Traditional Vietnamese Cuisine - Best Pho noodle soup in town - Vegan friendly
Solid spot for Vietnamese food. Not a ton of this cuisine in Pittsburgh, especially in Dormont, so it’s nice to see a spot like this. I got takeout. Honestly, I think the rating would be higher if I went in person. It’s the kind of spot that doesn’t really work well for takeout but may be quite good in person. Regardless, I got the wonton hu tieu and the pineapple boba milk tea with strawberry and passion fruit popping boba.
The wonton hu tieu was quite unique. If you get takeout, they have the broth, the noodles, and the vegetables separate for you to assemble. The plastic container the noodles are placed in is too small to fit all the broth they give.
Flavor wise, the broth was strangely a bit sweet. There were too many green onions for my liking as well. The noodles were alright, but nothing special. They were also somewhat clumped in the takeout.
The wontons were the best part. They had a nice amount of filling (which seemed to be some kind of meat but I can’t say which kind). The other meat on top was pretty fatty and just not really my favorite but it’s nice to have a double meat portion.
The boba was very good, though. It was a tad bit on the expensive side, but the quality was great. Sweet and perfectly milky. The boba was fresh and had great flavor.
All in all, this is a solid spot. It’s just that I think it would be better in person than with takeout, and the broth wasn’t exactly my favorite. But the boba was great and I’m willing to give it another shot.
I finally found the best Vietnamese restaurant in the neighborhood, and I couldn’t be happier. The food is incredibly authentic—I’ve had Bún Bò Huế and Bún Nem Lụi, which are hard to find done right, but they absolutely nailed it here. It really reminds me of being back home in Saigon. The fresh veggies are a standout too. Honestly, I think the food here is even better than some of the famous spots in Saigon. I’m so excited to have found this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the area.
I ordered the chicken gyoza, rare beef pho, and grilled chicken bahn mi. Starting with the pho, my main reason for coming, was excellent, 9.1/10. The broth was close to perfect in my opinion, deep full flavor. I like spice and their house chili oil was great. Gyoza and bahn mi were also very good, fresh, hot, cooked and seasoned well. The inside is fairly small, but clean and well lit. Definitely would come back and try more of the menu, but I don’t think I’d be able to not get the pho again. So good
A FOODIE’S FIND OF A COZY AUTHENTIC VIETNAMESE EATERY tucked some 15-25 min drive from Central Pittsburg….🤩🤩🤩 It’s DECIDEDLY the city’s BEST PHO.
The early is a very cozy nook of an early with a minimalist yet very pleasant dining atmosphere 👏👏👏.
The menu is shortish, with a good listings of familiar Pho and Bun, and Banh Mi for snackers.
THERE’S FEW ADDITIONAL TERRIFIC FARES😎😎😎 that are fairly uncommon in other Vietnamese establishments.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
🤩🤩🤩 Any 2-3 of the appetizers would be sufficiently enjoyable meal.
😎😎😎 Hot Chili Oil, a table condiment that lifts up the flavor of any food.
🤩🤩🤩 Bo La Lot: Grilled beef, then minced and wrapped in betel nut leaves. EXOTIC EXQUISITELY FLAVORFUL BY ITSELF. The fresh green garnishes are just really a great way to savor the flavor.
🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 THIS IS THE PLACE WITH THREE BEST PHO: very aromatic and flavorful consommé as only a Vietnamese cook can make. Any of the pho is more than satisfying.
🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲I am most partial to the NEW SAIGON SPECIAL PHO… WITHOUT THE NOODLES one immerses into the a sheer splendor of the flavorful and aromatic beef bone consommé… SIP with gusto. Then the surprise of a pièce de résistance of a hunk of tender juicy short rib… It’s heavenly!!!
😑There are a few dish listed that not Vietnamese pseudo-Asian American concoctions (like the crazy cheese wonton and general tso, which apparently are added for the uninitiated.😑
*****these are “business foibles” that as a Foodie one ignores given the OUTSTANDING FLAVORS OF THE AUTHENTIC VIET DISHES
Service is outstanding.
