The original spot has closed. I am rooting for this place because they’re really tasty! Hopefully the experience I wrote about above was just growing pains!
Good food
40 minute wait for a cup of white rice and a cup of soup with nothing nearly worth $15 of vegetables and seafood !!!! I wasted my whole lunch break in this dump!!! I so want my money back !!! This will be my first and last time here!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Great food! Especially the pineapple fried rice and Pho!
