Had a great time trying some of the dishes on their menu. We started with the Takoyaki to try something new. It was definitely an interesting dish but not my favorite. We then went with the server’s suggestion of the Thai Twist Thai Rice - definitely a great choice. This was followed by Chicken Pad Thai and it was great as well. Overall, we had an amazing experience although the dishes didn’t blow me away.
Shout out to Thai Twist Noodle House! I had a craving for Thai pink noodle soup, which is tough to find done right, and this place nailed it. The flavors were authentic and brought me right back home. My husband ordered the Beef Red Curry, and it was equally delicious. As a Thai person, I can confidently say this place is the real deal. Highly recommend it! Plus, their Thai tea was incredible—I had two, and I don’t regret it one bit. Perfectly balanced and refreshing!
Must try!
Everything we had on our visit was outstanding. The crab rangoon was perfectly crisp, the drunken noodles were so flavorful, and the beef stew ramen was divine! The beef just melts in your mouth and the broth is overwhelmingly satisfying. You can tell the owners put so much love and thought into the food that comes out of the kitchen.
We can’t wait to return and try more items.
The atmosphere was nice and food was delicious! I also really enjoyed their Thai tea. I paid $5 for Thai tea and $17 for pork pad Thai. The price for the pad thai was pricey in my opinion but the cost of everything is going up but you do get a lot for what you paid for. The waitress was really nice and attentive. I would definitely come back.
Overall Score: 8.2/10 – A beautifully remodeled space with a Thai-themed atmosphere and thoughtful touches, offering fresh and flavorful food with attentive service.
Atmosphere and Service: 8.4/10 – The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between Thai culture and seasonal touches, featuring tasteful Halloween decorations. The newly remodeled space is clean, fresh, and well laid out, with a spacious feel that complements the medium-sized room. The server was helpful and attentive, providing water and answering menu questions. The menu was thoughtfully designed, with clear markers to assist those unfamiliar with Thai cuisine. Food was served promptly, enhancing the overall experience.
Thai Appetizers: 5.4/10 – A good assortment of appetizers, though slightly pricey. The crab rangoons followed the standard Thai style and were enjoyable. The gyoza stood out as a more unique item, adding variety to the dish. However, the octopus balls were a letdown, containing very little octopus and lacking noticeable flavor. The spring rolls, on the other hand, were fresh and delicious, rounding out the appetizer selection nicely.
Pineapple Fried Rice: 8.9/10 – This dish was outstanding, delivering one of the best pineapple fried rice experiences in Raleigh. The variety of ingredients ensured every bite was flavorful and distinct. The rice and chicken were cooked to perfection, with the chicken especially tender and delicious. The pineapple was perfectly ripe, enhancing the overall flavor. Although the price was high, the taste made it worth it, though it still felt a bit steep.
Duck Ramen: 9.1/10 – A standout dish, surpassing the quality of many ramen houses. The duck was perfectly tender, elevating the dish to another level. The broth was full of flavor, and the noodles were cooked just right. While the price was a little high, the exceptional taste and quality made it a satisfying choice.
I just tried the Three Flavor Fish and it was a standout! The dish features crispy catfish with an incredible balance of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. The peppers on top add a nice kick, while the bed of fresh lettuce gives it a refreshing crunch. The steamed white rice on the side was perfect for soaking all that rich sauce. Altogether, it’s a flavorful and satisfying dish that I highly recommend! I’m most definitely coming back.
The best Thai food that we have had in Raleigh in many years. Plenty of parking and we were seated immediately. Multiple unique dishes with just the right spice levels. The tofu within the pad thai was cooked to perfection. Will definitely return.
Sub-optimal, to say the least. Spring rolls came quickly, due obviously they were from frozen industry makings. After >45 minutes our food arrived. No communication about how things were progressing with our order was made during the wait. My Thai Style Basil dish was tasty (nowhere near stellar) & my wife’s glass noodle dish was an insipid pile of grey-brown goo. Few tables were occupied; most activity went to filling takeout orders. In all, not a good dining experience.
The way the menu has been advertised, the food is not up to that level
Very good authentic Thai food Love this place a lot.
We love Thai Twist Noodle House! The food is incredible. We’ve tried a few things on the menu (Pad See Ew, Pad Woon Sen, Pad Thai, Panang Curry and Thai Basil) and have loved each dish. Our 18mo old loves the Thai Sampler appetizer and the staff are always so kind to her and make her smile.
Must try!

Aight, that Crab Rangoon and Pad Thai? Man, that’s some next-gen bussin’ right there. Every bite was a flavor explosion—took me straight to another dimension. I can’t even begin to imagine how that Thai tea’s gonna hit next time. It’s gonna slap harder than a summer thunderstorm.
It’s not much to look at from the outside but the inside is cute and clean. The staff are super friendly. Great Thai food!
The best Thai restaurant in Raleigh. Everything tastes authentic and flavorful!