WORTH FOR REPEAT VISITS👏👏👏👏👏
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining here felt compelled to share my observations. Regrettably, the service we received was markedly disappointing especially to the old lady who works there, characterized by a lack of warmth and professionalism from the staff. It was apparent that they displayed a preference for certain patrons, particularly those who appeared to be wealthy insiders, which left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued. The disparity in the attention given to our table compared to others was striking, detracting from what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. I hope that this restaurant takes note of this feedback, as a more inclusive approach to service would undoubtedly benefit all guests.
This is one the best Vietnamese restaurants I've been to in a while! We tried the fresh spring rolls, regular spring rolls, crispy calamari, new Saigon pho special, and the spicy lemongrass soup. Everything was so fresh and delicious, but the spicy lemongrass was easily my favorite thing we ordered. It was the perfect amount of spice, such a light, yet flavorful broth, and came with a variety of meats. I also really enjoyed the crispy calamari! I don’t know what it was coated with, but it was delicious. The fresh spring rolls were also amazing. They served it with one of the best tasting peanut sauces I have ever tried. I can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu!
I tried New Saigon for the first time a month ago and have now had it 3 times. Oh my god, everything here is so good. I've had the banh mí twice. Both times, it has been the best I've had since going to Vietnam. The pickled veg has a little funk to it, like they added fish sauce to the pickling liquid. This is something I haven't really noticed at other banh mí spots in the city. The broth on the pho is incredibly fragrant. Last time I had food from New Saigon, we had the banh hoi ba vi plate (combo of 3 appetizers) and it was perfect. We loved making little spring rolls out of the various meats. I highly recommend New Saigon

This place is my absolutely favorite. I’ve tried pho and banh mi at several different Vietnamese restaurants in the Pittsburgh area, and New Saigon is the best, no competition. There’s something so tasty yet refreshing in their rare beef pho, and the grilled park banh mi is packed with so much flavor with the freshest bread. And when you dine in, the staff is very friendly! Do yourself a favor and try this spot. You won’t be disappointed.
Rare beef pho is delightful 🙂

I love this place. The staff is super friendly and every time that I eat here the food is delicious and authentic. They are very consistent here and their portion sizes are huge! I recommend their Grilled Pork Bun, Pho with rare beef and brisket, Crispy Spring Rolls, Vietnamese Ham Banh Mi and Grilled Shrimp on Sugarcane. Delicious!

The best vegetarian pho we've had. Truly excellent! The broth was beautifully flavored and it had plenty of veggies.
Mmmmmmmmmmm!!!
Yum

Wonderful little pho shop with a lot of options and delicious food
I'd recommend delivery or take out.
Omg this is real vietnamese teate ever.. love it
Excellent pho. The flavor was very good. Portions were generous. They even provided ngo gai (culantro) for the pho which is very rare at Vietnamese restaurants. Very friendly staff.

WORTH FOR REPEAT VISITS👏👏👏👏👏
The Pho was excellent...very fresh, dumplings are delicious love the sauce and I git a sandwich to go cause all the rest of the food was so BIG.. giant portions, very nice staff💗
Amazing traditional Vietnamese food at a good price and Huge portions! I have tried many Viet and Asian restaurants around the Lawrenceville and strip district area which are more show than good food. This place is all about the food, nothing fancy, just great food.
Oh my, so so so delicious. I got an appetizer that looked like stuffed grape leaves. They were absolutely divine ✨️
Got a to-go order of a BBQ pork banh mi very shortly after ordering. It was pork, a bunch of mayo, one tiny slice of jalapeño, one tiny slice of cucumber, and one tiny slice of bell pepper? Where is the cilantro and pickled veggies as depicted in the menu photos? I wish I got a photo, because it was the saddest sandwich I have ever seen.
definitely the best viet food in Pittsburgh. their bun bo hue and pho are amazing!
Great food! Fair prices. The house fried rice is my personal favorite.
We had the Rare Beef Pho and Vegetable Spring Rolls. Our waitress was helpful and friendly and the delicious dinner was the perfect meal after driving to Pittsburgh.
This restaurant is amazing. The food is really good and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality. The servers are very kind and the service was fast. They had some great vegetarian options too. I cannot wait to come back.
Good food, good service, very clean, nice people
Authentic Pho! No condiments needed as broth was flavorful and clear.
Very good
Delicious and charming cozy little restaurant. I'd go back!
Delicious pho soup!!
Second time ordering from there. First was great. Second time, had a long piece of hair in my bahn mi sandwich. Like a foot long piece of hair. Wear hair nets maybe?
