I took my son to dinner here and it was amazing. If you have a picky eating child probably isn't for you. I ordered the avocado curry and my son had the teriyaki chicken they were both phenomenal!! And they cooled my sons food so it was a kid friendly temperature without being asked. I will definitely be returning!!

First time to Hidden Thai and first time having udon noodles. They have great service and good food. I had their Udon drunken with shrimp on a Friday evening. I was greeting right away and seated. There was only one other customer. I ordered and waited about 10 minutes for food that was hot and delicious. While I waited the place got very busy, but the excellent and friendly service never wavered. I will definitely come back!

The Tom Kha is AMAZING!!!! I also got the mango sticky rice and fresh salad rolls. All SO good! They were fast and the service was great. What a gem in Stayton! Support them by giving them a try so we can keep great restaurant options like this around! Also, I appreciate how many VEGAN options there are here! Thank you!!!!!

I love this place. The food is always SO delicious. Anytime we try other Thai restaurants from Eugene-Salem, I always regret not just coming here. Hidden Thai is a hidden gem, they are the best imo.

This place is a hidden gem!.. Literally, hidden. They have the best crab rangoon I've ever had! Normally, I'm picking apart the corners because the dough is too thick and too much, but there's is so light and crispy. I also had the Tom Kha soup with coconut milk an level I spicy. I'm sensitive to spice and think I could have easily gone to level II, maybe level III. The cucumber salad was nice and refreshing with sweet rice vinegar and diced red onion.
We were there for dine-in for lunch, and it wasn't busy at all (I think more people order take-out from here). The server was nice and took care of everything we needed. If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely return!

I went here with my boyfriend and we were both very pleased. It is a little spendy, but it's a treat not an all the time fast food joint, so it's expected. The food was very tasty and well worth the price for the amount you get. The server was very polite and friendly, and when we walked in there was an adorable little kid who I assume belongs to the owners. The kid was nice and didn't disturb us at all. Overall, the place was very cute and tasty. No complaints on my end. I highly recommend. 😊

Panang curry is 9 out of 10 loaded with vegetables and meat medium heat. Very heart curry soup.

Food is just ok. Seating is awkward and had a partition fall on our table. Small child screaming and yelling in the kitchen and running around. Our 2nd time here and won't return.

One of the best restaurant from the canyon to Salem. Pretty quick to make the food but made right. I recommend their drunken noodle, but honestly if you like Thai you’ll like anything on the menu.

This the 2nd time eating here my guy got beef pho and the steak was fully cooked it's supposed to be rare there was only a few slivers there was only 1 small lime wedge and 1 slice of jalapeño the broth was flavorless and watered down as for my food I got the Tom Yum chicken soup which you can see it leaked out they put the soup in a cardboard cup and the container looked warped so part of my soup was in the bag which I won't eat as it's contaminated I don't know how many people handled the cup wasted $24 we should get are money back also the lady's kid she let ride around inside the restaurant on a tricycle playing music how unprofessional

Super bland! I really wanted to love this place and have tried it again several times but there has been no improvement.

Our family has eaten at Hidden Thai multiple times and not once has anyone been disappointed with their meal. I’ve tried several gluten free dishes including the tom kha soup, the drunken noodles, and multiple curry dishes. All have been excellent, but I’d have to say the drunken noodles are my favorite. Thank you for excellent service and delicious food!

The owner got mad at us because we took too long to pick up our to go food (35 minutes) and he left 17 messages on our voicemail which was kind of scary! So HURRY to get your to go food and maybe use someone else’s phone number when you order.

Restaurant is cute, homely, welcoming. Immediate greeting at the door when we walked in. We ordered noodles with beef, a yellow curry, two orders of crab puff and pot stickers. The sauce for both crab puffs and pot stickers was surprisingly delicious! Noodles with beef was like Samoan sapasui❤️ Will come again… soon!

