Food was food, although maybe I was just really hungry from waiting. They were pretty slow at seating and taking orders on a Friday afternoon. Some of that was they were busy (this was a Friday evening). I liked that they had lots of vegetarian options.

This easy-to-miss little place is possibly THE best Thai food I’ve ever had, and I search out Thai every time I have the chance over many years. The ingredients here are super fresh and cooked & seasoned to perfection—to the point things were so delicious I had to stop myself from eating more just because it was sooooo good! Thai flavors are complex and satisfying, and the sauces were exceptional. Service was friendly & fast, prices reasonable, to-go boxes high quality, decor simple & elegant, ambience comfortable, and everything worthy of a much more expensive tab. We’ll be back!

Hidden gem on the way south from Crater Lake; food is authentic with lots of flavour and the staff are kind and attentive.

While I certainly do wish this place had an updated ambience (I'm probably spoiled by this point), I have no complaints. The service and friendliness of the staff is wonderful! From the owner down. The food is wonderful tasting and while I have my favorites, you can't go wrong. I always get an appetizer; they are amazing!!! I have eaten at many Thai restaurants, including several in several different islands in Hawaii. I haven't tried them all. But, the egg rolls are hands-down to die for!!! My favorite restaurant in Klamath Falls.

Great spot to stop for a meal on your way through KFalls. The food was excellent, fresh veges and flavorful curries. The service was friendly and quick. Reasonable pricing and clean, bright atmosphere. We will be back.

The person that took our order was fantastic. But that is where the compliments end. We ordered three dishes and none of it was palatible. I have been in the food industry for over 40 years and understand what good food should taste like. Orchid has no clue.

Great food and HUGE menu options. I did hear some customer concerns when they arrived - they were not allowed to sit down at 7:45pm because the kitchen wanted to close at 8pm. Seems odd to turn away customers so be prepared to go early before closing time.

Food is excellent. If you aren't fond of very spicy or hot, tell them & they will dial it down. Everything I've had there has been great. Staff has been excellent. It's small but I've nvr seen anyone cramped. Prices are medium range.

Always the greatest Thai food around! I was treated to a huge bowl of peanut sauce wich is sweet and amazing.. but so unexpected! The folks here at both Thai Orchard Cafe's are just the sweetest and hold you as a customer an honor to serve. We were staying in Klamath Falls for 2 nights and looking for somewhere for dinner. We looked at the reviews for Thai Orchid and were so pleased the restaurant was in walking distance and they were able to accommodate us. The food was great and service was friendly - would definitely recommend!

The last time we dined in we had 4 adults and one child (6 yrs old). We were charged 20% gratuity on the bill. This was a few weeks ago (this seems to be a recent change). I still feel upset about the charge and feel like a child who got an appetizer and was served last should not count towards gratuity. This was one of our favorite restaurants and had been taking the family there since we moved to Klamath Falls. Unfortunately, we won't be back-- I don't like surprise charges and the service the last 2 times has been severely lacking and not worth a 20% gratuity charge. The time prior to that my dish was forgotten and my rice was soggy but we gave it a one off and returned only to be charged more with similar service issues.

We love the food here but the service is not so great. The girls were very rude. They were also trying to charge us for wine we returned. The chicken on chicken satay was not cooked all the way.

The food was okay, but I my peanut sauce tasted off and I googled what happens if you eat bad peanut sauce, and what it said is exactly what happened to me. I am vomiting and have diarrhea.

Passable Thai food but with places like Sumtum Food Cart in KFalls, it just doesn't compare.. I'm a huge Thai food fan and I've tried this spot a couple times when the other places are closed, it is passable but there's much better spots for a bit cheaper too .. it'll do the trick when the other spots are closed though 👍

The food is always great from here and it always taste so fresh!! My wife always get the drunken noodles and I always get Pat Thai number three spicy!