May ‘23: The reviews weren’t fake! Authentic and delicious! The Combo at $18 seemed pricey but after we got the large bowl, we thought it more than fair. It basically feeds 2! Filled with all sorts of pho goodies, it filled us up. The soup was not oily and flavorful. The tendon chunks were satisfying. Tripe was clean and tender. The two types of beef was very lean but so soft.
Feeling guilty for sharing 1 dish, we ordered a side of Summer Roll (the unfried shrimp wrap)((sometimes they name them differently)).
The best part was the grandmother waitress who was so nice and helpful! She really made us feel welcome and the place authentic!
~~~ Update December 2023 ~~~
Returned after a few months and all is still delish! $18 Pho Combo still very large and filling! Fresh vegetables and same grandma!
1 thing I wish for is if they opened earlier? We search for pho for breakfast! Most places open 11am but New Saigon isn’t available till noon.
One of the best Pho soups I have ever tried. Would come back here anytime!
The pho is excellent and the portions are large.
So fresh and absolutely delicious. Their pork fried rice is the best I ever had. Oh and I love the salt and pepper shrimp. Chefs kiss
Very good restaurant !
Such a nice restaurant with great tasting pho
Highly recommend checking this place out. The service was very friendly and the food came out hot, fresh and delicious! Tried the firecracker shrimp, banh mi, and the grilled beef in betel leaves. Everything was yummy.
Very nice restaurant, don't let the exterior fool you. This is one of those hidden gems that will deliver no matter what you order. Excellent!
Service was above and beyond. My uber eats driver picked up the wrong order but new saigon went out of their way to make sure I got my order. Definitely A+ for amazing service and the food is always great!
Went there with my family today, best Vietnamese food in the Pittsburgh area! Everything tastes fresh and made to order. Been there multiple times, ordered different dishes and they have all been good.
The reviews weren't kidding: absolutely delicious authentic Vietnamese food. 20/10, coming back soon!
Unfriendly the lady was rude never return.
Best Bun Bo Hue I can find in the Pittsburgh area. Served with sliced banana flowers. Hope they'd use Vietnamese cilantro rather than basil.
Honestly would not come back here again for dine in. But I would maybe consider getting takeout. The lady who works there was very nice, but she took a while to come over and take our order but she was pretty busy with takeout orders so that was understandable. We ordered boba and food. We got our food but not our boba yet, they were still pretty busy with take out so we figured we would just enjoy our food and they would get our boba when they get a chance. My food was delicious, my friend's food had a long hair in it, but besides that he said it was pretty good. We finished eating, and realized we still didn't get our boba. The waitress came over and asked if we needed our food packed to go. When she came over I asked about the boba and said I would like mine to go if that's possible because I could just take it home with me. And my friend told her he wouldn't like his anymore because he just wanted it with his meal, but it was too late. She then began arguing with him that she already rang it in and she couldn't void it off because the manager was too busy, so she made him the boba, after we were done with our meals, after he repeatedly told her he didn't want it anymore because we were done with our food and she forgot about it and just not to put it on our bill. She kept insisting that she just make it and it was too much of a hassle to void it off our bill. She made it milk tea instead of the fruit tea like he ordered, but he didn't want to cause anymore issues, and just wanted to get out of there, so I just took both home and drank both, since he can't have milk. The boba teas are rather small and wasn't really worth the price of it. The whole experience was just not super pleasant, but maybe that's just because it was a busy Saturday and it only seemed like there was one person working. I would definitely get the pho for takeout though, it was absolutely delicious. But as far as dining in, it was just not a great experience, the service was lacking in my opinion. I've never been to a restaurant where they forget our drinks and then argue with us to take them to go because they can't take them off the bill, that was just ridiculous in my opinion.
Love to eat here every time I go to Pittsburgh
There's a Taylor Swift concert in the city today and tomorrow and I didn't feel like dealing with the traffic or human crowds so I Grub Hub'd and happily paid for $100 worth of Vietnamese take out for lunch/dinner at New Saigon to avoid having to deal with people, not even sorry because this Vietnamese joint is so bomb! 😂💣 This is my second time giving them my business - the first time, my family and I dined in and everything was amazing from the service to the food and boba selections! Even my toddler loved it and not only did he finish his entire portion of his own meal but shared some of mine! This second time was no different and all of the food I ordered was phenomenal. 🙂 I ordered the fire cracker shrimp, cream cheese wontons, calamari, and pho combination w/short ribs. 🔥🍤🥟🍜 Thank you for making my lunch/dinner so that I didn't have to! You guys are the real MVP! 🔥
Excellent pho soup.
