Classic Thai cuisine & Chinese standards served in an exotic, Asian-themed dining room.
I’m so glad we discovered this restaurant during a last minute search for lunch. First off, the ambience is great. Very comfy atmosphere with the decor, lighting, and music. We went in the later half of lunch so it wasn’t crowded and we were quickly seated at a booth. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They have all the classic pad Thai noodles but also rice dishes. I enjoyed their strawberry chicken which was included in their lunch special. 5/5, definitely coming back during lunch.
Impressive menu. Thai and Chinese. Most can be veganized. The server was very knowledgeable about what to avoid. When we ordered the pad Thai she immediately said: “no egg no fish sauce “. We got the pineapple curry and the pad Thai. They were really good. It doesn’t get the 5 stars because it’s not 100% vegan but otherwise it’s really good. We’re coming back and bringing friends
12/21/2024 - We hosted a family dinner of 12 people, ordered ala carte. Wow, they nailed every dish. Every one in our party absolutely enjoyed each dish. Thai fried rice, Basil fired rice, chicken fried rice. Pad Thai dishes, chicken & shrimp, both spicy and mild! General Tso's chicken, spring rolls and crab rangoon! Everything again, delicious!
02/03/2024 - Once again, another excellent dinner. Tonight, we started with hot & sour soup, Tom Yum soup, Thai cashew chicken, fried rice. Again absolutely delicious and great service!!
11/21/23- Yet again, another wonderful meal!! Hot & Sour soup, fried rice, chicken, shrimp, beef, and pork...and plenty of absolutely delicious vegetables in a brown sauce! So good!
4/17/23. Another meal, this time, carry out... and just as fabulous as the last time. This is a must try.
Excellent Thai, multiple options, as spicy as you want. Very good service with a very clean and comfortable setting. My pictures don't do justice to the great taste. We have ordered take-out and have dined in, both options are very good.
This Thai restaurant is authentic and delicious. Really like their Tom yum soup and green curry. The Tom yum noodle was tasty with the authentic sour broth. There were also a few American Chinese dishes and lunch specials in the menu. The dining room was clean and decorated well in Thailand style with large screens for games. The service was excellent and WiFi was fast. The price was a little high, especially of the roasted duck and seafood, and the size was a little small, but the taste was definitely worth it.
Wonderful place to dine for Asian cuisine. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Service is fast with a great atmosphere - highly recommend this place!
Great experience. We’ll be back.
How do you add mandatory 20% tips on to the bill for a party of four? Is this even legal? I know graduity is added for party greater than four but this is redefining the word TIPS.
Wonderful place to dine for Asian cuisine. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Service is fast with a great atmosphere - highly recommend this place!
Food was good we like it. But 20% forced gratuities on bill for a family of 4. Really? That’s an overkill. Not going back again.
Best Thai in the city!
Best thai food in Delaware
I had the pad Thai with shrimp and ordered it extra spicy. It was really delicious. It was the lunch portion.
Extremely good food, prepared quickly but still fresh food. Will be coming back quite alot.
This is a great Thai food place outstanding service nice people food is always fantastic. Just a great place and great food-always so fresh is the food

The Thai fried rice is amazing.
Best egg rolls in town.
A cute place and the service is great everyone here is very sweet and the food is amazing. Some of the best Panang Curry I’ve found. Very impressed with this lovely place ❤️🥰
The red curry dish is probably my favorite dish ever.
Efficiency services Friendly staff, well-balanced flavors of Green Curry with chicken, Pad Thai. Will visit again in the future.
This place has good patthai, so if you guys wanna eat patthai choose this restaurant, but im not suggesting the curry, it says spicy but its not spicy and they don’t have chilli oil when i was asking for more spicy.
The server was nice,
The environment are comfortable
Great food!!!, clean, friendly staff.
Great food!
Have ordered takeout here for work a few times. It's pretty standard thai food and decent prices.
The service is QUICK! Prices are fair. Unfortunately I cannot speak to the ambiance but I do know that I would order from here again!
The takeout boxes are thoughtfully packaged and food portions are great!
I love the atmosphere and the people including the husband and wife team who own this place. Great hard working, hospitality and staff that is awesome
Eat and enjoy
Great food, service and atmosphere. Never disappoint whenever we eat here.
