The flavors were wonderful & each dish was very filling. Such a gem to have in the Central area & for surrounding communities to indulge in. We look forward to future visits in order to try additional dishes.

One of the best Thai restaurants I have ever been to! The owners are amazing! We were greeted immediately and well taken care of by “the lady” that owns it, she let us sample the Teas. By sample I mean she brought us a full cup! She also is pretty funny, super attentive, humble and working. Their English is not the best but neither is mine. The food was delicious! It was so authentic it may scare you off. So if you don’t know what real Thai food is then this place may be too much for you. They do have non spicy options as well as gluten free and Vegan. Everything was fresh and made to order. It’s a small place so seating is very limited, but just get it Togo! It’s a most stop and a great addition to the town. We definitely will go back.

The pad Thai here is delicious! The portion sizes are large enough that I always have leftovers for the next day. The Thai tea is amazing, definitely the best I’ve never had. The staff are also wonderful. Definitely recommend if you’re in the Clemson/Central area!

What a nice addition to the town! Their Thai tea was so good, one of the best I’ve had in the area and they say they’re going to get boba soon! They also let us sample the green tea and iced cocoa, both were great -I will be back for more😋 I got the pad thai and my husband got the uh… roast chicken over ramen? I forget the name. Both were so flavorful, nice savory notes of sesame and cilantro. Mine was a touch on the dry side but I did go at a weird time of day, and I’ll still order it again because ✨flavor✨Bonus points because the lady at the counter was so sweet💕

What lovely owners and restaurant with DELICIOUS Larb . (Seriously the best I have ever had on the usa). My mother and I came out on their opening day, by chance, and walked intrigued about this new restaurant. We were warmly greeted by the kindest and most excited husband and Wife owners. We ordered quite a lot of food, but they (it was just the two of them for now) took it all in stride and offered us a free very tasty Thia Tea to drink while we waited. They were still in the middle of making their menu and putting up decorations when we cam, so I cant wait to come back to see it once it is all complete. Even though the Husband was getting acquainted with the new fangled register and the wife was cooking our many dishes, they still joked and chatted with us. It's a really lovely feeling in there with quite tasty food.
Why go there:
-You want fresh tasing food with lots of flavor.
-you want to eat authentic food. (It's less Americanized than many places i have been to- which is wonderful to my taste buds!)
-you like meat
-you are okay with the southern friendly manners and southern speed. It's just one adorable cook and her husband, dont expect to zip in and out. (At least not in their first couple of months of opening)

Who shouldn't go:
- you are in a rush
-you are a vegetarian (I'm not so this wasn't a issue for me)
-you dont want to try new flavors and foods.
-you get easily overheated, I would recommend getting take out then.:D

LOVE this place! This place was highly recommended since me and my friends were from out of state. The food and drink were delish (I got the see ew with roast pork and Thai tea) and the owner was so sweet! The atmosphere was great and if I were living here, I’d prob come a lot of times.

If you like Thai food and want pickup/ to-go, there's no place better in the area than Bangkok Street. Fresh, hot, and hits the spot. The Thai hot spice is simply awesome - best we've found in the area.

I thoroughly enjoy this place's food. Every dish I've had from the Bangkok Spicy Noodles to the Tom Yum Soup has been spectacular. The lady working there with her husband is extremely kind and her husband is an incredible cook. The only downside to Bangkok Street Foods is their limited seating and capacity to make dishes due to limited staff; however, their takeout option eliminates this issue. I wish this place as much success as possible!

Outstanding food!
The pad thai is made with tamarind and palm sugar. I rarely order pad thai in the US because it is often not done authentically, but it is here and always delicious!
The nam tok is excellent and the new curries are very good. I'm looking forward to exploring more of the menu.
Owners are the nicest people and I always end up lingering to chat after picking up my order. We are very fortunate to have them in the area. Kop khun krap!

As of my writing there are 30 other 5 star reviews, and I hate to break it to anyone expecting different, but I love this place! The food is authentic, high-quality, and generous in portion. The staff/owners are honest (spicy level), accommodating, and super friendly. I have brought friends here and they too are impressed. We are so fortunate to have this place in Central, so close to Seneca/Clemson. I am a no hot/spicy person and I have found the Pad Thai/Pad See Ew to be just what I expected. Also, definitely try the Thai Tea, it is creamy goodness. I like the regular, but the Green Tea one is also delicious!

The owner of the restaurant is so so sweet! She was so kind to me and my friend when we ordered, and she served us some AMAZING food and drink!! I really don't care for Thai food, but my wife and daughter like it. I wasn't going to order anything at first, but I decided to get the Khao Ka Pao with chicken and spice level 2. It was absolutely delicious. My daughter ordered carry out online and I rode with her to pick it up. My daughter said they were super nice and they helped her bring it to the car. My wife, daughter, and myself self were completely satisfied beyond our expectations.

