Everything is pretty solid here. We got the chicken satay for appetizer. We got the Thai curry noodles with shrimp, the Thai fried rice with mixed seafood, and panang curry with tofu. The flavor was all there. The spice was great. The only thing is I wish the panang curry was less sweet and a little more savory. The Thai tea was delicious too.

I will give one rating for atmosphere as staff in the kitchen were constantly fighting and making loud noise throughout our lunch. We had our team lunch and we couldn’t get chance to interact much and not able to eat peacefully. Food is very good but staff need to learn some ethics.

We were here on a weeknight for dinner, just 3 of us and the place was empty! The server was quite friendly and the food was decent! Nothing to write home about but average food. What annoyed me the most was that when the bill came, he said its restaurant’s policy to add 20% tip for parties or 2 and up. I have never heard of this kinda policy from any restaurant and there was no mention of this on the menu or anywhere else. I would have probably left the same tip since the service was good but making such policies on the fly is just not good business practice!

The best Thai food in town with the friendliest Thai staff and the most relaxing dining atmosphere.
We recently dined during the Atlanta snow storm, and I was pleasantly surprised that they were open for business. It was pretty crowded considering the inclement weather, so the restaurant was filled with sounds of clinking forks and much laughter.
I use to be a regular before moving out of town and could not wait to return for Thoom's Green Curry & it was even better than I'd remembered! I miss living next door- I've tried almost every dish on the menu and everything is really amazing. Always fresh and delicious & for me, the best part is that almost anything on the menu can be made vegan!!!
I can't wait to get back - next time for either Eggplants or massaman!! YUM!!

I went for lunch on Saturday with family of 3. Food was decent not that great. However damn expensive. For 3 I paid $80. That is too much. Not worth for the money. Better avoid this restaurants.

Fantastic Thai food, ate here 3 nights in a row during my visit

Came for lunch on a Thursday afternoon to give this place another chance. I have visited with family for dinner several times in the past and each time have come to the conclusion - food is 8/10 but service is 3/10. This visit confirmed that conclusion and solidified the decision to find a new Thai place.

There were 5 other tables when I arrived (all sat and eating already) so I knew they weren't busy and thus my expectations for service were hopeful. However, upon ordering a prosecco, spring rolls, and the pad thai I received only the pad thai. Not to mention the dish was dripping in sauce. I'm all for having flavor but the pad thai was swimming in the sauce vs being lightly coated. It felt like I was given a soup instead of a noodle dish.

Sad to move on from Thoom's but simply not inputting over half of my order is the last straw.

They sat our party of 6 quickly though we did go on a weeknight but they had a huge party of maybe 20 right next to us that they were tending to as well and we still received top notch service. Ordered several apps, curry dishes, Thai friend rice and noodle dishes. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented! Can’t wait to go back!

I wish I could give a 0. Very inconsistent food. The first time I went about a month ago. Food and service were excellent. I asked for egg separately scrambled in fried. They even accommodated that. I liked the food. So went in almost a week later. However, I had one of the absolutely worst experience. I asked if they could scramble egg separately. There was a very rude lady manager who frowned and told that would literally kill their business and they never do that. So was extremely rude and went on to speak unnecessarily. It was an extremely bad experience and the food this time tasted horrible. It looks like manager and chef are not the same always. Better to stay far away from the place.

We had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! It was very ambient and a perfect place for a date! The servers were all very sweet and the food came out so quickly despite making some vegetarian modifications. I was shocked at the speed and quality of the food! The spiciness was excellent at 4 out of 5 for us! We loved the server here! It was so amazing hearing 3 groups say out loud around us that they are planning on making this a regular place.

As an update: my wife and I come here almost weekly and this place is still the best thai food in alpharetta and John's creek. It beats every one of the other places including Thai squared and Nahm. Their flavor exceeds everything and the fact that so much of it can be made to cater to vegetarian and vegan clients is amazing.

