Our fusion restaurant offers fresh hibachi, sushi and Thai cuisines.
Really disappointed to have to do this, but if they don't know something is broken, they can't fix it. Have loved Passion Fusion for years, and eagerly awaited their reopen after the fire. We have had some good experiences since the reopen, but getting food to go has proven too much of a gamble, because there is going to be something wrong, and you can't send back to the kitchen for them to fix it. The food is just too expensive to eat the cost like you would if you got messed up fast food. Most recent take out order, my husband's chicken was just barely cooked, so that it still had the raw taste and texture, though it was cooked enough you couldn't see pink. That was half his meal. He threw it away and was still hungry. My daughter got pad Thai, but her noodles were crunchy and tasted too sweet. She has enjoyed pad Thai many times before, this restaurant and different restaurants, and this was the first time she has not eaten her pad Thai. She ate the steak and left the rest. $17 for pad Thai that she couldn't eat is kind of a bummer. My hibachi chicken was okay, not their best, but edible. After $55 for dinner, my husband and daughter went hungry until we could regroup and make them snacks at home. We will save our trips to Passion Fusion for in person so that when our good is not as it should be, we can at least have them fix it, which they have always done kindly and graciously. We'll not do take out for a long while until they work out the kinks and become more reliable again. Still tickled to see them open again.
I do not understand how a restaurant that has majority of there food that needs rice let themselves run out of rice. Then rice was not cooked all the way. Over an hour and half wait multiple customers leaving the restaurant unhappy. The manager running around like a chicken with her head cut off. No communication with customers the waitress were great on keeping us informed Emory should be the manager because she knew more about what was going on than the actual person who was supposed to be in charge. The owner needs to look at how this whole mess was created tonight to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Consistency kills restaurants and if we can’t get consistently good food we can’t justify coming back. The manager in no way shape or form tried to speak to anyone of do right by any of the customers.
This is one of my favorite places to eat in Alamance’s county . Love the steak and shrimp bowl.
Great food and friendly people
The owner & staff here are absolutely so caring & kind to their customers. They're very attentive. The food is always made to order & the portions are always so fulfilling. I like asking for recommendations on dishes & beverages & if I don't like something I ask for ways to make it taste better & so far Hong has come through. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's my new favorite spot to go to for sure.
Loved the sushi and friendly service
Fui a comer aquí y me sirvieron comida no muy agradable parece que solo pedí cebollas fritas y me cobraron 53 dólares no me parece muy bueno
Best Hibachi in town. Friendly staff!
Best restaurant we have found since moving from Miami
Great location, right on Graham main square. Food is good, they have great lunch specials, and the service has always been good.

Thank you for a great dinner tonight..I ordered green curry thai spicy and it was the best..sirracha honey wings on point
..
My family and I were told to "find a table." We were never given menus or drinks. Never had a waiter/waitress. Waited 45 mins to be served before leaving. Other people also left because their food was incorrect or had something messed up about it
Every time when I came here. Foods always awesome and yummy 😊😋😋
Ordered water and steak ( medium rare) n shrimp no broccoli, jalapeño bites, took 20 minutes and me asking for water, steak was well done, came out with broccoli, and they took it back to get it off.. the service definitely hasn't been same since before the fire.. this is 3rd time since fire I have been back. Gets worse each time. Yet I continue to try and also bring new people.
Poke bowl was excellent, Pad Thai was only average. Given the atmosphere and service along with the quality of the Poke Bowl, we will definitely give this another shot
Great food and great service
Great place! It has such a nice atmosphere and the service was awesome. The sashimi was fresh and delicious—definitely a highlight. A great spot for a relaxed and tasty meal!
Service was a little slow. We ordered the egg rolls, which come with 2 for $3.95, but they were Itty bitty, not worth $2 a piece. We also got sushi, which was excellent and another entree that was delicious! Overall, good experience!
Fried rice was decent. Drunken noodles were tragic.
We ordered the tropical poke bowls and it was delicious. We usually order take out / delivery but today decided to dine in. They have lots of food and drink specials. We loved the music and environment. There’s seating available at a small bar and within the restaurant. They also have boba tea which we haven’t tried yet but look forward to it.