We stopped in for Pho. It's Thai style so a little different than one would expect as far as protein options but still tasty. Comes with Thai basil and all the other fixings.

My all time favorite is the 88 with added broccoli. Or the sea food soup. Spring rolls , fried tofu big win. The Thai tea with heavy cream or sparkling lemonade. It's always amazing and tasty.

We love eating here and the service is always great 👍

Pork fried rice was awesome, as was the Thai iced tea. Friendly waitress, and the owner (I think) was super welcoming to everyone walking in, cracking jokes talking to parents and kids alike.
The images of the Buddha on the wall also brought a peaceful atmosphere to the whole thing.

The service was great. I got seated quickly and my order was taken pretty quickly as well. The staff was busy but very nice.

I got Pong Pang, jasmine rice and the sweet rice / mango dessert. The rice was cooked nicely and the soup was very good.. full of good rich flavors. Definitely recommend.

Had pad Thai there today and it wasn’t very good. Tasted like ketchup and rice noodles and portion was really small and it was dinner service? Definitely prefer 9thai. I like their taste better plus better potion and price

This is difficult to only give them 2 stars, because the other location on main is a solid 5 star. That being said I’ve been disappointed when I get home with takeout from the Washburn location a few times.
Today I went to this location because I was busy on that end of town. So I order chicken skewers (which come with 6 skewers, not big ones) and spring rolls. Both locations are unrealistic about the amount of sauce they give you, so I always have to order an extra one. So I ordered an extra peanut sauce and plum sauce with a large cucumber salad. What I got was no extra plum sauce, and a huge container of peanut sauce. They charge $5 for it, that’s a lot of peanut sauce for 6 small skewers. That was irritating to get home and not only have your order slightly wrong, but it so something so ridiculous. Why would someone need lg tub of peanut sauce for 1 appetizer. Seems obvious, so then I drove all the way back for the right size salad. And not to continue complaining, but they had put so much sugar in the cucumber salad. I tried to fix it adding some vinegar, but I messed it up more. It was already a stressful day, wish I would’ve either driven further to main st location or gone somewhere else.

Might give you the runs. Used to be much more fresh than as of late.

Great Thai food!

Enjoyed the red and green curries with fresh ingredients and complex, balanced flavors. The red curry was similar to some panang curries elsewhere. Not quite as good as the outstanding Thai food we had in Thailand, but quite tasty. They were short-staffed when we visited, but handled it as best they could.

The food was delicious and came out of the kitchen in a timely manner. The service was quite slow. We waited about 5 minutes before getting menus, then another 15 before someone took our order. After eating I requested a to-go box 3 separate times over a 10 minute period. My husband finally walked up to the counter to get it. We continued to wait for our check, which did not come and he walked to the counter to pay. We waited over 40 minutes prior to and after our meal.

The food is great. Big portions that can actually feed u 2 meals

Got some takeout to celebrate valentines day and the food was excellent! Had the fried tofu appetizer and the peanut sauce that comes with was amazing. Then had tofu red curry which was so flavorful and fresh tasting along with crab fried rice that had quite a bit of real crab meat! Will come back again :)

Being from Alturas, when we visit Klamath Falls this is our go to for lunch. We sometimes even double back for takeout of dinner, then eat it once we return home.

Great food, quite poor service. Server plopped down our food, never saw her again. Asked for one container for a little left over, waited 30 more minutes, gave up, paid our bill, and left.

We travel all over the country and always look for the local Thai restaurant. Thai Orchid is some of the best. Great service and delicious Thai food. We returned more than once while visiting the area.

Excellent food. The ingredients were fresh and it was reflected in the quality of the food. This was a surprising find. Happy to support those local businesses who have had a difficult time due to covid19.

The staff are always upbeat and helpful and I can honestly say every single thing I've ordered on their menu has never disappointed. Veg is fresh as is also the meats and seafood. I rarely ever leave reviews but Thai Orchid is more than worthy of my business my good review and my sincere thanks.
