I'm not sure if I'm being fair about this or not. I placed an order to go online last night. And it was ready for pick up when I arrived. The food was fantastic. The spices were perfect and everything with my order went really well. My issue unfortunately, is that I had a friend with me who also placed an order online. His was not ready when we arrived as it should have been. Because of that extra 25 minute wait, my food was cold and I left feeling quite angry.
I'm definitely going to give them another shot. If I had been by myself, I would not be complaining today. Because my friend received poor service. My experience suffered.

Diner Review №2

The waiters were really nice! And their boba was the best! It was my first time ever trying boba and it was the best! Will be coming back soon!

Diner Review №3

Best Tai food on James Island.

we unintentionally got there before they opened on a saturday (we thought they opened at 11 but it’s actually 12), so we waited of course. the staff didn’t even arrive until it was time to open. they asked us if we would be willing to wait about 15 minute for them to get settled and set up and we love this place so we obliged. we sit in our cars for 20 minutes before we decide to go in and the door was locked. super disappointed.

Diner Review №11

This was the best Thai food experience I have had, hands down! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles from the staff, who then showed me to my table. I started with the fried dumplings for an appetizer, and they were amazing! If you want your dumplings to be crispy, then this is the place for you. Perfectly cooked, with a satisfying crunch. Highly recommend. For my entree, I ordered the Pad-See-Ew, which I also highly recommend. (Especially if you don’t like too many vegetables). The only veggies in this dish are broccoli and carrots. Throughout the meal I was drinking water pretty quickly, and every time the glass neared half empty, a member of the staff immediately filled it up again. My glass never reached empty! A manager stopped by shortly after the entree was delivered to make sure everything was going well (which it was), and the rest of the staff was extremely kind and attentive during my entire meal. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be bringing my family and friends to this place when I can. The atmosphere inside was modern, and seemed very clean. I believe my waitress’s was named Molly, and she was very kind, respectful, attentive, and was always smiling! Needless to say, please give this place your business, as they have only been open a year. Spread the word! This is my new favorite Thai food restaurant!

Diner Review №12

Some of the best food you can get on James Island. Their restaurant is clean, their staff are kind, and their food is delicious. They don't get enough support, so please eat here!!

Diner Review №13

Great place! Food and service was awesome. Very clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful. We’ll be back. Bobby Beauvais.

Diner Review №14

Diner Review №15

Run to this place! Great staff and the food was terrific. So fresh…. Can’t say enough things about it.

Diner Review №16

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The food was delicious, and we got spicy and non-spicy food for the table with perfect heat levels. This was my sister's first time trying pho, and now she's addicted. The Bangkok Boat Beef Noodle Soup is heavenly, would definitely recommend!!

Diner Review №17

We were a party of 5 and all ordered something different. Every single meal was delicious. Really, really good- plus the service was excellent and it was a great atmosphere. Incredible food though, really.

Diner Review №18

I came here with my girl friend, not knowing what to expect because we haven’t been able to find good pho where in from and let me tell you this place blew our mind! We had an amazing yellow curry too and we just can’t wait to go back. The service was amazing too!

Diner Review №19

This place is seriously amazing. My boyfriend and I came in and ordered the Phuket style pho and it literally blew our minds. Packed with so much flavor and so rich. Then we ordered the yellow curry and it filled us up and warmed our hearts and souls. Such depth of flavor yet so comforting. We are obsessed to say the least.

Diner Review №20

We love the yellow curry and satay chicken. Today was the first time we tried the curry poppers—will definitely get them again as well. Thank you so much for the lovely crispy beef too, it was delicious. The portions are large and seasoning and quality wonderful.

Diner Review №21

Excellent! We were visiting our daughter for a week and we went there twice to eat

Diner Review №22

We went as a party of five, three vegetarians and one vegan. They accommodated all of us with our menu choices and everyone thought that their food was delicious. The server was very attentive and the restaurant was very clean, prices reasonable for the quality of food. . We were from out of town. but will return when we are back in Charleston.

