Simple Thai place offering curries & noodle dishes, plus a few Chinese, Vietnamese & Japanese faves.
Delicious food, locally owned, good variety. We've been going here for over 10 years, and eating there again in 2022 it was still delicious. The place isn't fancy, the decor is pretty tired and cluttered. But the food always tastes fresh and flavorful, great spicy heat if you like that, vegetables are always very fresh, and excellent vegetarian options. The menu is surprisingly large, with Thai, some Cantonese options, some Japanese options, and their sushi chef is really good.
Don't pass it by if you want quality Thai food!! Without a doubt the best crab Rangoon π¦ around, and I've had them all. Most don't even put real crab meat, I am positive this was real and I could see it the cream cheese was definitely better than usual.
Mee was really good too. It's kind of like pad thai, but with vegetables.
I will come back again and try some other dishes.
I definitely checked the reviews because it didn't look busy. And its location in the strip mall.
The reviews were accurate. It looked family, run the gentleman that waited on me gave perfect service.
I came in alone for lunch and would definitely come back and maybe bring someone.
We ordered online, and it was quick and easy. Ignore the mask signs if they are still up (they are not required). We ordered:
1st visit:
1. Green curry with chicken: The curry had great flavors, and vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly. I ordered spice level 4. Leftovers were also delicious. (4/5 π)
2. Chicken Pad Thai - great flavors well prepared. (3.8/5 π)
2nd visit:
3. Yellow curry with chicken - great flavors and again vegetables and chicken were cooked perfectly. (5/5 π)
4. Panang curry with shrimp - the SO ordered and enjoyed. (5/5 π)
5. Drunken noodles with shrimp - these were pretty good. The LO enjoyed eating. (4/5 π)
6. Shrimp "Rangoon" or what I'm calling. These needed a little more in the fryer. (3.5/5).

The food is very very tasteless and the chicken smell bad. Thereβs barely chicken and itβs not worth trying again. My advice for this place is to add enough chicken and get a better quality meet.
I've been wanting to try this place for a while. Its next to my dogs groomer. I wasn't expecting to be so impressed. I ordered The Curry Puffs, and Beef/Pork Pad Thai. The sauce that came with the puffs was sooo good!! It complemented all the flavors in the Wonton wrapper. The Pad Thai was very good. Its a really large portion.
Ahoy, fellow food adventurer! π
So, I set sail to Thai Taste on a quest for the ultimate pad Thai, and boy, was it an expedition! Now, with more Thai restaurants in town than I have fingers and toes, you've got to sparkle like a disco ball at a '70s party. Thai Taste? Well, they might be more like a shy glow stick.
The pad Thai, matey, was just okay, like a pirate who's forgotten where they buried the treasure. It didn't make me want to do a happy dance, but it also didn't make me walk the plank. It was somewhere in the culinary doldrums.
Now, I don't want to be a Debbie Downer of the Seven Seas, but when you're surrounded by Thai food titans, you've got to summon your inner flavor buccaneer and sail into uncharted waters. Thai Taste, you're a good sailor, but you're not swashbuckling with the best.
In summary, Thai Taste won't make you sing "Yo-ho-ho!" from the mountaintops, but it won't make you cry "Davy Jones' locker" either. It's a safe harbor for a decent meal, but I'll be setting sail for new gastronomic horizons soon. Arrr, adventure awaits! βπ΄ββ οΈ
They always have great food. They never disappoint! Highly recommend!
the staff of good and friendly

Great service, delicious food, at an affordable price. The most underrated restaurant in the area
I only ever get Thai Taste from DoorDash but itβs always incredible. It arrives still very hot and the spring rolls and crab rangoons stay crispy somehow. I always put special requests in (like spice level) and they are always met. Love this place
Absolutely wonderful meal with over the top flavors. Tom tom soup and Red curry.
Great Pad Thai and Crab Rangoon!! Nice people too!
Red Curry with shrimp and vegetables was delicious.
Thai Taste has the top 3 pad Thai's in town. Outstanding food and quick service. Highly recommend.