We love this place; have come here for years! (August 2024 update — you MUST try the pineapple fried rice!) Take-out, eat-in, both are great!!!!
delicious food. service can be slow during busy time.
i don’t like how the lady stand next to me when im about to sign and select the tip amount. the pressure is too much 😂
21$ for bland beef
This is my favorite Asian Restaurant of All Time !!! If I could give it a higher score, I’d give it the highest rating possible…!!! I have never had better Asian cuisine anywhere.
The food here is amazing and the staff is friendly and very personable.
Family owned and operated, this place is so good, they’ve been in business in the same location for nearly 4 decades. They’ve survived the test of time, the loss of the strip mall’s anchor store, multiple economic downturns, including “The Great Recession,”and now, a global pandemic…!!! Truly a one-of-a-kind-gem…
And their Red “Sweet & Sour Sauce” is the best I’ve ever had; tart, tangy, & sweet with a subtle hint of spices I can’t yet identify. Their Large House Wonton Soup is loaded with meat, noodles and vegetables with a lovely broth. The Coconut Curry dishes are among my favorites.
…But just when I think I’ve had the best thing on the menu, I try something new, and I find a new favorite !!!
Nice ambiance and great food.
One of the best Thia in the area.
Food is top of line.
Service is proper
Great food and priced reasonable for lunch.
Great for Oriental
food.
This was my first time eating here but it's definitely not my last. They have a great selection of Thai food, also have huge selection of Chinese. I'll be going back soon
My pad Thai had EGG SHELLS in it!
I’ve ordered pad Thai from here multiple times without issues. Today, I bit into my food and noticed it was very crunchy. I thought maybe it was the seeds from the hot peppers, so initially I didn’t really pay heed to it. But when it happened again, I took a careful look and noticed that there were smashed egg shells in my food :(
Edit: Owner replied saying they are not open today. My order was from 2 days ago (Saturday, when they were open). I ate a little bit of it and saved most of it for today, when I noticed the egg shell.
5 stars all the way.. service food quality taste quantity....
Great thai food. The owners and all kitchen staff are all Thai. So the food is authentic. You can ask to make it spicy but you might regret it if you are not used to Thai food. Staff are excellent and the owners are great as well. They have been at this location for 30 plus years. So that should let you know that the food is that good!! Usually eat there on a monthly basis. You know it's good when other local Thai people eat there as well. Don't wait just go and enjoy the best Thai food in Columbus.
We Visited the place with group of friends and almost ordered 5-6dishes including The Som Tum Salad. We ordered everything spicy but the food we received was very very sweet with lots and lots of dried chilli flakes which were so bad to taste and the flavors in the sauce and meat was very pungent and un pleasant.
They have not used one single Thai Chilli in the cooking. I have had a lot of Thai food experiences but I must say this one doesn’t have the Thai Authenticity at all may be there standards are different.
While trying to explain our concern THE STAFF WAS QUITE RUDE. They just wanted to say what they gave is the best and we don’t have knowledge of Thai food, I do not understand how someone can run an restaurant with such an attitude
We were very disappointed and left the place with out completing our Food.
Definitely We Will Not RETURN!!
I was looking for a more authentic Thai experience, but the dishes here leaned sweeter than I expected. The sweetness seemed consistent across all the dishes I tried, which might be due to the sauce. It wasn't quite what I was hoping for, so I probably won't be returning.
The Panang was delicious! The kids dishes were generous and very tasty. They came on cute plates which my kids loved. We will definitely be back!
Been coming here for years, some of the best Thai food. Great service, good menu, this is a go to place for Thai food for my family and my friends.
I like that I can get some good spicy food. I am partial to crazy noodle, Basil basil chicken, and Thom Kha goong; to name a few.
Green curry pork with eggplant. These are the small round eggplant... One of my favorites.
I bring my celiac family with me; no problems.
My celiac family likes the pad Thai and happy family (need the white sauce for gluten free).
I tried the egg drop soup, which is gluten free. My wife tried it and promptly ate half of it. Very good.
Both celiac daughters love Tiger Tear, marinated steak.
This is a Pepsi shop, prefer Coke.
Excellent Thai food, huge menu. Friendly service.