Diner Review №23

Best Thai food I've had outside Thailand!!! Curry poppers were such an amazing surprise!

Diner Review №24

Very small takeout portions for price. Foods just ok. Curry seemed very watery.

Diner Review №25

Diner Review №26

Great place. Very clean and quick. Everything we ordered was on point

Diner Review №27

Our son requested to come here for his birthday. We also had my father join us. I had called earlier in the day to ask if they could reserve a table for us because my dad uses a walker and we'd need a table where he could sit comfortably. From the moment we walked in, it was apparent that these folks are focused on their customers' needs. They had actually reserved 2 tables for us, and let us decide which one would work better.

Our son ordered one of the appetizer combos, which included stuffed shrimp, spring rolls and fried wontons. Everything was so delicious that we were tempted to order another one, but we held off to avoid getting too full before the entrees arrived.

My dad and I split the three friends cashew nut dish that had shrimp, chicken, and pork with assorted vegetables and rice. My husband got the khao moo dang, and loved it. Our son ordered the pad kee mao, and he also loved it. On fact, he enjoyed his food so much that he ordered a pad thai to go!

For dessert, I wanted the lava cake, but they were all out, so we decided to skip dessert. Our son ordered the mango sticky rice and my dad ordered the cheesecake. When the cheesecake arrived, it was too much for my dad to have because he's a diabetic, so I got extra plates and split the cheesecake into 3 for my husband, my dad and I. It was also delicious. Our son thought the sticky rice was good, but the mango part could have been slightly better.

All in all, this was a very nice dinner outing to a place that had excellent service, very delicious food with generous portions, spacious seating, and the pricing was reasonable. It's also nice that parking is available very close to the restaurant.

I'm certain we'll return in the near future. In my opinion, this is one of the best restaurant picks in the Charleston area.

Diner Review №28

We order here about once a month. I ordered online to-go. There computer said it be ready for pickup @ 6:57. It's looking like its gonna be 30+ minutes late. It's 20 minutes late now & no site of my order or the other 6 people sitting here waiting not looking happy. The gentleman before me was 40 minutes late.If I hadn't already paid I'd have left but I'm sure getting refunded is next to impossible. Why have a computer system that tells you when it's gonna be ready if you don't update it on how backed up your kitchen is. I get things happen & the food is amazing but fix your computer system

Diner Review №29

We came here on a Saturday afternoon, nursing hangovers, and it was the perfect spot. The host and servers were super attentive and respectful. The food was outstanding; my boyfriend got the beef pho noodle soup and I got the fried chicken and ginger rice. We split the fried dumplings and shumai. We will 100% be back again!

Diner Review №30

Excellent and quick Thai food. Busy but not crowded. Prices are reasonable.

Diner Review №31

Amazing service, Amazing food. Really loved the experience

Diner Review №32

Always a great time at Bangkok!

Diner Review №33

Excellent. Try the crispy pork belly w/ ginger rice - delicious.

Diner Review №34

Great Thai restaurant!! The curry poppers were a great start. Love their pad see ew and panang curry. The staff is very friendly and the food comes out quickly. Great addition to James island.

Diner Review №35

Very good food and nice clean atmosphere! Service was great and very friendly!

Diner Review №36

The servers are so nice and the food is awesome! Making this place a regular spot for sure!!!!!

Diner Review №37

Best thing to James island ever!!! So comfortable inside not an ice box!

Diner Review №38

Diner Review №39

The first time we went our curries were amazing! The second time mine was way too sweet. I haven’t been back since. I’ll give it one more try soon.

Diner Review №40

Wow! FINALLY found amazing Pad Thai in CHS. After living all over the country, I love living in Charleston but have really struggled with finding good asian food. I am so grateful I found this place. The Tom Yum Soup is so so wonderful. I did not want to get my hopes up for this place after trying so many in the area and being disappointed but this is the real deal. I am so happy I can get actual spice in my food again! Thank you Ti Ney Bangkok!