We love finding authentic Thai food made by Thai people who truly care about their customers! Not fancy but the people are sweet, humble and kind and the actual Thai food is wonderful!
please hire more staff if youβre gonna make people wait 30 minutes for a 4 item doordash order. terrible service extremely slow
Chicken in pad Thai was dry and tasted spoiled. Server could not communicate so a bit difficult. Only one server and he went outside to smoke and came back in and waited on customers without washing his hands. Bathroom is filthy.
I was getting the dogs nails trimmed and ran next door to Taste of Thai. It had been since Covid since I had been here. I ordered the Panang Curry with all the veggies and chicken and it was the best Panang Curry I have ever had!
This Thai restaurant has all genuine dishes. Bountiful portions and a wide variety of combinations , originally prepared on the spot. The owners are gracious and accomidating. A perfect place to take someone special. West on tylersville rd. At bottom of hill.

This was wonderful. We had the Pad Thai and Yellow Curry. Be careful with the spice level- even a 2 was spicy! Would def recommend. Best crab rangoons weβve had. The servers were so kind and attentive!
Chicken pad Thai was okay but not great..... service was fine; when you walked in, though, the restaurant did have sort of a septic smell.
We'll likely go elsewhere the next time I would like to get some chicken pad Thai

The food here is excellent. Our favorite pad Thai that weβve tried! We always take the food to go because the inside of the restaurant is kind of meh, but the food is outstanding.
Good food. Pad Thai runs a little sweet otherwise Iβd give five stars.
Great test
Food is always amazing and so fast!! Absolutely the best
Food is so good.. portions are pretty generous. I will order again.
We ate at Thai Taste for the first time last night. We found it largely by chance, searching online for a Thai restaurant in the West Chester area. We had no idea what to expect. We had an order of summer rolls to start. They were pretty much perfect. I ordered a shrimp red curry, my wife had a shrimp green curry, and our guest had the shrimp clay pot. All three were absolutely delicious! The flavors of the curries were bright, there was a nice variety of vegetables, all cooked nicely, the shrimp were done perfectly, large, and numerous. Our guest enjoyed his clay pot, the bean threads were very flavorful and their consistency was perfect. We will definitely be back to explore the menu further. A hidden gem for sure!
One of very few places to offer summer rolls, which I love. Sit down service excellent, to go service average. Tiny restaurant with a TV running 24/7 it seems. Somewhat distracting from a convo with your guests.
Had the Labor roll. Very tasty with a lot of variety of seafood - a very big portion.

best miso soup in town!!
Food had no flavor what so ever
Best food ever!! Highly recommend!
Decent food. Great service, great price. Super friendly staff.
Good prices and food. The thai food is fantastic but their menu also includes some Vietnamese and Chinese (american style) choices that are decent, which is pretty impressive since their menu is so big.
You must try this place
Fresh everything
Excellent Thai choices at reasonable prices.
Friendly and very prompt. Everything was wonderful and out of this world good sushi!!
Always good. Always always always. My wife & I try to get take out from here every time we're in West Chester.
Great family run spot with indoor seqting but do a lot of carry out orders. Dined inside and the staff were awesome and as good as a fine steakhouse. The flavors were wonderful and good portions.
The cost were reasonable and I will return and recommend trying this thai / Chinese restaurant
I always get the chicken pad Thai. Unable to find any like it around the city. Iβve tried and failed (sorry every other Thai place around) Itβs simple, tasty, and you can spice it 1-10. You get 3/4 servings in one to go serving for a great price.
Good eggs work here
Great Thai food!
Great Price , Large portion.
The best...and I mean the best Food in town!! Excellent food, owners and wait staff are the best! Highly recommended recommen
A little hole in the wall kinda place but Great food everytime! And great service!
Very nice menu
Was delicious ππ€€

New customer and ordered Pad Thai w/ tofu and spice level 6/10 to go. Very reasonable waitfor walk in. Friendly service and above all food was excellent!! I'm not a super picky eater but last few places had sub par pad thai and poor spice levels. I honestly feel like the spice level (6/10) was on point for my expectations. Would def come back to try other dishes and update.
the best sushi. order the dragon roll.
