No better healthy food option in the state.
Good job!
Bravo!

Diner Review №2

Looked online and it showed they were open, i drove over 1 1/2hrs to support this business just to find out they’re closed although it’s showing they’re open. I called the number and it’s only ringing, no answer. Truly disappointed

Diner Review №3

I love their food but their just literally closed all the time. Every time I go by. Their closed just randomly for no reason. They never answer the phone. I've literally sat outside in an empty parking lot, and they wouldn't even answer the phone with me looking at them. Lol their customer service is terrible. I love their food but I sometimes i can't believe their still in business. And that's coming from someone who loves their food. I can easily think of ten times when they wouldn't take my call. I drive by and their open and no one's there. It's baffling. They lose so much business by just not answering and never being open. That is such terrible way to run a business. By being so unreliable and inconsistent. They need to post their ours on the door as well.

Diner Review №4

food is amazing! and nice atmosphere as well. only problem is that they’re often out of a lot of their best things on their menu

Diner Review №5

The food was amazing and the restaurant is very cozy and warm, but I continue to have issues getting through via phone. It takes a little bit to get the food made and I always try yo call ahead for pickup, but cannot get through. Would spend more here if that was an option like it says on their website 😓

Diner Review №6

While visiting my parents, I ordered a ton of take out items. The pad thai and the cashew with seitan steak added were delicious. I really appreciated the vegan meat sub! It’s so hard to find and in all places, Greer, SC!!! The peanut sauce for the fresh rolls wasn’t great/ needed doctoring at home, but I definitely plan to order here again when visit next time! Fair warning: it’s all made fresh so takes a long time for it to be ready (it was 45 min). Also the Tom Ka was VERY spicy. Agree with another poster: always easier to add than take away so maybe ask for lower heat if you need and add if you want more….

Diner Review №7

Great pad thai, love the ginger tea.

Diner Review №9

Delicious! I stopped in to pick up a lunch special and got a very filling, tasty meal for a good price. It's nice to have so many vegan options in a city that's otherwise a bit limited.

Toooooo hot

Diner Review №12

Diner Review №13

they have the best spring rolls and curry, it’s hard to find good vegan places around here so we appreciate them a lot!

Diner Review №14

this restaurant is reporting this as a fake site. the prices are at least $1 difference when you go in so do not order from this site

Diner Review №15

I have eaten here multiple times and I love it each and every time. It's always a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and never loud or annoying. Service is amazing and they are always so helpful!! I have never had a bad meal from here!! An amazing vegan spot

Diner Review №16

Great options and can’t believe we didn’t know it was here sooner. Definitely coming back and telling friends. Made only 3 stars because they’re closed a lot when they say they’re open. Always call before you go, we drive 40 min to eat here then pull in and the doors are locked. Tried to go for lunch today, showed up at 12 and no one there.

Diner Review №19

Hands down, the best Thai restaurant in Greenville. I would drive from Spartanburg or Simpsonville just to eat at this place. Totally worth the drive if you’re not in Greer. Consistently good food and always fresh.

I’m not even vegan.

Diner Review №20

Enjoyed my visit. Grateful for vegan Thai options 🙏

Diner Review №21

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Got the fresh rolls with sweet chili sauce and a thai iced tea. $11.50. The rolls were definitely fresh and packed full of veggies and a piece of chicken. Next time I would get two sauces so I had enough. Fast service. Will be back!

Diner Review №22

Met here for dinner with friends while I was in town. I had the yellow curry which was great. Food came out quickly. I hope to make it back one day to try some more things off the menu

Diner Review №25

WOW WOW WOW WOW!! The food here is something i have never experienced in my entire life. It is so amazing and freshly spiced. I’m telling you that you NEED to experience this place in your lifetime. We got green curry, chow mein, and spicy noodles, but what took the cake for being the best thing that has ever landed in my mouth is the papaya salad. You might not think much of this dish but i can’t even explain how amazing this dish is. The food is DEFINITELY worth the hour wait that we waited for. Like i don’t understand, the people who came in after us were already finished with their food by the time we got our food. And we only had 3 people in our group…. like cmon. But overall Holy smokes!!!!