My sister and I loved our Masaman chicken, curry puffs and crab Rangoon. The Siam gyoza was decent. My bro-in-law seemed to like his lo mein and a huge plate of some kind of tempura shrimp dish (I couldn't find it in the online menu). Hubs enjoyed his salmon fried rice but I found it bland. He kept stealing leftover rangoon sauce. 😂 Our server didn't understand that I wanted to pay for all the appetizers for our little celebration though I tried to explain twice. My sister was a good sport about being charged for half.
Keep forgetting this place and when we do go feels like I found an old friend. Excellent food and service.
Great service. They had a large party there, and our waitress explained that it might be a 15min for our food to arrive before we ordered. I appreciate the upfront honesty. The food so arrived fairly quickly and was exceptional. Next time I'm going to get mine "Thai Hot", as that's the code for light me up!
Best Thai food in town! We come from metropolitan cities with wide varieties of food and cut throat competition. Siam Orcid is by far the best Thai food in the city!
I really liked everything we got. I highly recommend it.
We had pineapple curry and Thai pad. Both in vegan version. Delicious.
This food was absolutely terrible. Our order was big , we had 6 adults and got several different entrees, but not one dish had any taste, or flavor . I don’t know , maybe the chef was not well or maybe new management, 20 yrs ago this restaurant was decent. I was so disappointed. We all were. I hope your experience is better. I will not return.
This is the best Thai restaurant in town and the only one that I recommend.
It is not an authentic Thai restaurant. Everything tasted sweet. Service and ambience was good but the food not so much.
Love the family that owns this restaurant. The servers are wonderful. Our favorites are Pad Thai, Tom Yum soup, Panang Curry Chicken, Chicken Satay, Spring Rolls, and Steamed Dumplings. We visit often! Highly recommend.
Brought my in-laws here from out of town. Absolutely loved the Pad Se Ew noodles, they are thick, chewy and the sauce is delicious. The Panang curry and Crab Rangoon were amazing as well. Don't sleep on the Thai iced tea. They also have a lot of Chinese dishes. Can't wait to eat here again and try more!
Me and my girlfriend love this place, been coming here since covid when we lived in Dublin. This is literally the best in Columbus. We order the sweet and sour chicken but we are in a mission to try something new each visit and we have yet to be disappointed. Use to come here so much they knew me by name. Staff is so polite and accommodating. I wish I could give this place 1 million stars.. we love Siam orchid so much!!!!
I love going here for thai food. Staff is friendly. Food is always very fresh.
The food is so good, love the shrimp pad Thai!
The food is good the prices are affordable but the staff is horrible first red flag is you pay 6$ for a tea and they charge u for no ice just to give u an half of a cup of tea and when u ask for more they get an attitude and act petty at this point why even be in food service if you are not going to do your job I should have gotten the the lady name but she was very rude over an Thai tea that I paid 6$ for. When are we going to stop allowing these places to take our money for exchange of cheap food and bad service even tho the food is good they need to make sure there service matches. The photo is the tea I asked for with no ice they charged me a whole dollar for no ice and still didn’t fill the cup.
Все было вкусно
Can't rate the food, it never came. Waited more than 30 minutes & got an abrupt response from the waitress when we asked. So we left. I was really excited for the mee grob. :(
Always attentive to my needs. Great service, good food, friendly staff. Always very satisfied whenever I dine there.
Yummy Thai food!
Delicious Thai. Love their Tom Kai gai and chicken kra prow.
We've ordered from here a few times. The Thai food tastes very authentic. The papaya salad is really good. Their holy basil, red curry and panang curry are very good. The massaman curry was a little too sweet for my taste, but my sister likes it a lot. We did try out a couple of things that weren't strictly Thai like the crab Rangoon and the curry puffs. The crab Rangoon was pretty standard. The curry puffs though were extremely greasy and didn't have much filling. Overall a good place for Thai food.
Service is very fast! I'm not sure how they do it! The food is delicious. I've ordered sesame chicken, pad Thai, general Tso dumplings, egg rolls and skewered chicken. We've dined in and carry out.
Wonton soup was very good, but General Tso chicken not so much.
Favorite Thai restaurant! Our go-to every time!