Diner Review №41

Excellent Thai! We shared the Yum Phed Roasted Duck Salad (which was perfectly cooked crispy duck over greens complemented by a lovely lime dressing), chicken pad thai, Bangkok beef noodle soup, Bangkok zapp chicken wings and the Khao Moo Krob (Ginger Rice w/ Crispy Pork Belly), with mango sticky rice for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious, the service was kind and attentive and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Diner Review №42

Diner Review №43

Great food, service, and prices. Definitely recommend.

Diner Review №44

These ladies are incredible. 5 Star service and even better food. Very clean. Very kind.

Started with Thai wings 7/10. Pad Thai 9/10 and Green Curry 7/10. Pad Thai was one of the best I’ve had. All tasted homemade. All made to order.

We got the Thai Doughnuts 12/10 for dessert- do not miss out on those. $65 for a date night in Charleston is very affordable.

Really solid place- we will be back soon.

Diner Review №45

Incredible food and service!! Pad Thai was the best I’ve had in a long time. Adding this place to my favorites list!

Diner Review №46

Really good food, very nice serving staff. Will be back!

Diner Review №47

I was very surprised how lovely this Thai restaurant located in an un-assuming James Island strip mall was! Very nice atmosphere, wonderful Thai food and the servers were soooo sweet! We enjoyed two lunch plates and topped it off with the Thai donuts - which were over-the-top delicious! We will bring all our friends here to eat!

Diner Review №48

The crab wontons were actually like a ball of cheese in a wonton. Extremely odd. The entree with three proteins only had two of them. Very disappointing.

Diner Review №49

Ordered take out for me and my wife who has celiac. They informed me the pad thai was naturally gluten free and the could make the pad see ew gluten free as well. Both dishes were delicious and prepared quickly for take out. It's great to have a fantastic thai place close to home.

Diner Review №50

The restaurant is clean and enjoyable atmosphere. Kate, our waitress was very helpful with my allergies and very nice. I had the massaman curry and it was delicious. I will return.

Diner Review №51

Food was flavorful and the place is nice. We must have gone during a busy time and it looked short staffed for the number of tables they had. The poor server was juggling between all the tables. We were seated pretty quickly and the food still came out in decent time. We ordered Stir fry basil with tofu, stir fry ginger with tofu and stir fry cashew. The quantity was enough, no leftovers, and was prepared to our spice level. There is plenty of tables here and plenty of parking outside. The prices are reasonable.

Diner Review №52

A fantastic restaurant. Wonderful pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress Kate was fantastic. The drunken noodles, massaman curry chicken and calamari was great. They were very careful allergies and no ccross-contamination. Highly recommend.

Diner Review №53

Food was incredibly fresh and well prepared. Delicious and flavorful. Service was so friendly, fast and efficient. My wife came here twice in one day! Once with a friend for lunch and then brought my son and I for dinner. So may different flavors to try for variety. Feel better when you leave than when eating Chinese food. Highly recommend.

Diner Review №54

Food was good. I ordered chicken Pad Thai and extra beef, totaled about $24. My only disappointment was when I tried to add Thai tea to go- no ice (NOT refill), I was given half filled cup. When I ask to please fill it up more, I was told she cannot. I’m not sorry, and for over $5 for tea and you cannot fill a regular sized cup, that’s really being extra stingy and inconsiderate of your customer, poor customer service. I should have taken a picture for reference… After than poor experience, not sure if I’m coming back.

Diner Review №55

Happy to say this place lived up to the rave reviews! The space is bigger than expected and we thought it would be just counter service, but they have full dine in service. We started with the fresh basil rolls and they were super fresh and crunchy. The dipping sauce was also so flavorful. For our mains, I got the panang curry with shrimp and my husband got the pad thai with beef. The panang curry had the perfect amount of spice and was so flavorful, so much better than the curries I attempt to make at home! My husband loved the pad thai, and they even brought us some chile oil if he wanted to spice it up. We had to get the mango sticky rice for dessert. I've never had it before, but I have to say I'm a big fan now! The mango was perfectly ripe and the rice was cooked well and nice and warm. The service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Diner Review №56

We’re pretty consistent (and pedestrian) orderers at Ti-Ney Bangkok. Typically, Fresh Basil Rolls, Spring Rolls, and an order of Pad Thai that we split between two people. It’s always solid and I don’t regret the expense of the meal or the food itself. They are also lovely people and I love supporting them.