This place has some good food!!
I was only there to fix the coffee machine, but I like the setting and the food looks good.
This place is small but mighty, with a very diverse menu from pad Thai to hibachi to poke and sushi. The sushi is always fresh and attractively plated. The small rolls are also quite inexpensive, with a discount for getting more than one. The special rolls have a lovely assortment of ingredients and creative combinations. The Graham High School roll is my favorite, the mango and jalapeño together are delightful. Passion also serves Boba tea and some yummy desserts. Fried cheesecake is highly recommended! This place has been consistently delicious for years.
Great local spot for Asian cuisine. My wife loves the sushi and hibachi food. Staff is pleasant, restaurant is spotless.
One of THE best restaurants in Graham. Love this place so much!!
Really good fried rice
I've never seen a store this slow. It took 30 minutes to get the food ready—absolutely crazy. It's frustrating to be troubled over a meal.
Good food
I went to Passion on my own to try out it's services, because my brother was a huge fan of its food. I can honestly say that from the time I walked in til the time that I left, I was met with nothing less than professionalism and great food. The sushi was absolutely phenomenal and the fried cheese cake was to DIE for! 10/10 highly recommend for anyone who doesn't want to waste their money on a good meal!
I ordered chicken fried rice. The rice or the chicken smelled spoiled. I took it back to them and they argued me down that I didn’t put it in the refrigerator….the rice was extra sticky and the chicken was spoiled. I wouldn’t recommend them especially since they were so rude about it
Great Food and atmosphere. Great place to unwind. Pepper chicken and veggies for the WIN!!!
Good food and service
Great sushi at a good price. Will be back.
A little slow preparing food. But
overall, not to bad.
Got a bunch of sushi for Father’s Day to go and it was sooo good I couldn’t wait to come back for myself again. People are friendly, place is clean, prices are reasonable. This is my favorite place in the area.
They did not add my gyoza to my togo order and blamed me for it.
The food is amazing! And the restaurant is clean and colorful. Price is reasonable. Definitely got a new regular customer.
Vegetarian and vegan options great tasting, good portions, online ordering, and easy pickup.
Super great food and boba! Me, my coworkers, and my friends are waiting for the reopening! The restaurant has been closed due to fire a few weeks ago. Any estimated date of when you will reopen? Also, I think you guys should switch to coke products!
My favorite restaurant, I order from here at least once a week.
Sorry to hear about the fire. Looking forward to you reopening, I miss your food!
The BEST food I've had in years!!!
Food was pretty good but the service in all senses sucked. It wasn't busy there was at most 2 other tables and the tables right next to us was visited but we were overlooked. Sat for around 10 minutes until I had to ASK someone to please get me a waiter. Had an empty cup sitting at the edge of my table and sat on the edge like I wanted someone. Unacceptable especially when it wasn't busy. Aside from thhat the atmosphere was nice and I enjoyed the food as did the other person eating with me.
To make matters worse during my at least 10 minute sit and wit there was a waiter standing at the register near the end of the time wh saw me and did absolutely nothing, she was doing nothing. She was just standing at the register.
Absolutely love the sushi here!! Can tell them to MYO off of a roll they have on menu already!
Food bussing, lil cramped but only when its busy.
I ordered the hibachi chicken for lunch and the meat tasted burnt. I asked the server to fix me another plate and she refused cause she hadn’t had any other complaints from other customers ( basically calling me a liar) she offered to remove it off my bill or get something else instead. If I’m paying my money for something I want what I ordered to be done right. Very disappointed I won’t be going back to that establishment.
Really enjoyed this place. I can't wait until I go again.
Food was great, healthy options
The people there are sweet and take their time with your order
First time having a sushi "burger" ...loved it . Everyone there has a great attitude, and since of purpose when working on a Friday night .
Will definitely be going back trying new foods and loading pictures ...
Very friendly staff... AMAZING SERVICE LOVE THEM SO MUCH...