Diner Review №26

I had curry dumplings for appetizer and pumpkin curry as main course, never had these before anywhere and the dishes were really well seasoned, fairly priced. The girl server was also very good, she took my request or spiciness correctly since both of my dishes were expected to be spicy and I wanted them to be less spicy than usual and they turn out really well at the point I can tolerate. Would highly recommend anyone like vegan food.

Diner Review №27

Diner Review №28

The food was not good. It tasted burned and texture of the noodles was off. Kids orange chicken was dry.

Staff just sat behind the counter on her phone. Had to ask for plates, and refills, and the check.

Very outdated interior decoration.

It was almost $70 and we wish we had waited for sweet basil restaurant to open

Diner Review №29

Don’t waste your time and money. They give you two pieces of ice in your drink, you have to ask for more refills and plates, and the food is terrible.

Diner Review №30

We had no problem locating the new location. The food, service, and atmosphere was great! Their hours posted on the internet was incorrect. We continued to call throughout the day with no answer. Took a chance to visit at dinner time. We went after 5pm. Not disappointed. We had all vegan. Will return.

Diner Review №31

The food is amazing! The soups and curries are so flavorful and everything is wonderfully vegan. The problem is the hours and service. I have gone several times during the stated business hours and no one is there. I have tried ordering online via UberEats and the order is cancelled it they do not allow orders until 1 pm.They open late for lunch like at 11:50 or noon, if they even do open on time, and so I wish I could order more frequently, as the food really is fantastic, but the time issue causes me not to.

Diner Review №32

HIDDEN GEM! Went here and we aren’t even vegan. Everything was AMAZING. Soy chicken, tofu, red chili dumplings, pad Thai, spicy fried rice ALL SOOOO GOOD! Visit as soon as you can!

Diner Review №33

Delicious and super filling vegan food! My husband said he could eat the fried rice every day, and my kids loved the pad thai. Spicy eggplant was great. Reasonable prices, highly recommend. Wish we lived here!!

Diner Review №34

This place is very good! Completely vegan! I got the lunch special with salad, egg rolls and red curry. It was all amazing. The red curry was very flavorful. Perfect for a cold rainy day. Will be back!

Diner Review №35

Nice quiet place to have great meal!

Diner Review №36

My husband and I came here to enjoy choosing from an entire menu of options, which we hardly ever can, since we are vegan. And we were generally not disappointed with the variety, though they were sadly out of red curry. Our main problem was the lack of ambience and quite unenthusiastic service. I hope they will improve. We'd like to return and see this restaurant thriving. There are so few affordable vegan restaurants out there.

Diner Review №37

I didn’t eat in house, so I can only review the food. It’s very tasty. The portion size is plentiful and I really love the faux chicken satay the best.

Diner Review №38

The restaurant is in the cut...and there weren't a lot of people there... but the food is absolutely amazing. It's one of the best vegan spots I've been to. Definitely recommend

Diner Review №39

Food is amazing but it’s so hard to get someone to actually answer the phone to place an order to go. They also close on days they’re supposed to be open often. If it wasn’t for that I’d give a definite 5 stars.

Diner Review №40

This was my first visit to Thai Vegan since they moved out of downtown Greer. Finding parking at this location was much easier. The service was prompt. The food was delicious. I started with the Golden Tofu and then enjoyed the Pad Thai. I also enjoyed a Thai coffee. The prices were reasonable.

Diner Review №41

Took an hour detour on the way to Asheville from Savannah only to find out that the restaurant was closed, despite it indicating it was open. There was also no sign outside mentioning that they'd be closed today or opening later than usual. It's a shame, because I really wanted to try this restaurant.

Diner Review №42

The food here is amazing the staff here amazing BUT whoever runs the Google updates needs help!!! Too many times I’ve looked online and for the hours that they are open and drove all the way from downtown a Greenville just to find a “We are closed today” sign on the door. Also when you call there is no answering machine to at least let you know they are open or closed for the day.

