Great meal based on a recommendation at the hotel. The owner came to check on us a few times, very sweet lady. I had the Chicjen Kung Poa, wife had the Pad Thai. Both our meals were excellent.

I wasn't crazy over my appetizers, I got the Shrimp tempura and the chicken pot stickers. Each was overcooked but that's ok, I didn't come for them. I came for the curry and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! Freaking delicious! 😋😋😋

Quite the hidden gem hole in the wall restaurant. Everything I tried was seasoned perfectly and delicious. The pad thai was great as well as the thai fried rice. Honorable mention to the Bangkok fried chicken, which is reminiscent of a sweet and sour chicken on steroids.

Great out the gate. Green curry pork was amazing. Level four spice is hot enough to wake you up but still finish the bowl. Waitress/cook/owner was very nice and informative. Easy access to park and walk in. Reasonable prices for the quality.

The green curry at spice level one is sooo good, we also tried the pad thai, and papaya salad. The lady who runs it is so sweet, come try it out! Anything over a spice level of 3 would probably be way too hot though so make sure you don’t over due it!

Looked at menu online called an order in to go ordered combination pad Thai said it was $17 on the online menu I get there they charged $25 and for not that big of a portion it definitely wasn’t worth it especially with as little meat and a very small portion they give you, I’m sorry but when I order the other Thai place in town their portions are much bigger I could eat their meal twice and that justifys their price this place doesn’t have that excuse

There was only one person working, and she worked rather diligently, although the service was rather slow. I had the extremely spicy seafood curry. When you say 10, it's a 10. The price was good.

THIS PLACE HAS AMAZING FOOD. The lady who runs the shop makes some of the best authentic food that I have ever had around this area, if anyone is considering stopping, you should!! Pad Thai is to die for 😋

The food here is some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had - I got the Pad Kee Mao with beef and couldn’t have been happier. My husband has been to Thailand multiple times and says this was hands down some of the best Thai he’s ever had.

At first glance, Star Thai Cuisine seems like it’s going to be a smalltown Asian restaurant. But the first bite of food tells a different story… This is AUTHENTIC , DELICIOUS, FRESH Thai food! We live in a large city and have access to a multitude of Thai restaurants, and this seriously beats most of them! We will be back!

Definitely take their recommendation on heat level I ask for four I'm thankful they gave me a three Tom Yum sea food soup was okay but it was lacking flavor in the broth Thai tea was good

I ordered shrimp drunken noodles. At a 4 heat. The heat had to be 5+, and I am used to eating hot spicy food! The owner said that the Thai chili peppers were exceptionally hot, so why she didn't warn me, I don't know. There are supposed to be carrots, broccoli and onions in the dish, but the broccoli and carrots were barely there.

The Pad Thai and Ragoons are fantastic! Very easy to see why it is listed in the top 10 best Thai restaurants in North Dakota. Authentic and delicious, I highly recommend this place. Will be coming back here every time I'm in town!

We ordered beef roll appetizers, and they were still frozen. The meals we received were very bland, and the meat was chewy, even rubbery. The meals were bland, as if they didn't even season with salt or pepper. The salt at the table had random stuff in it, I'm hoping it was red pepper even tho we didn't have any red pepper at our tables. The sweet and sour sauce was also mediocre at best.
The server was the only good this place had to offer. She was super sweet and kind.
This was the first and last time we will eat here.

If you want GOOD Thai food, take the 40 min drive to Tioga... You won't regret it.

I took the girl friend out to eat and am very glad we went here.
What amazing food. I had the Red Curry, level 4 spice. ( If you dont like really spicy food, i recommend going to level 2 or 3) The heat was diffinitely there but it did not take away from the great flavor of this dish.
The vegetables are fresh and cooked perfectly and the beef was nice and tender.
For a drink I had the Thai Iced Coffee, which I think the sweetness matched the dinner well.
She got the Drunkin noodles with chicken. The noodles came out expertly cooked and full of flavor, the sauce used was great.

This place is great! Small menu but it is very good and service is great. When you say you want a medium spice it has a bite, like it should. By North Dakota standards medium would be hot to most. Noodles were al dente. The Thai pork jerky was different but I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend it.

