Loads of choices on the menu and online ordering is super easy. Normally the food is great, the pineapple fried rice is a must. The queen st noodles are my favorite, such a good combination of flavors. The last time I ordered the pad thai, but when I got home there wasn’t any sauce on it. Other than that, everything is good. I didn’t receive my discount and asked about it upon arrival and was rudely told they have nothing to do with that and I would need to call the credit card company. I brushed it off because it was only 10%.

I was told the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived to the restaurant on time but had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food to become ready. The lady who told me about the discount did try to make it up by offering me a drink while I waited. As my order became ready, she told me they would make it up to me but did not disclose how or when. I thought that was a kind gesture but at this point I’m not worried about it.

I ordered the Pad Woon Sen and an order of the fresh rolls. I requested my Pad to be “Thai spicy hot” but it had no flavor whatsoever. They may have put salt and pepper during the cooking process but there was zero flavor and kick, as requested. The noodles were overcooked and somewhat mushy. The vegetables were delicious, but lacking flavor. The fresh rolls were good but the peanut dipping sauce was very bitter. Almost like it was made with apple cider vinegar, which I was not a fan of.

Overall, this meal fell below my expectations and I probably won’t return.

I liked the place a lot. The staff was super friendly and attentative. I also enjoyed some of the original Thai inspired decorations. See picture of the wall art. The food was original Thai with some heat to it and was delicious. I had the green curry with tofu in hot and my husband had the wild boar dish. Both was amazing. We started off with some freshly made and nice crispy egg rolls. For the service, amount of food and quality the price was very decent. We will come again

Veggies are cooked to perfection—not overcooked like some places. Rice is perfect as well. I get my food spicy level Thai hot, and it’s spot on! Doesn’t blow my head off but makes my eyes water just the right amount! 😂 Love this hidden gem! Who would have thought I would find the perfect Thai restaurant in small town Anderson, SC?? First time trying this place and it was delicious! We had the spring roll appetizer, Drunken noodles with beef, and green curry with chicken. Everything came out super quick and was hot, fresh, and delicious. At the recommendation of another family that was in there, we had the fried ice cream dessert. It was amazing! I wish this restaurant was in Greenville and Charleston. The food is amazing. The staff has consistently provided the best customer service, and the menu provides many options to choose from. Their soups, Pad Thai, Edamame… all great.

I am writing this before I even take a bite of the food. I just paid $18 for chicken teriyaki and crab raccoon. When I was handed the bag I thought they forgot my food because it was so light.After opening the bag I look in there and there’s my food, but I’m wondering where the rest of it is at. Ain’t no way I just paid $18 for less than a pound of food.

Love the food. Absolutely hate the women working in the lunch part of the day . I recently heard a story about how they mistreated a child with autism and his family . I was mistreated by this one very aggressive , angry , miserable lady who doesn't like to accommodate her guest. I have bad anxiety , she refused to let me sit on the less busy side of the restaurant. She was upset with the family who had the child with autism because the child was a bit loud and making a mess trying to eat dinner . It's a shame to mistreat people and not serve the customers . I've been a server and it's so many options to deal with customers who need accommodations . I'll never go back! I'll never recommend this place and I hope she gets fired soon because it seems to be 2 ladies like this not everyone! I recommend going to greenville - Augusta road ( Thai restaurant ) for better food and awesome service .

I dined in today with my 3 sons, two of which are autistic 5 year olds. We dine out a lot, and never have any issues. Today, the waitress told one of my twins, NOT ME, that he needed to not make a mess because it was not good for other customers. I started to explain he was autistic, but don’t feel I need too so I just ignored it. She then gave us dirty looks the whole time we were eating because they were indeed, making a mess with their food like most kids do. I’ve worked in the food industry for 10 years so i understand trying to clean up our mess the best we can, which we did. But I did not feel we were treated good so I did not tip her much. She then told me I was REQUIRED to tip her more. I ignored her and walked out the door with my kids and my hands full. She then walked outside and told me I was not allowed to dine in there anymore, only togos. I told her not to worry because we would not be back. And she responded the trouble we caused her with the mess. I have never been treated so disgustingly at a restaurant. I also always tip very good but this was just beyond disbelief how she treated us. NOT KID FRIENDLY

When I came in to get my food around 6:19pm that I ordered over the phone the people in there was very rude and act like that didn’t want to serve me. They seem very angry when I told them I was there for a pick up. I will never come back in here again I suggest that you do the same. The were very arrogant when I told them about them selves. We LOVE Thai Lotus! The staff is incredibly friendly and our orders are always correct. It is convenient to be able to order online for pick up or to eat in store. Highly recommend the Panang Curry or the Pho!

So very, very delicious 😋 we go here about once every 2 months and always get Chicken Got Mad it is always so good! The service here is always top-notch! The restaurant is always clean, and the price is fair for the food you are getting! I recommend this restaurant often to friends and family!