Diner Review №43

I've eaten here twice on roadtrips from Tennessee to Charleston. The food is delicious! My family orders a bunch of items to share or for individuals and we've loved it all. So nice knowing that everything on the menu is all vegan and I don't have to worry about checking ingredients or asking questions. And so nice that it all tastes so good too 😁

Diner Review №44

Excellent food! Service is good too

Diner Review №45

My food was very delicious 🤤 I just wanted more sauce with my pad Thai. I plan to be a regular.

Diner Review №46

Diner Review №47

Amazing food

Diner Review №48

so in love with this restaurant. i’ve heard about it for years and finally stopped by and by far the best thai food / vegan food i’ve ever had. huge portions and great prices.

Diner Review №49

Always delicious and reasonably priced 😁. A favorite of mine.

Diner Review №50

amazing place! could not recommend enough! large menu (all vegan!!!), great service (we got takeout), and everything tasted amazing. particularly loved the thai iced tea and curry dumplings!

Diner Review №51

Dirty appearance, slow service, not truly vegan. Waiter doesn't even know how to explain ingredients. Food not tasty and real vegan maybe 4 plates and not good.
Terrible experience.

Diner Review №52

Amazing food but they are often closed during their business hours. This is why businesses fail and wonder why

Diner Review №53

Diner Review №54

Bowl of soup was huge! We also had green curry, stir fried vegetables, deep fried tofu, and coconut ice cream.
Atmosphere was nice and quiet too.
We will be back.

Diner Review №55

All vegan menu with many delicious items. The spicy chikn salad is very tasty as is the chikn wrap.

Diner Review №56

Came in waited no one showed up

Diner Review №57

The best Thai food, vegan or not, hands down! We stumbled upon this on a stay in Greenville, and we made the drive out to Greer every day since just to eat at this joint. Everything we had was amazing! Our goal is to come back and eventually try everything on the menu. It is a must stop place when in the area, it’s unique and delish!

Diner Review №58

Diner Review №59

Awesome Thai Restaurant in Greer! I have been here many times and the food is fresh, healthy, and beautifully presented. The combinations are very affordable and you get a lot of food for your money. Try it; you won’t be disappointed!

Diner Review №60

You don’t have to be vegan to love this place. Everything here tastes amazing and the prices are fare!

Diner Review №61

I am vegan so this has nothing to do with this place being a vegan restaurant and everything to do with the fact that the food here just isn’t good. I couldn’t even finish the entrees, and the appetizers, while slightly better than the entrees, were subpar, too. Also, like other reviewers have mentioned, the server was completely apathetic. There’s some excellent vegan food in the surrounding area. Sadly, this place isn’t one of them.

Diner Review №62

We were delighted to find this gem of a place! They have so many options to choose from. We stopped here after a trip to Chimney Rock State Park and the scrumptious food here was well worth the detour. Would love to come back.

Diner Review №65

Went tonight for the first time and everything we ate was amazing! We had the red curry and sweet and sour soy chicken. Along with steamed veggie dumplings. So flavorful and filling. We will definitely be back.

update: 5/25/23 went yesterday for lunch. Sign on door as well as online says they open at 11:30. I waited until 12 and no one showed up. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. They never open on time anymore. The food is still great but the customer service is horrible.

Diner Review №66

So good. Highly recommend!

Diner Review №67

Our go-to place for Vegan food when we are in Greer. We've been gong here since they opened.

Diner Review №68

Diner Review №69

Diner Review №70

As both a vegan and a lover of Thai food, this place is just.. okay. Was really hoping it was going to be a hit, but found the food to mostly be bland and missing flavor. The curry had spice, but no depth - just spice. Rice seemed either reheated or had been sitting in the rice cooker for too long. Mostly this just felt like yet another mediocre takeout. Service wise, the place was empty with 1 server/worker up front who we saw maybe 3 times.

