Chefs kiss!! noodles had the right amount of soft yet chewy texture, sauce coated it just right, spice was perfect. very cosy atmosphere with piano instrumentals. low foot traffic on a weekday lunch but i’m sure they get plenty of business during peak hours. prices reasonable. portion reasonable. the orange chicken had an excellent batter, and right amount of sauce. Flavor was great, chicken was crispy and tender, but not drowned in batter like most other places do. could have doubled up on the meat to have more meat to rice ratio. Sauce was not overly sweet or thick, it coated the fried chicken perfectly.

Service was fast and attentive. Food came out very promptly. they had so many more things i wanted to try. Authentic thai indeed ✨✨

Lovely place with plenty of vegetarian choices. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the service was good and quick. We ordered stir fry ginger , stir fry basil and drunken noodles. The dishes were flavorful and made to our preferred spice levels. Our server was very friendly and came and checked in on us several times. We also ordered bubble tea. The quantity of food was sufficient. Came with a lot of rice. There is plenty of parking available outside .

Finally decided to check out a fairly new Thai restaurant in West Ashley- Gotta Say.. VERY GOOD & Traditional Thai.. having traveled to Thailand several times all throughout Thailand and just the couple of items we had were delicious. We only went for lunch. I can't wait to try their Thai Green Curry or Panama Curry. We had the chicken last, chicken yellow curry, fresh shrimp rolls Thai iced tea & Thai green matcha tea. They were BUSY!!! Service was excellent & efficient. Food was fast, nicely plated & delicious. Price point is normal. A nice new gem for Charleston!

This is my second time here in a week. This time I brought my husband. We ordered the Thai boat soup and the red curry. Both dishes were exquisite and had plenty of meat. You can request the level of spice in your dish. They provide a tray of spices and seasonings on the side and their chili oil was amazing. We were extremely happy with the quality and quantity of food. For dessert we had mango sticky rice. It was delicious! The presentation is beautiful, as well as the ambience. Our waitress was friendly, bubbly, and attentive. We were impressed with everything. This place is a hidden gem. I’m so glad we discovered it!

Great food, great decor! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very relaxing music playing. Booths were very comfortable and stylish. Outdoor seating as well. Wonton soup was incredible! All our main dishes were really tasty. Sweet tea was tangy. Highly recommend coming here. Would've been 5 stars, but the outside was not attractive at all. You wouldn't think it would be great from the exterior.

Have come here twice when passing through Charleston, amazing Thai food! Best mango cheesecake I've ever had. Food came out really quickly. The server (and I assume owner), was very kind and playful with our two young girls, who also enjoyed the meal.

This place is one of the best restaurants in Charleston. I have tried many Thai restaurants around the whole of Charleston and this is by far the best. I had the tom yum soup and it was so spicy but it was the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back!

We traveled from Edisto Island to visit on our way to Charleston for the day. Best Thai food I’ve ever had! Great prices, great atmosphere, great quick service, and amazing food. Hope we get the chance to come back.

Good Thai food. Good service. They do a good job of mitigating the amount of spice you want in your dish. If you get “Thai Hot” be ready.

The prices were initially a little steep, but the food was tasty and serving sizes were reasonable for the prices. We left with small to-go boxes. Wide range of flavor profiles. Would like to see smaller portion options, perhaps? Service was friendly. Dining area is small, so plan accordingly during busy times.

The basil chicken was excellent. Medium spice was perfect. The staff was very kind and attentive.

If you want some really good Thai food with people working there that know the culture inside out this is the spot. I started with spice level 1 on the cashew chicken dish with bell peppers and it was very nice and mild like a mild salsa. This cashew dish has a roasted flavor like over charcoal background that were really super. The shrimp spring rolls are also delicious. Really fresh with mint and basil. Yeah I'm definitely going back. Got the sweet tea half and half was perfect.

Delicious food. I had the red curry. Great service too. I came for lunch. If you like it spicy, I had the 4 out of 5 and my nose was running. If you don't, they'll make it mild

Amazing garlic chicken!

The waitress was very sweet and friendly and prompt. The food was delicious and hot and fresh. The plate was more than I could finish.
A bit pricy, but well worth it for a treat once in a while. I would highly recommend Thailicious to anyone looking for a delicious meal.

Since moving to Charleston a couple years ago, I've been on the hunt for a Thai restaurant that does Pad Kee Mao the RIGHT WAY! I can not overstate how kind and great the staff are. Food is always consistent if not better every time I come. A wonderful atmosphere as well. Im not usually one to become a regular for very many places but this honestly is such a great place I could probably make it a daily stop if I had the time.

Their curry noodle soup is one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life, no exaggeration. Big portion, creamy, just the right amount of spice, tasty noodles. The world is better because this soup exists.