Diner Review №57

My husband and I picked up Thai food here the other night and were blown away. This was the best chicken Pad Thai we’ve ever had!! The Thai tea and mango sticky rice were also both really yummy. I loved the coconut Thai tea as well. All around amazing and the interior looked beautiful and inviting when we picked up the food too. We definitely want to come back!

Diner Review №58

PAD THAI. Please stop whatever you're doing and order NOW. We got take out, but if you dine in you will be impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly service. Now on to the Pad Thai! It is an understatement when I tell you this is the best Pad Thai in Charleston. This is the freshest, most lovingly prepared Pad Thai I've ever had. Anywhere. We'll return again and again and we're delighted for this additional to Folly's restaurant row on James. Sure to please even the most discerning palettes. The chicken is tender. The veggies perfectly cooked. The sauce, my friends. The. Sauce. Out of 10, this is a 14.

Diner Review №59

Diner Review №60

Absolutely wonderful! From ordering pick-up with the host. Taken back by the presentation of everything including dining area. Greeted with water at the bar, hot sakè in the cutest carafe & cup setup, chilled glass served with Sapporo & Ichiban beer while we waited. Best flavor I've had in a long time! So excited for this JI addition!

Diner Review №61

Wonderful food.

Diner Review №62

Finally we have a delicious Thai spot on James Island. They just opened and the food and service is amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Diner Review №63

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and courteous! The food was divine and the entertainment was awesome! Will come back again!

Diner Review №64

Diner Review №65

Diner Review №66

Delicious and flavorful food with excellent service that was attentive and prompt. We had the Pad thai, Tom kha gai and Shrimp fried rice. All the dishes were amazing and the food fresh and waiting times in between were minimal. Will definitely be back for more!

Diner Review №67

The food was great, I will come back

Diner Review №68

They have been open about 3 weeks and I have been there once for dining, once for takeout and 2 times for soup. The food was excellent with well seasoned entrees and large portions. All three servers, Risa, Dee and Joy were friendly and attentive. Seated quickly and very clean restaurant.I would definitely come back and did.

Diner Review №69

The place is very nicely decorated, and the staff is very kind and accommodating! The food is delicious and the prices are more reasonable than other similar establishments in the same vicinity. Definitely going to frequent often!

Diner Review №70

The restaurant is amazing! My water was constantly refilled, and they replaced a fork instantly, when I dropped it, even though I didn’t even have to ask. The food was delicious, the menu is great, and the service was wonderful. I went after the beach, so I was dressed very casually, and it still felt comfortable – but it is absolutely a beautiful restaurant, and would be a great date spot! By the way, the Thai iced coffee is delicious here!

Diner Review №71

Pleasant atmosphere, tasty food and nice staff! Enjoyed the entire experience. #alexapproved

Diner Review №72

If anyone craves for authentic Thai’s cuisine this is the place. Our family ordered the beef basil fried rice, chicken pad thai, thai chicken wings, and Thai tea. Everything was on point from taste to smell. The staffs here are super friendly and always check in on us. We will definitely come back when we are in town.

Diner Review №73

The food was amazing! I’m flight crew and sample Thai food all over America, and without a doubt this has been the best tasting Thai food I’ve had so far. Try the Tom Ka Gai (Hot & Sour Coconut with Chicken)! Best ever!
Also the Pad Thai was full of flavor (not dry!! which is important).
The service was outstanding as well.

Diner Review №74

Amazing food and service

Diner Review №75

We’ve ordered dinner from here a few times now and I think the food quality is fantastic. Everything I’ve tried has been top notch. I’m very grateful to have this addition to the James Island food scene.

Diner Review №76

I have been here multiple times and every time I have been very pleased.
The staff are very accommodating to your every need. I highly recommend!!

Diner Review №77

Friendly people and amazing Thai cuisine!

