When I went to pick it up I was immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant and I was able to pay and leave with my order promptly.

The food was good you could tell it was made to order, the rice was cooked well. The minced chicken had a lot of flavor infused and the vegetables were cooked to a pleasant firm but not crunchy texture. The portion size was befitting of a lunch order.

The base spice level was relatively mild, so
If you like it spicy (like me) id ask them to up it a little.

I would definitely eat at this place again.

We recently visited this restaurant and had an unpleasant experience. Before arriving, we called ahead and were informed that we needed to reach before 8 PM for dine-in. We arrived at 7:55 PM, a party of 4 adults and 3 kids (one just 3 years old). However, when we requested seating, the staff or owner, dont know who that lady was, rudely stated they wouldn’t allow more than 6 people and reluctantly agreed to seat us, emphasizing in an unpleasant tone that it wouldn’t be allowed next time. This rude behavior dampened our mood and spoiled what should have been a pleasant dining experience. It’s disappointing to encounter such unwelcoming service.

I always order a seafood dish and my husband always gets a chicken dish. Everything we have ordered has been amazing. You can't go wrong with any item on the menu

Online and on the door their closing time is 9:00pm .. we walked in at 8:00pm and we're told 'the dining room closes at 8:00pm'. I said it doesn't say that on the door or online. They said 'you can order it to go only. We left both hungry and disappointed. Can't say we will ever go back.

Worst Pad Thai ever in Fairlawn, OH. The noodles stuck together and it made sense as I seen a member of staff come out with a small bag of noodles you’d get from a convenient store. It lacked flavor and all. Plus I asked the how much of a difference is the lunch to dinner, and there was not much. I’m thinking a plate full would come out for $14.95, it was small portion on a huge square plate. Having someone sleeping in the corner with there shoes off is pretty unprofessional. 2 meals and spring roll cut up to 6 little pieces for $38.00 is NOT worth the price. So bad, we left to get some food somewhere else. Didn’t leave full or satisfied at all. It’s sad, because with all the good reviews makes this place look good.

Food is good but despite having poor service and not enough staff they will charge you a 20% service charge.

We really liked it here. Four of us came for lunch and we had the chicken satay as a appetizer and then everybody ordered their favorite thing from the menu. I had curry and it was fantastic. I strongly recommend that people go and enjoy the food here.

They have the lunch hours listed from 11 to 3pm and dinner from 4:30 to 9pm. I arrived shortly after 2pm and the refused to honor lunch hours saying dining in ends at 2pm. They should indicate on the hours instead of wasting people's time to come there. A lady showed up right after me and complained of the same thing. I'll just go to the competitor. Saved me money and a tip from an unappreciated business

I've been to Rice Paper several times for the red curry. Once for seafood. This red curry was duck.

The food is SO GOOD, but the older woman who runs the hostess stand/answers the phone is so remarkably rude. She is the literal worst, just read all the other reviews about her. She seems to be one of the owners. The rest of the staff is so kind, so it's really unfortunate that she has to sour every experience I have had here. Last time we came in, it was posted on the door and online that they closed at 9pm that night. It was 7:58pm when we walked in, we waited a minute at the counter while she kept staring at us from the back. She finally piped up with, "Do you need something??" in the most irritated tone. Upon telling her we wanted a table, she said that they stop seating at 8pm so we can wait for takeout or we can come back another day. It's not posted anywhere that they do this, not even their website. Don't expect to dine in after 8pm, and if something is wrong with your food, prepare to face her wrath.

This place is a joke. They close at 9pm....we enter at 8:05 and tell us they can't take us but we could order take out. Terrible ownership.

If you’re picking up you better enjoy eating with your fingers. Soy sauce and napkins would also be a nice touch.

Found a live worm (see photo) in rice noodles from my takeout order that I was serving my toddler. Called the owner to let her know of this and to ask her not to serve this to customers. She got very defensive and surprisingly unapologetic and rude. This used to be among the better Thai places around, not anymore.