Pleasantly surprised. I haven’t found many places where I actually like the sesame chicken. This place has done it right. The chicken is real chicken. Smaller than what you may be use to but I prefer it their way now. The sauce is a balance of tangy and sweet. Not overly sweet. I don’t feel sluggish after eating it. I got the fried rice and for me I eat rice all the time. If you eat rice a lot you know good rice, vs cheap rice. The rice is good, nice chew and flavor is good.
Excited to try new dishes
The best spot in the area for Asian fusion! Highly recommend the pad Thai tofu and the poke bowls.
This used to be my favorite but it’s been a long time since it was actually good plus sanitation rating is low
Beware, the mango fried rice has shrimp and chicken in it even though they are NOT listed in the ingredients on the online ordering site. AND if you order it thinking it is vegetarian, and then take it home and find out it has shrimp and chicken, they will argue with you about whether they should refund your money. Apparently they expected me to drive the 20 minutes back to their shop with the food to prove no-one could eat it instead of realizing their website was WRONG and refunding my money because it WAS THEIR MISTAKE. I am still waiting to hear from the owner for a resolution to this issue from days ago.
Was this even made with sushi rice? Marking this as a lesson learned.
Food was okay. Some of it didn’t have much taste but it was okay. It was a little pricey but it was okay.
Fried rice is fabulous. Get an extra egg with it and whatever meat.
I ordered the sesame chicken. The chicken was tough, it was like chewing on mulch.
Passion has obviously lost its passion.
My wife and I eat here about every other month, yes it’s slow and food arrives at your table in weird order. For example sushi comes last, but it’s just a quirk that makes the place themselves.
The reason for the two stars was tonight we had a horrible experience that will most likely keep us away for some amount of time. When our food arrived it was room temperature, after a few minutes when the sushi arrived we notified who I believe is the manager, only response we got was okay. She took our food back and wouldn’t you know 2 minutes later we hear a microwave beep. After our food arrived again after one bite you could tell it was microwaved. After some time with no one checking back with us or even refilling our drinks we asked for our entrees to be removed and then that is when they actually became concerned.
I think what bothered me was the excuse that they were busy, but we were only one of two tables the entire time we were there. There were some to go orders, but I don’t think it was superbowl amount (if you have worked in the business you understand this). Also they were so busy staff was eating at the bar.
A great place for sushi and I got two rolls and the serving size was hefty...I couldn't eat it all. Definitely try their signature rolls, they have put a lot of thought into them and they are delicious. Service was a little awkward when I went, but other than that...great!
Very nice and quiet place, good for a mid-day lunch with your love. My daughter and I dropped in for a meal. I got chicken lomeine, and she got avocado roll sushi and spring rolls. Everything was awesome!
The staff were very nice. The food took a long time to come out, more than half an hour for 3 sushi rolls. Then the rolls were really bad. The rice wasn't right at all and the ingredients were mediocre quality. It was like the sushi chef didn't come in that day and someone else just had to figure it out, and was failing.
Great place for dinner. The food was great. Had the Krapow and it was awesome. Right off the courthouse circle in Graham so you can sit and watch people go by. I expected to have to park and walk a bit, but have always got a spot right up front.
Had 2 classic rolls Avocado & spicy tuna. I’m probably used to something else coming from Europe but that was quite below par in my opinion. I guess I’d recommend to rather try the signature rolls (which I did not)
Enjoyed my eggplant dish. The mango slurry was great.
Chicken teriyaki was very tender and veggies crisp tender. White sauce for dipping completed the dish. Would tey other dishes, too, next time.
Mine and my husbands favorite restaurant in graham!
Great food great service! Love that there is outdoor seating!!
Food was okay, but not worth the very long wait. Staff your kitchen!
I ordered the chicken bowl with white sauce but they forgot the white sauce
Very good food! Fresh, hot and tasty.
Sesame chicken had the texture of shoe leather...... Not very good.
The plain sushi rolls were 2 for 10.50 which is pretty good in my opinion and the ingredients were high quality. However, they were not able to make any custom rolls, even easy ones, and the sushi shift did not know the word "tamago" which is a pretty standard sushi topping made of sweetened scrambled egg. I like to get cucumber and tamago and tempura shrimp rolls for my kids.