Diner Review №78

Amazing food! Never disappoints

Diner Review №79

Wow ! What a great new restaurant. Best Thai in a 20 mile radius for sure and great ambiance inside . You want to give this place a visit and not just order Take out!

Our waiter was great and suggested a duck soup I would have never tried if it was not for him and it was awesome !

Diner Review №80

The food is amazing! Wings and curry were both so so good. Love this place.

Diner Review №81

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience at any other restaurant! I’m a huge fan of Asian food and I can confidently say this is the best Asian restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The service is absolutely incredible. They’re kind, attentive, caring, and hospitable. The food is absolutely incredible. I had the original fried rice with chicken and it tasted so fresh and flavorful. The restaurant itself was very ambient and relaxing. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time. We’ll definitely be returning! Thank you!

Diner Review №82

Staff are very friendly, quick in service but not enough trained or experienced. Folks overlapped each other time to time, made decision within crew members in front of guests and so one. Kitchen was fast. Food was good enough: calamari were a bit chewy in tasty crust,(4), fresh basil rolls were fresh but loose which made it not convenient ti eat(3).I had Thai bbq with rice and vegetables, my wife same but beef with teriyaki. Rice and vegetables were perfectly cooked (5), bbq and beef were not softened enough (4). Atmosphere of the restaurant looks like eatery mostly. Two starters, two main courses and water for $52 plus taxes and tips. all together- ordinary place for casual lunch with good food.

Diner Review №83

Diner Review №84

Great food and great service!

Diner Review №85

Best service and Thai food I’ve had in a long time! Quaint little family place full of quality experience.

Diner Review №86

We ordered take out from Ti-Ney Bangkok tonight, it was delicious! Best Pad Thai and Green Curry on the Island!

Diner Review №87

I have been here about 20 times since they've opened. It is one of my favorite places in Charleston to eat. The food is always so good. Some of tge best Pad Thai I've ever had. The staff is always so happy and welcoming. I truly recommend this place you won't be disappointed.

Diner Review №88

What a find on James Island. Excellent Thai food, large and interesting menu. Food is delicious; service is wonderful and friendly; comfortable booths. Parking is easy.

Diner Review №89

Friendly staff, family friendly and date night areas, and fantastic food. In person experience and presentation beats takeout any day

Diner Review №90

Staff were very nice to us and our 2 young boys. Ordered the mixed appetizer A ( wantons, curry poppers and crunchy spring roles) and the Bangkok boat beef noodle bowl. Everything was delicious! Can't say enough about the staff. The boys love the arcade next door after dinner as well! Probably going back next Friday.

Diner Review №91

Diner Review №92

All of the food is definitely made fresh to order and authentic. Steamed dumplings were fresh and light, and the curry poppers didn’t have an overwhelming taste curry can sometimes have. The coconut chicken soup was phenomenal, but a little spicy if you’re sensitive to that. The Bangkok beef noodle soup was fantastic. The broth was very tasty with nice light noodles. I will try to pick up from here eventually, but for now this is where we will to go get our Asian food fix. The restaurant is fairly big with a full size bar. Please change the music. It was all acoustic covers of various white people songs and was too loud.

Diner Review №93

I've been trying to find a good authentic Thai restaurant in Charleston. I saw this place on DoorDash and ordered yellow chicken curry and pad Thai with fried tofu. Both were very very good. I'm pretty picky when it comes to yellow curry and have to say this is one of the best that I've had! Must try!

Diner Review №94

Diner Review №95

Delicious food and great service

Diner Review №96

Excellent food, excellent service. We highly recommend the Thai wings. This is some of the best Thai food we’ve had. We will definitely be visiting again.

Diner Review №97

Diner Review №98

Diner Review №99

Compared with Thai Elephant (nearby), my green curry was a much smaller portion, tasted too sweet, and was sparse with ingredients. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant if Thai Elephant (or another Thai restaurant) is open

Diner Review №100

Wonderful first time dining with my wife tonight. Service was warm and welcoming, nice renovations. The food was excellent as we had crab wontons, coconut soup, goyoza and chicken pad tai. We will definitely be back. Great addition to the James island food scene!