I highly recommend the basil tofu and the panang curry. The masaman curry is also excellent, as the the pad Thai and pad see ew. There is something so perfect about th tofu texture here. Is is fried wonderfully well and i really enjoy it!

Went to this Thai restaurant first time and glad we had dinner here. It’s nice and clean atmosphere, friendly server and great good.
Bit of expensive side but ambiance and quantity makes up for it.

Not many spots for Thai food around the area but this spot usually does the trick.

If I have to give them a knock it'd be on the price but the portion sizes are on the bigger size and I'd imagine it'd be expensive to get the necessary ingredients so it's understandable.

Service and vibes are great and I usually come with coworkers for lunch.

My wife and I usually get take out and the staff is always great and accommodating! We do occasionally dine in and the ambiance is great (very serene) and the staff always helps with recommendations. We typically each get a different curry and share. Medium spicy is great because it has a bit of hot but you don’t lose the taste of the dish. This is our favorite Thai restaurant in the area.

We have been going to this restaurant for a while but recently with change in their staff the quality of service has become poor to worse!!
Tonight we went with friends for a celebration; the order was incorrectly taken due to their staff’s poor communication skills and rude behavior. Their prices have exorbitantly gone up when their quality of food remained the same.
This is our last time going to this restaurant unfortunately for poor behavior and customer service!

I could cook a better fried rice than this, nothing was cooked, they were in such a hurry they added raw veggies in the curry base and for fried rice it's white rice lumps everywhere..

I have tried variety of dishes here:

1. Basil fried rice
2. Panang Curry
3. Pad thai
4. Pad kee mao

Except Basil fried rice, loved all other dishes flavors. Basil fried rice comes very mild in terms of flavors.

Food is delicious, but seafood portions are very small, not enough for the price at all. Not comparable to other Thai restaurants. Maybe best to order curry. Almost $30 for lunch and left hungry. Servers are not attentive, you have to get thier attention to order or to get check.

I heard good reviews of this place, so we went for a Saturday night dinner with a reservation (group of 7). The server seemed like they were tired and ready to wrap up. Perhaps management needs to increase their staff to support customer demand during peak days and times. The one good item that stood out was the Green thai curry - that was delicious. The rest were average.

The other day I ordered lunch portion of Ginger Chicken that comes in a small container(fair), but paid $19 dollars which is a dinner portion for any other restaurant I order from. — I ordered the same dish from Rice & Spice which is 3 miles away, paid $9.45 and it came with side of soup or salad.

Great food but I am not whiling to pay that much for such a small portion of food unless prices are fairer.

Probably one of the best Thai restaurants in Atlanta. Their Basil rolls are really fresh. Their curries don't have fish sauce and are really flavorful. The Pad Prikking is a must try for meat lovers who are looking for borg sweat and spicy.

There are several Thai places near me....on Alpharetta Hwy as well as Windward Parkway. Even a top notch one on Windward but I always find myself coming to this one as their food (most importantly) but also their service and atmosphere is great. I'm a basil chicken person but I've ordered other dishes including the lamb, fish and lobster (shhh....specialty not on the menu) and they have NEVER disappointed me.

Best Pad Thai ever. I had to decide between the Pineapple Chicken and Pad Thai. Since it was my first time my server recommended the pad Thai. I had it with shrimp. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. The sauce was delicious. It had bean sprouts, green onion, cilantro, carrots, peanuts, with lime on the side, seemingly basic, but that sauce was so yummy. Beautiful presentation and beautiful atmosphere.

MY NEW FAVE THAI PLACE! Please come here if you want the full customer service and pretty scenery experience! The pad see ew is to die for, I was salivating the whole time. Had to truly savor it. We ordered the pineapple curry fried rice and it was so yummy. The Thai tea is sweet and savory as well! The inside has a beautiful Christmas tree and decorated really nice, but the outside with the terrace lights and the fall tree foliage range of colors was the reason we stopped by. Overall, my new favorite place and cannot recommend this place enough! Need to come back at night.