Delicious and authentic Vietnamese. All the Banh Mi options are delicious. Build your own spring rolls are a cool appetizer..
The service was friendly, attentive, and educational. The food was fresh and lots of it. I was the only person there so the "atmosphere" is difficult to accurately assess. I will go back to try the spring rolls.
We had dinner at New Saigon on a Saturday night, and all 8-9 tables were full, and several people walked in for takeout. Goes to say how good the food is. We got a fresh spring roll (veg), a veg pho, and chicken fried rice. Everything was made to perfection.
Service was on the slower side, but that was expected. Several reviewers have complemented how friendly the staff is and how they helped them pronounce names or clarified dishes, but that was not our experience. The waitress who served us was in a rush, got visibly annoyed by our questions (clarifications on veg options), and never got one item from our order.
I placed an order for pickup on their website which looked a little sus but I took the risk because I really wanted pho. I got the beef and brisket, and it turned out to be the best pho I’ve had thus far. Portion size was pretty large for me so I got two meals out of it. Highly recommend, but if you are claustrophobic definitely stick with getting take out, as others have mentioned, the dining area is very small.
Excellent! My boyfriend and I came here. Our waitress was pleasant. Helped me pronounce the names of the dishes. Food was wonderful too. Great portions and very fresh. Will be back!
Best Vietnamese food in Pittsburgh! Most try Pho- absolutely delicious!
This restaurant has the absolute best bun bo hue IN PITTSBURGH! We drive over 40 minutes to eat here and are always so happy every time. The staff is so friendly and we will always recommend this place to everyone we know!
Food was great service was great. It's about an average price for a bowl of pho. The Boba tea isn't worth the $7 really.
Excellent food. Great grilled pork banh mi sandwich and excellent pho; especially for a cold pittsburgh day. Will certainly be going back.
To anyone who is not familiar with Vietnamese culture, do not expect starbucks-smile-in-your-face-customer service. You'll get delicious food quick. But service other wise might be slow.
Come ready to eat delicious food but chill & be patient.
There's only 8 tables and minimal staff.
They're doing more than enough by cooking the best pho I've ever had at a restaurant.
Order the beef and beef brisket!
Delicious home made taste pho broth.
So good it didnt need hoison or Siracha sauce.
Reminded me of my dad's pho.
Spring rolls were fresh and the dipping sauce was flavorful.
Calamari was crispy and loved that it was fried with onions and bell peppers.
I greatly appreciated seeing so many vietnamese customers eating here.
My friend suggested that I try bun bo hue. To be honest, it's not the best thing I've ever eaten. I am not a big fan of pho either. But if you like Vietnamese noodle soups, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Simply not to my liking. I’m giving 5 stars because everything looked and tasted fresh & well-prepared! 🍜
Ordered from here tonight and everything was delicious! I ordered the pho, and shrimp lomein, the shrimp were cooked perfect , the noodles were cooked just enough and the pho was so tasty. I would order from here again!
So good. I ordered from door dash and they packed it so well, no spilling and everything was sipping hot but the raw beef/sprouts were still cool. The best pho I have ever had! Can't wait to try their bahn mi and the chicken pho too.
Best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had in Pittsburgh.
Came for lunch on a Sunday. The place was small inside but the food and flavors were massive and amazing. It was my 1st time and the waitress was very nice and friendly to help me choose a dish. I look forward to coming back and trying a new dish each time.
I ordered based on the manager's recommendation for dinner with my wife at home, and did not disappoint. Delicious food with flavors that evoque genuine South Asian spirit. I am going to visit soon for dinne-in and do it all over again.
DON'T GO THERE.Very upset with this place. I ordered vegan (vegetable pad thai) with tofu. They put eggs all over it. I said many times to the waitress that I am vegan. Please pleope be aware: vegans DON'T eat eggs. The dish did not taste good either. Greasy and bad flavor. I started eating there but had to pack and take home. Then at home I realised that the tofu was disgusting and BURNT. Tasted awful. And I even paid $3 more for extra tofu. Everything went to garbage, couldn't eat it. Never going back and will warn people to not go. I always ordered from them through Uber Eats and something is always off. 😔 I called the owner to let him know and he was not concerned at all.