The chef's fancy rolls ran from $14 to $16 and maybe more. I got kind of scared and stopped reading the prices. We ordered five and they were all AMAZING. I was surprised to find so many warm components in sushi rolls, the volcano roll has warm crab salad that has been blasted with a torch on top for some crispy caramelly goodness.
The drunken noodle was mediocre at best. I could have eaten it, but chose not to. The noodles were cooked perfectly, which is unusual, and pretty tricky to do.
But the recipe was garbage. The noodles were red/pink as if cooked with ketchup, there was no umami or sweetness or tartness. Just some sad shreds of basil,a little salt, and a late heat that barely prickled. It was served with the hibachi vegetables so some rectangular chunks of onion and zucchini stirred in, a little broccoli. The tofu was unseasoned, overcooked and tough.
Pan fried mai fun was pretty good. It was what I expected when I ordered it. Our order of fried rice never came.
The frozen strawberry smoothie was delicious but sickly sweet, it was obviously made from sweetened dried strawberries instead of the fresh stuff.
Oh, the serving size of ginger and wasabi that comes with the sushi plate is inadequate. And when you ask for more you get a bigger serving than you had initially, but it costs over $3 a pop. We asked for several, assuming that they would be as teency as the ones that came with the plate, so we ended up spending $10 for ginger and wasabi. At least they keep and we were able to bring them home for the fridge.
Our first time there, we found the food to be pretty good, but not great. The service was very good though. As far as the atmosphere goes, it’s kind of small so you don’t have a lot of privacy and the tables are extremely close together, so that would be a con if you’re looking for more of an intimate setting. All in all, I probably would go back there again, but it’s not a place that I would go out of my way to go to if that makes sense.
Went inside and order teriyaki chicken with white rice plus extra white sauce. They gave me dry chicken with white rice and vegetables I didn't ask for. I called to ask if they gave me the wrong order. Lady says that's how they cook the chicken. This is not my first time ordering this meal so I know what it looks like. She goes on and on about the same thing. I told her I won't order from there again. She could have just made me a new order. I offered to bring the plate back so she could see. But kept saying it was right. Customer service skills suck.
Went for lunch and tried their sushi. Had the Elm Street roll and the Geisha roll. Freshly made and quite delicious. They were happy to accommodate my request of no salmon in the Geisha roll. I will definitely be getting that one again, same for the Elm Street roll.
Since I enjoyed the sushi, I also decided to buy dinner to go. Even warmed in the microwave hours later, everything was very good.
The deep fried gyoza was still crispy and the dumpling itself was just right, not too thick. The filling was very tasty. I was able to make 2 meals out of the spicy basil shrimp entree. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and I say that because they still didn't turn rubbery after being microwaved that evening nor the next day!
I even took a half gallon of their sweet tea home with me because it was so good 😋
Service was friendly and considerate.
I had the opportunity to meet the owner, so yes this wonderful little place is locally and independently owned. It was also a genuine pleasure talking with her. Wishing her and her restaurant continued success!
got take out for the first time this morning, and was pleasantly surprised. I haven’t had drunken noodles this good since Sawasdee closed in Chapel Hill.
Had the Walnut Chicken, Rice and Broccoli were cold, Chicken was luke-warm. Sushi was good until we found a hair.
i’ve given this place three chances but everytime i ate here there was HAIR in the food. whoever cooks needs to wear a hair net. i’m never coming back after three chances.
Sushi is always really good
Amazing food and wonderful staff, Allie was super helpful and sweet, even while juggling 2 large orders that needed to be payed for separately by herself! She was even cheerful on the phone while taking our order!
First time coming here, best tasting sushi in Burlington/Graham area hands down. (Harusaki used to be my first)
Went Tuesday night and there was no wait for seating, food was out in 15 mins and delicious. My only qualm is the price is a bit more than the other sushi restaurants, but I'm willing to pay a several bucks more for the variety.
Not sure why people are complaining about proportions? Maybe Americans eat more? (I'm British) but I couldn't even finish my sushi roll, boyfriend had to for me. :)
Excellent food
Love this place! The food and sushi is always good. Try the mango tango roll. 😁
Very fresh and interesting Asian fusion. Egg drop soup was generous and great flavor. Extensive menu with sushi and Thai as well as some old favorites. Worth a detour off the interstate. Graham has a great court house square with some other walkable places and convenient parking.