I ordered shrimp pad Thai and Thai tea. It took 8-10 minutes. Thai tea 10/10 but the cup was small and they fill it with a lot of ice. I was planning on sitting but the restaurant was empty so I ordered pick up. It took 8-10minutes. The Pad Thai was classic for SC 10/10 it was more sweet with some liquid and only 11 DOLLARS plus 3 dollars for shrimp(5 nice sized shrimp)!!!!.

I’ve been to this place about 5 times now and every time has been fantastic. We have ordered hot pot every time and it has always been delicious. The staff is very nice and there is typically no wait to be seated.

Love, love, love this restaurant! I mostly get take out but have eaten inside quite a few times as well and the ambiance is awesome. It's very well decorated and just such a cute little spot. The food is definitely some of the best Thai I've had in Charleston. They have multiple levels of spice which is nice and very nice portions, but mostly the flavors and variety of things to choose from are just awesome! I haven't tried anything here yet that I didn't love. Also the Thai Tea is some of the best I've ever had. Love it!

I got the Bangkok Boat Beef Noodle Soup. I opted for Very Spicy!!!!🔥 I am usually disappointed when I get food extra spicy because it's never hot enough! This is the best soup I have ever had. Noodles on the side, basil and Mung bean on the side. Totally worth the $20 for one dish. Those who are complaining do not understand that quality food costs more. This is not basic asian. It is elevated!

Wow this place was incredible. Best Thai we’ve had. The Basil spring roll, Pad Woon Sen both excellent. The Thai broth in the duck noodle soup is exquisite. So silky, sweet, luxurious. Definitely be back for the hot pot!

I'm a tour guide in the city, and this is hands down the best Thai food in all of Charleston. The atmosphere was great, the food was top-notch, and the waitress did not let our drinks go empty even though she was the only one working 2 tables and all of the uber eats. Would highly recommend!

Amazing. I had to wait a bit for the food, but the host had already anticipated that. However, the diners who did Dine-In were served quickly. The food was excellent in taste and temperature. I tried the Crab Wontons and the Classic Fried Rice, I owe you the pictures. Totally recommended.

Review of the new restaurant: Thailicious. Stopped here on a whim today and the food was, for the most part, really great and the service was even better. The appetizers were delicious- best tom kha gai I've had in Charleston. The massaman was a bit on the thin side from what I've had in the past but was still flavorful and I enjoyed it. I will definitely be back.

Went here for an after workout meal and was met with very friendly service and great ambiance. All of the food looked and tasted great, and we were even given complementary donuts to try, which were some of the tastiest little morsels of fried dough I’ve ever tried. Glad to have a wonderful little Thai restaurant so close to home. (:

Wow, the Pad Thai is amazing. And their peanut sauce and boba tea are to die for. Staff is extremely friendly. My only complaint is I ordered takeout with a special surprise dessert for my son for New Year's (boba coconut milk) and it completely melted because it sat atop very hot food. It was not edible. I should have thought to take it out of the bag in the car - my fault. But otherwise I would visit here every day!! SO SO good!!

Best Thai food in Charleston!

This place is unbelievable. Not only do they charge some of the highest prices you will find but the quantities are super small. I assume when I’m paying $20 for soup I’m going to get a big bowl of it not a little tiny container. That’s how it was with everything. High prices low quantity. I got egg rolls and had to make three trips in because it says it comes with a sweet-and-sour chili sauce, but when I tell you it barely had enough in the bottom of the little small soufflé cup you would not believe me. A soufflé cup is already very small and it didn’t fill up 1/6 of the cup and I’m not exaggerating. I got another one and it was the same thing. When I went in the third time she said only one more then we charge you. Lady you haven’t given me a full cup of it yet. It’s not liquid plutonium it’s sweet-and-sour sauce!!!! Anybody looking to pinch pennies like they are means not fresh food and they are cutting corners other places. I guess that’s why the place was empty on a Saturday night!

This is the best Thai place in West Ashley by far. From the food to the service, it’s a great little spot to go during the week or on the weekends. The entire menu is great, but our fav items are the basil Thai, drunken noodles, wonton soup & green curry. For appetizers, you can’t go wrong with the satay chicken, curry poppers or spring rolls. 😍 Definitely recommend!

Overpriced. The chicken satay was deep fried , small portion and dry. Peanut sauce was a strange texture. Other parts of meal were disappointing . Will not return.

Curry extremely watery and thin. Potatoes not cooked all the way in the curry. Restaurant said that they measure out all of their ingredients and it’s made the same way every time. So if you like watery lackluster curry, this is your place. Whoever we spoke with said there was nothing she could do. Will not be going back. About $1 worth of food in each each container as well. Also price online does not reflect what they are charging FYI.

Pad See Ew was delicious. I got it Thai hot because I have a high tolerance and it was perfect. It has large portions and is a small, quiet location with good customer service.

