Relaxed choice offering spicy curries, stir-fries & other Thai classics featuring seasonal produce.
I love this restaurant and go there frequently! I have celiac and I can only eat at very few places and this is on top of the list. The staff is friendly and the food is so good. I usually get the chicken pad Thai and it’s great everytime.
The food was good. Particularly the green beans in the curry were fresh and not over cooked. The curry sauce was delicious a little more of a soup consistency. The cashew nut chicken was too spicy for me. The server told me they didn’t add any spicy too it so be careful. I typically like med spicy in most restaurants. The service was prompt. We enjoyed the dessert. All food was well plated.
Pros: food is good
Cons: the Asian guy (with glasses - not the other one he’s cool) who takes calls doesn’t deserve the tips I give their staff. Rude and dismissive. Laughed in my face when I asked for more sauce.
JUST GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS SOME SAUCE OR CHARGE MONEY FOR IT.
If you eat in you can use as much fish sauce and other sauces as you want. If you dine-out they give you almost none.
I appealed to common decency explaining the above and the short haired male with glasses who takes my card laughed in my face. I showed him this one star review and he laughed again. In general he’s rude and dismissive when we eat there and always look forward to dining there when he’s gone. If the sauce situation changes I’ll change my review. Pure disrespect for paying customers.
I use to come here weekly and haven't in a while. I USE to love it but I will not be going back or ordering again. I just ordered for my family for lunch and got it delivered, and got this in my crispy chicken basil, just disgusting!! And these sauces for 3 orders of food. I don't know who's back there cooking now but they need to be fired 👎
Love this place. It’s my go-to for Thai. Lemongrass chicken pad Thai or drunken noodles are the two dishes I cycle between. Amazing!
Authentic Thai food and kind staff. They make the best pad thai and it does not disappoint! If you request your dish to be very spicy, their Thai iced tea will complement your meal perfectly. This is a must-try spot for lunch or dinner, whether you already live in Forest Grove, or you're simply visiting. Lastly, if you aren't able to find street parking, there is a small lot behind their building where spots are usually available.
Amazing food, definitely need to try it again to make sure.
Crab fried rice, Chicken satay, summer wraps, and crab wantons filled us up and sent us home with plenty of leftovers! I can't believe I forgot to order a Thai ice tea to go with everything, next time..
So good! Thank you!
Ordered the Pad Ga Pow, vegan with tofu to go. When we brought it home it was missing the rice, but more interestingly, the amount of food was tiny. It was about 1.5 cups combined veggies and tofu. It probably should have been double, but they said that if I ordered with tofu, it is reduced to this tiny amount. So, it’s more like a snack for $14.95. When I called, she was gracious, said that this is how the order is (it’s about 1/2 size order), and that she would give me credit. I declined because now I know not to order that again. I am also thinking I’m going to take a break from Pac Thai for awhile. Obviously this was not a full meal and for $14.95 I should expect a meal. Two stars instead of one because the people are so nice.

Heard this was a good Thai place. Not impressed.
Appetizers and entrees were delicious. Definitely try the jasmine Thai tea.
I won't return to this establishment. Way over priced, and rude. Customer service is terrible
Pretty good food and pretty consistent quality. The noodles in the pad Thai were overcooked one time, but generally everything is good.
Yum Nuar, Cashew Chicken, House Fried Rice & enjoy the resulting bliss…
Food is always good here
Yikes, this was not very good. My chicken pad thai seemed to have been reheated in the microwave and the sauce wasn't integrated into the dish - rather poured on top. High proces for mediocre food

Everything you eat will be great with a large range on the spice scale as well as spice rack they’ll bring at request. Could refill water cups a lil more often.
When you’re in FG this is the spot for Thai!
It is kind of a hole in the wall, but the food and service are fantastic!
Food tasted great ….but the portions are a little smaller. *update- portions are full size again…kudos for fixing that!
And just like everywhere else- prices have really increased a lot. There is one really cute waitress, but she KNOWS she’s cute …..she and is a bit edgy with people sometimes. Makes her unattractive.
Used to get the summer rolls but they charge $8-9 dollars for these little things now so we don’t order them anymore.
This unassuming little joint delivers the greatest hits. Curries, noodles, and stir fries are all delicious!