There was no chicken in my chicken and walnuts! Just dried bits of breading. Very disappointed.
This was my first time ordering from here and the food is absolutely superb! Packed with flavor and extremely delicious!! You won’t regret your decision of ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken, one of the best I’ve had, it was savory, spicy, had soft lush noodles and fresh crisp vegetables; definitely a pallet pleaser!
- Soon to be Regular. 😋
I have eaten here several times to-go however today we decided to dine in. The cashier/server was good. He took the time to convert our online order to dine in however, the rice bowls that we had today had no taste at all. There was no flavor, egg, or onions in the bowls. The best thing we had was our shrimp tempura appetizer. Definitely not worth the cost today.
Store has gone down hill since it opened starring for sanitation is a 92.5. Waitress was all over the place other waitress was talking to her friend. I will not be back no heavy cleaning is being done to maintain the cleanliness of the store.
Their food is good quality but they are the SO SLOW and INCONSIDERATE. Called in a order… was given a time of 20 minutes… gave them 25 minutes before I arrived and I was informed that they had just started my order because ALL the cooks were on lunch break. So now I’m having to wait in my car for 20 more minutes. If all your cooks are going to stop working for lunch breaks, then stop taking orders for that timeframe!!!!! And then they have horrible attitudes and customer service about their poor time management. The food is not worth the hassle.
I eat here a lot but I wouldn't say it is good. It's good enough to go back if you're stuck in Graham 😬
Good Chinese food, quick friendly service
I do not understand how a restaurant that has majority of there food that needs rice let themselves run out of rice. Then rice was not cooked all the way. Over an hour and half wait multiple customers leaving the restaurant unhappy. The manager running around like a chicken with her head cut off. No communication with customers the waitress were great on keeping us informed Emory should be the manager because she knew more about what was going on than the actual person who was supposed to be in charge. The manager in no way shape or form tried to speak to anyone of do right by any of the customers.
Very busy with to go orders. Got seated and no one came to get drink orders for 20 minutes even after asking the 2 servers. One had to check on an order and the other had to clean off a table. The young man server finally took our order and never brought our drinks. We had to get up to get someone to get them. We waited still for our food and had ordered crab Rangoon and others got food after us so we asked the girl server. Our order had not been put in. She went back and forth to the kitchen to see if they were cooking it while she was getting the table next to us bill and payment. After 40 minutes of our hour lunch we had food to eat. We never received our bill and had to go to cash register to get how much the check was. The girl server did apologize but nothing else was said. Food was delicious.
Rude staff - door dasher and nasty look kitchen
Getting the food was nightmare. I had finished mine before my wife got her food. She waited over 45 minutes after I already had eaten mine
Thought we had found a new spot but for an hour wait on a take-out order to NOT GET RICE and the MANGO CURRY WAS JUST AVERAGE. Won't be back anytime soon.
Worst place to wait on a doordash extremely slow Service
Wow!! This place was fantastic!! I don't normally get this excited but I was truly impressed. The food, the service and the location was great! Nestled in the small town of Graham it was truly a gem. I highly recommend this restaurant!!
Another successfully full belly! The coconut shrimp app special was delicious. Great size shrimp and coconut coating was perfectly crisp.
Food was ok.
Tempura shrimp and Japanese soup was great
Went there for the first time tonight. My family got the cheese steak egg rolls, hibachi steak and chicken, the pad see ew, and the salmon roll. Finished it off with bubble teas. All of the food was really good, portion sizes were decent, and the staff was super friendly. So happy to have a place like this close to home. Prices are about what you'd expect from a sushi place. We went to eat around four in the afternoon and got our food fast. I highly recommend giving this place a shot.
I'm editing my review to add that I tried the sushi burger tonight and loved it. I got the spicy mayo and white sauce to dip it in and it was delicious. I also wanted to say, we sat next to two old Karen's who did nothing but complain about how hot the curry was, because you know, it's CURRY. The menu clearly states the curry dishes are going to be hot, for those that don't know about curry.