It's housed in a drab strip mall; normally I'd say don't judge a book by it's cover but in this case it fits.

Diner Review №75

Just tried this place today, on my new Vegan journey. I ordered the Yellow Curry w/ Tofu. It was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be back. God bless you all! ❤️❤️❤️

Diner Review №76

This place is incredible! I’ve been a vegetarian for 25 years and I’ve never seen a more diverse menu. It’s almost overwhelming. They have pretty much any vegan dish you desire! I love trying something new every time I go! The service and staff are kind and the chef is awesome! Best hidden food gem in Greer/Greenville!

Diner Review №77

Great vegan place! A lot if options.
For some reason (don’t remember where) i read the portions were small, not true.
I ask for soup, huge and delicious bowl of soup. I got the rice for my 3 yo old, she love it.

Diner Review №78

Diner Review №79

Been trying to eat here twice. Never opened at 11:30am. It’s 11:42am and no one to be found. 🙄

Diner Review №80

It is wonderful to have vegan options in an area where vegan restaurants are nearly nonexistent. Food is good a freshly prepared and prices are reasonable.

Diner Review №81

This place is a true gem. The food is out-of-this-world delicious, the staff is friendly and kind, and the atmosphere is beautiful. 10/10.

Diner Review №82

Food was great, big portions, and alot of variety to choose from. I had the spring rolls ( loved) and Pineapple Rice ( was delicious)

Diner Review №83

Great options!

Diner Review №84

Diner Review №85

Vegan restaurant so food is a little different than what we were used to. The Tom Ka Kai was not as creamy but still very tasty. Ingredients were fresh and soup had a little kick/heat. The Red Curry was very hot and not sure if it could be toned down, but always easier to add heat. Clean restaurant and could use a little background music and some chop sticks. Had the Spring Roll appetizer which consisted of 6 portions freshly fried with a nice sweet, honey type sauce that tasted homemade.

Diner Review №86

Great food and totally reasonable prices!

Diner Review №87

Diner Review №88

Short answer: Terrible service, unsure if actually vegan, rude, and don't ever go. Long answer below.

I used to really enjoy this place as it was a great way to get cheap, good, vegan Thai food. But two recent experiences have completely killed this place for me and all I can do is vehemently recommend no one go here.

On the 12th of this month, I went here with my family for supper and to place a large pick up order for the 17th. One of the party had a sesame allergy and we asked about if sesame was used in anything. The waitress seemed confused and only seemed to understand what we meant and had to clarify that it was to sesame seeds and specifically asked about the sesame oil for cooking just in case and she said no we just use the normal oil and she couldn't remember what it was called. During the conversation, my mother jokingly threw out lard since and the waitress jumped on that saying that they use lard. When I said that lard isn't vegan, she backed up and said they use butter. Which still isn't vegan. Then she backtracked further and said that they use butter if someone requests it but never stated what they actually use but despite her not knowing, my mother didn't die so it wasn't sesame oil.

At the end of dinner, I still placed my order because this was waitress wasn't someone I had ever dealt with before and this was the first bad experience I had ever had. I placed an order for pick up for 8pm on the 17th for roughly $200 worth of food for a large party with both the waitress that helped us that night and an employee I had seen there before. Everything went smoothly with placing the order. They took my name, my phone number, the full order, time and date of pick up, and made sure to give me their phone number and names (which I forget but the ladies that helped me were mother and daughter with names starting with A). They said to call if anything changed and said that it would be no problem.

On the 17th, I called and spoke with them confirming that I still wanted everything. I also did ask if there was any chance they would have it finished early but stated that if not, it was no issue. At this point, they said they would call if they could but didn't sound likely which was fine because I set it for 8. So, I went there with a small group to pick up the food and walk through the door at 8.

The food was not ready and when we asked how long it would be, the answer was a half hour. This was bothersome as we had placed this order well in advance but it was just a half hour so we sat. After a half hour passed, they said it would be longer and that they would bring it to the table that we were sitting at while we were waiting.