Of dining here several times now and I have to say that the seafood red curry is consistently the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Same with the Pad Thai and the steamed dumplings. In fact, I haven’t had anything here that wasn’t top notch. The place is quaint and the furnishings and art humble but atmosphere is more than decor. It’s also about what it feels like to be there. the staff is so friendly and down to earth that it more than makes up for a less than fancy room. Prices are good and service has been consistently timely. And the food arrives piping hot, which I like. Try it. It’s an amazing place for a strip mall joint.

I enjoyed eating the deliciously savory and spicy panang curry. The sauce was just right and lactose-intolerant friendly :) The restaurant has a sparse, cafeteria feel that seemed uninviting at 1st. However, the server warmed up the place with a big smile and attended to our every need. I look forward to their hot food in this dreary weather.

The shrimp fried rice I had tasted like it was cooked in year old oil that ever meal in that year had been cooked in it. The unsweetened ice tea was goid.

What a great find! Needed somewhere near the YMCA, that was affordable, and had things some picky kiddos would eat, so we checked it out. We made a reservation just in case, but they took us right in when we showed up a half hour early. My friend and I and her two kids all had different plates And 2 appetizers and everything was delicious. Portion sizes huge for price: I've got left overs for lunch tomorrow. And the service. Every person working there was super attentive, checked on us often, made sure we were well taken care of from when we entered to when we left. And ending the evening with some delicious fried ice cream! Oof!

Great food and great staff. Eat here at least once a week and know there is a group of regulars who eat as frequently or more frequently than I do.

Restaurant can get very busy but this is because the food is delicious. I do not eat super spicy food but my wife love's spicy food. They are great at making my food mild and her's "thai hot".

Highly suggest and take all our friends and family to eat at Thai Lotus.

This place has really good Thai food. It's obviously been slightly Americanized but it's impossible to get food with these spices and flavors anywhere else. My main issue has been how it's impossible to do takeout. The majority of the time I call in they either hang up on me, or like this last time leave me on hold for 5 minutes, when I went in to place the order manually they had one customer.

The restaurant is clean and the lady, whom I presume is the owner, that I interact with when going in person is super nice and polite. I definitely recommend coming here, just don't place a take out order or do it in person.

Food is good, but you're going to pay for it. We had take out, 2 meals (listed online for 14.95 ea.) & total cost was $37.59. No drinks, no apps, just the two meals. Online menu prices must be low. Just be aware with drinks it will be well over $20 per person.

Tge food here is the best. Eat in or take out. The only issue was that I placed an order online after my workout at the Y. The option was to choose a time or earliest available pick-up. Of course, I chose the earliest possible since the Y is only 2 minutes away. The pick-up time was 50 minutes later! I sat around in my car just waiting and reading reviews. After 25 minutes, I decided to check on my food and was ready and been sitting awhile. No notification. The food was great, though, and mostly hot, slightly soggy, crispy tofu, but all good. The moral of the story... check on the food earlier. The restaurant is efficient, so the web needs to change wait times.

Food was great, very tasty and they actually add a good amount of spice which was nice. Service was extremely slow and nonexistent at times. The staff was very nice but seemed overstretched and it took a very long time for the food to come out. 30 minutes for just fried rice. Normally I'd be fine with it so I'm only going to go down 1 star but we were on a road trip back to Texas after purchasing a vehicle and it took nearly an hour and a half to eat which is a lot in a time crunch. If you're not in a rush its worth the visit.

After waiting almost 30 min for it to “be done”.
I called it in 20 minutes prior to showing up and was told it would be done in 20 min. I got there and waited another 30 after paying. I stilled tipped because i know that’s how they make their money. But I won’t go there again especially if I’m going to wait that long an it still be cold. BY THE WAY IM PREGNANT SO. When I need it I NEED IT.

Just ordered take out from Thai Lotus and it was wonderful! I ordered Mango Curry, and it’s wonderful, great flavors, big chunks of mango! My fiancé is Thai and took one bite of my curry and loved it. Not sure if the woman and man I spoke to at the front counter are the owners but they were both super friendly and we will definitely be back to dine in next time!

Stopped by for the first time today. Excellent Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles). So good I also picked up some takeout for dinner tonight!

One of the best Thai restaurants in the upstate. Our food always comes out perfect and quick! The folks are fantastic! Friendly and really take care of you!

Very happy with our meal. It was my birthday dinner and our first time eating here. Very clean, no frills dining area. Had the Crab Rangoon, Fried Dumplings for apps and had the Drunken Noddles with Crispy Chicken and Wild Boar Basil....everything was served hot fresh and delicious! The little lady and man (the owners maybe) were super, super nice!! We will return for sure!!

I have no idea how we didn't try this place sooner. Food exceeded expectations and the staff was super friendly.

First time trying this place and it was delicious! We had the spring roll appetizer, Drunken noodles with beef, and green curry with chicken. Everything came out super quick and was hot, fresh, and delicious. At the recommendation of another family that was in there, we had the fried ice cream dessert. It was amazing! I’ll definitely be back.