Food takes forever have to call 2 hours before if you're expecting to pick up you're food and just leave
I ordered the bang bang shrimp & cheese steak egg roll!! Man both were great...the sauce for the shrimp is to die for so you have to ask for extra!! The cheese steak egg roll is the bomb 💣 😋! Wish I had ordered 2!! Will be going back to try something else l'm perry sure it's gonna be great too!!!
The chicken and shrimp fried rice really had potential EXCEPT it was sweet. I'm not sure if it was some kind of sauce or actual sugar but I couldn't get past the sweet taste.
The cheese steak egg rolls had absolutely no flavor and zero cheese. First and last visit.
I thought the lady at the counter was so nice. I liked the food and be back to try different things. 😋
Too expensive for mediocre food. Quite mid
The food is amazing. They have good sushi and hibachi food.
Great food and quick service.
Not impressed. Didn’t get to try the food because they overcharged me for the wrong thing. Yet another example of money wasted.
Great local place.
I love that my family can all get their favorite type of Asian food in one place. There is a huge variety of dishes and sides. So far we've tried some of the Japanese and Chinese dishes. So far everything has been very good. They do get quite busy on the weekends so sometimes the carry out times are a little longer than estimated but well worth the wait.
2/15/22 - I've removed two stars because I feel like the service is not where it should be. The food is still great, which is the only reason to return. My last visit was an online order that said 10-20 minutes. It was 50 minutes before my food was ready. In the thirty minutes I stood in the restaurant waiting for my food I saw a food delivery driver get frustrated and leave without her order and I had enough time to get to know two nice ladies that were waiting for food when I arrived and were still waiting when I left. I really hope Passion Fusion is able to get there service straight before it's too late.
My family and I went by to grab some takeout. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and definitely will return. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is we were not a made aware of how low the wait time would be prior to paying.
Kind of sad to say, but what a joke of an establishment. I feel bad for the workers working there because they honestly want to do a good job, but the lack of leadership is stifling. It just seems like there's not enough care and the food is extremely lackluster. I had ordered an appetizer of bang bang shrimp. Anyone who has ordered something similar knows what it is about. Fried popcorn shrimp tossed in a spicy, sweet kind of peanuty sauce... something with a little zing to it. What I received was laughable at best. It was basically just some batter fried shrimp with some spiced up white sauce on the side.
The noodle dish I got was unappetizing. Took a few bites and told myself I didn't need that in my life. A bowl of cereal would be better.
And to make matters worse. It took about an hour to receive my entire order..
Get it together, restaurant.
THE BEST SUSHI AROUND!!!
Really slow I guess it’s rocket science to them
I always get take out and they never let me down! It is expensive for the Thai Rice.. but the flavor is on point! And you can always add to it if need be!
I freaking love this place the sushi was great and that chicken egg roll is delicious! Love ittttt
First I would like to start by saying food is great and well priced. (Sesame chicken is my fav. & My husband enjoys Hibachi steak and chicken... However we dined in and we sat at the table for a while awaiting our drinks before we really seen it was an issue and starting timing how long it took for someone to come get our drink orders. ( It was 13 min before they came once we started watching the clock... Let's not mention the time before that) I received my sesame chkn first not knowing 15 min would go by and my husband still had not received his hibachi steak and chkn... I was waiting to eat so we could eat together... A couple came in after us and they received there meal before we did.... enough is enough! We gave them my food back so they could pack it to go along with my husband hibachi. Worst service EVER!!! You go out to eat to eat together ...... Also, let's NOT forget they have a OVERALL Restaurant SCORE of 90.5!!!!! They won't be open long I'm sure. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
The food was great. I picked up dinner here for me and my girlfriend and experience was great. The bartender was friendly and helpful. I had the hibachi steak and she had a yellow curry and both were phenomenal. We'll certainly be back to dine in soon.
I was here seven months ago and we thought it was good, we just came back and it was so awful. We had hibachi, it was so salty it was impossible to eat. ( they even loaded down the broccoli with salt) Our food came out very luke warm. The snapper was the so dry. (that is suppose to be a lite sweet fish). We live close by unfortunately we will never return.
