After a few bites I started feeling like the coconut milk was overwhelming and I started picking the chicken and bamboo shoots out of the sauce/soup. I have had this dish in the past made by a friend from Thailand and it was delicious and had me wanting more. This dish was way too expensive and disappointing at the same time. I do love the Thai fried rice and have ordered it quite often before the price sky rocketed. I will stick to that from now on when my budget allows.

I got this for my lady but after seeing how good it looked and smelled I had to try the noodles at least and delicious oh so delicious. If you’re vegan just say no meat and you’ll love this one . Highly recommend Asian cuisine.

The chicken skin is very crispy, fried rice is tasty and green curry is not too salty that you can have it as soup, overall it's all good for Asian bistro.

I stood in line for 7 minutes waiting for lunch special and cashier packing orders and I waited patiently and they gonna tell me it's to late to get lunch special when I was in line before 2pm also I kept calling and no answer that's bad customer service.

I lived in Fayetteville in 2009 that was my last visit, happy to say I will be visiting next week, this will be my first stop. The food is the best I’ve tasted, traveled around have not found one yet that compares. Padwoosen, and Fried rice are delicious. My family members who also moved away from Fayetteville asks me to order and bring their favorite dishes when I head back home.

I ordered hot chicken and rice, but received a plain dish instead. Upon calling to explain the situation, they instructed me to return the food the next day. When I brought it back, it had been refrigerated. The woman at the counter took it to the male cook, who then took the old food to the back. Despite my repeated inquiries about receiving a fresh order, I was assured they were remaking it. However, the process was suspiciously quick, and when I received my order, it was at room temperature. Despite their claims of preparing a fresh meal, it was clear they had simply reheated the old one. This level of deception and disrespect towards a paying customer is utterly unprofessional and unacceptable. They should be ashamed of their actions and lack of regard for customer satisfaction! I use to recommend this place, NEVER AGAIN! This happened to me March 2024!

Apparently the price of chicken has far exceeded the price of steak, shrimp or the squid on their menu. I’m here over an hour after my initial order waiting on CHICKEN WINGS. The rest of the order is ready and has been sitting here getting cold. The lady up front went back to start cooking them herself after 20 min and offers me some sweet tea or spring rolls while I continue to wait. Really??? They should’ve remade what is now cold or gave me a discount on my $40 total. Probably won’t return here again.

Service was no problem. Food was ready when I arrived. However, my 7 year old granddaughter found a piece of rubber band in her fried rice; which was also greasy. The Tum Yum soup was too salty. I notified them about the rubber band and they were very apologetic and offered to remake the rice, but I declined.

Idk what happen to this place food wise it has went downhill a goodbit the lo-mein noodles use to be good now they look pitiful and like plain spaghetti noodles most the time when with food. The thai seasoning use to be on point now most plates I order are hardly seasoned to the correct spice level. Usually not enough you have to get a hot if u want a medium. I've been coming here since a child and I'm a grown man with children of my own and I still come here but the service and food has changed drastically.

Just ordered one lunch special, they had me waiting 45 mins when my order came out 30 mins before. It was sitting there getting cold while I waited staring at them, waiting for them to call my order while they called up people who order long after mine.and when I finally had enough and demanded to know what was going on the girl at the register just shrugged and said she was sorry in a very dismissive and disingenuous tone. Food was cold by the time I got to eat it. It was such an infuriating experience I will never be going back and I ordered food from there at least once a week

Best Asian Thai house in 100 miles

Food doesn't taste quite as good, friendly service and fair prices. I drove from Virginia to enjoy their meal. Anyone who is/was stationed in the Fayetteville area knows this place

If I could give this place a 0, I would. This place is ridiculously overpriced for inconsistent flavor. $17 for some nasty rice that the online menu lists as $11 and the rice was plain, no meat. Then when I tell the lady they may want to correct their prices online, she says she can't change that. Buyer beware, go in and check the menu or you may get robbed!!!! Then I asked for no tomatoes and my rice full of them.