I ate the hair in this restaurant, but the waiter said it was the hair of the pig, what hair of the pig can be so long? Their leaves on dish is no There was only one waiter, who was very busy and did not see the boss during the whole process. There was only one old lady, who suggested that this shop pay more attention to the waiter, improve the hygiene standard and the freshness of the ingredients. As I entered the door. She was impatient all the time.
The service was familiarly friendly and the atmosphere was homey. The food? Incredibly authentic and the best pho I've had in Pittsburgh!
Awesome pho! Spicy lemongrass was amazing!
Sooo delicious I could eat this everyday
Great food!
Second time in New Saigon. Came highly recommend from people in Washington county. Soup broths are amazingly flavored. Highly authentic flavors for everything across the board. I like to get a soup and banh mi sandwich to dip it in. Everything I have ordered so far has been delicious!
Delicious!!
Very good Chicken Pho !!
Had a lovely chicken dish. The portions are quite generous as well. I've been to this place a few times since it opened and I think you should try it
Impressive Fresh everything. Vegetables Shrimp excellent size . Portions are enormous Being new Dining in can be a bit tight. During the week not as bad. The food is absolutely delicious I feel a sense of French flair the chef has . A kind owner and staff . It's the best I had in Pitt in a year. I Take out every week. I love it.
Some of the best Pho in Pittsburgh. The bahn mi was also fantastic.
I don't know why this place was empty at dinner time. I don't think people realize they have one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the city in their neighborhood.
A Hidden Jem in Pittsburg Brookline neighborhood . Nice little restaurant serving authentic Vietnamese food.
Phở is specialty here, the broth has amazing aroma and original taste. (My mom is Vietnamese and I has been enjoying phở for 40 years)
They also has other delicious dish, that our family ordered and truly enjoyed, Mì hoàng thánh , Bún bò Huế, Bánh mì thịt.
Most dish is little pricey for lunch, but you pay for quality of the food and service; and the portion of food is huge, 2 bowls of phở can feed 3 people.
Beside the goodness of Vietnamese cuisine, they offer excellent customer service, very friendly and attentive.
Outstanding! Great spot for dates or hangouts.. The pho broth is rich in flavor without too much salt. The beef was plentiful and fresh. The boba teas (taro and thai) were much heavier in cream and sweetness than I was used to in a pho restaurant; it was like a dessert! And the space is beautiful! Soft LED accent lights around clean and elegant fixtures. The chopsticks are plastic but with gold rings on the end to match the forks. What a great experience!
Great food and portions. Will definitely be back.
Update as of 7/29/22:
Placed an online order for a pork banh mi and firecracker shrimp. Waited a half and hour as per the estimated time and arrived to find my food not ready. I then waited another 10-15 minutes for my food. Once I got home, I realized I was given a tofu banh mi instead of pork. It somehow managed to be cold and flavorless as well. They also changed the dipping sauce for the firecracker shrimp and it's just not the same. This was an unfortunate experience and I'm not sure I'll be back now. It seems dine-in customers are prioritized and online orders are not being managed by someone who is technologically adept.
Everything was delicious! Beef pho and general tso chicken. Can't wait to go back!!
I recommend the firecracker shrimp in appetizer
Delicious - fresh - delightful vegetables & perfect beef
Spring roll was extraordinary
The pho is absolutely amazing. Such flavors,and delicious. If you haven't tried it, this is the place to go.
I honestly cannot compare this restaurant with anything as I've never had Vietnamese before. But I have definitely found new food choices to explore! The Bahn Mi was so delicious, the chicken was tender and juicy. The beef phō was out of this world. Everything was served hot and fresh.
The staff was all very friendly and patient with a couple of people who'd never tried phō before. I ordered way too much food, and I'm very excited to see how good it tastes the day after!
This place is excellent. My boyfriend and I have dined here twice this month and we have been delighted each time. Everything we've tried is flavorful and fresh. The portions are excellent and worth the price. The service is friendly and welcoming. Give this place your business! You will not be disappointed!
