Ive been craving papaya salad for a while, and saw that there was a Thai restaurant by our place we decided to try it and it DID NOT disappoint we will definitely be coming back! We got chicken pad Thai, crispy duck, papaya salad, Thai coffee & mango sticky rice all were amazing! Service was also 10/10 staff was really nice and easy to talk to.

They do not have good cooks and the food is very nasty. We will not be returning. If I could, I would give them a 0/10. The 1 star is to be nice.

This is a very casual restaurant. But don’t let that fool you. The food is outstanding. The cooks are all from the central provinces of Thailand (Isan) which is home to the most authentic food of Thailand. Great menu great service always served with a smile. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything was as per usual in a small Asian restaurant. Got my food(boneless fried duck24.99) which smelled a little off but I just thought it was from the spice. It was at least 2 days old with how dark and tough and cold it was.

We ordered several different plates and I can’t say we were happy with any of them. The pho was extremely basic and had no additional seasonings available for it, the drunken noodles are most certainly NOT drunken noodles, they used a thin rice noodle, tomato sauce and god knows what else. It tasted horrible. The spring rolls were very good, the kids noodles were also good but the noodles were on the undercooked side. This is not a Thai restaurant. I’m sorry if some of you feel this is but I can assure you, you’d be better off going somewhere else.

My partner was excited to try a Thai restaurant near Carthage. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Panang Curry with Chicken was very watered down, the flavor wasn't there, no spice (heat level) even when requested spicy. Paid for extra chicken and there was barely any. The fried rice was good.

This is the best Thai food in the Watertown / Fort Drum area. Food is excellent. We've been pleased with everything we've ordered. Service is very friendly and eager to please. Most people take out, but we enjoy being served in the restaurant. Our only complaint is that in the wintertime, the place is a bit chilly and needs to be heated more. For superb food and friendly service, I give it 5 stars.

Delicious, fresh, good portions, nice customer service, and prompt. But beware, they do not skimp on spice. We eat spicy food daily. We love it and often order the medium to hottest levels of spice at other restaurants. We ordered a level 2 spice (because we were sharing with our kids) for our crazy noodles and it was borderline inedible for us adults-because it was so spicy. We had to add honey to it to tame it a bit, the kids couldn’t eat it at all. I cannot imagine what anything over a level 2 would be.
It seems to be an issue at the restaurant too since there are signs at the restaurant that they will not refund you if it’s too spicy regardless of what level you pick. I’d order again but I would order no spice or spice on the side and add it myself.

This was our first time having Thai food and it was soooo delicious & the cashier was very polite!

A lovely place to have lunch & we loved the food. The staff were very polite & courteous who assured us that we could customise foods as per our needs since we are vegetarians. We ate Tom yum soup, curry puffs, spring rolls, stir fried cashew & Thai iced coffee. We really enjoyed everything & the food was exceptionally good. Good amount of portion size too & spiciness was just how we ordered. We would definitely stop by the next time we’re around here!

Best Pad Thai I’ve ever had!

The food here is delicious. For their yellow curry, it is a perfect amount of sweetness mixed with chunks of pineapple and tender pieces of chicken. If you like spice, mild is the best amount. I have also tried their chicken pad Thai. The noodle are very light and thin but have a perfect amount of chicken and veggies. The flavors in this plate complement each other well with a touch of sweet and tangy sauce. I have ordered many other plates and they are excellent. No complaints here. 👌

What a gem hidden in a strip mall. Covid, sadly has changed the dining out experience. Wait staff is almost impossible to find and this restaurant has removed many table's we are assuming to allow for social distancing.
Now onto the food!
The spring rolls (fried) were crispy, hot and filled with veggies. They were served with fish sauce. Perfect for sharing.
I had the yellow curry. Hold the pineapple. Perfection. Flavourful, savory and served fresh. It was a bit hotter than expected but it was a wow. I had been sad since moving that I didn't have a pho place (still to be found) and a Thai place nearby...my Thai place has now been found!
My dining partner had the curry as well (he chose a different one). He was extremely pleased with his choice. Both dishes were served with sticky white rice, also perfect.
I wish I had thought to take pictures. I have a new favorite Thai restaurant.

An ABSOLUTE gem. Coming from a tasteful foodie who has Thai wherever I go, this was such an unexpected Google find on a whim while road tripping. On-par with the best Tom Kha Gai I’ve ever had 🤤

First time trying out this place, as we just moved here & was craving Thai food. The Shrimp pad Thai was just okay & was lacking a little in flavor. Loved that they didn't overcook the shrimp though. The seafood fried rice was good & so was the crispy chili fish. One thing about the crispy chili fish though, is that it's not a whole fish like I'm used to & especially being Asian myself. Instead, it was filet style, which was fine with me, since I didn't have to pluck any fish bones out & much more convenient anyway. The yellow curry was good, but a little sweeter than other curries I've had, so just keep that in mind before ordering. Lastly, we loved the sweet rice with Mango (a dessert we always get at any Thai restaurant) but, was disappointed to see that it wasn't served with Sweet coconut sauce, so it felt just a little incomplete, but still refreshing & delicious.

They get our order right every single time and we order online. They always have it fresh and hot. And it all tastes amazing.

I drop $50 dollars at this establishment. Just for them to disrespect me and not take pride in the food that made for me. My fried rice was burnt. Just in general all my food tasted like they don’t take pride in what they cook. The extra 15 mins to Watertown’s Thai place is well worth it.

Spicy fried rice was very salty and not spicy at all. I even ordered it to be extra spicy but the food I received was just regular salty fried rice.

Fanatics food! The family is cooking from their own culture, so the review from an outsider is embarrassing; clearly no idea what is the standard.. and recommending chinese? That's a whole different menu, and this is way better than the competition and locally owned!

The "BEST" Thai restaurant in the area with authentic taste and different levels of spice to choose from. This family run business have a wonderful location just outside Fort Drum next to Dunkin Donut off Mount Belvedere Gate. Reasonably price and a friendly services as well. Highly recommend to give it a try, you will love them.

Just ordered the "Green curry" (which looks yellow) with doordash. Absolutely too sweet and not spicy at all. I even asked them to make it extra spicy. I'm very disappointed. I ordered from this store many times thru doordash and always recieved it in descent quality. This past order was prepared completely wrong, got the wrong food and when I called back some asian lady says theres nothing they can do except for reorder. Not even my fault, I ordered the same thing I always do the same exact way. Of course its my fault for getting the wrong item. I own hotels in the area, always recommended this store to my guests, I'll make sure I never do that again.

The food here is very respectable for a relatively small place as Watertown. The dishes are prepared with decent quality ingredients by people that know what they are doing in the kitchen. The problem is they seem to have difficulty making the dishes to the spice level associated with their stars. I've had a one star preparation that was as bland as can be and a two star that was fiery hot and sweat-inducing.

My suggestion is that you ask for 1 1/2 stars to see if they will do it. I love spice in food but, not so much that all you can taste is the heat of the spice and not the food. Note that they are closing from Nov. 28, 2019 to January 1, 2020.

Good food, but I think there's only two women working there; one that cooks and the other that waits the tables. Having said that, I'm not sure what it is about this place but after eating here, about an hour later my stomach becomes upset; consistently every time I eat here, no matter what I order. I have a nagging suspicion that they may not quite be up to code, but the food is good enough that its worth a little stomach ache.

We were the only customers and it was about two hours after lunch. One out of three meals was a disappointment but overall the rest was good. A very friendly lady who served us was very attentive. You just gotta know what your ordering otherwise don't try anything you haven't had before.