I should have taking pictures of spider web and all the dust in the front window where I was sitting and sat my purse up there to get it out the way. The floor had trash under our seat and others and we had to ask the waitress to sweep it. I think the owner or manager the older lady came over and started sweeping really hard and not a happy face. I saying owe well you want out money clean the place up after your very nice customers . I was telling family and friends and they said yikes . I really tried calling today and no answer and it didn’t have anything connecting to leave a message, I will try calling again. I have been reading reviews on owner/ manage behavior. Why not just be nice since it’s a nice restaurant and foot was good. Just be nice to all customers and clean the the place up . Not a big place to keep clean.

I truly wanted to enjoy my meal tonight. I ordered what on the menu looked like a delicious dish. Then the assault happened at the table next to me. A black woman was dining solo and the owner started screaming at her. I haven't seen this type of behavior from an employee, let alone the owner, in forever. It was so bad that I lost my appetite. It gets better! After that woman came to our table to EXPLAIN why she verbally assaulted the woman dining next to us, I was flabbergasted! I refused my food because I lost my appetite. Can you believe she charged me for that meal?! I've NEVER had an experience like this. Their food could be amazing, however, when you verbally assaulted a patron in front of EVERYONE in such a small venue, you and your business are dead to me. No way! There are way too many wonderful Thai restaurants in the region to put up with that behavior.

Poor customer service, very rude. We ordered a vegetarian dish and clarified to make it all vegetarian. Upon arrival we immediately smelled something fishy. After asking if this was vegetarian the waitress replied yes, with fish sauce. We again said we are vegetarian, after asking if it could be taken back we were scolded by the server that we need to be more specific and ask to remove all listed ingredients clearly. Which we did, the fish sauce was not listed in the menu and we clarified to the server to make the dish vegetarian. She further stated that the food was already made and now this is our fault. She further yelled at us loudly in front of the entire restaurant which made us feel very uncomfortable. We ate some of the food that we could eat and left immediately. Have never had a horrible customer service experience like this, will not be returning to this restaurant or recommending to anyone, especially vegetarians.

The owner is very rude. We went there with family (6 adults and 3 kids) and the lady said she cannot accommodate us though there are several empty tables. When I asked her for reason, she said that big groups take long time to finish up and they lose business over it. We were very disappointed and I am never visiting this place again.

I typically order the chicken coconut soup with the Indonesia fried rice. I like to get the fried rice spicy, between level five and level seven. Sometimes it’s extremely hot and sometimes there’s not so much spice in it. But either way the food is always delicious. Highly recommend this place. Awesome carry-out.

We used to order from Rice Paper all the time. Unfortunately, about two months ago the food quality changed for the worse. Overcooked, dirty, burned. Kids don't eat the dishes that used to be their favorite. Time to look for a new asian carry out.

I always order their curry because why not? They have the best tasting Thai red curry I've ever tried! And I used to live in Chicago! With that being said, I had tried a lot of Thai food because it's my absolute favorite takeout cuisine.Their curry is very authentic and full of flavor. Due to me being Vietnamese, I can handle a lot of heat. If you know your peppers, I can even handle ghost peppers and always cook with habanero peppers. They have level 1 to 7 spiciness and I always get level 7. Their spice is always spot on. The flavor never fails. Even my boyfriend being American is able to work himself up to level 7 spicy as well. And he used to think Tabasco is good enough lol. My parents, who still live in Chicago, got to try this place during their visit. They also agreed none of their local Thai place could make the curry nearly as good. I'm very glad to have this place so close to our home. Whenever I feel lazy to make dinner, Rice Paper comes to the rescue.

Went on a Saturday night. I ordered tofu pad thai, stir fryed rice with tofu, and veggie spring rolls. The pad thai was the most flavorless pad thai I have ever had anywhere 😔. The hubby said his was okay, but lacked flavor too. The spring rolls were the best part. I was excited to order due to all the positive reviews, however I will not return.