Banh mi + Vietnam wonton = my favorite soup/sandwich combo EVER from any restaurant.
I had the Chicken Banh Mi and Milk Tea. The Banh Mi bread was fresh and crunchy with well seasoned chicken.
The milk tea was refreshing and I'm glad to have a spot in Dormont for it.
Highly recommend
Very nice seasoning, authentic Vietnamese style. Must try!!!!!
Even though I was the driver, they offered me a drink. they are very respectful. I am grateful
Authentic and delicious
I'm going to give what I believe is a fair review here. 5 out of 5 for the food. Really delicious, authentic stuff. I love it. Everything I've had so far is tasty, been there twice. From my experience, the service leaves something to be desired. Online it said it was a 20 minute wait, I got there and they told me 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, my food wasn't ready yet. Granted they were very busy, I wouldn't mind waiting but I'd rather they were honest with me about the wait. That's all. Perhaps it was a one off thing. If you want good, authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place.
The food was amazing, the staff was wonderful! It was a cool rainy day outside, we needed something warm like soup. We popped into New Saigon to get it to go. The staff and atmosphere were so inviting that we decided to stay and have tea while we waited for food. By the time it was ready we decided to stay and eat it here. The Hu Tien (pork broth with rice or egg noodles, pork and shrimp) it was amazing. It was probably the best pork and shrimp I ever had. I can honestly say I have a new favorite restaurant.
So great! I was expecting Mi Kong but was pleasantly surprised to find it is a brand new restaurant! Very tasty, everything was great, and service was exceptional! Definitely recommend!
My husband and I had a delicious dinner here. The chicken dumplings were as good as everyone said. Enjoyed our excellent veggie fried rice with lots of nice veggie chunks. His banh mi ham and my chicken pho were tasty and satisfying. We will definitely be back!
Very nice staff and pretty good food. We got General Tso and Pad Thai, both were good, the General Tso wasn't crazy sweet which I liked! Great dumplings and egg rolls. Will come back here for sure.
Also the interior is very cleaned up and nice inside! I think next time we'll eat inside and try the pho!
I felt like my money was stolen off me. Food literally reminded me of a frozen Chinese meal you heat up in a microwave. Wifes dish was so salty she couldn't eat it. Mine was begging for salt. Restaurant across the street was loaded with people. This place was empty. I know why! Stay away!
Excellent food, one of the best general Tso’s chicken in Pittsburgh. Great staff too
Food was great. Loved the pho and the service but they are never open during their listed hours. I've stopped by at 1-2pm the last two days and they were closed (during their listed open hours) without a sign or anything on the door. Don't go unless you call first.
The food here was so good. My babe and I said that we'll b back 4 more soon
Formerly known as Mekong, New Saigon under new ownership, the food is simply delicious and plentiful! Menu offers alot of options and choices, but easy to navigate through. Although prices slightly on the higher end, you get your money's worth! Restaurant is fairly small with limited seating so try and call in advance...
I just had the pho, pork fried rice,, and shredded pork paper rolls. Leanna is a great host and server. Hon the new server is an absolute QUEEN GODDESS, she is courteous and professional. She doesn't spray the cleaning solution on the tables so that it flies into other tables, but she holds her rag over it and gently squirts it. Leanna constantly checks in you and QUEEN HON brings your food out quickly and makes sure everything is correct. I will definitely be back.
Little shop that probably serve most authentic vietnamese food in the south hills. Pho taste good, fried rice can order half portion which is great for kids. However, no vietnamese coffee available yet and hope they will offer soon.
Pleasantly surprised by the quality at this small neighborhood gem
The food at New Saigon restaurant was truthfully exceptional. They have diverse amount of wonderful, quality, and appetizing dish that you can choose from. I love the service at the restaurant, they’re so friendly and nice. The owner of the restaurant was so welcoming and friendly to everyone. I highly recommend this place. Their roasted chicken with vegetable fried rice was the best, along with shrimp and squid calamari. Best restaurant in Pittsburgh!
New Saigon has a nice, clean and comfortable space. They have really fancy silverware and the portion of the dish is no joke! I had chicken dumplings and it was yummy and to my surprise it brought 11 dumplings which is more than what other restaurants give you. I had an amazing customer service with Liliana, she was super sweet and thoughtful.