Unbelievably Great! What an amazing addition to Stayton! I have tried Thai all over the Pacific Northwest and this is hands down one the best I've had. I have made it my personal mission to try everything on the menu, and now I am about 10 items into their 60+ item menu. Everything I've had so far has been excellent. My favorite dishes so far have been the Green Curry, My Thai, and Drunken Noodle. Each of these dishes are made with the freshest ingredients to make incredible flavor! Also, the service here is so incredible, kind, and accommodating. I once brought in a group of teenagers - and they were so welcoming and kind. All of us, even those who had never tried Thai before, came away huge fans! Love the place!

My wife and I got takeout here, and it was awesome. I would definitely recommend it. It’s better than most of the Thai food I’ve had in the Salem/Keizer area.

The crab wonton/puffs were extremely savory and well stuffed. They even traveled well in the takeout box and retained their crispiness.

I got the pad see ew, which had great flavor. They use actual gai lan (Chinese broccoli), in addition to broccoli, which really adds a nice texture to the dish and balances out the sweetness of the sauce.

Tried this place today and it was really good! Service was super friendly and polite, restaurant was really clean. You can tell the family really puts a lot of love into this business. I got the chicken pad Thai and the crab puffs and they were both amazing.

I'm glad we have this place in Stayton so I don't have to drive all the way to Salem! I'll definitely be a regular customer here.

This place is awesome! I have tried many curries, fried rice and more and nothing disappoints. The Panang Curry is my fave, so full of flavor. We order it at work at least once a week. I go to many Thai places and this one is at the top!!

I totally love yellow curry...so... I decided to try this place out. For price, I was a little bummed that the container I got wasn't full of what I ordered. Was just over half full. It also has bell peppers in it which wasn't on the description so I found that odd. Flavor wise, it taste more like coconut rather than what I normally get from other Thai places. Overall it isn't bad, but not as flavorful as I would expect.

This was my first time at a Thai restaurant and my first time having curry. It was very good. From the time I ordered to when the food came was about 10ish minutes. The place is very clean and the food was delicious. The attached picture is their Pineapple curry with Shrimp and a side of rice. Its a little spendy at about $15 for what I got, but shrimp is always going to be expensive, no matter where you get it.

5/5, will most definitely eat here again.

We had Pho, yellow curry, sweet and sour chicken,and some spicy noodles. If you are new to Tai food this is a great place to try!

I really enjoy this restaurant. When I went I could tell it was a family owned place that really puts love into the food. I tried the wonton soup, fried tofu, sweet and sour chicken entree, Thai fried rice, and pot stickers. The soup was very flavorful and very hot (fresh). The tofu had a nice crunch and came with a nice dipping sauce. The chicken was tender and came with a plethora of veggies. On top of that was an amazing sauce that paired perfectly with the whole dish. As for the rice it was done very well. If you compared it to Chinese places in Stayton I would say that it is easily top tier. Finally, the pot stickers were probably the best I have had in town. The crunch and flavor on the outside was just the beginning before a cascading waterfall of flavorful filling came out. So in other words try this place sometime. You will not be disappointed.

Finally got to go to Stayton's Thai restaurant, I've been waiting for a Thai restaurant for years (I hear there was one that closed before I came). Ordering and paying went very smoothly, 25 minutes was quoted and right on the dot for completion of my order. Since this was my first time here I didn't request any spice levels. Ordered green curry with beef, Massaman curry with shrimp, beef salad and phad thai with chicken. My favorite was the beef salad, really loved the level of shrimp paste in it though that's not for everyone. I would definitely order my curries spicier, they lacked a little of what I expect, though the thai eggplant in the green curry was a wonderful addition. I will definitely go again. I look forward to trying the pho and ramen options too.

Excellent flavor on dishes we’ve had so far. Cannot wait to try out more of the menu! They are celiac friendly as well which is wonderful. They are family run so it does take a while to get the food out, but absolutely worth the wait!

New Thai place in town and the service is exceptional! Was offered a complimentary drink as I waited (which wasn’t very long) staff was very courteous. And of course the food was amazing! Interior is very inviting, clean, stylish with tables to sit at or a bar along the window to enjoy your food. Great new addition to Stayton!