At 9, I went up again to ask about the food and they opened the curtain to the kitchen slightly to show the boxes of food being put together. At this point, I was rather upset and asked about if we could get a discount since we had placed this order for a specific pick up time almost a week in advance due to its size and we still had to wait an hour for it to be ready.

They were completely unapologetic saying that they were busy (she said that they had 3 tables) and couldn't get to my food. And that it was now past closing. Both of which I pointed out were not my fault. My order was in before anyone else's and it wasn't my fault that they stayed till after closing when I gave them almost a full week's notice and it was supposed to have been ready an hour earlier. Instead of being apologetic, it seemed like they were trying to blame me entirely for the situation when I placed the order in advance and even waited an hour for food that should have been ready.

Diner Review №89

Food was ok, nothing special. Nice that it was all vegan options. Prices on printed menu in restaurant didn't match what I was charged. I didn't dispute it because I was ready to move on.

Diner Review №90

Great food!
All the dishes we ordered were excellent.
I loved the simplicity of the sitting area.

I would definitely eat here again, if I am in the area.

Diner Review №91

The food was so good, worth the time driving there.
Need to improve the service.
Bot overall it was a great lunch.
I recommend this place.

Diner Review №92

Good food but horrible customer service.

Diner Review №93

Spare your time and money. Customer Service is nonexistent. Food was blunt, over spiced, I was never asked what spice level I would like when ordering, the food flavorless and gross. I didn't not feel good after. No one checked on how the food was when I started eating. After I mentioned this when I wanted to leave, the waitress told me that once I ordered, she couldn't take the TomYum off the check. I said I didn't touch it and it was gross. Well, she said "they would not let me do that" which is a total lie. It looks like a family business. Just save your time. Never again.

Diner Review №94

Food was great the service was super slow

Diner Review №95

This place is absolutely amazing. We’ve eaten here more times than I can count and the food is consistently delicious. It can take longer than expected for take out at times but is always worth the wait. Order a couple minutes early and you’ll never be disappointed!

Diner Review №96

Definitely call ahead and make sure you go to the new address!

The restaurant is no longer in the cute downtown area (the old location has signs in the window saying it is a vacant building). My fiancé and I drove by the new location and didn't see it and no one was answering the phones today or yesterday to fulfill our takeout order.

Make sure to call ahead to verify the address and that they are open before wasting your time!

Diner Review №97

Diner Review №98

Great place! The curry was a LOT spicier than the “medium” it was described as, but the vegan Tom kha was delicious and I loved that it had so many veggies in it! The restaurant looks like a time capsule from the 70s. They’ve tried to make the decor interesting, but I could only imagine it as a 70s greasy spoon sort of restaurant. The prices are amazing, and the food is tasty. If you like it less spicy, you might need to ask for mild.

Diner Review №99

Diner Review №100

Best vegan restaurant in all of Greenville County. Great portions for amazing prices!

Diner Review №101

This place has three things going for it.

1. Food usually is good. Your spring rolls maybe cooked a little on the dark side occasionally, but in general it is good.
2. Affordable. Prices have remained low during inflation.
3. All vegan. That might be obvious from the name but with dishes like sweet chili fish you have to check twice.

So all good right? Nah. This place has several things against them.

1. Poor service. I have been going there for years and never greeted as if they knew who I was. Compare to Herbal Farmercy where you get hugs on 2nd visit.
2. Slow. If you are not their first call, give it about 20 more minutes than what they tell you.
3. Cleanliness. I have been in there more than once when tables were not bussed timely; leaving behind food scraps on tables.

Anyhoo, pick your poison or have set expectations.. Food is good, but service is questionable. I'm sure a lot of that coincides with the affordability.

It is vegan; we don't want it to close; we just want consistency.

Diner Review №102

An absolute treasure! Fresh, great food! Friendly server, pleasant atmosphere. Vegetarian/vegan food that is full of fresh crisp veggies and plant based fish, shrimp, chicken, and steak.

Diner Review №103

Best Thai and best Vegan I’ve ever tasted.