Best coconut soup i have ever had. Owner was nice too. The server kinda give you a hard time with asking for extra anything/sauce on the side but the food made me get pass that slight annoyance.

Our favorite Thai restaurant in Atlanta by far (and we’ve tried at least 25-30 Thai places)… we drive almost an hour to come back when we get a craving since it’s so consistently good. We’re vegetarian and there’s a lot of options/accommodation for us. The chef will make pad kee mao (drunken noodles) vegetarian/without fish sauce and it still comes out great (pad kee mao is my partner’s favorite, and this is the best we’ve had outside of our favorite place in DC, and one of the few who will make it truly vegetarian without fish sauce). The chef will also accommodate me and make larb using fried tofu instead of chicken, which is my favorite, and this is also the best larb tofu I’ve had outside of DC. Fair warning that we’re Indian and like a good gentle heat/spice in our food, and we usually ask for just a little bit more than regular spice (unlike other places that water down their rating system, when you say“Thai spicy” at this place it’s *really* “Thai spicy”)

service sooo amazing; the lady up front was sooo friendly and nice to me and my dad, we ordered the pad thai with chicken WHICH WAS perfect btw, not too sweet not too salty, and we ordered the catfish with mild spicyness, this was a little salty but it was SOO PERFECTLY fried (the catfish) and it was so yummy, and lastly we ordered the coconut cake it was so creamy and fresh and it was just so good. thank you thooom for the awesome food :3

The soup is excellent! How many places can you say that about and the fact that you actually remember the soup speaks volumes! This place has become our No 1 go-to for Thai Cuisine in the Atlanta area!

The staff was quite helpful & knowledgeable while placing our order over the phone making several suggestions after asking questions to find out more about our preferences. The staff member customized our order upon request.

Now about that Tom Yum CK! Yes… Wow… What a rich flavor profile they put together! We enjoyed our Chicken & Shrimp Pad

They prepare several of our favorite Thai delights such as Thai Iced Tea & Curry Puffs. We HIGHLY recommend the Pad Prik King with Tofu and we thoroughly enjoyed the Pad Thai w: Chicken & Shrimp.

(They also carry Brown rice which is a plus as many don’t offer Brown Rice.)

It seems that they have an all around well rounded menu.

Excellent food, pleasant and attentive staff. Pad see ew was very tasty. Prices are a bit higher than for the same dishes at other Thai places, but just by a few bucks. Worth it.

The setting of this Thai kitchen was absolutely gorgeous. From the live plants to the earthy decorations, my fiance and I were stunned by how nice this place was.
The service was good but what really made the night was the food itself. As a frequent Thai food goer, the quality and quantity of the dishes served was top tier. My chicken pad Thai ($20) was enough to fill me up, which rarely happens. My finances chicken pineapple fried rice ($20) was more than enough for her as she ate about half and took the rest to go. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and well made.
Would definitely go again!

We catered food from here and it was delicious! They gave us lots of extra quantity over and above if we ordered.

If you have a special occasion this is the place.Although it checks all points but if your visit is normal it's expensive and I give 3.5 stars

I had a delicious eggplant stir fry (pad menu) with shrimp. Prompt service and professional, pleasant staff. I would definitely come again.

Pad Thai was ok but the Fried rice was bland and gave them an imply to take it back but the server didn’t seem to understand my point.

Beautiful roomy space that's great for large parties. Love going here for my birthday. The food is some of the best Thai food in Atlanta, and the chef is a woman to boot. Sit on the patio if the weather is nice!

Great Thai restaurant. Crab Rangoons were amazing. Pad Thai was very good. Definitely recommend.

Great selection of Thai standards served with a smile by the staff. A few great surprises like crispy duck in red curry lurk on the menu. lots of veggies and herbs too. My only complaint is that the music really clashes with the place, it was like the playlist from an old department store.