The food is good here, but you better bring your own hot sauce a very chin with it
We had take out. They had it ready on time and it was delicious. We were sad when our leftovers were gone the next day.
I ordered Pad Thai with tofu and eggplant, along with a spring roll, and ended up with severe food poisoning. It was clear where it came from since I was the only one in my family who ordered takeout and the only one who got sick. It’s been a week, and I'm still recovering. Please be cautious.
Great Thai restaurant that's local. Win win....
Really really good Thai food. I would make the 40-minute drive every night if I could eat Thai food everyday.
Best Thai food we've had in the PDX area! Try the Pumpkin Curry, so flavorful and velvety smooth! Drunken Noodle is also delicious! Staff is friendly and attentive, and food was ready in a reasonable amount of time.
We are from out of town and stopped here for some thai. We got drunken noodles a coconut soup and the service was fast and we asked for extra spicy because we are spicy lovers and they did an amazing job with the perfect spice level and the sauce on the drunken noodles was perfecttttttt. Food came out fast and everything about the place checked all the boxes for me. I would make the hour drive to come back just to eat here again.
Great Food and Great Hospitality.
Highly recommend the Salmon Green bean meal

Pretty good food its kinda a hole in the wall thai food place but that makes it all the better!
We always have a good experience with Pac Thai. Lemongrass pad thai is my favorite. Friendly service and the wait isn't bad.
Best Pad Thai I’ve ever had
Great place ,Great Food.
This place has been our favorite since we found it when we moved to Forest Grove 10 years ago. We moved away 5 years later - nothing in our current area comes even close.
We were in town today and there was no way we weren't going to stop and pick up some of our favorites: Drunken Noodles, Crispy Chicken Basil, Pad Se Ew. It was exactly as we remembered, absolutely delicious.
Food was so good and the staff was friendly as well as attentive.
Fast hot meal, just what I wanted after a long and busy day. Grateful they've gone back to real plates and silverware.
Amazing food as always
I use to come here weekly and haven't in a while. I USE to love it but I will not be going back or ordering again. Food and service very good. The restaurant needs updating though.
Nice little place in Forest Grove. There were lots of take out orders during our dinner which affected the speed of food delivery but this didn't bother us as it allowed for good conversation. We had the trio of spring rolls which were all very tasty. I had house fried rice with chicken which was fresh and delicious. My wife had pad Thai which she enjoyed. My son and granddaughter ate two other dishes that I don't remember what they were called but they both thought they were very good. There was enough food to take some home. We moved from California to Eastern Washington years ago where there is no good Thai food and being in western Oregon, for a visit, this was a welcomed treat. We'll be back.
Always good food and service.
Simple good
Great food. Make sure if you need gluten free to call for takeout rather than order online. I specified gluten free and when I got there they said that drunken noodles are not gluten free and I would have to place another order and pay again. Was disappointed.
Ordered take out - very hot & great portion size! Green curry was delicious & very flavorful but I won’t order the crispy rolls again.. they were very underwhelming.
Is superwoman friendly staff. You must try their summer rolls and their peanut sauce is fantastic.
Pac Thai has great food and a nice restaurant. Despite its small size, I'd say the vibe of the restaurant is a step above most Thai places leaning towards a more relaxing atmosphere. The food is awesome - they have the best tom yum soup I've ever had. The pad thai, yellow curry, and pineapple rice are excellent. The portions are easily shareable between two people so it could be good for a cheap date, or do what I do and save the leftovers for lunch the next day.
I come here almost weekly, and the food is always cooked to perfection. My favorite dish is the drunken noodles, thai spicy. My husband always gets the pad thai. The thai iced tea cools us down afterwards!
Great tasting meal. Starting with the warm peanut sauce with the summer rolls to the lemongrass chicken, everything was great!
The food quality definitely went down and their prices increased. The calamari is a few pieces of squid with a bunch of fried onions to look like they give you a ton while actually shorting you severely for the price. I got cashew nut shrimp tonight and it was so mushy I threw the whole dish away we got 2 dishes and the calamari for just over $50. Don't waste your money.
Very spicy papaya salad
Lucky was very unfriendly. Her attitude is not someone that should be working here. Never came back to the table until it was time to pay. Said we couldn’t order a dinner item that has been ordered every time before.