Great food but more importantly, genuine husband and wife team. Sweetest people in Central.

I don’t know how downtown Central does it but they seriously have the best food around and Bangkok Street Food does not disappoint! My husband and I ordered our usual Thai restaurant staples and were 100% satisfied with the food. Portions were perfect if not on the large side (it came in a reheatable to go container too which was smart), it was cooked to order and it was delicious. The staff and atmosphere were great as well. Will definitely be going back.

My husband and I tried four different dishes, and all were delicious. His favorite was the pad thai, and mine was the spicy pork soup (tom yum moo). Just the right amount of spice!

This place was delicious. First time here but I am excited to return, often and try everything they offer. Completely stuffed after trying the pad thai, which was amazing perfectly balanced with a touch of tamarind and generous protein portions.
The teas are also lovely and the owners are so kind.

Wonderful little restaurant. The people that run it are absolutely fantastic and provide great service. The food has always been delicious and is well worth the very reasonable prices.

The only warning is the heat scale - it is no joke! If you are not used to spicy foods a 1 will already be plenty for you. The 2 and 3 levels are quite pleasant depending on the dish.

Have decided this is our new go to for Thai take out! The owners are very nice and obviously working hard. The food is delicious. My kids and I love the pad Thai. Last time I ordered I noted I wanted it not spicy and when I picked my order up she said, “we tried our best - call if it is too spicy!” I was very impressed at her dedication to being sure her customers are happy.

FINALLY! The Thai food our area has been missing! We've had to go to Greenville anytime we had a craving, but no more!
First of all, this place is very small and cute. If the parking lot is full, you might not get a table. Tonight was Friday and there were no empty tables when we arrived at 7:30, but we were getting it to go, so that was no problem for us.
We ordered chicken pad Thai, pork city fried rice, and bamee moo dang to share between the two of us. I'm pretty sure my husband wanted to lick his plate after he finished. It was absolutely delicious! All three of them had SO MUCH flavor!
As many have already said, this is a husband and wife operation. She was running back to the kitchen in between orders to help him cook. If you are in a hurry and need to eat quickly, don't go during busy dining times. And if you do, don't you dare be rude to these precious people about it taking a while! The wait is WELL worth it!

Writing this review on the behalf of myself (been to Thailand once only, cannot handle spicy) and my friend (did his master's degree in Thailand, will ask for Thai spicy). The sticky rice is wonderful, my friend loves it and says it's incredible. The pad Thai is definitely amazing, I would say it's better than the one that the place nearby has. You can get it with pork, chicken, or shrimp if you want meat on it, or none if you don't.
It's run entirely by two people and they are super nice. There's not a huge amount of seating, 2 tables with 4 chairs, 2 tables with 2 chairs, 1 table with 1 chair (tucked jn a corner), but you can get the food to-go. They bring it out if you're dine-in already in a to-go bowl and give you the lid, so at the end if you have leftovers it's easy to take them along. The portions are generous, I'd say!
There's free street parking outside and along the main road, a small free lot just to the side of the building (not the one with the laundromat + car wash, the other one), and there's a small free lot off Sherman (the one-way street partway along downtown). There are some wall outlets inside, if you want to do homework or something while you eat amazing food.
Lots of things on the menu are marked gluten-free, some are marked vegan -- I don't know anything about possible cross-contamination, so if you're sensitive to gluten or another allergen, you probably want to ask.
Overall, this place is fantastic and I hope they stay open for a good long time. I may have to make this a weekly treat.

I went back and can say the pad see ew is amazing. Flavor bomb in my mouth. I ordered online and it was ready and waiting when I arrived. So good. Thai is my favorite cuisine and to have something this good so close to my home is a dream come true!

Food was delicious and service was great. The 2 owners seem to do everything themselves, and really keep it homey and inviting.
We ordered the Esan Nam Tok Beef Sticky Rice (*spicy* but good), Poke Tuna Ahi (delicious - my 2 year old sons favorite!), Pork Belly Ramen (broth was to die for!), and Thai tea. The owner also brought out a pink drink for my son, which was very kind and highly enjoyed.
Overall a good experience and will go back to try more.

SHE SERVED US WITH A VERY SWEET COFFEE, NO CHARGE, AND I GOT MY ORDER, WHICH WAS AMAZINGLY CHEAP FOR HOW GOOD IT WAS. I ORDERED MATCHA TEA, WHICH WAS ONLY 7 DOLLARS, IT WAS THE WORLDS BEST..MATCHA..TEA…EVER.. You’d normally think, oh, well matcha is extremely bitter, NO.. THIS WAS PURE HEAVEN. Definitely best pad Thai in the area. It is different from what I have had before but that's what makes it good. I had to stop myself from eating it all so my mom could have a taste. The owners were also very friendly and my food came out pretty fast, like maybe 10 minutes.