The best Sushi I have had in the Cincinnati area. Nothing to complain about here. Just amazing, delightful, tasteful, mouthful of delicious sushi.
My wife loves the chicken pad thai, spice level 8. I drove 45 minutes 1 way to pick it up as she swears it's the best in the area. Staff brought my carry out, out to me. Very happy.
Very friendly and accommodating. Pricing is very fair and amounts are worth it. Varied menu and ways to combine . Lunch specials are priced very good. Plenty of room to spread out and feel one is not crowded. I will return.
Take out is placed in low temperature Styrofoam so it melts into the meal giving the food an authentic plastic flavor.
A bit rough looking place with a confused/annoyed server but we endured and stayed for dinner. Glad we did! Absolutely amazing Thai dishes bursting with flavor. Highly recommend if you like Thai food. Took away a star due to the environment but we visited during COVID times so it may not be fair. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
They have gone downhill over the last couple of years. Used to be excellent. On the so-so, just okay side now
Very generous portions and fair price. Fresh and the best I can find lately .
Love this place
Dont waste your mobey or time. Slow service. Cold and very dry food. I stood at the register for 10 minutes while my food sat on the counter. It took until the third person came to the register to actually be helped. Won't be going again
What a hidden GEM!!! Went in here with my wife just thinking they'd have some simple thai food but we were surprised at the depth of the menu. Ended up ordering 3 entrees as well as some sushi and everything was on point. And believe it or not, it was the best sushi I've ever had in the West Chester area. For the entrees we got panang curry (which was honestly too good), Thai spicy noodles (had such a great and distinct flavor), and some pineapple fried rice which was unlike any fried rice I'd ever had before (in a good way). The food was very fairly priced and the waitress was an absolute sweetheart so we will 110% be coming back, can't wait to try the rest of the menu. Surprised more people don't know about this place
Great food
Love the Pad Thai
Sat us at a dirty table. Gave us dirty dishes for our sushi. I asked for a disposable cup I was blown off. She gave my 3 year old twins a large cup an my 8 year olds a small. Our food was brought out 1 plate at a time. By the time I received my food my youngest twins where ready to leave. Sat for an hour waiting on 4 kids meals all the same. Definitely not our first choice for dinner.
I really like the atenciΓ³n they give the food is good the right level of spice/hot of what you ask, sushi rolls are very good taste fresh, the only thing I will suggest to the manager/owner is to clean a little deeper the tables.
This place has very good service and delicious food!
I had the Basil Duck and it was great ππΏππΏ
Finally a Pad Thai with shrimp thatβs amazing. I drive there from blue ash and itβs worth it. Great soups and Thai dishes.
Crispy roll is great
I got a sushi roll to go. It was delicious. They weren't very busy for a lunch time. If you like Thai food or sushi, this is a good place to go eat. Support this restaurant.
We have eaten here several times. Never disappointed! One of those hole in the wall places with great service and delicious food. We are on a mission to try something new each visit. Highly recommend the sashimi sppetizer, Mee ka ti and green curry noodles. Yum.
Good food. Good people. Good service
Always good. Best sushi and pad thai around.
Singapore chicken is so flavorful and delicious! Great service and amazing Singapore!!!
Sadly disappointed, I was hoping for flavorful Thai food. Chicken and shrimp were over cooked, Tom yum soup tasted like hot lime and tomato water while the rest of the food just tasted like basil, I would be very embarrassed to serve this to anyone. The Thai iced tea was good. Will probably just stick to Hyde park for Thai food.
The avocado salad and chicken fried rice is amazing. You have to order extra veggies with the rice - it is my way of being extra nice to myself
Our meal tonight wasn't at all the quality we would have expected.
Shrimp in a bag; no shrimp
Soft shell crab torched not edible
And we waited over an hour and half
Due to no rice at restaurant for sushi
When we called all we received was sorry
Poor customer service folks
Door dash delivery. Now I have had plenty of Thai food in my lifetime. From NYC to Philadelphia to Washington DC area. Even here in Cincinnati, Rookwood area. Never in my life have I had the least favorable food. No flavor what so ever. It was like I ordered steamed vegetables and chicken. Watered down curry and unflavored Cashew chicken
Guess West Chester folk have no idea what real Thai food should taste like.