Wonderful experience. cocktails, food and little background music. Basil Fried Rice spicy and delicious 😋
Extremely dark inside. Lacks character and atmosphere.
Food was decent but overrated. What was not appreciated was them charging almost $12 for one small pot of tea just because they provided 4 cups to drink from. We will not be returning here.
Best Asian restaurant in this end of town, hands down.
A regular customer here. Large portions of delicious food.
Love going to Siam, every time it is a treat. Everything we have tried is delicious, but our favorites are the chicken pad thai and the panang curry. If you get a chance, try them out!
Love, this restaurant. I have been eating here since I was a teenager. Everything is awesome!
The service is great. !
An old time Thai favorite in the Sawmill area. They have the best Tiger tear in town with the steak grilled to perfection. Great and quick service as always.
Revisited Sept 2023. Ordered papaya salad, tofu appetizer and the Sweet Sour Fish (Pla Preaw Warn). Pineapple, cucumber, green pepper and tomato in a delicate and not too sweet/salty/sour sauce. Tilapia fish fillets fried to perfection. Highly recommend this very Thai dish.
Authentic Thai restaurant. Food tastes really good.
Best chicken satay ever. The spicy fish was amazing. Fast service. We told everyone about them.
Really liked the Pad See Yu
We ordered take out, it was so delicious that we plan to order every Wednesday. I live 45 minutes away, and the food was still piping hot when I got home!
We got the GANG GOONG SAPPAROT, PANANG CURRY, MALA GREEN BEANS, & the KID’S LO MEIN. I can’t wait to try everything on the menu!
Everything was absolutely lovely. This will be my go to Thai place for sure. Atmosphere was amazing, incredibly attentive and timely service, and the food was delicious.
The food was delicious. We enjoyed our meal very much. The menu had a large variety of choices. Our only complaint was that it seemed to take a long time for our food to come. We ordered appetizers and that even took forever it felt like. The restaurant did not appear to be very busy on a weeknight . But everything else was wonderful.
Had the chicken pad Thai and the massaman curry to go.
Food was DELICIOUS and with the perfect amount of spice. Good amount of food for the price and had plenty of leftovers the next day.
I haven't dined in yet, but I'm in love with their Fried Rice. Especially the Salmon Fried Rice 🥰 This must be my fourth time ordering it in two months. Delicious!
The food and service was awesome. All were excellent. Thank you Nino for the conversation.
The absolute best Thai food in Columbus!
Me and my friend planned to discover restaurants and enjoy good food.
The food was good, but the service didn’t make the experience enjoyable, and probably won’t come back.
After waiting for my friend for around 10 mn, we’ve waited around another 15mn and no one came to our table until I hade to personally look for a waitress.
I guess there was just one doing the whole service and she looked as she was running a marathon poor lady.
She brought the menus and cups, and almost throw them on the table.
I mean if we’re paying a certain price we expect at least a good service and good food as well.
I joined the photo of how the menus and cups were placed.
When we were served we asked for a sefie, and since the waitress was busy she kindly refused to take a photo at the moment saying she’ll do it whenever she get a chance and she did, which we appreciated.
I don’t blame the waitress for the lack of service, I blame the management for leaving this exhausted lady doing all by herself running everywhere and thus making the customer’s experience less enjoyable.
I really hope they’ll improve their services.
Best pad Thai in Columbus. Beautiful interior. Great service. One of my new favorites.
Best Pad Thai in the city. Really wish they were open on Sundays.
Clean, delicious, authentic, and reasonable priced.
This is the second time that I have had bad service. Will not go again
Don't expect a lot of meat in your entrées. I counted. There were 6 shrimp in the fried rice. Not a lot of vegetables either. Definitely recommend if you like eating just rice.
This place has been here for so long I assumed it would be great. I assumed wrong.
Very pleasantly surprised at the quality and authenticity of the food here, really delicious Thai food. We ordered Red Curry Chicken and Drunken/Jungle Noodles and both dishes were excellent. Service was great.
Always have fun , peace of mind and Nice Food to enjoy ! very well priced item and great taste :)
I love there Tom Kah soup, definitely give it a try!
we loved the food we wanted to eat more but did not have
enough room!!!!