For the 2nd time, I have had a horrible experience with them. The first time I order there I waited for over 30 minutes to find out my food had been done for a while it was just sitting in the wrong to go bag. The only reason I found that out was because the customer that went to pick up their food realize there was an extra box in their bag and was honest. The lady at register never told me there was a mix up just put the food to the side and continue on. I had to go to the register and ask just to get my food. Now today I did a phone order at 5:32pm and thought by the time I got there it would be done. I get there and my food was not done. I waited for another 15-20 minutes and it still wasn't ready. I asked several times what was going on and they kept telling me it would be up soon that they were backed up and could not give me an exact time but it would be up soon. I tried to be patient but as I continue to see other people come in get their food or order their food and get their food within an orderly time I began to get frustrated. After a while I asked for a refund due to the fact I had still not received my food and when I did go up to the front, they kept trying to tell me my food was coming up. So I waited a little bit longer and again my food was still not ready so I asked again for a refund and finally received it after making a big fuss. Before walking out one of the chefs in the back did come out and try to apologize for the wait but the 2 older ladies at the front told him not to apologize. So as of now I wouldn't recommend this place if the service is going to continue to be that poor up front. It's a shame when the cooks are more respectful than the front of the house

Went to this pl on Friday April 28th. nd did a call in order at 5:15 nd get there at 6 nd my food is still not ready..but people are coming in after me ordering and getting there plate!! I did ask on multiple occasions do you guys know how long it's going to take you to the fact on what time I called in!!! They then answer in a rude manner saying that they could not tell me any of that!!!they have the worst customer service ever!!! They didbt tell me it was going be a wait over the phone either.. long sory short I had to cuss them out in order to get a refund bcuz here it is at 620 nd still my food wasn't ready!! My mom paid for my wife and I’s dinner while she was in town. We ordered 3 general Zous chicken and egg rolls. $50 is too high for the 3 of us and food that didn’t even taste good. I’ve had better Chinese. I wont be returning and I don’t normally leave reviews.

I was highly disappointed that my favorite place to eat served me and my family hair in our food. Not only did my food have hair in it but so did my brother's and my cousin's food as well. Original review: My mom brought home leftover Thai fried rice from here, hours after she got it. I heated it in the microwave and it tasted better than most places when served fresh. Based on that, I have to imagine this place has great food. The others that ate there seemed to like it as well.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to go. I get my $ worth and I always get fast service and they are always so amazing with their customer service.

Good customer service I was ordering from my phone and told her I was outside in my car ordering she asked what type of car I was driving I told her she came outside to my car and explained to me the menu and the food I was ordering I gave her the money and waited for my order she came out with my food and change of course I tipped her. When I received my food it was fresh nice and hot I ordered the spring rolls 6 of them the Thai rice medium and the beef lo mein. It was presented neatly and nicely. Got home and the food was amazing my children loved it even my one year old.I have a new spot thank you so much. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. The food is great and delicious!!!

Love this Pud Thai version better than the wet version. Tastes better in my opinion and settles better with stomach compared to the wet version.

I’ve been going here since I was 10, I’m 17 now, this place is amazing. Definitely a place to remind me of home. I recommend the chicken add shrimp Lo mein. ( thank me later) also make sure to get spring rolls more than one they are DELICIOUS. One More item to get is the chicken fried rice. You can get the fried rice regular, mild or thai hot ( it’s super spicy ⚠️). ENJOY!

I had not eaten here in a while. My wife and I wanted lunch and we will return. It seemed like most patrons were there to pick up orders today but we chose to eat in the restaurant. Although it seemed like the staff was busy our food arrived hot and did not disappoint. The portions were huge to which means we have leftovers for work lunch.

This place used to be on point on point. I guess with more traffic flow and or change in staff, attention to detail can suffer, BAD....

I placed an order, waited, walked out for a second to get fresh air. Come back, still no food. People coming in and out. Why whole time food was pushed to the back to get cold. Instead of the worker taking accountability, she blames her coworker. SMH.

The lady had a VERY rude nasty attitude with us and tried to argue with us when we had told her they forgot our spring rolls TWICE that we PAID FOR and never received. Then we had asked for no shrimp cause our people are allergic and they put shrimp in the rice.

Normally really good but today it wasn't and food didn't smell good. This use to be one of my favorite Asian Thai restaurants. Even the thai tea tasted like onions. The house thai rice was still really good. Thai basil was really good. But the wings and pud thai tasted and smelled bad. I will try again in a few months and review then.

Considering the location and initial visual impressions of this place you wouldn't think their food would he as good in comparison with some of the other local Asian joints in the area.

Surprisingly, Asian Express is one of the best Asian restaurants in the Fort Bragg area. You can't go wrong with their Pad Thai or their Kung Pao chicken. FYSA, their lunch specials have huge portions for a decent price.

This is the by far the best take out thai/Chinese food in the area. The thaipad dish is enough for 2 meals and is always on point. You can add whichever meat to it and even change the level of spice.