I eat here once a month and I don't know what there doing at Star Thai Cuisine this month but I got sick 5 minutes after I ate the pineapple curry. Food smells funny, chicken smells weird, pineapple was not fresh, seems they used old vegetables and the rice was all Grey color. I did not eat it. Star Thai Cuisine fell off and I will not be back. I do not recommend anyone eating there. Sad.

This place was SUPER GOOD!!!! The Bangkok chicken was 🔥🤤. I will be back for sure and also to try a higher spice level on that Bangkok chicken. I highly recommend going here if you are in the mood for some Thai cuisine.

I've left review here year or so ago, and recently tried it again; it was so good that we came here 4 times in 1 week 😃

So far we've had Pad Thai, Pad see ew, Pepper steak, Bangkok chicken, egg drop soup, gyoza(dumplings) and their milk teas; every single dish weve had so far were extrmely good and on point 🎯

Place is often busy and short staffed, the owner lady is very friendly and tries her best to serve food and keep the restaurant moving. It takes a little bit for food to come out but its worth the wait.

Also ask for spice level from 0 to 5, we liked 0 or 1 for our taste 🌶

it is Williston, it is bit pricy. It's great to see more diverse food in the area 🌹

I must have got a bad batch, or caught them on an off day.
The boba in the tea was mush, and the pork in my Pad Woon Sen is barely edible.
I don't like to bad mouth restaurants, and I hope this is just an isolated incident.

Excellent yellow curry! A little short staffed but they made the best of it! Recommend 10/10 they also have some different sodas like RC and coconut water.

The owner is super friendly. I visited twice now before leaving this review. Both times, I was greeted by smiles and genuinely felt welcomed. We ordered 2 chicken Pad Thai medium heat (3) it's definitely warm and I like hot food but I was advised of this when ordering. I loved it perfect level but if you can't do hot then stick with levels lower than 3 for sure. We also got 2 Thai Teas... great. I'm from Colorado and this place has best Thai ever had!!!!

I always order the Pan Woon Sen (glass noodles) and it is delicious. You are asked level of spiciness. Level 1 is a little spicy and I think anything above that is spicy. If you like spicy, level 3 or higher would work. For appetizers, I have ordered the crab rangoon and egg rolls. Both are great and egg rolls are excellent. They create a lot of their dishes in house. I have never had an issue with flavor or quality of food. I would recommend to give yourself a little time. There are times they are short handed. Please be patient with the staff as they are trying their best. I eat here once a week. Thank you for bringing amazing Thai food to Williston.

Being a Critic of Restaurants where I go to eat I will leave my honest Opinion of this establishment. The atmosphere was good, the portion was okay...but the food was lacking in some of the basic ingredients that I'm used to having for that same dish. I did address my concern with the owner. To pay $35 for an Appetizer and Main Dish with some of the Ingredients missing I thought it was over priced. I will be back though. Hopefully next time the Food will be much better.

The food did not look anything like in the photos, I've ordered curry twice the first time penang and second time red curry they both tasted the same, and in the pictures on the walls and menu the curry was a vibrant red and thick curry consistency what I got was the consistency of a soup or broth with little or no color. The flavor was good and also pad see ewh was good. The restaurant and serving glasses look dirty

I got charged for an online order that was never confirmed, so I payed and didn't get my food. I should get a refund but that will take 3-5 business days. How about don't charge the card unless they approve it?

This place is 10/10. It might take a while to get your food but it’s totally worth it. Everything is delicious and the owners are so welcoming and kind. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, it’s all so good. I recommend the pan fried bean tread noodle and make sure and try the red hot sauce on the table. SO GOOD!

This place is amazing! I ordered a pad thai and a papaya salad. They were both tasty. On top of that, the waitress very caring. I would certainly come back and try other foods on the menu next time I'm in town.

This was our first visit here, and we'll be back. It's not much to look at; just a quiet little cafe with very good Thai food. There is a little bit of a communication barrier, but it didn't hinder us from ordering a delicious lunch, and the staff is very pleasant and friendly. We got the Pad Thai with chicken, and the Pad Thai Eu, also with chicken; both were above average. Prices are reasonable.

We love this place, nothing makes me happier than getting a green curry here at Star Thai. Keep up the good good work.