This place is full of crooks. I have come here 3 times and every time they either gave me the wrong food, left food out all together or gave me old/spoiled food. The first time I complained, they didn’t do anything about it. The second time they refused to refund me but made me fresh (very good) food but it took 30 min because they were making it from scratch. Shouldn’t they always make it from scratch? The third time I came I ordered to go and they didn’t give me rice (which came with my meal), the soup contained nothing but water , 4 mushrooms and three shrimp. I had a meeting to attend which I missed because I had to drive back there to tell them about my order. This time they refused to give me a refund and the cooks came out of the kitchen and screamed at me. The waiter wouldn’t translate to them for me as to what the problem was, he had a smirk on his face and told me no refund but took the food back. Not until I raised hell and requested to talk to the manager who was in their Raleigh restaurant did they agree to give me refund and I am still waiting for that money. The manager in Raleigh, named Miley, also didn’t hear me out and put another guy on the phone who then hung up on me. Horrible, horrible service horrible horrible food. I highly suggest not to ever go here.
This is the 4th Thai restaurant to inhabit this little building off Wake Forest and Hardimont roads. To my taste buds, this is the best so far.
While there are some nods to Japanese cuisine on the menu (Ramen varieties), the focus is clearly Thai. The flavors of all the dishes we sampled (summer rolls, tom kha chicken, pad Thai and tom yum ramen) had just an extra little kick of umami that was beyond the usual in the area. Highly recommended but do bring your patience on busy nights. It's a small restaurant with a small staff, so they can be a little slow but always friendly.
Looking forward to further exploring the menu.
The food is authentic and it is on point every time I go! The service is spectacular and the owner always comes out and speaks to us if he’s not too busy. We love how kind and nice they are. I wish you guys stayed open later on weekends.
Best Thai food in Raleigh. I spent a month in Thailand and these are the most authentic flavors you can get around here. I would even say all of NC! I go twice a week.
All of the curries are spot on with flavor. The Tom Kha soup is identical to the soups I had in Bangkok. The Basil dishes are identical.
Every dish is authentic
The food here is amazing! We had the Thai chicken fried rice, chicken pad Thai, chicken Pad See Ew, and chicken green curry. All of it was excellent. The atmosphere is very cozy and cool. The staff is excellent!
Great place! Love having a close by Thai place!
Great service and wonderful staff that is matched by the taste of the food!
Highly recommend Pad See Ew! Next time here I will try out the Fried Chicken Garlic Rice and the ramen!!! Excited to come back.
First time customer. Got take out. Spicy basil chicken was great. Fried egg on top was a nice touch. I like spicy got three out of 5. Was perfect.
Had dinner there last night. The food was just fair but the service bordered on neglect. The restaurant was almost empty thought they had a number of take out orders. The waitress was overwhelmed by whatever was going on. An unfortunately poor experience
First time eating here while on a trip to raleigh staying at a hotel nearby in North Hills. Went here, it was pretty busy with alot of togo orders. We got sat fast and food didnt take too long, it was extremely good and we will be back!
Google doesn't let you do half stars, which is annoying, so I'm rounding up and giving this five stars. The Thai Basil and red curry are exactly what we've been looking for since we moved from a city that had metric tons of good Thai food.
Our neighborhood really needs Thai food like this so please go support these guys.
Great fresh food. Same song over and over again kinda killed the otherwise good vibe.
The manager Jay is so handsome 🥰.
Jk this place is really good. Eat here.
Well designed and welcoming atmosphere. I was excited to have a new neighborhood Thai place, especially since North Raleigh is lacking in authentic and diverse food options. Unfortunately, the fried catfish was covered with a very sweet and syrupy sauce that lacked complexity. The drunken noodles also had an off flavor I couldn't quite pinpoint, maybe something to do with the cooking oil used. I understand why businesses have to charge higher prices sometimes, but the value wasn't there for me. It was a cozy and relaxing setting, and the servers were friendly, but quality/value needs to be improved.
Great food and service with a pleasant atmosphere.

Ordered the pad kra pow with chicken hot and wonton soup. No spice or flavor at all. Had to add Thai chili and spices at home. Better off making the trek to Durham for authentic Thai with flavor. It was also $40 before tip for delivery.
Fabulous Green Curry, extra Eggplant!
Fantastic food. Definitely recommend the pad Thai and the yellow curry. We plan to visit here again.
Best Thai restaurant in Raleigh. Excellent customer service, clean sitting area/restroom, and the food is truly delectable. Me and my BMW will be visiting again in the near future.
The atmosphere was nice and food was delicious! I also really enjoyed their Thai tea. I paid $5 for Thai tea and $17 for pork pad Thai. Love this spot. Food and service was fantastic
We got the wings, soft shell crab curry, and pad kee mao (drunken noodles). Everything was phenomenal! Especially the soft shell crab. I’d get it over and over! The service was great. The only miss was trying to get mango sticky rice but they told me it wouldn’t be good because the mango isn’t in season.
