This was my first time here, and it has instantly become my new go-to restaurant when I travel from Youngstown to Akron or Cleveland. I got the green curry. I chose a spice level 5 out of 5. In my picture, you can see a small salad dressing sized container on the left. I asked for extra spice so that I could make it even hotter. I used about half of it, and it was perfect. I got a little dizzy. An area just below my left eye twitched once. My mouth was hot but not on fire. This is the way I like it, and it was amazing. I give them 5 stars for both the quality and quantity of food. I didn't eat again until 7 hours later. I wasn't even hungry, and it was just a snack. For reference, I lived in Asia for 6 years. I've been to Bangkok, and I ate green curry there. I've had the good stuff. When it comes to green curry, this restaurant has the good stuff. I was happy that they didn't skimp on the eggplant like some other places. I got a strawberry cider which was good. The mango ice cream was a pleasant way to finish the meal, and it too was a nice portion size. I will DEFINITELY be coming back.

Went to pickup a carryout order recently. I waited 5 minutes before I left my house, because I live close by. Upon arrival, the order was not ready. When I asked the older Caucasian guy how long the wait would be, he was rude and short with me.

Fantastic food

I ordered extra spicy Spicy Thai Basil rice on Monday and unfortunately had an anaphylactic reaction to mushrooms which were not listed anywhere in the description. I've never seen mushrooms automatically in Thai Basil rice in any other place I've ordered it.
Spoke with manager Catherine this morning once I'd recovered from the allergy and EpiPen and was feeling less angry. She told me that ANYTHING on their menu that has vegetables has mushrooms and that I should have stated "mushroom allergy" on a dish that didn't even list mushrooms.
They won't let me do 0 stars but honestly that's where I am with these folks.

As an aside, if you want spice, you're going to have to order more than extra spicy. Theirs was about a medium for most of the West Coast places I'm used to

Our local family favorite. Great food options and everything tastes spectacular. Chicken Pho is always a go to. The red curry noodles of you like spicy stuff. The waiters are also very helpful (we love brian).

Best Pad Thai i have had in the CLE metro area. We ordered a couple of appetizers, Pad Thai and Green curry. Everything tasted fresh. Noodles were cooked just right and had a nice chew. I have been to Erawan but will favor coming back here. Our server Brian was super friendly. The owners were also very friendly and checked in with the diners.

I'm definitely going to have to come back and cruze through the menu. The spicy beef salad was amazing!

They have unusual dishes I haven't seen on other Thai menus.
I had a dish called "Hurricane" with chicken, shrimp and pork in a spicy sauce. I asked for them to go easy on the spiciness, and I'm glad I did. It was really hot but it was very good.
My husband had the house chicken fried rice, which he said was good.

My only complaint is that I got a 3 star curry which should have probably put my mouth on fire and it was what I would consider a one star of spice. I am also a bit of a wimp when it comes to spice. Pleasant experience however I'm being asked to make it a 4 star due to lack of beer selection. Very delish and reasonable prices. Friendly service and just the right amount of spice. The custard with sticky rice dessert had potential. Needed just a bit more vanilla or nutmeg or something, something to make it unforgettable.

I got the green curry. Delicious and spicy. I got it with beef for $2 more, $19.95 Total.

My wife and I had dinner tonight and it was fantastic! Bryan was a great server who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. My wife has Celiac and at leat half of the menu can accommodate being gluten free. The food was delicious and neither of us missed out having gluten free, and the portions were a good size for the cost and flavor. 10/10 will be back, many times!

Consistently inconsistent. Have dined here 4 times, 2 times were good- the other 2 were not. Can’t afford to gamble with my money anymore. If the restaurant reads this, it’s clear the cooks aren’t following the recipes. Food & flavor shouldn’t vary as wildly as it does here. The portion sizes are fair , the service is good, but the most important part (the food!!) really needs to be the same every time and it’s not.

This tiny place tucked into a nondescript mall looks like a coffee shop but the food is fresh and sensational. Portions are large and you'll be bringing home half of what you ordered. The menu has something for everyone's taste. The service is friendly and fast. It's a real find!

I come to this restaurant a lot and loveeeee the food. Everyone who works here is very nice and the food is always delicious. My only issue is that every time I get take out, something is messed up. This is really frustrating since it’s quite a drive away. I even make sure to be very clear and specific when ordering. And it’s not like I’m asking for something crazy, I mean I order tofu with my curry and get chicken. Or just a completely different curry all together. Just really frustrating. There is no worse feeling than looking forward to a meal then getting home and finding out you have something completely different than what you ordered. :/

Just needed a tad of spice.. or something. The crab ragoon and sauce was good. Their dumplings, delish also the soy sauce. Fried rice wasn't the greatest but we still ate them. Mind you, this was an Uber delivery. We luckily had soy sauce bc we got two forks 3 napkins and one packet of soy sauce from them. I'd order again just letting others know my options

Delicious soups and meals!

They didn't have sticky rice, but the larb and papaya salad were delicious! Gyoza were my mom's favorites she had ever had. It's a no go on the egg rolls.

Ordered an egg roll and the drunken stir fry. Both were very tasty and the stir fry had the right amount of spice. Glad I stopped in for lunch.

If I could give ten starts, I would. I ordered the red curry chicken, chicken pad Thai and crab Rangoon the other night for my daughter and I. The portion sizes of both main entrees were huge. The leftovers provided us with three subsequent meals!!
The red curry chicken was absolutely incredible. The flavors were so intense, perfect level of spice. Only complaint would be the small container of rice that comes with the dish. I would have preferred to have more rice to have with the leftovers.
The chicken pad Thai was equally as delicious.
I will definitely support this business again, very soon! I can't wait to try other menu options.

It's a no for me! This was my 2nd time and both times, I was not satisfied. There may be some other dishes that are delicious but I will never have a chance to try. No difference if you dine in or take out. I did both, same outcome.

I had Drunken Noodles w/shrimp this time and just like last time there was overcooked super gooey stuck together dry noodles, lacked flavor profile, lacked vegetables.

So I have never been here in my husband took me yesterday. It was amazing! I had sweet and sour shrimp and will go back to get it again! Try the tea and an egg roll too! Bring your appetite the portions are large!!

I really liked this place - it's a lot nicer inside than I thought it would be. And very friendly. I got orange chicken, fried rice, and an egg roll, which was all very good and more than enough for two *or more* meals. I think I would have enjoyed an actual Thai dish more than the more Chinese direction I ended up in. But I'd definitely love to come back and try more of the menu.

We love Bangkok Thai because our entree orders are consistently delicious, with equally ample veggies and meat or fish. Appetizers are delightful too, with my favorites being their large spring roll and miso soup. Bangkok Thai's lunch selections are generous portions, and the dinner entree portions are surely enough for generous leftovers for another meal. Staff is always attentive and helpful.

I was there during a lunch rush so that might have affected the quality of the food. I have eaten there on several occasions, and this time wasn't horrible, but I have had better during my other visits. The food tasted fine, it just wasn't really hot, like it was rushed out of the kitchen.
