NV Thai Cuisine's food is outstanding, featuring fresh and delicious dishes at affordable prices. I had the Crispy Pork Belly Pad Cha, and it was the best I've ever had in the Hilton Head Island area. I highly recommend this Thai Food Truck.

The food at NV Thai Cuisine is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can choose from many menu options. I love the service; the chefs are so friendly with the guests and always care for the best quality! I highly recommend this place.

Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish was excellent customer service, and they were always so friendly and kind. The food and the prices are fair for the portion size.It's always a great spot to get great food.

Legitimately the best Thai food around. It doesn't matter what I get; I end up liking it. I was searching for places to eat in the local area and this place popped up. I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled as the food was exquisite.

We had a great lunch here. The Pad Thai, Panang Curry and Beef Siam were excellent. We were surprised that the food was so darn good, much better in fact than our usual local Thai restaurant venue. The owners, Nan and Vanessa, were very helpful and friendly. It's a food truck but there is a very nice courtyard with table and an awning. We will definitely go back.

Great food from wonderful staff! Khob khun krab! We had the crispy tofu appetizer, and then shrimp pad thai and crispy pork belly. All very delicious and we will be back again soon! Tonight there was live music from a local singer, a beautiful night to eat at the food truck court!

We went back again tonight. A little cold to sit outside, but the spicy Thai cusine warmed us right up. Siam beef, papaya salad and wonton soup were all excellent. We've had most of the menu and loved it all!

Great Authentic Thai Food! If you’re in Hilton Head I highly recommend trying the food. My wife and I had lunch there last week and I had the Chicken Tom Kah, and the Chicken Pad Thai. Both were great! It was a cold day and having their slightly spicy, hot soup (Tom Kah) which was certainly the highlight of my day! The staff, Nan (The Chef From Thailand) and Venessa (The Business Partner), are friendly and have great customer service. I will definitely be back to try something new on the menu, every time I’m in Hilton Head, (as I currently live in Bluffton). Don’t miss out on trying this Authentic Thai Food- I’ve been in the food industry over 30 years and for quality of food coming out of a food truck, I give them 5 stars all day long.

If it doesn't meet that criteria, according to some it isn't Pad Thai at all. . . But I highly recommend this one! I will definetly be back to sample their other wares!

We found this spot on Google Maps and we were shocked to find it was just a food truck in an outdoor food court, but it was excellent in every way. Even our disappointment that we could not dine in evaporated away. It was freezing and dark out, so we took our dinner home to eat and it was WONDERFUL. What could have been just disappointment turned into an experience to remember. The Owners couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. I can’t wait to tell our friends!

Somewhere between really good and outstanding! Definitely the best Thai food on the island. I highly recommend the Penang.

Best Pad Se Ew I ever ate. Highly recommend!!!

We found this place by accident and what a great find. The food was marvelous, the owners friendly and when I told them I had a seafood allergy, they cooked my food a little different but it was still delicious. Go visit this place. Yum!

The food is delicious. I ordered the panuang chicken white jasmine rice, and spring rolls There was a party inside my mouth. Highly recommend!