Currently my favorite place to get Thai in Forest Grove! I love their pad Thai! Try the lemongrass chicken pad Thai! Fabulous!
Authentic Thai food and kind staff. They make the best pad thai and it does not disappoint! If you request your dish to be very spicy, their Thai iced tea will complement your meal perfectly. Food was great service was not good, the waitress never came back to check on us
the food is so delicious here, one of my absolute favorite places in town! i love the tom kha over mango sticky rice.
Been coming here for 10 years, never been disappointed 😊
Always a good experience. Food is excellent and staff is friendly and considerate.
A wonderful place to dine, they have a great variety of dishes and attentive staff! I love getting take out and dining in here, have been going since I was a kid! Their thai tea is very yummy, and one of my favorite dishes is their Pad See Ew! Definitely recommend for anyone, they have a so many yummy options, such as their Massuman curry and Golden Fried rice!!!
Really pleasant atmosphere and food. They were very accommodating to a large party on short notice. Will definitely stop by again soon!
It's a cute place and food is extremely fresh.
A must stop when in the area. We try to stop there when going to and from the Coast.
Love the Curry
My go-to spot for Thai food! It's always fresh and delicious!
Some of the food tasted burnt, and some plates didn't have a lot of flavor. The staff is super welcoming and attentive. It's a cozy little hole in the wall, and while some dishes lacked flavor or tasted burnt, we did have some good dishes. I would certainly come again, although I may be less tempted to be adventurous on my entree choices.
Always amazing food and friendly staff. Highly recommend getting a Thai iced tea along with any dish on the menu. All their food is great!
As always a wonderful experience made possible by their staff, very helpful, attentive, and respectful. I will be a long lasting customer for sure! The servers are so friendly it’s hard to stay away.
Good food. Great service. Place is a dive tho. Great for takeout not a date.
Been ordering to go and eating here for almost a year now. They are consistent in serving excellent Thai food. I’ve never had a bad item. True to the general standards of what you expect when ordering standard Thai dishes with a lot of extra love included :)
PAC Thai looks unassuming from the outside but inside it’s a very full restaurant with a booming to go business. After trying the food here I can see why!
The pad se ew had good flavor and a generous portion. I tried the crispy basil chicken which seemed a bit different and I had not seen it on other Thai restaurant menus.
The chicken was amazing with the crispy basil pieces and veggies. I highly recommend it.
Small town restaurant and prices, with big city selection & taste. We eat here so much weather it's take out or dine in and I don't get sick of it. We are plant based eaters, they are super vegan friendly. Give em a try, they deserve it, they earn our business each time we return. My other half wanted me to mention bring your Viking card and get signed up for their rewards, your discounts will have a guilty pleasure. Thanks Pac Thai!!
Very yummy. Had pad se ewe with tofu and tofu Panang Curry. Curry was a little too hot (we had asked for mild) but very yummy.
Best Thai food in forest grove!
Second visit. Takeout. Just as good.
This time i added tofu and cashews to the #72. If you are new to Thai food (like me) i recommend #72 with chicken, tofu, & cashews added.
Or #73 with the same additions.
First visit. Dine in. I had the #72 pad se ew with chicken, it was delicious. Girlfriend had #73 pad thai with chicken she loved it. The calamari was pretty good, if the pieces were smaller it would be better but the flavor and sauce was also great. They were busy when we walked in which was a good sign. We were seated quickly, and the food came out pretty quick after ordering.
Service was decent, but the vegetarian food here was underwhelming. Pad Thai overly sweet, fried rices not very flavorful, summer rolls mostly iceberg lettuce shred.
Not a Thai food fan, but they've changed my mind! Good food, portions and service! Would recommend this place!!
Try the lemongrass chicken pad Thai. You won't be disappointed!
PAC Thai Is Perfection … everything in our family size order was fresh and delicious ..
Love their curry chicken soup. Large portions. Miss the sit down with real place settings. Take out cartons while sitting in their booth took some of the ambiance from the experience. Now I order it as take out n eat at home. Pandemic has changed the way we live.
Best Thai restaurant ive ever eaten. Ive been coming here for years and the high quality of their food has never changed. My favorite restaurant in Washington county.