Plenty of food, we had meat and veggies left, did have to order extra noodles. We also had the sampler appetizer. Everything was great! Joy recommend the mango cheesecake…excellent! I took a Thai tea to go, brought the whole meal together. Wonderful flavors, very fresh. Money well spent. Worth doing once a week.

Staff was all polite and nice but we ordered 4 entrees and two appetizers in order to feed 3 adults and two kids (under 4 yo). This order cost over $80. Worst part was that the to-go containers were only half filled with food so we didn't even have leftovers.

Really good flavor! Alot of places around here taste like old oil and no spice but this place Nailed it! Only reason I did not rate 5 stars because 1 order the drunken noodles were too chopped up into small pieces and small portion as well. Will order again.

not what we expected and in a negative way. Only one person working the front. So getting anything took forever. The appetizers where mediocre and bland. The M curry was the best thing and only saving grace of the meal. would not recommend to anyone.

Wanted someplace new for Valentines. Found this new place on Open Table. They sat us right down. Made some recommendations. The food was FRESH and came out quickly. We had the opportunity to chat with and get to learn about the owner (who waited on us). Great dining experience. We’ll be back! ~Ed and Tracee Clapper

Food is delicious 🤤

Walked in and ordered my lunch of Pad See Ew immediately, and walked out with food within about 8 minutes. Service is fast, food is great. My only issue was being charged dinner price for a lunch order. Had that corrected, but then wasn't given my change. I had to ask for my change, and then was given too much back. Awkward exchange, but I'd try this place out again.

Great food. We had the yellow curry with tofu which was delicious. A pot of Jasmine tea was also delightful. They didn’t have a vegan version of the papaya salad I love to enjoy at a Thai restaurant which was very disappointing. The service was great and the bathroom was pretty clean which of course is a bonus.

I don't know why it had great reviews. I'm half thai and how do you mess up Pad thai... Mediocre at best.

Update: So I guess the names changed, yet the reviews stayed the same as Ti Ney Bangkok, and I’m ashamed that google is allowing this, because there is a major difference between the two, especially in pricing and quantity.

I ordered Pad kee Moa and my wife ordered the lunch version of the pineapple fried rice.

Let’s start with my order. It was like 16.75 for a small size of the order, however that’s for chicken, and I always get beef, but that’s an extra up charge of 3.00 making a small order of food cost 20.00. Was it good? Yes, but nothing to write home about.

My wife’s lunch special cost 14.95 because of the 3 dollar up charge to the 11.95 meal. 3 dollar up charge for 3 pieces of shrimp that they didn’t remove the tail from and they only had 3 pieces of pineapple.. Moving on to portion size… it was smaller than my small hand. I mean… you know those Chinese take out boxes, there’s the small and the large and they usually put like rice into the small ones, well the size was smaller than that. Taste wise? She said there was absolutely no taste to the entire thing. She was devastated over 14.95 for 2 bites of food that didn’t taste like anything.

From reading other reviews, I’d figure that Thailicious would start upping their portion size or decreasing their cost.. Nope.. it is exactly what the reviews said. I miss Ti Ney Bangkok!

Hands down my favorite Thai place in all of Charleston! Not even a contest. It's my favorite cuisine and I'm so glad this restaurant exists. They recently changed owners, and the quality is still just as good if not better. The new owner is Thai and they offer an off-menu Northern dish you won't find in any other restaurant (ask for the Kao Soi!). The new Thai décor has also added to the unique vibe of a sit-down meal.

The food is a bit pricey so I don't go as often as I'd like, but they do have a rewards program to take advantage of! Thailicious is my go-to whenever I want something tasty. If you like spice, I'd recommend the Pad Kee Mao. FYI their "spicy" level is actually hot!

Being Filipino/American, born in NYC, and having lived on Long Island, NY for 66 years, I know good Cuisine. I found this restaurant right around the corner from where I now live in retirement, and I came here for dinner with my family on my Birthday 8/16/22. It was every bit as good as what you will find in NYC! Food is EXCELLENT Restaurant is very CLEAN, Service is EXCELLENT and the Proprietors are very COURTEOUS. Try it, you’ll enjoy it!

We came here (over our normal Thai place) because a co-worker recommended it. Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled fantastic!!!! The staff was great. Our service (think her name stars with a K) was so kind, gracious, knowledgeable and prompt. They even recommended a dish we have never had and it was incredible. Our waiter was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh, healthy and the presentation was superb. Great atmosphere with really nice people. The only reason for not giving five stars is due to the price. It’s a bit expensive compared to other places; however it would certainly be five if cost was not factored in.

Ordered the pad kee mao, Tom kah soup and curry poppers. The food was fantastic. Great portion size and great flavor. Just perfect.