Sushi was alright. Service was great.
Ordered online. They didnβt have my order ready or even started when I arrived BUT They cooked it and threw in a pad Thai after some negotiations and threw in a beer. They brought me out a little appetizer while I waited. Made things right.
Great service, good taste. Tom yum soup, chicken satay, spice chicken fried rice are our order.
Ok. Need to try again soon
If you like Thai food than this was a good place. Also, their sushi is great.
Service was fine. Food was ok, not bad but nothing special. Typical strip mall Thai place
Excellent food, friendly service. Best seaweed salad!
My favorite Thai restaurant and the sushi menu is second to none.
First time there, the Pad Thai and Satay were pretty good. Second time, the chicken and shrimp dishes had overcooked meat. The chicken tasted canned, and the shrimp were rubbery. I liked the appetizers, and the sauces are very good. Don't know why the rest of the meal was like that.
Came here on the good reviews... Very disappointed. Bland and just full of sugar in everything. Overpriced for what it is as well, averages $25/person when it should really be $15... And thatβs without alcohol.
Amazing food. Very consistent. Owner is friendly and accomadating. Highly recommend, fantastic lunch!
Good food
Food was amazing, they need help with atmosphere/ decorating. It's a hot mess
The food served in this restaurant is very under rated. I have eaten here 4 times now and every meal if steller. It might be a hole in the wall but the food is beyond what I have been served at more upscale restaurants. If you like Thai food it is hard to beat!
We love this place
Food is always good! Best Thia food around !!
Came in during lunch. With two pick up orders in front of me, already completed and sitting on the counter. Took more than half an hour to make sushi and fried rice.
The Sushi was a mess. Broke apart completely to mush when attempting to eat and I discovered half way away that they did not make rice, but noodles with peanuts in it. Not even close to what I ordered. When I brought it back, rather apologize and offer to correct the issue, the person assisting said, "oh, you wanted rice?" as if I made the mistake and then rushed the noodles back to the kitchen. When getting attention as I could see him at the kitchen doors, he quickly walked out of my site.
Perhaps I came at a bad time to catch the awesome service and food experienced by everyone else. Unfortunately I will never go back so I will never know.
I lived near here for a year, this is the one place I come back to.
The best Asian food we've tried in Cincinnati. Prices are on par with other Asian restaurants, but the portion sizes are bigger for the fried rice and the noodle dishes. The rice dish was about the same size as other restaurants. It was significantly less spicy than expected though, so ask for it to be spicier than you normally would.
We ordered pad thai, pineapple fried rice, and the lava rice. Of the three, the pineapple fried rice was the best, but all were very, very good and high quality. But, some of the veggies were a bit different than what it said on the menu.
Warning if you order online: it defaults to ordering at the downtown location, even if you say you want to look at the West Chester location. But they worked very hard to get our order transferred over. There was a bit of a language barrier.
Great food. Great Service.
Great food at a good price. The pad thai is delicious.
Tables were sticky almost like they were covered in wax, but the red curry was very delicious.
Great food and very friendly staff. Menu has a large assortment of options at a reasonable price. Will return often.
Had the green and yellow chicken curry, large portion and great flavor.
Cozy place with consistently good food and portions. New ownership trying hard to sustain and succeeding.
Wonderful, as always.
Order the dragon roll and you can thank me later. Really great sushi all around, haven't had a bad roll from them yet. Been going here for years and it's always consistent good quality. The octopus salad is delicious too.
My family has been coming here for years and I must say the quality has really degraded. Even when out entire party was seated, with only two other tables occupied in the restaurant we had to hunt down a server to take our drink and appetizer orders. The wait staff seemed awkward and was not very knowledgeable on the menu. Wine was not in stock and what was ordered was not presented very well. The food was good, the sushi inventive, but the service killed the experience.
Fresh sushi great food
The five star is for the food only. I order here on a regular basis and the young lady who works register needs a lot of improvement on customer service. Other than that great place to eat and very clean.