Diner Review №101

Food was great. Prices very reasonable for the quality. Service also great. Highly recommend.

Diner Review №102

Great new Thai spot that is much more reasonable and tasty.

Diner Review №103

Have eaten here several times but the last and final time I found a hair in food showed them and I couldn't finish my meal and they still charge me full price.

Diner Review №104

Extremely nice staff, outstanding food, clean, and comfortable. I'm so glad we have a great thai option in Folly.

Diner Review №105

The panang curry and Thai teriyaki chicken were excellent!

Diner Review №106

Diner Review №107

Diner Review №108

Great service, yep, I said great service.
Food is great and the price is right.

Diner Review №109

This place is Amazing. The staff were all super attentive, the food was incredible and we enjoyed the atmosphere. It’s definitely one of the gems of the James Island food scene!!

Diner Review №110

Diner Review №111

Great service and great food! Will come back again. Joy was the best and super friendly!

Diner Review №112

The music kill me. I felt like I was going through a bad break up. First the service was so slow and spotty. The people in front of me had excellent service, me she could care less. Now the food. Gross. The fresh basil roll I thought was veggie at first, but no it had one shrimp only. So your roll is cut in half and only one side has a shrimp. You can tell they were definitely premade because the lettuce was definitely not fresh. Now to the larb. I asked for cabbage instead of lettuce, because sometimes people who make larb will make it greasy and sadly lettuce does not stand up to it. This was the case here as well. She took my order and then served me a plate with lettuce instead of cabbage. I asked where my cabbage was and I was told that they did not have any fresh cabbage. They obviously didn’t have any fresh lettuce either. I had to pick out the dead greasy lettuce to eat it. Next time I will DoorDash tasty Thai. This has been a waste of money, and I will not be back.

Diner Review №113

Just in town for one night... Had to see the beach before we left, but we came across this gem of a place. Authentic Thai food and great service!

Diner Review №114

The soup was good but extremely salty. Basil rolls were made from bagged salad with shrimp slivers, as someone else said. The satay was good but slightly rubbery ,no cucumber salad.. Tha Patay was ok, my husband liked it. Service was good but never inquired if we liked our food

Diner Review №115

$30 for just a green curry to-go seemed overpriced, especially when the curry only had a few pieces of beef and only bell peppers, green beans, and basil (no eggplant or bamboo shoots). Not large serving sizes. Also, expect spicy even if you ask for mild for certain dishes.

Diner Review №116

Best Thai food I’ve had in Charleston! Super fresh. Spice is perfect! Can’t wait to try more dishes on the menu.

Diner Review №117

DELICIOUS! We ordered take out. The food was ready and still hot by the time we arrived home. Everything was tasty! The staff was very nice and the inside of the restaurant looks very nice. We have been searching for a good Thai restaurant, and I can say we finally found our new spot! We look forward to returning!

Diner Review №118

This one is a MISS for us. First of all its a big space, probably too big as its simply more like a campus dining hall than a cozy colorful Thai dining experience. The male host was not warm or welcoming and he merely seated us at a table and dropped the menus and walked away. The waitress was sweet but wasn't well trained as she asked whether we wanted MILD or HOTTER for our RED CURRY with CHICKEN, and we said MILD please. It came out VERY SPICY. When we complained the host who seated us came back to tell us that the Curry paste was hot and they couldn't make it MILD. So we said we would have BASIL CHICKEN but then they brought the RED CURRY back and had diluted the sauce with water. Never mentioned the BASIL CHICKEN that he said he would send. The SWEET & SOUR SHRIMP we ordered, ended up being CHICKEN, but at that point we opted not to mention it. The sauce was on the watery side but OK. Reality is that in this economy, meat & seafood entrees under $20 are simply not going to be of great quality. So we accept that, and in these Thai places its then all about the sauce, and in that regard THAI ELEPHANT right down the road is better...much nicer interior space, warmer greetings, better sauces and the same quality of meat & seafood.

