Let me start by saying that the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and provided prompt service. Additionally, the restaurant was decently clean and the atmosphere was calm.

Onto the less desirable traits...

I like to order on the spicy side, but their "3" was hardly more than black pepper. I ordered the Swimming Rama with tofu. The flavor of the sauce was decent, but several bites in and the "thick" part of the sauce was gone and my food was left in a watery peanut sauce "soup." Not good. I also ordered a Thai tea, which was exceptionally milky without the typical Thai tea flavor. I didn't finish my drink since I couldn't stomach that much milkiness.

Pricing was typical for this type of fare.

While I was thankful for a non-burger option in Pendleton, I would not return to this restaurant.

We were on a road trip and made a stop over to the area. We placed a takeout order for thai crystal chicken fried rice and Thai orange chicken with medium hot. There were plenty of food for 2, even the leftovers were enough for another meal. Foods are flavorful, plenty and tasty.

Where to begin? The panang as made was outstanding! Perfect amount of rice to go with it. Had to sample the basil fried rice as well, and it was also super yummy (I love Thai basil and the slight black licorice taste).
Pad Thai was tasty, but a little sweet for my taste. We think a lime wedge and a little more peanuts would have done the trick.
Red curry was delicious, also a little on the sweet side.
PadMee was a friend’s recommendation and it was a good one! PadMee is a great intro to Thai food if you’re unsure. Note: it’s also made from egg noodles, so gluten sensitive-beware!
For several dishes, the green onions are chopped a little long for our taste.
Spice levels are pretty standard for Thai restaurants in America. We think a 2 is well spiced and you can still taste the food. Expect a normal heat level with their spice ratings.

Super cute restuarant! Kind servers and food came fast. The building is very beautiful on the inside, they did a great job decorating, and music playing was a good volume and sounded traditional. Food was delicious, the soup they had as an appetizer was super good too!

Found some of the best Thai food we’ve ever had while on a road trip. Fast, friendly lunch service. Avocado fresh rolls were great. We also had the Spicy Noodles and a special: Pas Thai with crispy chicken—both were great. They had a pretty good lunch crowd and we can see why; glad they seem popular locally. We’ll definitely plan to stop there again if we’re in the area. Thx!

This is unacceptable BECAUSE Google asks you, for WEEKS ahead of time, to update your holiday hours. So they had plenty time to plan ahead and give customers notice. But, no... they sprung it on us at the last minute. I will NEVER eat here again.

Best Thai food!!!! This place is a winner for Pendleton. Everything we tried was fantastic but I highly recommend the vegetable yellow curry. Also the orange chicken was delightful.

First time we have been in since the remodeling, food was good and excellent service, but the new open center table seating and small so so side booths really took away the cozy atmosphere of the old setting.

I absolutely love this place. Their food is so good and their prices are average for thai. The people are very kind and attentive to your wants. I just wish they were open on Mondays.

This is some of the BEST Thia food I've ever had. We've eaten here several times now and never had anything that wasn't very delicious. The servers are very attentive and very, very friendly. We try to make this a regular stop when traveling through Pendleton.

Small, Thai restaurant in Pendleton. I was apprehensive about visiting. My friend told me to see if the hostess spoke Thai and she did, usually a good sign. Like other reviews, the service can be slow. My dish took more than 35 minutes, I think the chef forgot about my order. Fortunately, I had a refreshing Singha beer while I waited.

Living in Seattle, I'm spoiled by good Thai restaurants. Thai Crystal was decent in my opinion. I ordered a staple dish, phad khaprao and was surprised by the addition of American green beans. If they used long Asian green beans, it might have tasted better but who knows how far away the nearest Asian grocery store is.

Most of the patrons were not Asian (expected in a small town) and ordered phad thai. They seemed pleased and the portions looked big.

Everything was excellent, this is my favorite Thai restaurant in Pendleton and I try to eat here when I'm in town.

No complaints. From the cleanliness, atmosphere, service, and most importantly, the food.

Came here on a work trip, and it was a great stop-off. The fresh spring rolls with avocado and the Tom Kha were the highlights for sure! But lots of options for fresh, tasty veggies which I always appreciate when seeking something healthier while traveling for work.

I may be a bit spoiled when it comes to Thai food, having lived in SE Asia and travelled extensively through Thailand on multiple occasions. I find most American Thai food dishes way too sweet. I would love for the chef to suggest a few dishes closer to what I might find in Thailand (more spicy, less sweet). Thank you!

Best place in Pendleton for Thai food.

I take my client here about 4 times a year because of the easy parking and great food alternatives. The first time I ate here, I had the Shrimp Fresh Roll, not a good start it had no flavor at all. If they change it up a little I would try it again. Second, the fried asparagus with shrimp was amazing, everything was perfectly cooked. Third visit sweet and sour chicken - surprisingly great because the chicken was not fried, but marinated and tender. I will be back to try some of the curry dishes next time.

Ngl, this is the BEST place in town. All of the staff are absolutely phenomenal. The food is the bee’s knees; & it’s extremely affordable. 10/10 would bang.

I literally Dream about their avocado cabbage rolls. This place is a Crystal in the rough and my favorite place for takeout.

When I think in my mind of what Chicken Pad Thai should taste like Im actually thinking about Thai Crystals Chicken Pad Thai. What a spectacular surprise.

The restaurant was clean and the service is excellent. Although it is an older building with aging furnishings, the staff always try to make me (and any company I bring along) feel welcome. I have never had a bad dish here. The food is always good, well made, and presented tastefully. Get a Thai tea and anything with the peanut sauce. I really enjoy it here.