Strange odor and abysmal wine list. Food was not great quality. Spice level was perfect for me at a 5 out of 10.
Excellent service and the food was really good.
Food is always good. Staff is nice.
Great
Pan Thai chicken level 6 is amazing! A must try!
I believe I reviewed Thai taste before, but this is a great little joint with friendly service and decent food. Not expensive or fancy. I've been many times, and only had one bad experience that I wasnt charged for.
Good food , kinda pricey . Nice people
Love the service and the food....
Very good!
I got a 6 on the spice scale of 10 (10 being most spice) and it was not spicy at all. Underwhelming. Plus side - it's relatively cheap to eat there.
Great food, especially the sushi.
Delicious! Cute little hole in the wall restraunt. Fairly clean, quiet place. Staff was very friendly, it was warm and inviting. I ordered the Pad Thai with vegetables and beef, my husband got the massuman curry with vegetables and beef. We shared an order of the crab ragoon. Both meals were very tasty and enough for lunch the next day. Crab ragoon is the best we have ever had! While waiting for my order I chatted with the hostess who said they had won taste of Cincinnati's best appetizer three or four times with the crab ragoon! Definitely try it!
Delicious & Delightful
We Non-Christmas celebrants are always grateful to restaurants that are open during the festivities. We've had busts, mehs and triumphs with Thai Taste definitely leaning toward triumph.
We're foodies in our family and soy sauce runs through our veins. Sushi has always been our food of choice for celebrations, mourning and everything in between. I have sushi as the top 1/2 of my sleeve tattoo. Yes, we're THAT dedicated!
This Christmas my mother, my son, a teenager (aka bottomless pit) and I attempted to go to a place that offers decent choices but, more importantly, great economy. The teen inhales sushi, so it need not be fancy. Closed. We went to Thai Taste for a late lunch and were the only customers at the time. We read the menus as there were items with which we were unfamiliar and some favorite flavors creatively reinvented.
The teenager mentioned above is on the Autism Spectrum and self-limits what he will/won't consume. Pizza, burgers, pasta, soup and cereal? NO. Squid & octopus? Yes, please! And may I get one to go for later? He tried 3-5 new things and made yummy, sated noises. Usually he talks non-stop, so you KNOW this was special!
Decor is a little sad and not all lighting worked. At this price point I would think and hope that could invest some back into the ambience.
By the time we received our platter of sushi choices the place was PACKED! So glad 2:00ish on Christmas was blessed by the gods and goddesses of sushi!
Food is 5 stars, dining room 4. Enjoy! We did.
Great service and one of my top places to get pad thai.
This is a great little restaurant. Offers sushi and a good selection of Asian food. The chef and staff are very friendly. It is never crowded.
A favorite of ours for Asian carry out. The Pad Thai is above average and the sushi is decent as well. Reasonably priced, good food. The dining room is very dineresque, but the food makes up for the lack of any ambiance. The staff is great.
General Tso chicken was excellent! Quick, friendly service.
my order was: chicken pad Thai and chicken Thai fried rice.
food was good, fresh. but i thought in my opinion that the protein was very, very light.
Best sushi and pad thai around!
Delicious curries and noodles. The massaman and panang curries are unique here
We ordered delivery through Door Dash. The food, Pad Thai, a noodle dish, soft shell crab and crab rangoon were all dissapointing. The shrimp and chicken in both dishes were so overcooked they tasted like rubber. The soft shell crab was "mushy" and the crab rangoon was just ok. We would not order from here again.
For the first time in a few years, this restaurant has been greatly improved. The soda wasn't flat, the sushi was delicious, made perfectly to order, the service was nice and energetic. There's no ambiance here, but the food is good, the service is good, so I must recommend it!
I ordered pad Thai with pork and yellow curry at heat lv 8 out of 10 with crab rangoons for appetizer. EVERYTHING was amazing. The pad Thai was the best I've ever had and I've had about 50+ different places being an over the road trucker.. the curry was perfect I just wish I went 10 on heat because I'm pretty tolerant on that end so if you want heat go 10..8 was mild. Definitely recommend to everyone