The service was great we were greeted immediately, with a smile and a little laughter. Makes everyone feel comfortable. The food was wonderful, loaded with flavor. My friends and I enjoyed our lunch and pleasant conversation, thank you!
Great Fresh food ,large portions ,and wonderful service, yummy yummy
Best beef noodle soup ever!
Delicious pad thai dish!
I love the food here. And I’m speaking from experience loving across the US they do a decent job with Thai food. However, it’s gotten way too expensive. I have ordered from PAC Thai every Tuesday for 2 years. I ask for broccoli- they give you 4 pieces stating broccoli is expensive right now. So then I ask to substitute broccoli and skip the chicken, they they still want to charge you $2 extra to add broccoli. They charge you for vegetables even if you skip the meat. Chicken is free but 4 pieces of broccoli is $2? I get it, prices have gone up, but come on. It’s disappointing especially because they are one of very limited options to eat in town.
Great food!
Love their food. But so disappointed with their price increases.
One dinner plate cost average $15-$25 now. Each thing you want in it is an additional $2-5. Expect to pay an average $30 per person when dining here.
Wouldn’t recommend this place! I got the beef tenderloin soup of some sort and it was so bad! I make a better dish of this myself at home! Lol I tried to call and get my money back and gladly bring the food back (not eaten) but they said they wouldn’t do that but they would make me something else if I brought the previous order back in. Lol what a joke!
Got the lemon grass chicken pad thai very hot ...they added no hot sauce so it was sweet offered i drive back 30 minutes for hot sauce ...they dont credit you or refund you even if they sell you something you didnt want even if they are at fault 👎
Consistently good food.... quick service for pick up
I love this place. As far as I remeber they have an array of vegan options but beware of fish oil and other condiments that are usually kept on the tables as sides as they might not be vegan!
When they are busy they will place you on hold and then hang up on you. They also do not answer their phone for phone orders when they are busy. They also jacked up their prices, but Zab Thai is much better then these guys and have not jacked up their prices.
EDIT: 2022 they want $18.95 for Lemongrass Chicken Pad Thai, $21.95 for Pineapple Fried Rice! HAHA! They are completely out of their minds. Their food isn't worth this much money.
Delicious food and lots of options. The pineapple beef fried rice is sooo good.
The best pad sew I’ve ever had. I’ve moved away and 3 years later I still think about that pad sew
If you want to get completely ripped off this is the place to go !
No but seriously I get it with inflation the prices of food going up but I usually order their bbq pork yakisoba which used to be decently priced with good meat . Now the meat they give you is complete fat with yakisoba noodles that cost probably 2$ and they are charging 17$?! I got pad thai with no meat because I don't care for their chicken so It was just the glass noodles and egg and they charged me 14$?! For cheap noodles and an egg . Better off going to Thai princess in hillsboro. Reasonable prices even with inflation and way better quality of food . Noodles and egg shouldn't cost as much as a steak dinner .
Delicious food, great service and so happy to see real dishes again !!!
I LOVE this restaurant. I would have rated them a five but I'm not down with them setting up a no substitution policy on their dishes. I'll be back when I can swap the veggies as I've been able to do all along. People, give your customers what they want and they'll keep coming back.
Love this place staff really friendly
The food was good. Particularly the green beans in the curry were fresh and not over cooked. The curry sauce was delicious a little more of a soup consistency. The cashew nut chicken was too spicy for me. The server told me they didn’t add any spicy too it so be careful. I typically like med spicy in most restaurants. The service was prompt. We enjoyed the dessert. All food was well plated.
Amazing food, definitely need to try it again to make sure.
Crab fried rice, Chicken satay, summer wraps, and crab wantons filled us up and sent us home with plenty of leftovers! I can't believe I forgot to order a Thai ice tea to go with everything, next time..
So good! Thank you!
Lovely vegan options (apps and entrees)! Really glad to have found this place and will definitely come back so I can explore all the vegan items! Generous portions and good price too.
Friendly service, food got served fast and was hot. Very tasty, very filling.
All the apps I tried were good.
Really surprising how great the Pho was considering it’s a Thai place. I highly recommend trying it.
Good food!
My usual dish. An order of pad si yu with no carrots substitute for broccoli went from 16$ to 21$, safe to say that when i already could barely afford eating here that 5$ kinda matters. Hopefully this tactic makes them money rather then loses them money. However ill be eating anywhere else.