Diner Review №104

Diner Review №105

Service is poor and the quality of food has declined.

Diner Review №106

Pleasant lunch change had steam dumplings light but satisfying.

Diner Review №107

The food is really good whenever they are actually open. Half the time they aren't open during the hours listed or won't answer the phone.

Diner Review №108

First Time In My Life I Try Healthy Vegan Food, And The Curry Was Super Delicious 😋🤤 I Recommend This Awesome Restaurant and Food! I Will Come More Often. Thank You Cheff and Waitress is Very Kind and Able To Explain To Me How Is The Food Prepared

Diner Review №109

This restaurant is delicious. I got the tempura & yellow curry- the flavors were amazing & the ingredients, fresh. Will definitely be back soon.

Diner Review №110

Outstanding! What a great selection. As a vegan, I really felt like we were being spoiled 😊
The price was completely reasonable, the staff a bit quirky/borderline strange, but that was totally fine.
I was very surprised that this type of restaurant has been able to survive in this area, but I'm very glad that it has. We will definitely be re-visiting.

Diner Review №111

Diner Review №112

Diner Review №113

Food was absolutely delicious, great portions for the price. Service was lackluster, otherwise would have given 5 stars. Only 2 other tables seated when I came in. Only interaction with waitress was to take order, when she dropped off food on the end of the table, not in front of me, and to pay. Never checked to see how everything was or if I needed anything, same with the other 2 tables there. She remained behind counter on her phone, not paying attention at all. Saving grace was how tasty the food was!

Diner Review №114

I love this place!

Diner Review №116

Diner Review №117

Went there today for the first time with 2 friends. We had dumplings, spring rolls, chicken satay, prik king (spicy green beans) and spicy eggplant, $58 w/tip. Oh and 2 green teas.
The satay wasn’t bad, the peanut sauce is more like a paste and tastes like nothing. The egg rolls were so hot, we had to wait over 5 minutes for them to cool down. The inside was a mush of mostly onion and a few other way over cooked veggies. They must be using the microwave to thaw (and leave too long), then fry or something, no way the fryer made those egg rolls so ho inside.
The green beans were super disappointing. Overcooked and tasteless. Same goes for the eggplant.
The service wasn’t what I would call warm and friendly and the settings are blah.
Overall, it’s not what people told me about this place. If this was Los Angeles it would get 2 stars.
There are so little vegan places in this area, it’s sad this one falls short of expectations.

Diner Review №119

This is gem of a discovery. Just devoured the Freshy Rolls. They were so fresh the vegetables crunched with every bite.

The chef has mastered Thai Cuisine. I've lived in Thailand for 4 years. I am super impressed.

I am now enjoying an excellent vegan pad thai. Wow! I can taste a hint of tamarind. The only ingredient missing is the palm sugar. But I know it's hard to source ingredients for Thai food in the US. The ratio of sauce to noodles is perfect.

I can tell the chef is committed to the authentic flavors of Thailand.

On top of that the service was great. My orders were served within minutes. And the server was very pleasant.

Looking forward to dining here again.

Diner Review №120

Always a good meal

Diner Review №121

Food was great

Diner Review №122

Very good. The soy steak seriously tastes like steak. I'm an omnivore, I thoroughly enjoyed my tofu pad Thai and the taste of the beef stir fry I got. My only criticism is the lack of heat, but a trip with the spice tray resolved that.

Best Asian vegan food you’ll find in SC. The Thai Thea is bussin

Diner Review №125

My favorite restaurant in the upstate!

Diner Review №126

This place is amazing. They mixed the traditional Vietnamese with Thai food and best of all there all tastefully vegan. They even have some of your all-American food like steak and fries. Wish they make this into a chain food store so it can be everywhere instead of just this location.

Diner Review №127

First time, food delicious, clean place, waiter can be more friendly and speak a little louder, looks like she was afraid to get closer to the table to get the order, plus her tone of voice hard to heard plus wearing a mask ....that's my only minus

Diner Review №128

Picked up some takeout, as always it was very delicious and the portion sizes are enough for multiple meals. So thankful for this fully vegan restaurant that offers such tasty food.