What a gem I discovered today definitely customer for life
Very delicious! And for those liking heat, they will make it to a Thai spiciness level. I would definitely return when I’m in the area again.
Friendly staff, delicious food! Almost anything can be made vegetarian.
I’ve been coming here for over 20 years now and I’m always impressed by the quality of the food and level of care that’s given by the people. My first and only option in the area for Thai cuisine!
We love Siam Orchid! The food is fantastic and the few times we've eaten inside, the staff has been incredibly friendly.
We've been here a couple of times and it usually hits the spot. There's plenty of parking in the plaza, they're currently doing dine in again, and there's plenty of space inside the restaurant. The atmosphere is calm, soothing, and intimate.
We got the Panang Curry, Crazy Noodles, and Thai Prew Warn. The noodles were absolutely delicious and so flavorful, made well, and delicious! The Panang Curry had really great coconut flavor and made well, but it seemed to have an overpowering flavor of coconut milk and not curry. I just wanted a bit more curry that I was expecting, but still good. The Thai Prew Warn was good, but we weren't prepared for how sweet and sour the sauce was and the sauce was a bit overwhelming. I'm not certain, but it tasted like a ketchup based sauce, but with more sour. Overall, the meal was made well, tasted pretty good, and was authentic. We spent about $65 after tip for these 3 dishes.
Staff was very nice, checked in on us, and food came out pretty quickly. I felt that the dishes were good. It's a good place for Thai food, friendly staff, and has an inviting atmosphere. I would recommend trying it!
The best Pat Thai I ever had.
Best restaurant with Thai food in the Dublin/north Columbus area. Staff is extremely friendly, our pick up orders are always on time and the dining in experience is also excellent. I would highly recommended eating here if you are looking for good Chinese or Thai food.
Always fresh and delicious! We drive 30 minutes out of our way for their great food. It's a treat the whole family looks forward to. The service is excellent as well.
This is my go to restaurant for the Thai food. My kids like Tom-Yum soup a lot. If you like spicy curry, then the Thai green curry is the delicious choice. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this to Thai food lovers.
This restaurant has been here for a super long time and we have never tried it out until tonight. I am sorry but the food was absolutely tasteless. We got a spicy schezwan tofu and a Hong Kong chicken. The spicy schezwan tofu has the word spicy in it so you would expect it to be spicy, correct? Well it didn't have an ounce of spice in it. only salt. We actually asked for it to be super spicy along with the other entree we ordered. Both of the entrees had absolutely zero spice or taste. It seems like they didn't even read what was actually written on our order. The chicken in the Hong Kong chicken tasted off - kind of like it's been reheated multiple times and it was super old. I had a bite of the chicken and threw it away because I didn't want to get sick from it. For how expensive this restaurant is - you would expect some quality but there was zero. Super disappointed.
This is our go to place to eat. Excellent food and service keeps us coming back. If you don't like it. There's something wrong with you.
Great food! Good lunch specials
This is my favorite remaining Thai restaurant in the entire city. I keep trying others based on the high recommendations, but I always have to return to Siam Orchid for the best meal. Consistent quality, great portions, fair prices, easy parking, and kind staff.
We tried Siam for the first time and were disappointed in the food. The service was good and the server was attentive, but the food was very underwhelming as it did not seem to have a stitch of seasoning in it. If you like bland food, this is the place to go. I have never eaten in an Asian restaurant where the food was so bland that we had to ask the server for salt and pepper just to give it some sort of taste. What little taste it did have came off smelling and tasting like a strange pung smell that I could not put my finger on. Whatever the case may be, we won't be going back.
First time dining and it definitely won't be the last! Got shrimp red curry and ginger fish, both were delicious. Thai iced tea was super tasty as well, but I'd personally as for less sweet next time.
Atmosphere 5+
I felt like I was in Thailand after I entered this gorgeous restaurant. The booths are like nothing I have ever seen before. You would never know from the outside appearance that you will love the decor. The food was tasty and the server was quick to take my order. I do recommend this restaurant for any occasion. I think for a date night, very romantic.
Ritchie like Guy and I still eat Thai. You cannot order just one Thai Iced Tea it's a must you pick two. Thank you kindly for the delicious meal.🙏🏾
curry is 🤗🤗🤗
