Been here like 3 years ago and was not too impressed. So did not come for a long time, but recently we visited with friends and it was a plesant surprise. Everything tasted much more delicious, fresh. And prepared very fast. I really liked the serving plates, very beautiful.

Ordered food to go. Spent $30 on 1 soup and 2 rolls. Tom Yum was inedible. A sweet watery broth with only 3 shrimp and 5 mushrooms, nothing else. Gross. Never going back.

These guys never disappointed us. Always fresh, always tasty, always excellent customer service! We had 2 special rolls, a few sashimi pieces a la carte, and Thai curry shrimp. And cloudy (unfiltered) sake, as usual... It was really delicious, spicy, mouthwatering...good job guys!

Just ordered pineapple fried rice. Not one pineapple in it. For $15 rice I feel like there should’ve been the main ingredient in it

Amazing sushi and lucky money bags

The food absolutely had no taste. We ordered pad Thai, pad kee mow, sushi and mango sticky rice. When I tell you nothing tasted good. The food was absolutely bland. Chicken was stretchy. The mango sticky rice was not sweet. It was eating steamed white rice with mangos. I called them to ask the chef a question and literally the receptionist was like all of a sudden the chef isn't here.

I didn’t really enjoy the sushi. The seaweed was kinda chewy, the wasabi wasn’t creamy…it was crumbling and the salmon was also chewy and lacked any flavor all around. It was giving low quality and the fish was not fresh!!! It all tasted old

I eat a lot of sushi. A lot of sushi. More than seems reasonable. I've been to super high end places around the world and I've been to many neighborhood joints. And without fail, 3 Guys makes some of the most reliably fresh, comforting, and tasty sushi out there. From specialty rolls to sashimi, they cover all the bases of a great sushi spot with flying colors. On top of that, they have fantastic appetizers and meals from the kitchen. Dining in is always fun too, with a great staff and fun colorful decor. There's a reason 3 Guys is my go-to when I'm feeling like my favorite food!

Absolutely delicious, always fresh, top notch. All the people hating/complaining can take that ish to St. Elsewhere. Also, that 3 guys roll is fire. Highly recommend it.

The restaurant workers are so receptive and sweet, even though the prices went up the quality of the food is worth it. Will continue going back.

When I went into the restaurant I barely could understand what the woman taking the order said. Then (it was take out) it cost a huge amount for nine rolls of sushi, only then after I paid, did i see there was a lunch special for half the price, and included soup and salad. Do you think she MIGHT have mentioned there was a lunch special? No she didn't and for that reason they will never get my business again, I don't care what the other reviews.

Pleasant service and atmosphere. I had the beef Pad Thai. It was okay. Too much red onion and tofu. The beef was kind of tough.

My favorite place on Staten Island for sushi. Food is excellent, service was always great, the staff is top notch. You can’t get better then that. For Christmas I get gift cards for everyone on my list from there and they all thank me for the great choice. Hospitality service was great but the order accuracy was off. I won’t be ordering anytime, deeply disappointed with what I paid for.

They are closed due to virus despite what google says. Notice is on storefront. Do not order through their website. The online order will show its procesed but does not get procesed by bank. Hopefully they will open up again soon.

My favorite local sushi spot on Staten Island. Fish is always super fresh, staff is friendly and attentive and after just a few times of going there they knew my order by heart. They prepare the food very quickly for dine in, pick up or delivery.

I placed a take out order for the first time and was very pleased with the quality of the food and the speed of the delivery.

Waitress got my order all wrong, ordered shrimp tempura roll she brought salmon avocado. She was also super rude and put all the food in front of my husband even things that I specifically ordered.

Been here a few times and it has been decent. Waitress is very sweet, however after we ate out meal and was waiting for the check, I heard clipping noises. I thought, no it can't be..and sure enough one of the sushi guys behind the counter was clipping his nails right by the fish! I will NEVER return. What ashame.

Took about 15 minutes for her to get my number and address right. I repeated the order twice and still manages to mess up. NOT SURPRISED. The worst “veggie fried rice” I EVER HAD. Might as well have been white rice. Food came cold. Rolls were falling apart. Never again

I’ve been ordering from this place for a while never had an issue until today! I placed my order and asked for a ginge ale, they forgot to deliver the drink. I checked the receipt to make sure that I was charged for the drink, and I was. I then called to get my drink back and I was told if I will want a credit back for next time, I told them no that I wanted my drink... he then starts arguing with me telling me that he doesn’t have a driver and that they will be closing at 3pm. I then told him just give me a credit on my card and he said that was impossible and hung up the phone on me!!! This will be the last time I’ll be ordering from this place! Poor customer service!!!

The absolute BEST Basil Thai Chicken EVER! It is my absolute favorite dish to get at 3 Guys!! ALSO their eel rolls are YUM! Pretty much anything on the menu is delicious! They are located in a super nice neighborhood and there is plenty of parking. ALSO, you must get a glass of their plum wine! YUMMY!

Ordered delivery last night. I wanna give a 5 star review as the quality of the fish seemed good... but I feel like I just wasted $40 on sushi that wasn't cut correctly. I couldn't chew anything easily... Most pieces were as chewy as a steak. I just hope it was an off day for their chef or the kitchen.

terriable over priced sushi!!!! over priced by three times the amount. i was so angry i was still hungry that i ate there it was for a date or i would have left my date didnt wanna leave. mind you no one else was there when i was there and now i know why! people know this place is no good. my bill was 42 dollars for two rolls and a connie salad. there salmon shimi is $3.00 a piece thats insane. in brooklyn where i eat everyday there salmon shimi is $1.00 a piece . i was hungry after my date and later on i went to eat sushi in brooklyn and over there i paid 35$ and i got 20 pieces of salmon and 4 rolls.

Their sushi is alright, but lemme tell you, THERE THAI FOOD IS IMPECKABLE!
I love their Pad Thai, Pad See Yu, and their Thai Garlic.