Diner Review №129

Diner Review №130

Well, another rare find: Thai Vegan in Greer, SC. The food is extremely tasty and spicy -be careful:). We were lucky to stumble across this place and we will drive an hour from North Carolina to eat here. All vegan fare, now worries about the names as they are substitutes - a spicy vegan's paradise...

Diner Review №131

Amazing food! Always good sized portions and at great prices.

Diner Review №132

The food was absolutely delicious, lots of flavor and variety was great. Those spring rolls...yummmm.

Diner Review №135

I have been a vegan for 32 yrs and was so extremely disappointed at what was supposed to be vegan Thai cuisine and it was not that by far. They claimed they only had Italian dressing in the entire restaurant that was evidently store bought. No brown sugar, no agave or even honey for the
hot tea. The rice / protein dishes were full of untasty veggies, lacking protein. No Thai seasoning present. Food tasted like someone was learning to good period. It was awful. Should have spend my $135 at wholefoods. This is not an all vegan restaurant, don't be fooled.

Diner Review №136

Diner Review №143

I've been going here with my partner for over a year now and even followed them during their location change. They are so good!! I highly recommend the pad thai or any of their curry. It's all so good! They're pretty good price wise as well and there's so many meat substitute options. I recommend it to any of my vegetarian or vegan friends! ❤ Always a pleasure to be here!

Diner Review №144

The food is delicious, fresh and simply good. It really should have 5 stars but I truly don't know how I feel about our server. She wasn't very friendly or polite. Wasn't engaging well with us even after telling her this was our 1st visit and the reviews are immaculate. But the food, the food is the best in Greer and I am ruined. We had the spicy noodles lunch combo, spring rolls, green curry, ginger tea (omg) and pad thai. I guess I could over look the server and base this review strictly on the food. I could just order out and not eat in again. Whatever I decide it is up to me, just know the food is good and you should try it.

I’ve been looking for 7 YEARS for thai that is remotely close to the deliciousness that is Thai Vegan in Albuquerque. Little did I know the chef that worked there opened this gem in South Carolina!!! Thank you! For vegans and non-vegans alike, the food does not disappoint.

Our go-to for to-go! There’s nothing else like it.

Stopped at this beautiful restaurant heading back to Asheville, and it was absolutely worth it! Great service and really amazing menu! Try the Thai coffee 🌟

Diner Review №156

I would have been far better if they had meat, but then they wouldn't be vegan. 😉

This was my first time here and I must say that it was very tasty. I had the orange chicken and spring rolls. They are located in downtown Greer, SC. They weren't very busy inside in the dining area while I was there, but the two couples who were dining in were content. We visited this place in September 2020. Apparently, I never saved my review.

I was driving to Georgia from Connecticut, went 20 moon out the way, and it’s out of business!!

Diner Review №160

This place was fantastic! We took a detour coming from Asheville back to Atlanta and decided to drive out to Greer for Thai Vegan specifically. Boy were we not disappointed. It’s hard to find pad Thai from a place that makes it without eggs and this was not only vegan-friendly, but boy was it tasty!

Best vegan restaurant in a two-hour radius. Absolutely amazing in every way.

Diner Review №162

Great food

Diner Review №163

I really enjoy the food and what there whole lunch setup they give you.
I would give 5 stars if the phone was answered more when I call to order.

Diner Review №164

The food here is delicious!

Diner Review №165

Good Thai noodle dishes. Their yellow curry isn't Thai tasting at all though, as it is made with an Indian yellow curry spice. Their panang curry is a little off too, though I can't put my finger on why, it just doesn't taste like a Thai dish. I love all the vegan options, and the fact they have vegan beef or fish, tofu etc. They have good Thai tea, and the chocolate banana egg rolls are delicious!

We went yesterday and travelled over an hour but it was so worth it! Amazing, fresh vegan food right here in the upstate! The menu is varied and has many interesting dishes. Everything we had was perfect! Thank you, Thai Vegan!!!