First time here we ordered to go..we got 2 appetizers the pork egg rolls and the crab Rangoon. Both were super good the pork egg rolls were definitely my favorite. For our main entrees we got the crying tiger and the Thai noodle soup. Both were amazing we definitely will be back and plan on sitting in this next time we come. Thank you so much for the amazing food.

I ordered the pad kee mao (drunken noodles). It was so delicious and well plated. The food came out in literally 5 minutes! I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

This is one of the better places to eat in town. The food is fresh tasting and plentiful. The service is quick and attentive. The bathrooms are very clean.

I went here probably every 2 weeks when I was pregnant. Only thing that didn’t make me sick. The staff is always friendly and inviting, they would always remember me and ask about the baby, and still do to this day. Your food is amazing and so is your customer service! I appreciate all your hard work, and it doesn’t go unnoticed!

We stopped in here today passing through town and had the most excellent lunch! Since both me and my partner are both vegan, it looked like the best place around for meatless dishes. We started with the Avocado Fresh Rolls, that were delicious and come with a creamy, perfectly flavored peanut sauce. Then we ordered the Avocado Fried Rice (minus the eggs), which neither of us had tried before. It was also delicious! The prices were very reasonable and the service was fantastic!

Food is definitely delicious. The yellow curry dish was on point. At first it didn't look like that big of a portion until I was only half was through with it and found my self stuffed. Now I have dinner for the following night.

What a pleasant surprise. Little place looking from the outside but cozy and lovely. Ordered Po-Teak soup in the hotpot-style pot, Crystal Beef Noodle, chicken Massaman and sweet rice +mango. Absolutely delicious. The soup hit the spot on a cold day.

This place is really nice, I felt good right away. The surrounding is fancy, authentic & clean. I ate the #3 Avocado Fresh Roll & the #12 Tom Kah soup, and I was full.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff know how to accommodate vegetarians. Special (asparagus) was very good.

The food was good but unfortunately the waitress was spraying SO MUCH cleaner all over the tables right next to us to the point where I legitimately couldn’t breathe and had to take my food to go. I could taste the wood cleaner it was disgusting. If someone is in the middle of eating and the table right next to them gets up why would you spray so much cleaner all over, it’s not like there is any open windows the chemicals are just going all in the air. Normally restaurants have a bucket with rags and the cleaner already soaked on the rags so they aren’t spraying chemicals next to people eating food. Other than that like I said the food was good.

I was very impressed with the quality, flavor, and quantity of food. The service was also great - very friendly and happy feel throughout the whole restaurant. Thailand is known as 'The Land of Smiles' and I really felt a slice of that when I was in there. The cashew beef was delicious and the beef was a quality steak-like texture. Great flavor to the filling in the wonton. I also ordered a Thai iced tea and it was incredible and enormous. This meal is up there with the best I've ever had, so I'd say it's definitely worth the stop if you're anywhere near Pendleton. I will definitely be going back again as soon as possible!

Pad Thai is really good and nice size portion and friendly staff.

Orange chicken was particularly delicious. The paper flowers topping the iced tea and coffee is a nice touch. Would love to come back when I pass by again.

the person who attended us at the entrance very unfriendly took us to a table put the on the table and left without even saying a Word and we had to change the table because the sun was on our faces in addition to the air conditioning the cold air was going in our backs well nothing serious we changed the table ourselves but wheres the kindness that should be given to the customers, but on the contrary the waitress who took the order very kind attentive and helpful, about the food the Truth, we had already eaten Thai food before, so we already knew what it was about and its flavors, the vegetable rolls were very loose they looked big but when you took them with your hand they were not tight and when you grab the rolls the vegetables inside would fall, we asked for pineapple rice and the truth you could really taste the Yellow curry it had too much curry and it doesn't work like that pineapple rice does not have Peas or veggies, pineapple rice is supposed to taste sweet not a curry flavor and the pineapple rice was too yellow, it wasn't because of the pineapple, no it was the color of the curry thats how much curry they put, we honestly couldn't finish it, the tum-ka soup wasn't that bad but it wasn't how it is normally done, it was too sweet and after eating half of the cup you already felt too heavy to finish it, and the next day after eating the Thai food im still burping a lot and its because of the Thai food, the fried rice lacked flavor it was very simple, the chowmein was not bad but again too simple my family loves Thai food but this time it was a failure the only reason I give 2 stars is because the waitres was super friendly and kind. If the owners read this comment and if they really know how to make Thai food I think you can really improve the food. Nothing bad just really try to improve it PLEASE AND THANK YOU

I had the panang curry with seafood medley. The seafood included scallops, clams, shrimp and calamari in generous portions. The curry was spicy without being too hot. The price was very reasonable, and did I mention that it was delicious?

Thai Crystal is a beautiful little (not so little) restaurant in downtown Pendleton. I love Thai food so I have tried a ton of Thai places all over the US and I can confidently say that this one stands out!

Amazing balance of flavours, ingredients eg noodles vs meat vs vegetables and well cooked. The staff is super courteous and polite and the food gets ready well in time.

I am a big guy 6’ with a decent appetite and I had to get boxes so 10/10 on portions.

If you are in town or just passing by, this place will be worth your time and money!

Amazing Thai food!! I’m from NYC and LA and was on a trip in Oregon. We stopped here to eat and it’s one of the best Thai places in the country! I ordered the spicy noodles and they’re delicious!

I had some great food here as take out. Generous portions and nice people. What more is there? The crispy chicken is a good choice on anything. This restaurant was nice to get takeout from during a hotel stay. The goldfish in the waiting area are fun to watch.