I came here for lunch on a Tuesday so they weren’t so busy when we arrived. I ordered tofu tom ka, volcano chicken and chicken pad thai. Their foods r on a sweet side so if you love sweet foods this might a spot for u. The tom ka tastes like sweet soup for me so sadly i had to return it. My volcano chicken with panang curry sauce was okay (the sauce is still on the sweet side but i can manage with some white rice) the chicken was crispy and tender. I tried some of the pad thai and i think that was the best dish. It had the smoky taste from the hot wok, the noodles were well-seasoned and not mushy. I think i’ll give it another try
Ordered via DoorDash and the delivery never came. Called DoorDash and they ordered re-delivery for free - amazing! Then, a lovely lady from Thai Twist called me to confirm the re-delivery and was so kind to cook up my order quickly - it was cooked and re-delivered in 25 minutes - more amazing! The best part - their food is phenomenal! Best Massaman curry and Thai tea I have enjoyed after eating at several Thai restaurants in several states and cities! Kind people cooking outstanding food! Thank you!
Thai Twist on Hardimont rd y’all, by the gas station. It’s new and it’s delicious! They do take out too. Their Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) is addictive. Go give it a try!

Everything about this place is amazing. The guy at the front/waiter/etc. Was super friendly, inviting and answered all questions we had. All the food was amazing, fresh, and delicious. The calamari was better than any calamari I've had in years, and seemed really fresh as well, not like some of the other places where you can tell it's frozen and small. The pieces were huge and it was cooked perfectly.
I had pad see ew and it was 10/10 some of the best I've had. I took home leftovers and they most likely won't last the night.
My bf had the yellow chicken curry Ramen and loved it so much he took the broth to go!
I also got mango sticky rice to go. The mango was so fresh and perfectly ripe, rice cooked to perfection, and the coconut cream ontop made everything come together perfectly.
Ontop of how great the food was, it was all very fairly priced!
So happy to have this place close by, will definitely be going to try out more of their menu soon.
Forgot to take pictures while there so adding pictures of my leftover pad see ew and the sticky rice to go.
Instant new favorite Thai restaurant!
My girlfriend and I wanted to try a new restaurant and we decided on Thai food. We had the Golden Calamari appetizer which was delicious. I had Yellow Curry Ramen which was recommended by the waiter who was very knowledgable and friendly. My girlfriend had the Pad See Ew which was also very tasty. We got the Mango Sticky Rice for dessert and I might be addicted to it now. Serving sizes were better than expected and the prices were definitely fair. For only being opened a month they will need a parking deck when the word spreads about how good this restaurant is.

I love my Asian Foods and this place just doesn’t disappoint. Family owned and not corporation, you can expect a more genuine experience.
The food is good with whatever option you go with. I personally tried the Drunken Noodle and that is just so good, I wouldn’t tell you to try it if I didn’t like it.
It’s small for now so you and your friends can have a go to spot and it can be your little secret. If you’re a car guy, it’s good to know the owner is an enthusiast himself, you may see the bright yellow Supra outside.
I highly recommend! Please go try it out for yourself after reading this review!
Glad we found this place, it’s so good! We got the yellow curry ramen and rotee, both rich and delicious. We also got the coconut cake for dessert, which was a large slice. Definitely recommend this place
Excellent and friendly service and the best Thai food we have had! Very clean !!!
Soooooo good! Love the pineapple fried rice.
I've been here twice, both times the food was delicious. Last night, I had the Massaman Curry, and it was noticeably better than I've had before in LA. The Pad Thai was also very good. The service is attentive, and the restaurant has a simple but attractive decor. Big picture, the food here, is better than other places I've tried in this area.
Got take out. Pad Thai was great. Will be back
Wings and Khao Moo Dang was so so so good. Good portion for the price. Good service, will be back
Good and not an overwhelming menu that focus on favorite dishes. Recommended Thai noodle soup.
This place is super delish. I had the beef stew ramen, and mango sticky rice. The beef stew ramen was great although I hope that they incorporate more to the dish such as adding carrots for more flavor and color that would be awesome. And the mango sticky rice was amazing! Wow, the mangos were so fresh and sweet. Perfectly paired with the savory from coconut cream and rice. 💖
I can’t wait to come back and try another dish!
Food tastes pretty good but the portion sizes are almost offensive. You’ll pay an average of 18 to get a little bit less than half of a takeout container filled with food with mostly filled with cheap vegetables than protein. It’s alright if you just want Thai food but if you want an actual meal I don’t recommend this place.
Our meal was so delicious. The whole family was pleased with their meals. We had summer rolls, beef stew, pad Thai and pork dumpling noodle soup. All of the dishes were fresh and tasty! The staff were very kind and attentive. We will definitely make this one of our regulars for dinner!
I just tried the Three Flavor Fish and it was a standout! The dish features crispy catfish with an incredible balance of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. So happy to have a Thai restaurant open in the area! We ordered take out - pad see ew and red curry and both were amazing! This place is a must try for Thai cuisine in the Raleigh area.
Absolutely amazing. So glad this place opened. I got the Pad See Ew and it was incredible. Will be going back many of times.
Incredible takeout - every dish was perfect
Everything is delicious here! New owners and new menu, new everything! The food was so fresh and flavorful, great service also! Will definitely be back here. Highly recommend!