Diner Review №119

Thought the food was great!! Staff was attentive!

Diner Review №120

I recently tried Ti-Ney Bangkok, and I’m thrilled to say it exceeded my expectations. The food is not only delicious but authentically crafted. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Don’t miss out on the Thai iced coffee and Thai iced tea – they’re delicious, even though I forgot to take a picture. With such a positive experience, I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Having this gem so close to my house is a real treat and definitely needed!

Diner Review №121

Great Thai food and friendly staff. We had the hot and sour soup, the mixed appetizer and the Thai BBQ pork dish. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend!

Diner Review №122

The food was delicious! I'll definitely be back.

Diner Review №123

We were excited to try Ti-Ney today and we were pretty disappointed. It was a strange experience. The service was not friendly and it wasn’t clear who what doing what in the front of the house. No one introduced themselves or did a standard service greeting. I like to see a smile and be greeted when dining. The first impression goes a long way.

Atmosphere was fine, just a bit off with folks standing around and Latinx playing as the background music in a Thai restaurant. The place was clean I’ll give them that, but it was just no personality to it.

Ok so food. Just ok. We realize they are still new and maybe getting into stride so we will try it again, but our apps were sub par and just standard basics like fresh rolls and Thai wings. The fresh rolls were soggy and fell apart and used “salad kit” lettuce, carrots, and cabbage in them - No basil and the shrimp were on the slimy side. The wings were clearly reheated and had congealed fat just under the skin from the second reheat fry. They were crispy and tasted ok, but just weren’t great for what equated to about 2 dollars per wing. After this we declined to order a main and decided to try our luck elsewhere.

At no point did anyone ask us how our food was or if we needed anything. We had to ask for everything including the check. Dear owner, check on your guests, especially at a crucial time like now when you are just getting going so you can take the feedback proactively.

We will come back in a few weeks again to test the waters once more and update. Again, we are always excited to get more options on the island and want to frequent locally owned businesses and ultimately we want them to succeed.

Diner Review №124

Excited to try this restaurant, but was disappointed. Spring Rolls had one frozen shrimp and lettuce. Wings were overcooked, not great. We left after apps. We had five different people come to the table, not super welcoming.

Diner Review №125

Got take out from them Saturday night and it was delicious. Very very fresh - not heavy at all. My mother then went there Sunday night and got take out and was raving about it. I will certainly spread the word about this new restaurant. Give it a try. Let's try to keep this new restaurant on James Island.

Diner Review №126

Authentic Thai! I have had Thai food across the globe. Possibly the best Thai spot in Charleston. The food is 10/10. As a James Island resident I hope this place becomes a fixture here!

Diner Review №127

Visited a few days after they opened. Still some kinks to work out but the food was absolutely amazing. Best Thai on James Island.

Diner Review №128

Excited to have this new spot. Had the red curry and crispy spring rolls. Curry heat was just right (did medium). Next time I might try the hot. The crispy spring rolls *weren’t* greasy which I loved. And a huge perk is the ease of online ordering for pick up.

Diner Review №129

We loved it! The restaurant was clean, service was good and prompt, and the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this new place!

Diner Review №130

The food, service and atmosphere was great! I will definitely return. I will recommend to family and friends.

Diner Review №131

Teriyaki chicken bowl 👌🏻 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the fried wantons ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can eat 1000 of them.

Diner Review №132

This is excellent Thai! I’ve spent a lot of time in northern Thailand, and this is the closest I’ve come to that distinct flavor.

The staff are super friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be back.

Diner Review №137

As thai food fanatics, my sister and I were really looking forward to trying this place. They don't have a sign up yet, but are open for business in the Garage 75 shopping center. We were actually the first ever dine-in customers and the staff gave us each a free cocktail to mark the occasion! It's a clean, large space with plenty of tables and a big bar.

We ordered the fresh basil rolls, tom ka gai, pad kee mao chicken, and pad thai. Everything was super flavorful, fresh, and delicious. Service was prompt and friendly. While there are a couple other thai places on James Island, this will definitely be my go-to!