Diner Review №167

Just received 1st time ordering from Grub Hub. Absolutely terrible. The cardboard boxes were dripping & made huge mess, food was cold & worth 1/2 the price. Skip this place.

Diner Review №168

Got the spicy eggplant to go. Super quick service and absolutely delicious food. The vibe inside was easy going, could be a good spot to go solo, with friends, or fancied up on a date (or in yoga pants). Definitely not what a yankee transplant expected to find in Greer SC but I’m so excited it’s here! Will def come back.

Best kept secret, tucked away in a charming little town.

Pad Thai was on point. & I went right before they closed

Diner Review №171

Awesome Vegan restaurant. I often go wirh my friends that are not vegan. They love it also. I would recommend Thai Vegan to anyone who would like to eat good fresh food.

Diner Review №172

The food is amazing and all the staff are always so kind!!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Diner Review №173

So good!!! I couldn’t decide between 3 dishes so I spun a spin wheel and let it decide for me. I had the Thai hot wings and the (C7) Creamy Chicken plate and WOW!!! Definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Diner Review №174

Delicious food, occasionally understaffed. Friendly service. Reasonable prices.

Delicious food..

Great food, but it's difficult to reach these guys on the phone at times. According to their website they open at 11:00am, yet they never answer their phone before 11:30am.

Me and my friend found you online and grabbed takeout for dinner when we were on the road passing through your town for a day and looked for Thai food. My friend who is not vegan loved the red curry. Thank you for providing vegan food options to your community!

Diner Review №184

I love this place so much!! I've never had any issues. I absolutely love their coconut ice cream! My husband and I have deemed this place our official date night restaurant. We took our mom this time (who isn't normally vegan) and she loved it too!

Excellent to go food every time and has only gotten better in 2020.

Can’t go wrong here. Ask if you are not sure. Many options and combinations and custom orders possible.

Amazing Thai food at very good prices. Yes it's vegan but the "meats" they use are very tasty and work perfectly with the flavors.

Diner Review №192

I love thai food and I love beef so I thought that I would be disappointed when I went there but now I can tell you that I had been there around 10 times and the food is really good in did you cannot notice that is a vegan restaurant. I will highly recommend this place. My favorite plate by far is the pad thai but the plate is always huge so if you're not that hungry order the lunch version 😋 !

This restaurant isn't worth the money the only thing that was really tasty was the Chicken Satay and the Vege Rolls were okay but overcooked. The shrimp didn't taste anything like shrimp with bland noodles. There was so few shrimp that I had to search for them. Radd Nah was cold and hard to eat as they were clumped together. No taste. What a waste of $50.

Food is absolutely phenomenal!!

We love that there is a vegan restaurant near Greenville that has so many choices. There are so many choices that it's hard to decide what to select. Good lunch and dinner combinations to choose from.
It was our 13 year old grand daughter's first time to eat any Thai food. She chose the pineapple fried rice and loved it.
My wife and I enjoyed our combinations. We eat 95% vegan but we try to choose recipes that are low in fat. We will need to inquire what the best choices would be or if we could tweak the recipe to be lower in fat. It's probably possible because we could see through the window that each selection is individually prepared.
It wasn't a busy time because it was a Saturday lunch. There was only one server, and they didn't need any others. She was very nice, but seemed timid, short on words, and only answered questions when asked. It could have been fear of COVID concerns with customers or maybe herself, so we can't really fault her during this pandemic period.
Our grand daughter was not fond of the darker atmosphere, but my wife and I were OK, and just told her that was common in some restaurants. Our grand daughter may not be used to dimly lit restaurants.
We will probably return and try it again and see if we can have some low fat options.

As a vegetarian it was great to have so many options, and not to have to worry about hidden animal products in my food! Beautiful place, great staff and delicious food!

Inviting atmosphere & the service has always been A+. The Tom Yum Soup, Chicken Satay & Orange Chicken are all great choices! Excellent place for a date night!