The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The food was exceptional!
Great food. Had the beef soup and appetizers rolls.
Amazing food and great customer service!
We had a mix of appetizers for our meal. All very tasty!
Vegan & vegetarian menu 1st then if you eat meat you can ask for it. We love that they know and respect the plant based diet. They are patient when we are unprepared to order. Even better, they recommend a nice compliment or substitution. They are good with special orders and substitutions and make it right if something goes wrong. Yes I go here that much, literally the only place in Forest Grove for plant based VARIETY! Did I mention DEEEELISHUS!!!???
Can't believe I've not rated this yet. The food is FANTASTIC! service is good and not long waits. Parking is hard on weekends and market days.
I've been ordering Pac Thai since they opened & understandable to see a price increase these days but the quality of food hasn't held up on all the dishes.
Raised in Forest Grove, I know this remains one of the original best dining options we have so whether it comes down to being loyal or needing a predictable bite in a pinch, Pac Thai is there.
I'll still order one or two things I find it worth it because of the portion size, you can get a couple meals or split with someone. Anything under the stir fry section or noodle is on point! Also will give Pac Thai a shout-out for their accuracy in timing for pick up orders. I haven't dined in the restaurant much but the food has been warm, fresh tasting and punctual for all pick ups.
Great food
The have THE best house fried rice I’ve ever had. Basil Chicken is delicious. The red curry is to die for. NOTHING better than their Chicken Tom Yum soup extra spicy when you’re fighting a cold/flu. The worst thing about this place: you’ll never be able to eat at any other local Thai restaurant and feel satisfied after having tried PAC Thai.
Thev one Chinese guy got mad.because he wants to call before I order. I'm door dashing. I'm avoiding the place.
The vegan food does not feel vegan (made us incredibly lethargic), and the service was not friendly
I used to love Pac Thai, in large part because they offered delivery. The food is good but nothing spectacular and there are other equally decent Thai places around. But they stopped offering delivery, so don't have the same appeal that they used to. There are plenty of other places on the delivery apps, and I'll happily pay a delivery fee for the convenience of the service, though I would rather support a local place directly than give my money to a delivery app. However, Pac Thai doesn't offer the service any longer so I guess I'll go with someplace else or use a delivery app.
Used to love this place and they had free delivery here.
Each time I go in there, I discover a new dish that is just amazing! This time it was the Papaya salad. Have never been disappointed and have always loved their food. I have eaten an many Thai food restaurant's and I would have to say Pac Thai is my top choice.
Atmosphere ok, service was good and the food was very good.
This place has become a local fave for me. I haven't strayed into the rest of the menu yet, just REALLY enjoying the curry and salad rolls. I ate here 3 days in a row one weekend. Highly recommend.
I love seafood clay pot.
Delicious food.
The food was good but this is the first time I have been there since COVID. The prices are the same but the place is no longer pleasant to eat at. They were nice but clearly terrified to be near people. It makes me sad. It's just not the same anymore. I probably won't go back.
Excellent food, as always.
Delicious!!
Quick service, delicious recipes for great prices and absolutely lovely employees -- only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that they use lower quality meats. I do think this place would be a really solid competitor in the Thai food scene of the area if their meat game brought just a bit more to the table. Still a decent meal all in all.
Great food and yummy thai iced tea.
Amazing food and amazing experience every time! Has become my family’s comfort food. Always timely if not faster service, great portion sizes. One of the few good spots in FG.
The food is outstanding and inexpensive for the quality. I haven't ordered anything I have not liked, favorites are the pumpkin salmon curry, and pineapple fried rice. I go here often and I don't live close by but it's always worth the drive.
Always great when I come to my old town.
Pretty good Penang Curry and large portions.. Yum...
It's fine, but Ive had better. It'll do if you're craving Thai.
Having moved from PDX where there is great food within a stone's throw basically anywhere, I was SO happy to find this wonderful Thai restaurant in FG. You know what is like to get a good Thai craving? Now I don't have to go without! They pivoted quickly with the pandemic so ordering online is quick and easy, and have never been even remotely disappointed with the food. In fact, I order extra and ration for leftovers
